I joined a large group and we were given one waitress but Raven remembered our drink & food orders to perfection. The kitchen didn't have an item but that was solved with the manager coming over to explain it and suggested a substitution for those that ordered it. We had a good meeting and after Ms. Raven came outside to help us take a group picture. What great service and a pleasant attitude she had.

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in many years, but I decided to eat here because my mom suggested it. I was impressed by the service and was sure to tip my satisfaction. The food was amazing; mom had the ultimate feast, and I had the sirloin, lobster tail, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Everything was AMAZING! I ate every bite and sat there stuffed. Mom loved her food and commented on the lovely atmosphere. Thanks for a wonderful meal!

Came to celebrate my birthday and it was nothing short of amazing! Our server Carlena was the best!!! She was warm, friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and ensured that we were very well taken care of!!! There was only one bartender that night but he did his thing!!!!! I asked him to make me something special and he did just that!!! The food came out looking so scrumptious and every plate was hot, fresh, and delicious!! The Dragon Shrimp were a great start to our meals! The manager Markus was amazing as well! He came to our table to make sure we were having fun and were pleased! The customer service shown by the entire team made us so happy and we will return!! Thank you for making my day so special!!

Just phenomenal. There is a woman working at the bar named Ms Shirley who gave me some of the best service and hospitality I’ve ever had. The drinks were flowing and quickly served; the food was fast and amazing. Such a phenomenal experience. Give Ms Shirley a raise and give your chefs in the kitchen a raise. I will be back.

I haven't had Red Lobster in over 30 years. I thought the food was awful so I stayed away. Fast forward to tonight, for the 1st time since then I order the food. OMG the food was so amazing!!!! I am sorry I missed out all theses years. Won't happen again. Keep up the excellent work.

The wait was kind of long to get our order taken. The bar didn't have the beer we asked for, and my waitress tried to bring my check instead of my food, lol. But those cheddar biscuits and every item on our plate were excellent. The food here is worth the wait ( it took about 30-40 minutes) , and maybe they are hiring because those waitresses needed a break when we went. Shout out to the chef, though! That bacon mac n cheese was awesome.

My friend and I decided to come to your location to eat, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. First, when my friend asked the hostess if we could have a table instead of a booth, she simply said there were no tables available. People request tables for a reason — not everyone is comfortable in a booth. I am plus-size, and the booth seating was very uncomfortable. We waited a long time for our server to come over. When he finally did, he mentioned he was waiting on biscuits before introducing himself. In the meantime, we received our appetizer before we even got biscuits, while I noticed other tables being served theirs right away. I would have been fine waiting if he had at least introduced himself, taken our drink order, or provided water right away. The service overall felt inattentive. I also noticed staff standing around talking instead of checking on guests. The main issue for me is that it felt like nobody really cared about our dining experience. You may not enjoy your job, but you should still try to make the best of it for your customers. After today’s visit, I will not be returning.

I stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and was seated immediately. The server bought me some water and fresh, hot, cheddar biscuits soon after. After looking over the vast drink menu, I decided on a passionfruit margarita. It had just the right amount of tequila without being too strong. I decided to order from the lunch menu and picked the southwest shrimp salad. It was a very large salad for $18. Filled with rice, a mixed salad, tomato salsa, corn, sour cream, juicy, grilled shrimp, and a tangy vinegarette. This salad exceeded my expectations and definitely filled me up. I had a great afternoon and amazing service from a young female waiter, and I'd definitely return again.

I had such a good experience at the Red Lobster in Suitland. My friend and I both left saying we'd definitely come back. The service was great. Our waiter was super attentive and made sure everything came out just right. We didn't go for the crab boil this time. Instead, we ordered the "Crab Your Way" with Cajun and Old Bay seasoning, and I added a side of sausage in Cajun butter. Let me tell you, it was fire. The flavor was on point. I also got a side of fresh melted butter so that I could get my crab meat in. There was a long line when we got there, so I was really glad I made a reservation ahead of time. The vibe inside was chill, everyone seemed in a good mood, and I didn't hear any complaints. A few people even came up to ask what we ordered because it looked that good. We gave them our full recommendations. All around, solid experience. I'd absolutely go back. I also really loved my drink. It was the purple Haze. I had 3 of them.

Update: I'm pleased to say Red Lobster management has done a great job with remedying the issue. Everyone I spoke to was kind, apologetic, & attentive. I hope my next visit will have the 5 Star service, atmosphere, and food I remember. But with this level of care Management gave, I'm confident I will.

Whoo-Hoo to Lyric, our server today! I absolutely hope this is not one of the locations on the chopping block. We typically always enjoy our visits here (and have learned to totally ignore the rusty-dusty-shabby-chic decor). We rarely dine in, we tend to just come in for happy hour. This evening was no different. Nothing fancy ... just quick, easy, filling, and reliable. My Passion Fruit Lobsterita and both of our entrees (Cajun chicken and shrimp Alfredo and Parmesan crusted chicken with a loaded, baked potato) were PERFECT (and so was the big azz piece of chocolate cake my husband's inner fat boi made him order)! Only TWO complaints ... Chillleee they charge $2.49 for the bacon on a loaded potato and I still can't seem to snag one of the plastic lobster necklaces that's supposed to come with the Lobsteritas! *Sigh* NOT a dealbreaker tho' ... we will definitely be back. #NeighborhoodEats Check out the pics for today, stop thru soon and tell them you saw it on Yelp!

The kids and I were craving some biscuits, so we decided to visit our neighborhood Red Lobster. We went around 7:30 and it was nice crowd. The service was cool and the waiter was attentive. The food was ok. I think in general the quality of the food at Red Lobster has declined over the years. It's not the same, but this meal hit the spot and satisfied our craving. I'll definitely return!

I went to this location due to all the hype and marketing of late surrounding this corporation. To me it's still the same pony with a few new tricks. As far as the food I ordered the salmon with orzo rice and broccoli. The salmon was great actually it was soft tender not overcooked and very flavorful. The rice was also a nice complete to the dish. I don't really have any complaints I'm also glad they still have the lobsterita margarita even though it is not on the menu. The ambiance was cool what you should expect from the area but there wasn't any drama and everyone seem to be enjoying themselves. My only complaint they didn't sing happy birthday to my father in law I guess they stopped doing that we were confused but not bad overall.

We came here with a party of 12 on Christmas Eve. We made a reservation the day before. When we arrived, our table was ready. Our server, Joshua, was very attentive and kept the refills on drinks flowing. The snow globe sangria was a delight. Our food was excellent and it came out piping hot. We had 5 orders of crab legs, a fish and chips, 4 choose your own shrimps, and 1 salmon order. Everyone loved their food and best sides were the hush puppies and Brussels sprouts. We will definitely be back!

I went to the Red Lobster in Suitland, MD. The service was exceptional! The food, alas, was not. EVERYTHING was over cooked. The lobster, the shrimp, the salmon...all of it was tough and dry, and a complete waste of money. Maybe the kitchen staff was just having a bad night, but I can't afford to give them a second chance. They do not know how to properly cook seafood.

I tried the new seafood boil. They were out of the Cajun seasoning so I opted for Old Bay seasoning. It was good but disappointed; would've preferred larger shrimp, red potatoes, and sausage and egg was missing, so I don't think it is worth the $50 cost.

Oooh we got so much food. 7 people for my friend's birthday. 2 adults and 5 children. The waitress did a great job with us and she definitely earned the tip dealing with our group. The ambiance is pretty much the same as all red lobsters. They only had 3 lobsters in the tank though. We ordered lots of kids meals and the adults ordered the all you can eat shrimp. My friend, the bday girl, really enjoyed all you can eat shrimp. Lol

I'm not gonna to go into too much detail. This is a local chain and it's near my home. Popped in 2/21/24 for dinner and left and went to another location. Tried to order the $25 steak and lobster Wednesday special. I was told that there were no more 7oz steaks left. The manager said that there were no options for substitution. She offered NONE. Not fish, chicken, ribs... Nada..zero... She seemed angry that I asked. I always eat here. Maybe it was a bad day The server was awesome and very apologetic though.. Hopefully you'll have better luck!

Worst service ever. Came in at 10pm for a quick bite and was standing at the front waiting for a host to greet and seat me for about 7 minutes. Then, the hostess came out the restroom crying and packing her things to leave. After i got sat, i waited 5 minutes without greeting. I then received bread, no water yet and still didn't know who my server was. The place was not busy at all either. I received my food, no one ever came to check on me or anything. I finished my food, waited some more until i got annoyed and was about to walk to the front to see if i could pay. No disrespect to the staff but this was by far the worst service i've had. Please do better.

I was skeptical about trying this location, because for my whole life I'd gone to the one near my house which recently closed :(. Very pleasantly surprised about my great experience. Nahjae was friendly, prompt, and accurate but not overbearing. She had at least 6 other tables, but didn't miss a beat. My biscuits were hot, my entree came out like the pictures and was quite tasty. The broccoli had a bit too much better but I still enjoyed it. They also had a great playlist. Long live Reb Lobster!

I really, really wanted to love this place, especially after my cousin raved about it for so long. I thought I was stepping into a magical world of seafood, themed restaurants. But, alas, it was just the same old same old. I would say that the food here wasn't any more spectacular than the other red lobsters, but I did find the food here not to be as fresh. But I digress. My family and I decided to meet up at this location due to the quality of food and service. The service definitely was hands-down some of the best I've had. And I did add an additional start for that as well. My major issue was with the quality of food. Everything looks so good on the menu, and so I figured that when I ordered on the menu, it was what was going to come out... Which is typically happens at different restaurants around the world. I placed my order for some crab legs, and my mouth is watering to try them. I will say that presentation is everything. Our table looked nice , and even down to how our information is displayed. We also order a couple appetizers, and all of those dishes came out and were delicious. We got the queso dip as well. But when I got to my auntie, I got the snow, crab legs, it was expecting them to be nice, juicy. Easy to remove. But that is not the case. It appeared that my crab legs looked a bit older, or we're not seen properly or something to that extent. In any case, the slaver was just missing, and it was a bit frustrating to not get all the crab meat that I saw, even with all those random tools that they have come up with to extract crab meat from crabs. I will say that I also got a side of broccoli with that order, and that was just absolutely delicious! As for coming back? I don't think I have any plans to come back to this particular restaurant.

Haven't been in awhile, but had to grab a quick lunch before heading to the range. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and added broccoli. I also had the strawberry lemonade. Our server was Jasmine and she was very sweet The 4 stars is because the bathroom was trashed, the food while good was salty for my taste. Paid 28 dollars and had dinner from the leftovers which tasted better that lunch which was interesting. The biscuits are always a hit!! Overall it was a trip down memory lane when red lobster used to me the spot!!! I've since grown up. lol not bad experiences but probably won't return. ( my tastebuds are different now)

The food was fine. I got the shrimp your way (3). The prices are definitely going up, up, up. A side of crab legs is $12.99 but it used to be $7.99. Tbh you can get them from Captain White's or even the grocery store cheaper, cooked and bigger. Overall ok. It's been a while since I've visited here.

This location service. The house was friendly and courteous and welcoming, greeted with a smile very enthusiastic. The weight was extremely long over 30 minutes even with reservation they still were full of party. Our server was not informative of the menu or the prices wasn't very friendly was very slow, the food taste good. The prices are higher. The portions of food are smaller as well as the plates convenient only recommend this place for something quick and convenient even though the weight and the service wasn't good and the prices are a little expensive for the food and for the convenience of the location that's why I give it the one star.

I ordered online to pick up in store. I get here, its a sign on the door that says "this location does not have Apple Pay". Soon I walk in, Spanish lookin girl with two nose rings says " its gonna be a minute, the kitchen is backed up!" Everyone was bringing their food back because stuff was missing. There is no order and no customer service whatsoever. I stayed away from this Red Lobster for over a decade, so I decided to grab some food since I ive close by. This reminds me of why I stayed away for 10 yrs. Glad I didnt pay, y'all can keep that shit lol.

This was our second visit where customer service was not friendly. Recently about or around 10/5, the first time my husband went inside to place an order for takeout with a pregnant worker at the counter. He tried to pay using tap on his phone and the woman replied with attitude "you didn't see the sign that said we don't take tap!" That alone would chase anyone away, and that's exactly what my husband did. That was very unacceptable when all she had to politely say "I'm sorry sir we don't have that as an option." And as customers not everyone takes the time to read a sign on a door, especially when it's not in big bold and/or bright writing. Then on our second visit for curbside today 10/15, a woman whom we assume was a manager (as she was dressed down in causal wear) came outside with our order. There wasn't a " hello", "you're welcome" or anything even a simple "have a good day." I gave her a thank you and she just stared and didn't respond, so I said THANK YOU again louder and then she responded. Where's the management skills? For both encounters there was no proper greeting or anything. And WE as customers just don't feel welcomed so why spend our money at a place like this? So going forward I would NOT recommend this specific location to ANYONE. Poor customer service and unfriendly environment.

I was very hungry after see all those Lobster Commercials for weeks! I invited my sister out, and boy did we dine in! There server staff was few on a Sunday but worth the wait! I had coffee, Pepsi and a double shot of Jack Daniels, and Lobster fest, fried lobster fried shrimp, and a lobster tail! Omgoodness so good so good! We started at the bar then got a table in the bar are! Our waiter and bartender was amazing and very attentive as much as he could be! I worried the guy and he did not get upset or have a bad attitude! He provided epic service! My sister and I gave him a total of 50.00 bucks, he deserved every dollar! Oh yeah it was super clean too

Sunday 8/25/24 Horrible service. I asked the Waitress at the bar for a refill of water and she refused and told me "I had to finish the half glass of water I was drinking before I could get a refill" . I asked her was she serious and she didn't budge to get me the water. She only gave me a refill once my glass was empty. Meanwhile she ate salad at the bar and adjusted the music playing from a bluetooth speaker from her phone. Not sure of her name but she had a beer belly and her hair was thinning all over her head.

First let me say I've been to this location several times and the experience has just been "okay" Last night I made the mistake of going on a Saturday night. I don't actually eat seafood but I love their bread and some other dishes and I stumbled across a $10 gift card so why not? First we waited about 10minutes before someone even asked us how many were in our party. There was no one tending to the hostess booth. After that we were told a 20minute wait. I wasn't upset about that either. We were seated after about 2-3 minutes a waiter comes over with no bread and takes our order after telling us several sides they were out of including salad. Next, we did get our food but there were two separate occasions where my glass was empty for several minutes before I had to ask for a refill on my Minute Maid lemonade (I need to clarify as some of their drinks don't have free refills, this one does). The first time he took my glass to refill it he left with it, came back out and talked to one of his other tables and then came back 4 minutes later. I'm not sure of the exact time but he didn't immediately bring my drink back. My boyfriend actually had 2 drinks and offered me his because it was taking so long. Furthermore, when it was time to pay the bill we were instructed to use the kiosk. After several attempts to find where to put in my electronic gift card information we decided to just ask the waiter. It took about 20-30minutes just to pay. Someone else (I'm assuming a manager) had to come key it in himself. Overall, it was just a bad visit. Nothing made me desire to come back and the bathrooms were pretty gross as well. I know it was 2 hours before closing but I think customer service is about giving the person that comes in at noon the same quality service as the person who comes in at 9pm.

We went to Red Lobster on 4/20 and to my surprise the food and staff were wonderful. We ordered the lobster-salmon-shrimp dish with baked potato, rice and broccoli and the seafood fest. My guests had enough food for 2 days and really enjoyed their meals. This location in Camp Springs has been there for decades, but this was my first time in years. Will go back!!!!!

Went to red lobster fall 2023 and it was the best experience I've had and it was due to the waiter Shawn (don't remember how it was spelled) not too intrusive, checked up on perfect times, was always quick to grab us something we asked for and always topped off our drinks without us asking. Food felt like it came off the pan and Shawn ran out to door to give it out every time! If he still works there hope he is your server because he should be the gold standard for a great restaurant experience

Came here previously for a date night. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty, my boyfriend and I had to experience a wait to be seated and another wait while at our table. It wasn't until a host recognized us and gave us bread and water that a server actually came. We ended up telling the server thank you but we will not be eating here and went somewhere else. Terrible service.

The only thing within walking distance of the car dealerships, this is an oasis in an asphalt desert. It felt like I was dreaming when we were seated and the biscuits came out. There's a few options for people with shellfish allergies so don't immediately discount Red Lobster if you have an allergic person in your party. One option is the Caesar Salad, for a little extra protein get it chicken or salmon topped. To the chefs, yum! Not as much praise for the wait staff but thanks for everything.

Our biggest mistake was coming the last hour and half on a Saturday. No one was motivated to serve not sit us. It took us about 15-20 minutes to get our drinks after we got our appetizers. Ordered our food and salads and didn't get our order until the restaurant closed. Almost a hour later. By then the servers now closing down and really don't wanna help us. Once we got our food we decided we were better off taking it to go and asked for the to go boxes. I will say the waiter was never rude just slow in helping us.

During COVID-19, if a restaurant IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS; then there's NO EXCUSE. OPEN FOR BUSINESS MEANS- They are ready and able to PROVIDE SERVICE. I paid $140.00 for CUPS of food. All Entree's came in a Cup. When dinning in the portions aren't served in cups; nor are you served cup portions. Over all we were cheated all the way around.

I wrote a bad review about the lobster being undercooked a few months ago. The Manager AL reached out and I returned with a gift card. Thanks AL for the great service; however, this time the lobster was grossly overcooked like old rubber. The dragon shrimp is a great addition to the menu and are tasty. The food came out hot but I was disappointed again. Please get the lobster right chef.

I ordered dinner from here for Mother's Day for my mother. The food was delivered with a fly inside her food container. Yuk. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue but they didn't answer the phone. The recording you hear when the call answers are, "the health and safety of their employees and customers is their top priority. I think not. At this point, I have no other option but to escalate this issue to the Health and Safety Department and notify their Corporate office. Needless to say, this will be the last time my parents eat from this location.

I have never written a review in my life. I called the store to see if I can make order for a delivery, the fact that they say they couldn't do it wasn't the problem. It was the guy on the phone pretending he couldn't hear me when I heard an employee laughing besid him in the bAckground. W O R S T A C T O R E V E R. If you're gonna pretend you couldn't hear me at least not wait until I complete a sentence to then say, " hello... hello" conversation went like this. Me: can you hear me Him: (waits 1 sec) hello Me: Can you hear me now Him:( waits 1 sec) hello .....*another employee giggles* Me: I can hear laughter so I know you obviously can hear me Him: (waits about 3 seconds) hello? *** still no response from the restaurant after I gave them my email***
