I haven’t been at this restaurant location in 15 years. Yesterday me and my mom decided to go to this location because I had a taste for seafood. As soon as I entered, the restaurant looked the same as far as appearance.As, soon as we sat down we were immediately greeted by this wonderful waiter. His name was Enrique. Enrique was so nice And patient and he made me feel like I was in an another country. He was he listened to what we wanted. He recommended certain things he was also training someone. He was very professional. I love his demeanor. The food was amazing. I was surprised to see that they had a salmon rice bowl. It was very good it had brussels sprouts and al dente beans it was really really good. I will be returning back to this location because of Enrique.

Overall my children and I had a great experience. We were served in a timely manner. Our food was fresh, hot and super delicious. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. She made sure we were comfortable and she cleaned and made sure our table was never waiting anything. Overall we had a great time.

Had a gift card to use up so went to check this location out. Hadn't been to a big chain restaurant in a while and honestly didn't have super high expectations, but the food here was really great, and the server was amazing! The lobster and scallops were decently sized and seasoned well, as were the sides. The brussels sprouts were really crispy and tossed in an interesting sauce that worked well without negating the crisp. Upgrading to lobster topped mashed potatoes is a great idea. The biscuits are basically perfect so no need to even comment on them! Our server - Nina, gave the best service I've had in years and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the meal, thank you so much Nina!

Food was veryyy mid. I had to send my cocktail shrimp back because it was frozen and served in a dirty dish, over ice chips that you find at a local motel. The scallops were overcooked and chewy- I don't recommend. The server was soo nice but after he took our order we didn't see him for another 40-50 minute'. We were waiting for our check for a while. I understand why this place is filing for bankruptcy, it's nothing like it used to be.

Dined in yesterday night and I had an amazing time. A nice waitress named Jasmine provided me with insight about the new menu. The lobster roll with the hush puppies was amazing. I completely enjoyed myself last night and will be back. Jas made me feel so welcome with her outstanding patience and recommendations. I normally give a 3 or 4 but this is the service we need everywhere. Jas deserves a 5 and above , thankful to see people who still provide exceptional service.

Endless Shrimp, Endless Wait! The famous biscuits came out quick but the time it took for my entree to appear was really just unacceptable. It took over 40 minutes for my entree to show up on a lazy Monday night with more than 3/4 of the restaurant empty. I pretty much left it up to the server to order my three choices of shrimp, of the three that were chosen, only the grilled shrimp was ok. The Shrimp Scampi was dangerously salty and really small. The "Walt" fried shrimp option felt like the frozen food variety. Once you bite into the fried shrimp, you realize the breading is grossly too much of it and the shrimp is really small. It definitely doesn't match up well to the pictures on the menu quite frankly. The rice that accompanied my plate wasn't even warm but cold. Sadly the service was a bigger part of my negative experience. Aside from the wait, I had wanted to try other varieties but my waitress mistakenly requested one of the same order. When the waitress came back at the end, I had informed that I needed to leave and I'm not sure what she thought I meant, she then disappeared into the kitchen and I had to ask another employee to ask her for my check. I think everyone at Red Lobster could have done better, including the kitchen to be honest. The cheddar bay biscuits are definitely delicious, maybe a tad too much butter, but definitely tasty, however I'm not sure the rest of my meal is worth waiting for. I ended up leaving with a majority of my food behind.

My visit to the Red Lobster in Cherry Hill was on a Tuesday evening during standard dinner hours. It was a pleasant experience and wasn't crowded in the dining room. The bar area had a decent turnout at that time. (Maybe they offer happy hour specials? I don't know for sure.) Service was quite nice, with attentive staff catering to our needs. The only minor downside was that the tables seemed a tad greasy, but that didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. It just made me a little uncomfortable to rest my arms on it. (Then again, my mother always told me not to eat with my elbows on the table, so...) One of the restaurant's standout features is its location next to the Cherry Hill Mall. It's incredibly convenient for those looking to refuel after a long shopping day. But let's talk about food. I opted for the two-selection combo, which included broiled scallops, roasted flounder, orzo rice, and french fries. The flavors were good, and the dishes were well-prepared. On the other hand, my wife ordered the ultimate feast and said her shrimp scampi was a bit on the salty side. (But not a deal breaker I guess, because she did eat all of it.) In terms of pricing, Red Lobster leans a bit on the higher side compared to other dining options in the area, although it's not outrageously expensive for what it is. After all, seafood usually comes with a premium price tag, so you already know what to expect. Our meal for two, without drinks or appetizers, came to around $75 (minus tip). Overall, I enjoyed going to Red Lobster after all this time. Heck, I hadn't been to one since I was a kid!

Brought a family member from the UK to experience Red Lobster. She said it was her favorite food experience thus far in the states. The ultimate platter is a great option if you want to try a diversity of seafood. We tried crab, lobster tail, coconut shrimp, shrimp in garlic and scallops. It was nice having Red Lobster myself after ten years, it is definitely nostalgic and makes you feel safe. Josh was our server! He was super, super kind. He was generous with the biscuits and updated us on timing in the kitchen.

I love seafood! I was semi overwhelmed by the options but only because it all sounded amazing.... Prices were a bit on the higher end but doable... the margarita flight was actually a slamming deal for $15!!!! I expected small glasses but they indeed were basically full drinks! The restaurant was dark/dimly lit and not too busy! And as always... THE BISCUITS ARE BANGING

Look, the food is exactly what you expect from a Red Lobster. The sangria was incredibly sweet and the shrimp scampi was too salty, but those things can be overlooked. What was harder to overlook was the service. Our server was incredibly nice, but food came out of the kitchen at a glacial pace and we had to keep asking for dishes that weren't brought out. Also, we waited like 20min for water, which makes it hard to chow down on those great cheddar bay biscuits! At the end of the day, it's a Red Lobster, but if the service were just a bit better, it really would have been a great experience!

Remember it's Red Lobster food is good and the place seems pretty clean. Host or hostess a little slow for a pretty slow early dinner on a recent Friday. Service was outstanding from a young polite man named Jacob one of the best order takers and servers we have ever had. Just the service from this young man will bring us back in the near future. Leave him a nice tip if he wait on you, seems like he cares for what he does.

Considering all my other red lobster experiences in the South Jersey/Philly area, this one is a gold mine! I've been to this location on many occasions throughout the years and this location has been my go to more recently. Nothing stands out from my previous dine in experience but I was a satisfied customer. While I haven't dined inside here for some time since they don't have outside seating and it gets really crowded in there (we're still in a pandemic and little ones aren't vaccinated...sigh). I have recently used their curbside option for our meals. I'm very familiar with the menus, the meals, and they have been super consistent. Recently ordered online through the red lobster website and it was very easy and they have always met my expectations. Order, get a text once your order is ready, you text "here" and they bring it out quickly. All the items have been included and nothing has been missing which is an improvement from the other locations.

Service was terrible.. I did curbside notified them I was there, 20 mins later no one came, went into the restaurant couldn't find anyone.. Then the bartender handed me a bag of cold food without any apology. I notified Red Lobster and no one responded!

I just ate there tonight. We had to wait for the HOST to clear a table for us. The place was practically empty. We sat across from a dirty table with an upside bolster chair. The carpeting was dirty throughout the restaurant. The waitress addressed us as "you guys." The food was fair. The lobster tails were way too salty. At the end of the meal the waitress presented us with the bill without clearing our table. She then proceeded to clean the dirty table across from us and left a floor swifter and a spray bottle. The staff seems to think that people have no problem eating in a dirty area of the restaurant while it in the process of being cleaned -- finally. I will never go back. The whole experience was just disrepectful. They must think their patrons are trashy people with no standards.

Not even exaggerating. Literally 15 mins, her incompetence makes me want to spit in her face. This place is pitiful.

This is my FAVORITE Red Lobster. Me and my family been here a few times and haven't had a problem with the services yet!! We come here most of the time after a trip to the Cherry Hill Mall. Of course, like the other RL, this RL location is extremely packed on weekends and holidays. Best time to dine in is during weekdays between 3 to 6pm. The servers at this location is very clear with the any upcharges. For example, I didn't want the salad that came with my entree, I upgraded to a bowl of clam chowder instead. The server immediately notified me about the upcharges, that's a good thing bc it prevent problems when ppl receive their bill at the end of their meal. Food wise, every time we went, food is really fresh. The biscuits are always hot and so is our entrees. Definitely a fan of this Red Lobster location.

Kudos to Zack iin Cherry Hill --He solved a problem that was not his making. Without going into details, There was a problem with our gift card and he saved the day. If the service was good? This would be 3 stars. The shrimp were surprisingly larger than expected (although of unknown provenance) and my sirloin was cooked nice and rare, which many chains won't do. The Caesar salad was thoroughly edible and decent, and the shrimp cocktail appy was OK as well, again real jumbo shrimp. One disappointment was the "caprese" salad, it's a joke. Smallest mozzarella balls I've seen in my life and the liquid it sat in was an odd, watered down concoction that's only faintly balsamic. The cheddar bay biscuits were the star of the show, as one expects from Red Lobster....it's a shame we had to wait so long to enjoy them and we never were offered refills. I even made it a point to ask for some the first time our server came to the table, which proved to be an exercise in futility.... To segue, what was NOT the star was the service. We waited at LEAST twenty minutes just to get cutlery and drinks!! Then, more time for the biscuits, more time for the appy, etc. etc. We saw more than one table get seated and served before we even had our drinks. BTW, don't spring for the "top shelf Long Island," you won't taste any difference. Way too watered down. I was hoping for a better meal, but the QPR just isn't there given the poor service. We even got seated at a dirty table and had to wait for it to be cleaned. The seats remained dirty and the table surface heavily chipped, at least we couldn't smell the restrooms that were immediately adjacent. Not to mention the dog feces we had to avoid on the sidewalk around back. We both work hard and were hoping for a better way to spend 2 hours and a Benjamin on a Saturday evening...

I ordered curbside pickup, got there early, checked in. Was told to put on my hazards and they'd be out shortly. 30 min later, I was still waiting. Turned off my hazards, went inside & was told to go stand by their unmanned bar (at the To Go sign). Restaurant was SUPER dead. Waited another 5 minutes, some guy came out & handed me a bag that had probably been sitting on that table for the full 30 minutes I'd been outside. Food was stone cold. Biscuits were like salty rocks. Do not recommend curbside.

This was my first time coming to this place and it will certainly be my last. When I walked in I had to wait 25 minutes for a table for 3 whenever I could see at least 12 booths available. I came here and had a lobster bisque which smelt of stale and moldy bread. This lobster bisque(if you can even call it that) resembled nothing of lobster but instead it tasted of sadness. I then had the shrimp cocktail which wasn't in a cocktail glass but instead flat on a tray. The shrimp linguine Alfredo was bland and just a overall mess. The best thing I ate here was the starting bread.

My boyfriend paid 7.99 for a glass full of ice and watered down strawberry lemonade and tito's. There was more water than juice. The first batch of biscuits we got were okay until we had to wait 40 minutes for the next batch. We waited about an hour for our food, only for most of it to be cold on arrival. My boyfriend had gotten the Mariners feast, with broccoli and "lobster topped" mashed potatoes. Yeah no... 2 little pieces of lobster is lobster topped? The broccoli was crunchy and undercooked, and the salmon was really bland. I had gotten the Seaside Shrimp Trio and it was just meh. Our waitress wasn't super attentive, my boyfriend had asked for a water and had to wait a good bit for it. Granted, it seemed like there was only 2 waitresses and 1 host, and there was a decent amount of guests in the restaurant. But overall, the food was incredibly disappointing. I grew up with the notion that Red Lobster was fancy, but they have since proven me wrong :(

I'm at Red Lobster in Cherry hill NJ order the Cajun chicken pasta this is the chicken they give me little pieces I asked from a manager he tells me that this is a whole chicken breast but I've seen chicken breast they all look like they on steroids anyway he could have given me a couple of more pieces to satisfy a customer but he gave the stine I'm sorry final answer! The shining star of the evening was our adorable server, a tall young man who was so sweet and polite. Ma'am this. Of course that. Certainly here. My pleasure there. Everytime he left our table, I gushed, "I LOVE HIM." Anyway, we were in the mood for a seafood and due to the neverending Crabfest advertising, we thought we'd pop in here for dinner. Two of us split the "Ultimate Feast" which came with an assortment of crab legs, shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, lobster tail and rice. We also ordered the mussels. The feast was OK, quite salty though, and a little meager in portions. The scampi was not good at all. The mussels were amazing though, and I loved that dish. Certainly having the cheddar biscuits and toasted sourdough was a plus, along with a crisp salad. $30 pp including tip for all.

Dirty looking dated Red Lobster. Service was terrible. The waitress walked passed us twice and never took our order. After 20 minutes we had to ask another server where was our server. She eventually came and she brought an attitude. The food was very small portions and they use small plates to hide the small amounts. I ordered the dual lobster tails and my fiancé ordered the salmon shrimp lobster dish. Both our lobsters were overcooked and stuck in the shell and were unable to remove most of the meat. We both left hungry after a $103 dollar bill. Will not be returning.

And the baked potato came out with butter and sour cream in it when they were ordered on the side. Overall the food was extremely disappointing! But the service was very good.

Got my wife the seaside trio which is always good but I got myself the Lobsters Dream. This is my 2nd time this week. To be take out it was excellent. Nice big lobsters tails one steamed and one broiled. With all the side and fixing will recommend it for sure.

I mean can you really beat the biscuits. After I ate 25 of these I also ordered the shrimp potstickers which were pretty darn good. Also ordered the fish and chips for entree and was a little under seasoned but not bad. I have not been to red lobster for a half of minute but was surprised by the upgraded menu. I give this experience a 3.5.

Upon dining into the Cherry Hill location the service was okay... food was decent, what you would usually expect from Red Lobster. But I went to the bathroom and noticed one of the servers coming out of the stall and she didnt wash her hands before going out on the floor. I am absolutely disgusted!!! how can you go to the bathroom and not wash your hands.... when you're serving FOOD to people. We were finished our meals before this happened otherwise I would have refused to stay and eat at a place like this... the servers name was Myra. STAY AWAY!! SO DISGUSTING!!!!!

Wanted to give props to our waiter this Friday, rashan s, he was an amazing waiter. He asked us to rate him on red lobster's customer survey site; however, the user experience is horrible and hard to use, so i decided to prop him up on yelp instead. Red Lobster two solution design ideas to enhance the user experience. Option 1. A ziosk similar to the one over by Red Robin. Option 2. Scanning a bar code on the receipt and easily putting in a rating. Otherwise don't even bother collecting feedback surveys.

I do not come here a lot but when I do I leave satisfied. First off the atmosphere is nice and relaxing, and the workers are nice and very helpful. They have a bar there which is nice if you want to have a glass of wine with your seafood(highly recommend) For starters, their biscuits are absolutely to die for. I ordered off their 4 course meal which is a great buy for $17.99. You have to keep in mind that all their food choices are not served in a full portion only half. I started off with a bowl of their clam chowder. It was good but a little thick for my liking. Second, I ordered their Caesar salad which was fresh and delicious. For my entree I ordered their garlic shrimp and it was amazing! The shrimp was fresh and was grilled to perfection. I did not feel overly full which was great because the 4 course meal comes with dessert. Finally the dessert was a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream which melted in your mouth. Overall, I would definitely come back but I am not a regular customer so who knows the next time I will dine in.

Red Lobster right next to the Cherry Hill Mall has been around since I was a kid and it hasn't changed a bit -- which may be it's biggest downside. Once you walk in you're welcomed by the tank of lobsters to your right and a smell that's characteristic of many chain sit-down restaurants alike. Once we were seated we noticed the cushions were ripped and the tables weren't so clean as well. I ordered the 4-Course dinner for $17.99, which is a little on the pricier side for the amount of food we received. The meal got progressively better as the soup and salad were mediocre, my cajun chicken linguine alfredo was good, and the brownie and ice cream Sunday was the best. Let's not mention the start of the show though: the cheddar bay biscuits. That's primarily why my friends and I came in the first place haha. Long story short, the food was okay at best (with the exception of the biscuits) and the atmosphere and interior was bleak. Our server, Danielle, was a great and attentive -- always making sure that we were tended to with barely any waiting at all! While I wouldn't come back for the food, I would definitely snag some biscuits if I could.

I'm rating this red lobster based off of my most recent experience about a week ago. The last time I was here was about 2 years ago and swore I'd never come back after that horrible experience. I was craving their cheddar biscuits so I caved. Came in on a Saturday during lunch hour. Wasn't very crowded which made me happy because I was hungry and didn't feel like waiting forever for my food to come out. My waiter was great. Very attentive, polite, and even gave recommendations. I already knew what I wanted before I came. I usually like their coconut shrimp and grilled shrimp on a skewer. My daughter wanted to add a lobster tail so he told me that was fine. Everything came out fast! My salad that came with the meal was fresh. I left a happy woman. Keep up the good work, I hope I can receive the same quality service next time

We visited this Red Lobster because of the Ultimate feast commercials. It was a horrible experience. We did call ahead for 7:30 pm. We were seated at 8 pm. It clear immediately that they were short staff. Our waitress Yvette did her best to accommodate all of the tables she had to cover but she was overwhelmed. Our food took forever to come out. We waited so long for salads that we were offered free appetizers. The salads came out and we did not enjoy the Caesar salads. When our food came out my mother's ultimate feast was beyond burnt. My father's steak should have been medium well but it was the color of a brownie . Yvette offered to have my mother's food removed from the bill because her food was so dried out. They eventually brought her another plate of food. The manager Brittany came over to check on us as well but by then it was a little late to help out. She did what she could to help us. It took forever to pay for the bill at the table. Eventually we left but we won't need to go back anytime soon.

Second time in a month we have eaten at this location, food was ok both times. Second time we were there the table next to us looked like this for most of the hour we were eating. Then hostess clean it halfassed off and push all the stuff from the table to the seats on the booth. Glad we were not the next people in that booth

Zero very poor service . I would not recommend this horrible restaurant if that's what you want to call it to anyone!!!!!!! Wouldn't even bring my dogs here save yourself time go somewhere else

So I haven't been to Red Lobster in a while. Thus, I was happy to go and experience what they had to offer again. The night started off like normal. We were seated in less than five minutes and our server came and took our drink orders. Since we knew what we wanted, we ordered our enters with our drinks. Our complimentary biscuits came out first and they were delicious. My girlfriend order them with French dressing which was a nice combination. Next our entrees came out in about 15 minutes, but we were happy about that. But we noticed then that we never received our drinks. Once our server noticed she got them promptly and I believe they had already been made. All of the staff were really nice and our server could have been slightly more attentive. The place had a nice crowd for a Friday, but there were at least 10 tables/booths available. For additional sauces, we had to jail another waitress. It was a good night despite the small lapse by our server and the food was really good. I'd most certainly go again.

So we get to our table and the table across from is has 5 people. They are served their food, and turns out the cooks got wrong damn near everything they ordered. So the first thing I was thinking is oh goodness. Hopefully theyll get ours right. Well well well, we are served our food. One of us is allergic to something and we asked that it not be in the dish. Guess what, the cooks put it in the dish! We realized it after the second bite was taken. Thank goodness there was not an allergic reaction or else I would have sued them!

It truly saddens me to see how much Red Lobster has declined. This particular location smells. My table was dirty. I'm watching the young guy use a dry paper towel and just brush the food on the floor! And if that weren't enough they've run out of broccoli! How do you run out of broccoli and the market is across the parking lot?! The nerve to up charge extra for the only other green vegetable! And Jerome azz can't get any slower

Last evening, 4/13/2019, at 6:10 pm I got sat at table #70 at your cherry hill new jersey restaurant. Table of three. My Family members were meeting me there from shopping at the cherry hill mall. I waited 15 minutes without a server coming around and then proceeded to the host stand to summons a manager. 10 minutes after that the manager, brittany Came to my table but I finally was greeted by my server, latisha and ordered drinks and an app of chicken wings at 630pm. drinks took 10 minutes. Had to ask for silverware since there was No silverware or app plates at TABLE AND CRUMBS ON THE SEAT. At 715pm I told the hostess to tell brittany that I waiting 45 minutes for an app order of wings that we still hasn't received and that I'm writing a letter to corporate. So, we left and went to Longhorne across rt 38. Your loss! 45 minutes for an app????? Did she even put the order in???? You people wasted valuable time of enjoying my family thanks to your inept server and staff! Business lost now from a once raving fan of your concept!!!

We took the family here after I was done in our nearby personal training studio because they wanted seafood. They did a great job with social distancing where are you felt very comfortable with the limited amount of people and they are more relaxed in Letting you go to the mall and texting you and giving you a little time to get back instead of waiting inside and my son who is a steak lover Thought their steaks were better than the steak house down the road. This review is for the service we received from our waitress Sharon who was very nice and also to the general manager who went above and beyond to return my fiancés wallet. We had an early dinner there and it wasn't until later at night did he realize the he had misplaced his wallet. I called at 11pm and luckily the manager was there. They found his wallet and she even went as far to try to message him on Facebook that they had it. He was able to pick it up soon after even though she was almost out the door and had to go back and take it out of the safe. We are very thankful tonight!
