I haven't been to a Red Lobster in about 7yrs. I had no main reason for not going other than it just doesn't have menu items that keep me coming back. Great job new CEO I can tell the difference. Food was good and like the update to menu. Main reason coming was to try the new crab boil.

This Red Lobster must have gotten a new manager since we were there in 2018, because things have gone from horrible to just great. We have been back 3 times now and each time it has been perfect. The area inside and out is kept spotless, the bathrooms are clean, the tables are clean. I do suggest a reservation as it can get crowded for dinner. The place is super pretty with some nice comfortable booths. My grandson loves this place and they are so nice to him. We were seated right away with our reservations. Someone came and got a drink order straight away and we had clean set ups and menus. They often have specials, but we found everything to be great. Their rolls are the best and they even have a couple of good desserts. My coffee was not hot so that was a drag, but the food was wonderful. We had so much food. Their loaded mac and cheese is great. Their salads are tasty. They have pasta with anything you want on it. Their shrimp scampi is perfect as is their lobster. It is never burned or over cooked. Their fish and chips are great. They have some nice sides. Have a great time.

Sailor's boil was GOOD! We had the best service with Lesley today! The restaurant was busy, but he was so attentive and had the best attitude and positive spirit. The seafood boil bags are really good, and I would definitely try it again! I asked for both garlic butters in my bag, and the sausage is fire!! We also tried the Sunset Colada drink, and it was delicious as well. Make reservations ahead of time for this location, and you won't have to wait because the Inglewood location gets busy!!!

Intro: chain restaurants are chain restaurants. This is no different t. Pros: -our waiters were excellent and friendly. -the drinks were good -the appetizers especially the flat bread and bacon wrapped scallops were sensational. -air conditioning Cons: -the two times that I went to this location the wait was longer than 45 mins to 1 hour. -the food items come out at different times. By the time we finished the crab or pasta, the sides came out when it’s time for the bill to come out. Unacceptable. -the sides weren’t completed cooked properly. Especially that bacon Mac and cheese (photo). They should call that cooked noodles with cheese and bacon drippings on top. It wasn’t good. -the crab the first time I went was excellent (not the boil). However the 2nd time I went and the boil was not seasoned very well. -the table and chairs need to be cleaned. -For two people this cost $200+ and this meal should have been more like $40 total. Overall: It’s a hit or miss. I say stick to the started and drinks during happy hour. Everything else needs improvement for that price

I came back to the restaurant after 25 yeara as I was returning to the US from Indonesia. We ordered the main event that could not be wrong. The biscuits were amazing complementary. The price waa not to expensive for seafood dinner.

The food was great and the waiter was very friendly, but our experience was not so great. The place was very dirty, empty tables but we had to wait 30 minutes to sit, our food took almost 1 hour to be served and there was a homeless person walking around the tables, talking to people and the employees did nothing.

The good.....Jacob was an amazing server! He was clearly overworked and still made sure he took care of the 4 of us. He hustled and was almost running everywhere! Also whoever was cooking our food did a great job! Food was tasty and fresh. Now the bad.. the hostess needs better training. We arrived and were the only people waiting for over 10 minutes and saw MULTIPLE tables available but were told 20 min wait. She took our name down not on a dry erase board or and iPad or even a notebook but a napkin.. not organized at all.. ok no big deal but then people kept arriving and had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes as she had disappeared. She never checked on us or explained "hey we are short servers today that's why I have to wait to seat you etc etc" or whatever excuse u want to insert. Also the lack of busboys shows.. tables were not cleared and when they were a lot of folks that got seated who had to clean them their selves. But I want to stress again Jacob was great and saved the day!

Went to this location a week ago for the first time after they closed the one in Torrance. The food is good as what I expected from Torrance one, however I noticed the service was unexpected good. Everyone I encountered was as nice as I could expect from a much more expensive restaurant. I was impressed. I'm going back again this week.

First time trying out Red Lobster and now I am mad at myself for not trying out this restaurant sooner before they had decided to declare bankruptcy and closed down many branches. Well, can you blame the customers for eating like pigs when they had the all you can eat shrimp option ‍? It's the company's fault for making such mouth-watering seafood ! Upon entering, you could tell the atmosphere feels a lot like Olive Garden (in a good way). The waiters were friendly and patient when explaining the menu to first timers ! The restaurant and the bathrooms were also very clean. The only downside to this restaurant is the pricing of their food. The food: - Lobster Dip (10/10): Amazing appetizer to start off with. The queso was seasoned so well, after the 10th or 15th bite, I still wanted more. The tortilla chips were crispy and fresh. The texture of the lobster meat was of great quality. Totally worth the price! Also, they were generous with the amount of meat on this dish. Couldn't ask for a better recommendation for an appetizer ! - Create Your Own "feasts" 2 meat (10/10): There's nothing I don't find delicious in Red Lobster . With that said, this was probably my favorite. We went with Maine Lobster tail and garlic shrimp scampi and a side of baked potato . The lobster tail was probably the best lobster meat I have ever tasted in my life! It was juicy, chewy, perfectly seasoned and not to mention, HUGE ! The shrimp scampi also tasted unique. Smelled really good. Not too salty and the portion was way more than we could handle. The potato was fresh and flavorful, it was definitely a good carbs option for this dish! Snow Crab Legs (8/10): This dish was great, but I have tasted something similar at other restaurants. However, it's not to say that I didn't enjoy this dish. It's just that if people were to ask me what to recommend from Red Lobster, these crab legs wouldn't be the first thing that comes to my mind. Overall, I would definitely recommend Red Lobster to seafood lovers with the emphasis that they come here to try the shrimps and lobsters because this is where they shine!

Came to this location for a special family brunch at 11:30, pretty close to when the restaurant opened. We were a large group of 12. Service 5/5 Our server was very attentive and brought any items, made adjustments to our orders as requested and handled the larger group really well. Food 4/5 Almost everything was great. We ordered the Lobster Flatbread, Grilled Lobster Shrimp and Salmon, Crispy Dragon Shrimp, the Lobster Pappardelle Pasta, coffee and the Passion Fruit Margarita. Of those items the Crispy Dragon Shrimp was the best appetizer. The sauce is sweet and perfectly spicy. It was crispy and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. This comes in a bed of fresh cabbage and is a great balance to the heavy flavors in the sauce. The lobster flatbread was good but second to the crispy dragon shrimp for sure. The lobster was good and the flatbread was light and not too salty. You can't go wrong with the Grilled Lobster Shrimp and Salmon as this meal has everything Red Lobster does well! Juicy lobster, five large shrimp, a large helping of grilled salmon seasoned and cooked very well. No complaints with anything on the plate. Totally recommend. Maybe don't get the Lobster Pappardelle pasta. It comes with nice chunks of lobster, asparagus and fresh tomatoes ( flavored like sundried tomato's) and it's all tossed in a thick buttery sauce. For $37 it wasn't worth it. The pasta felt too buttery to me. At first I thought I could avoid the overly greasy portions by eating only items atop the plate but there was no avoiding it. The noodles were also a bit overcooked and became a little mushy. We ended up trying to pick out the lobster, giving up and abandoning that plate. In my opinion the tomato's were the best part of the dish. Drink 3/5 The margarita was super light, it was basically juice. Maybe skip the drinks at this location as well. Aside from the two final items - I would again say the server was awesome, the facilities are clean and the restaurant was pretty peaceful at the time we enjoyed our meal. When we paid and began leaving they prepared some warm biscuits for us to take home which was very nice and well received. I'd eat here again, they handle large groups well. I'd order a little more carefully.

Ok, I've been coming here for years and I've seen the service get worse and worse. This time- Lord! After sitting waiting for over 15 min. W/ only 1 other customer at the bar- I ordered a wine- nope out. Ok got another brand. Wanted to order calamari... Nope no marinara sauce. Will your red lobster and you don't have marinara sauce? OK ordered something else... Took a good 20 minutes to get there. I wasn't offered silverware, a napkin when I asked for water and it never came. I had to chase down the bartender to get water. The other customers at the bar was speaking to the manager as I was sitting there asking for his meal to be discounted because the service was so bad. Whoever is the manager of this place... Do better train these employees to be more customer oriented. I own a business, if I ran it like this I would go under. Do better!

It was Lobsterfest and that means it's time to hit up Red Lobster for this great tradition of food. We came in last night around 730pm for dinner. I ordered the Lobster and Shrimp Pasta along with the Lobster Artichoke Dip. First the Lobster dip was really good and new to them. It was nice and tasty and plenty of lobster you can see in the dip which is always nice. The Lobster and Shrimp Pasta was pretty good as well with plenty of shrimp but may have to give a little bit more lobster pieces for the pasta. Our hostess which I did not get her name was very nice and able to seat up to the right of the station in the back from the door. Our server was Graciela T. and she was awesome. Took excellent care of us with her professionalism, making sure we were good for the entire evening. Definitely will return to Lobsterfest before it leaves to get something else.

The lobster tail was so good with the butter sauce, & the steak was season amazingly & cooked to my liking. The broccoli was made perfectly especially when you pair it all together it all comes & melts in your mouth & packs it full of flavor.

This is my first time revisiting this location after the Torrance location closed. I was SO HAPPY to see the old staff from Torrance working at this location! The best part of a restaurant is how the staff treats you and if you enjoy the service most likely the food is going to be good as well. The staff from previous years at this location unfortunately wasn't the best which made me not want to return but my mother insisted that we go. I came early with my mother right when they opened and there were maybe 4 parties seated so we were able to sit right away. Bread came out nice and hot right away along with our water. We both got the Ultimate Feast and the lobster tail was huge and probably my favorite item! I had a lot to take to go which is always nice. Shoutout to Red Lobster for bringing the dream team back!!!

I went for a light lunch and continued birthday celebrations and was disappointed- during the meal the lights and power went out for the whole block... this delayed our food and left us wondering if we would even eat. The drinks were yummy but due to the power outage I felt they should have given us all free drinks or shots. At the end of the meal they for forgot to bring out my birthday dessert which was disappointing but overall the service was great and the staff were friendly and professional The ambiance/ facilities were clean and if I'm ever nearby I would go back for another experience and give them another try.

Our waitress barely ever came to the table besides taking our orders and giving us drinks which by the way we could never get a refill on smh. We had to wait about 30 minutes just for the biscuits to come out. I ordered a soup I never got, my mom ordered a salad that didn't even come out until the food had been on the table already for about 10 minutes and we both specifically asked for the soup and salad to come out first ! Our waitress Ambreance or however you spell it is not attentive and this job is definitely not for her. Probably won't be back to this location.

Service is horrible!!! I visited Red Lobster in Inglewood CA (in January 2025) while visiting Los Angeles. I was seated timely but the server was slow slow slow. She was so slow that after waiting for what seemed like eternity, we finally asked another worker to please bring us lemon and sweetener for our ice tea. Also, We didn't have any silverware and when I requested it, she brought two forks and knives loosely wrapped in one napkin. Yes, you heard me correctly: one napkin. She dropped it on the table and sped off so fast that I didn't have time to ask why each fork and knife wasn't wrapped separately and if she expected us to share one napkin. By this point, we considered walking out because the service was getting crazy. Food came. It was alright but nothing spectacular. When the bill came, I had a question about an additional charge. We went back and forth over it. Her eyes got big and she grabbed my friend's credit card and walked away. I thought that if a customer had a question about their bill that the question should be resolved before the server rings it up. Well that didn't happen in this case. Her position was that she was right; I was wrong and it was time to pay up. I emailed a complaint to the restaurant. Someone called, apologized and promised to send me a gift card via email but I never got it. I decided to write this review to warn everyone to stay away. Service is horrible and the food is not all that. I like to go out to eat and I usually give restaurants a couple of chances; however, this place is consistently horrible!!!!!

It has been over 20 years since we ate at Redlobster. Living in Southern California we have so many options of getting fresh seafood today. We did not want to drive so far and decided to just go here of the restaurant has not changed. It is still 1970 1980s style but the service was wonderful. We had a very good waitress was very attentive and efficient, we we ordered crap, and my husband ordered lobster and steak. They were both delicious and the crap actually tasted pretty good and fresh.

Tried out the new red lobster menu here and the food all came out hot fresh and fast The new items are all delicious and definitely fits the overall theme and quality of red lobster and I would recommend you try it to change up your typical orders The sweet heat calamari comes with pineapples and the jumbo coconut shrimp truly has coconut flavors in every bite. I do recommend getting an entree and adding the lobster tail on the side as that is the larger size. You can always sign up for the app for free rewards discounts and join waiting list on the app. The mussels & Flatbread are all nice additions to the menu!

My niece ordered the Crabby Cheesy Fries. The can cheese was lukewarm. The crabmeat was refrigerator cold. It was not good but my niece liked it. The sourdough bread was good. Crunchy outer shell with a tender center. Unfortunately the clam chowder didn't have a hint of clams. It tasted like potato gravy soup. Please take a close look at the Salmon. It looked like it was surrounded with soot. Did they grill it over black coals. I'm not going to write about the awkward customer service. Waiting in the lobby 15 minutes not being acknowledged. That should have been enough to make me leave I did like the ambiance, nice moody lighting. They need an overhaul. Teach customer service. Provide Incentives for those who've mastered hospitality. Expect Effective management.

I made a reservation for 7:15p. There were tons of reservations available online. When we arrived we had to wait 35 mins to be seated. It took another hour to receive our food. We wanted to try some items off the new menu but they had already run out of a few items. The bacon wrapped scallops, the new lobster pasta, and even coleslaw were gone. The waitress Charmaine, was great and really tried to make up for everything but there's nothing that can be done to make me try this location again.

Came here instead of Chilli's because it looked packed. We still wound up waiting for about 30 minutes for a party of five. I had three kids with me and the restaurant is definitely kid friendly. They had menus and crayons for them. A lot of people had kids with them as well. Our server was very attentive and gave us a quick rundown of the menu. He had our drinks and appetizer out fast. We tried the lobster dip and it was delicious. My boyfriend and I both ordered the lobster tail and steak. I got the baked potato and broccoli. He chose the fries and broccoli. The server did forget a side but he got it out to us quickly. Everything was delicious! My boyfriend is not a big seafood eater besides shrimp and he said the lobster was great. They serve it with a butter sauce that is delicious. I'd recommend stopping by the staff was amazing and very welcoming. The restaurant looks clean and there was tons of parking. It was my birthday so I received a free dessert as well which was sweet.

Our experience today was worse than the last really bad experience we had in Gardena. What is going on with Red Lobster in general? To be fair, I have never been a fan, I usually come when some older family members want to celebrate their birthdays here. I can think of a million other places for excellent seafood, but for some reason, for some people the image of Red Lobster means something to them, like Olive Garden for many. We got there at 3:27pm today and didn't get seated until 5:10pm. To be fair, the lady did tell us it would be over an hour wait. The insane thing is that the place was half empty! I thought it was just today, maybe too many people called out because of last night's Halloween parties. But from what I read in other reviews, it seems to be a common thing for them to keep the restaurant half empty and people waiting over an hour! Why?! Once we did get seated, when we ordered our appetizer, they forgot to bring out utensils. A bit of a wait for that. They brought out two sets of utensils when they finally did, and we were a party of three. We had to wait for some one to come by to ask for another set. In the meantime, my husband and I shared a fork for the appetizer and we finished before they brought out the third fork for him. By then our main meal had come. I noticed it's always a hit or miss with the food, but today I actually liked what I got. The New Orleans salmon was really good. The Casa colada 'Rita was delicious and much needed after that wait. The overall experience, however, is NOT worth the wait and slow service.

Please close this place down!!!. Just ordered biscuits for my godson. that's all he wanted for his birthday. The biscuits were smashed when we got home, and I checked them. Not only were they smashed, but they were undercooke soggy, and whatever garlic butter that came on top that they were known for wasn't there. Just looking at these biscuits, there is no cheese as well. I keep trying to give this location chances after chances. Before this, I had hair in my food before that the employees were rude and had attitudes. I'm done with this location, staying far, far away from here!!

Crab Fest is a Bail and Switch. The TV add shows a plate full of King Crab legs and a price of $20. For $20 all you get is a something like a rice bowl with some crab meat. The plate of King Crab legs it $37. Management says the ad states that prices vary by location, but the "fine print" is not on the TV long enough to read. But I still think that showing a full plate of King Crab legs and a price of $20 is misleading. However, the food was good and the service was great.

February 26th Jackie server great customer service always cheerful thank you for the recommendation for a first timer. All your cheerful smiles made our visit. It was highly busy we waited 20 minutes with plenty of available seating as you wait. Grab a menu and browse. Atmosphere was the perfect setting for calmness and a peaceful lunch it felt like as we sat at our booth. Let's start with there fresh biscuits they bring out a sin they are we had 2 baskets. Food Starters were Crispy Green Beans Crispy battered green beans served with jalapeño ranch. Stuffed Muschrooms Main meal We ordered chicken tender meal there were no available hamburgers this Sunday. The plate was was ok seems more like a children's plate. Ultimate Feast Tender Maine lobster tail, snow crab legs, shrimp scampi and Walt's Favorite Shrimp. Served with melted butter, lemon, cocktail sauce and choice of two sides. Let's say dinner was not needed after this meal. Fish and Chips Hand-battered, wild-caught cod served with coleslaw, tartar sauce and one side (we suggest French Fries as selected). Wish I had ordered another extra helping of fish fries were ok my meal did not look as appetizing as the Ultimate Feast Plenty parking

I came here on a weeknight and joined the wait list experience, which was about an hour and plenty of parking spots, so no worries. It's perfect for large groups. I love a nice booth seat, so customer service is not the strongest strength. I'm assuming they were short-staffed staffed. Our waitress spent more time giving us the bill and telling us how much we should tip than servicing us the whole night. I believe she was a hostess. I forget her name, but she was helpful, and we wish she were our server. Onto the food, the tacos were OK, the garlic shrimp so good, I highly recommend the lobster with mashed potatoes. It was so good overall. I had a good experience. I'm sure others could agree with me if the customer service were better, this place would be amazing

Last night was crazy. I woke up totally disoriented and confused and didn't know where I was. I could see 2 people in front of me, but I couldn't make out who they were because I was so disoriented and the lights looked so bright. "Where am I?" I asked. Then I heard my buddy David say "we're at the Red Lobster.' I looked down and saw an empty mega-sized Sunset Passion Colada on the table in front of me. I also saw tons of empty plates and it all came back to me. We were partaking in the endless shrimp promotion and in addition to drinking the biggest cocktail I and ever seen, I was also absolutely stuffed with every kind of shrimp they had on the menu. Also, the last dish I ate was this creamy shrimp pasta dish that was just way too creamy. Nobody needs that much cream. It was fucking disgusting. Suddenly the room started spinning and I started vomiting SHRIMP and CREAM all over the table. My buddy Eric said it smelled very SHRIMPY and wanted to move tables, but I was unable to stand up so we had to just accept it. The worst part was a little girl at the table next to us saw me and I heard her mother try to explain to her why a grown man was shooting SHRIMP and CREAM out of his mouth at the Red Lobster on a Monday. Overall, I would give the Red Lobster's Endless Shrimp deal a thumbs up and would reccomend it to a friend.

Went on a Saturday. Got seated within 10 minutes. Zemta was our server and she is very sweet! The biscuits were really good! Food was really good! My only complain was that the food took so long.

Only good thing about it was the food. Service - The host was very nice, I had a reservation and I was a little early she did her best to accommodate me. However our server, horrible. Gave me attitude when I asked if she had my drink she gave me attitude and anytime I need anything I had to flag her down and ask more than once. Our dinner was also missing one of the main entrees. I informed management that I was disappointed and our server was annoyed by me and my entree was missing and she heard me out (I ended up with 10 dollars off my bill, better than nothing.) But, I drove quite a ways and was pretty disappointed. Host good, food great, staff horrible, manager decent. I don't recommend the calamari to much batter otherwise food was amazing. My coconut shrimp (missing entree was probably my favorite)

Yesterday experience at this Red Lobster was horrible for me. Mind you I have not been in at least 7 or 8 years. But Just shut this restaurant location down. We walked in and the host said it would be 5 minutes before we could be seated. It was actually longer. Then a lady walked in by herself and the waitress sat her down before us. The host came and got us and said I do apologize but I don't know why the lady was sat before you all. Our waitress (Zema or Zuma) is bit cut out to be a waitress. She needs to possibly be a host. You have to keep reminding her of things. My mother ask for water with a lot of lemons twice. Water came no lemons. My mother ordered her entree. When I ordered my entree she said we have no linguini, then she said they have no sauce. Then she turned around and said I think see a truck with our food. I just looked at her. I said well alright come back to me in about 3 minutes. She comes back saying ok we do have sauce for the linguini. I ordered pick two shrimp plate with one side. Then she said for an extra $2.99 you both can get a salad (that was a lie). So our food came out in a decent time. The first batch of biscuits were too dark but the second batch was just right. My mother's food looked fresh and smelled good. My food on the other hand was let's just say had been sitting. The sauce for the linguini was spoiled. I could not even swallow it. When I called the waitress back she states that the truck was just outside delivering our food. I know it had been sitting. I was just at Red Lobster in Ontario Mills Mall area two days prior to this and got the same meal. Everything was fresh and good. She said what would you like instead, I just said just give me another shrimp scampi, that took forever. When we received the check I was charged 6.00 for my mother's salad and $2.99 for my salad. I asked her about it and she says oh no her salad was not $2.99 only yours. I told her that's not what you told me. You looked at the both of us and said that. She said I'll take it off and she did not. I was irritated by then. I just made sure the tip I was going to give her was cut short because of the misinformation that she gave me. Managers you have got to do a better job. Maybe you need to come around like Olive Garden managers do after customers get their food and try it out. Just to make it seem like you care. I am going to stay away from this location and advise others to do the same.

Don't waste your time coming here. They will tell you it's a 25-35 min wait but it will take an hour or more. Very unorganized. They were seating people who had gotten to the place within 20 min while it had been people waiting for 45 min. It was clean for the most part because most of the patrons were sitting in the waiting area and outside. It was literally 30 ppl waiting while there was 6 tables were occupied

This location has some serious issues. There was no one at the front desk. My husband and I waited labour 20 mins to be seated. Once seated we were told our server was cut. Sooo why did he sit us there idk... we were moved, the only saving grace was our server Emahni. She is actually a gem and I hope a manager or someone reads this and let's her know what a great job she's doing. Emahni had a great attitude , she took time with us (even tho I know she had to be in a rush due to the staffing ) she made time to have a a little small talk, which I appreciate. I asked some questions about the menu she was able to answer all of them. What started off as a bad experience needed up being ok.. and it's sold on the server and how she interacted with me. Thank you Emahni!!!! I know the server/ restaurant industry is hard... keep doing you!!!

I am leaving a comment about the service we received during our lunch today. Upon our arrival, the service we received from our initial hosts was less than desirable, when we were seated at our table we were greeted by the sweetest, most accommodating, and well informed waitress, Serenity. She made us well aware of the menu options and her review of the respective dishes. Throughout the entire service she provided quick and pleasant service. I certainly hope in the event the restaurant does not close, I think she would be an appropriate candidate to receive the proper increase in compensation.

On a Saturday evening in September, I came here for dinner with hubby's family. I prearranged a reservation online which helped, I think we waited 20min for our table while other people was waiting. Our waitress was nice with soft voice. She gave us 2 baskets of cheddar biscuits for 4 people. Also our water came right away which was fast. I was about to order a bake potato then our waitress said no potatoes or broccoli. I was very disappointed and ordered 7oz steak and mash potatoes, I should of changed it to fish and chips. The plate looked so disappointing hence 2 stars. Only exciting thing was the cheddar biscuits and Caesar salad. 2 stars for my disappointment dinner 4 stars on refills of drinks and good service.

I tried to give this place several chances and i am done. When I arrived, i went to the bathroom more than half of the tables were dirty; they weren't cleared and cleaned off once customers left. When I was finally seated the server that we had seemed pleasant at first, however I felt it was false pleasantries. Her responses to questions were short and curt. I felt like she was either tired or didn't enjoy working there. I will no longer give my money to a franchise that doesn't value the customer and continues to give poor customer service.

Came here for a nice little Sunday lunch and was disappointed at the beginning of ordering. Asked for a Caesar salad and was told there is no salads available today. Then asked to redeem my free desert and was told there are no cakes until Tuesday due to a busy weekend however it's early Sunday afternoon. When our biscuits arrived, we were told "there were no plates as they are being washed" The appetizer was good and fresh - calamari. Our main entrees came out hot and fresh.

Ok, so the sevice has really turned around. I was greeted beautifully and felt welcomed. Although they didn't have what I originally wanted my server gently and sweetly gave me additional options that were perfect! Loved the experience! Perfect end to my vacation!

The restaurant is largely understaffed per the host, and they were unable to sit us. It was 40 minutes before closing. He told us there were 3 parties waiting before us, and the bartender was even overwhelmed. Won't be back to this location.

This location absolutely SUCKS!!! my soup came out cold, my rainbow trout is super dry, My martini came in a wine glass, I asked for my food Togo but it came out on a plate looking disgusting!! They need to do so much better and the Manager, Diego is WORTHLESS!! I didn't ask for any comps or anything free.. just a solution for my extra dry trout and he had nothing!! He just talked about how terrible yal restaurant was with the new changes but has no solution! Pure unprofessional! I just paid and took my food so I could doctor it up at home after paying a $50 something bill.. should've cooked at home definitely would've been better quality.. Cameen Heard came and spoke to me and was very professional! Thank goodness for her

Food has never disappointed me. However the service is terrible. I arrived today 6/8/2024 at 5:15 pm. The young man at the front desk was very courteous and we were sat at 5:20 pm. Well at 5:30 pm no one had tended to us and I observed a group of 4 enter passing our table. The server that was serving the tables around us I figure will eventually get to us. Well he then tended to the group that had passed us. It was 5:35 pm and no one tended on us for now 15 minutes. We got up and left. I did complain as we exited. The server was either an idiot, slow in understanding, or avoided us on purpose. I think it was all 3. Regardless he should not be serving customers.

BEWARE LOBSTER IS PINK / RED ( lobster doesn't look like the pictures ) i came for lunch sat down for 10 min then we got a table . After we got the table we waited 30 min for biscuits & 45 min for our food . SERVICE IS SLOW manager is a short small hispanic guy very rude not understanding very dismissive . Server drop ranch on the floor and never got it up it's been on the floor or over an hour . service is horrible food is no good . thumbs down !!
