"Come For: An escape with bibs and blue margaritas. The biggest draw of this three-story Red Lobster (besides the unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits) is that you forget you’re actually in Times Square. The huge dining room on the top floor doesn’t have any windows, so instead of being stared down by a model in a 20-foot Gap billboard, you can relax in your booth decorated with faux portholes. We came in craving Crab Fest crab legs & had an excellent server, Armani. She came up & asked if we knew what drinks & food we wanted & we were ready!! She was courteous & friendly, yet very efficient! She brought every & any thing we wanted! She checked on us regularly without being intrusive - sign of a great server! Loved our food & server!! The only negative would be we arrived at 2 pm. There were very few cars in the parking lot & the manager had us wait 15 minutes to be seated. We were the only customers in the waiting area. That’s a personnel management issue.

Every weekday they have a daily special and I’m not sure if it’s only for lunch or if it lasts all day. The special on Tuesday is one pound of snow crab for $25! We both ordered it and my compliments to the chef! The snow crab was cooked perfectly and came out hot. It was the first time in a long time we were able to enjoy crab again. Thanks Red Lobster and their masterful chef!

I haven’t been to a Red Lobster since I was a kid…and honestly this place did not disappoint! I’m usually not a Brussels sprouts fan, but these were crispy, tender, and delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything was well prepared. The food didn’t take long either. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Cynthia was sweet and had a smile that would light up a room. We came here to celebrate our friends anniversary of 44 yrs Cynthia made a beautiful desert for them…. Wonderful night!!

It was a delicious lunch with amazing company. I would like to point out that we had a fantastic server. His name was RJ and if you go to the Cool Springs Red Lobster he needs a shout out. He was fun prompt courteous and made our lunch time so enjoyable. The food of course was great. Cheddar Bay biscuits, what's not to love. But RJ, he's the man.
