The North Las Vegas Restaurant Row adds Red Lobster - Eater Vegas

"Red Lobster opened inside a built-from-scratch, 5,588-square-foot restaurant east of the intersection with Camino al Norte Road on what was an empty patch of land a year ago. Currently honoring an endless shrimp promotion, the fourth Las Vegas expansion for the familiar brand sits close to an Applebee’s Grill + Bar." - Bradley Martin

We don't come here often but when we do we are made to feel like welcome family. We get a different server each time and every time they greet us with a giant smile, remember us and catch up like it was just yesterday. Enough about the wonderful staff. The food is consistently delicious. They even have a good selection for a picky little one.

So, had lunch today with my two daughters. Our entire bill originally came up to $98.61 but due to certain mishaps, our bill was discounted to $80.13. That discount was only because the waiter forgot to bring my daughter's baked potato so the manager took care of that. Unfortunately, he did not take care of everything else. The lobster flatbread, coconut shrimp, shrimp scampi, were each very bland. No seasoning, no tastiness. We didn't receive our food until 55 minutes after we ordered it. That was disappointing. JUAN failed to ask us if we wanted any refills on our drinks and as I said before, forgot to bring the baked potato, but other than that, he was very nice and a very good waiter. The rest of our meals were just so so. What's happened to red lobster? The food used to be so darn delicious but no longer is. It's a little sad. Anyway, I'd appreciate a credit voucher for our meals. The raspberry tea and mango smoothie. were delicious and so were the cheddar biscuits. Everything else was pretty tasteless. Next time, I think we'll just do crab. A credit would be appreciated. Thank you.

Sonia was the best!! She made sure we were taken care of, was very, very attentive and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We hope to be seated in her section whenever we visit.

Google
My recent visit to Red Lobster was deeply disappointing. The lobster, a supposed highlight of the meal, tasted like flavorless rubber—completely lacking in freshness and flavor. The steak, which I requested medium, arrived as an overcooked, charred piece of fat that was barely edible. To add to the disappointment, the only redeeming item on my plate were the french fries. Service was equally lackluster. The waiter was inattentive, leaving us feeling neglected throughout the meal. To top it off, my drink was watered down, failing to offer any enjoyment. Overall, this experience was not worth the visit. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to others seeking a satisfying dining experience.

If you Love seafood like I do. I don't see why you wouldn't Love Red Lobster 🦞🦞🦞. The Ultimate Feast is my personal favorite, yummy in my tummy, those biscuits ummm but everything is great.

Yelp
Yesterday's Christmas Party at Red Lobster was exceptional due to our server AJ. We had 30 people in our group. AJ was personable and professional. Everyone received their meal in a timely manner. AJ service made dining at Red Lobster on 12/05/2024 a very enjoyable experience! Thank you AJ!

Yelp
Beware!! If you happen to go to this red lobster, make sure that you check your credit card statement afterwards. The waitress named Emily took it upon herself to add an additional tip to my credit card. Committing fraud and theft. Red Lobster do you screen your workers before hiring? The food is subpar and the service was horrible. We had to ask for silverware we even had to ask for our check. Do yourself a favor and save your money or go elsewhere.

Mangos C.

Yelp
My visit was marred not just by the underwhelming food that didn't meet the expectations set by the brand, but also by the behavior of a waitress named Emily. I discovered that Emily had added an extra monies to her tip without my consent. This felt like an act of theft from my credit card, and it left a very sour taste in my mouth. This behavior is simply unacceptable. I hope the management will investigate this matter seriously. I believe that actions should be taken to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future. Make sure to check your card statements when dining here. Do better Red Lobster!

Yelp
I have been to Red Lobsters all over the country, but this particular restaurant moves the most seamless. Everyone from the front desk reception, to the wait staff, to the manager Mr. G. was extremely hospitable, friendly, and gave over the top amazing customer service. As for the food, it was great as always. However, the steak that came with the ultimate feast was absolutely perfect. Most of the time, the steaks that I've been served from Red Lobster have some gristle in it. The steak I received from here was perfect, and perfectly made. I will be back again, and again, and again.

Yelp
On tonight, Friday, December 20 me and my husband chose to visit our local red lobster in North Vegas once upon sitting being seated by the manager, he came over and told us who our waitress should be. I can't remember the name however no one ever showed up not with a glass of water they didn't offer the biscuits that they normally do. We were sat there over 10 minutes without even being acknowledge, and the place was not busy to the point where we couldn't have been served. Looks like we need to work on our customer service skills or higher more health

Yelp
My go-to Red Lobster since they opened. It's located on Craig Road with its own parking lot. Tonight, I order the Today's Catch-Salmon New Orleans with Orzo Rice and Season Broccoli, Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo, Sesame-Soy Bowl with Atlantic Salmon (added the Snow Crab Legs on the side), Chicken Tenders with Fries, and the Admiral's Feast (added the Side Caesar Salad and Grilled Shrimp). Service was great. Once I arrived to pick-up the curbside order, I used the text message to notify them of my arrival. Within 30 seconds, the waitress brought out the food in two bags. Everything was packed nicely to ensure they don't shift on the way home. Majority of the food came out great. In the Sesame-Soy Bow, the brussel sprouts were burned so we did not eat that portion. Rest of the order was great. I would still come here again because the food has been prepared well in the past and the service has been great.

Yelp
One of my favorite things to eat are crab legs. Crab leg feast allows me to go crazy and really splurge. The lobster is a hit or miss as sometimes it's smaller and can be overcooked. The crab legs have proven to be more consistent. The restaurant is always busy and for some reason doesn't take reservations. With all that I still enjoy the crab legs.

Yelp
I called my order in. I ordered the shrimp. Any two ways. My bill came to about $22 and some change. It was well worth it. It was amazing. I went inside. I was greeted by the staff I was able to pay for my order since they notified me, my order was ready.. They were pretty busy inside. Haven't had red lobster and it was really good. Everything was great.! When I say they gave me everything for the baked potato that I asked for sour cream, bacon, cheese, and green onions. Excellent, you guys excellent Thanks again.... I really enjoyed my dinner. It was worth spoiling myself today I really did.

Yelp
First off, Endless Shrimp has been continued! It's definitely the main reason for our visit this afternoon! Secondly, my review... Arrived around 4 pm for a late lunch/early dinner, and we were glad we came when we did as the restaurant filled up before we left. Greeted promptly on arrival and given our requested booth. The server was friendly. After placing our orders, she also came back with fresh Cheddar Bay Biscuits®! We started with Coconut Shrimp Bites & Garlic Grilled Shrimp Skewer. The Garlic Grilled Shrimp Skewers were delicious and my main reason to Red Lobster. Tried the Coconut Shrimp Bites, and although it had the same flavor as the Coconut Shrimp, it was not the same - should have kept the same shrimp, but given high food costs, I understand why they "shrunk" the Coconut Shrimp into bites. Other shrimp dishes we tried were the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo & Walt's Favorite Shrimp, skipping the Garlic Shrimp Scampi this time. Overall, we had a very good experience here and will be back! A great addition to our side of town!

Yelp
Better than the others in town, very clean, good service and decent food. Will be back. I love the key lime pie.

Yelp
This is second time made a take out order. Just like the first time they are making it once you get there. Why order and pay for a certain time when it won't be ready. Food is always good but service really is not good. There were a few waiting and they were not that busy. Poor management!!!!

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to this location. What made this visit so nice was the staff. Everyone was very friendly. there was a large birthday going on in the other room so it was busy but our server was still quick to take care of our meal. All the food was good. The only complaint was one of the steaks was cooked way too well done despite asking for medium. I came here cause I had gift cards and didn't have time for dinner. The location is a bit out of the way but overall a nice dinner.
google avatar

Diane S.

Yelp
I was celebrating my birthday a month late, so I was excited. The service left something to be desired. I wasn't checked on to see how the food was, or if I needed anything else. I wasn't offered any refills on my drink, asked for to go containers. I wasn't offered any fresh biscuits to go so I was a little disappointed.

Yelp
Disclaimer--I was here for a free dinner as part of a seminar, but the fact that I didn't pay doesn't affect the quality of the food. We were offered 2 entree options, one chicken, one shrimp. Along with nearly everyone else, I chose the shrimp. It was fried shrimp, which was tasty accompanied by shrimp pasta, which was a bit odd, but as a shrimp lover, I went for it. The strange thing was the side was a choice of rice or broccoli. Pasta AND rice? Most people chose that, I think because they planned to take one or the other home. (The servings were generous.). I got the broccoli, which arrived bright green but was still overcooked for my taste, which is OK because a lot of people prefer it that way. Normally, I would eat it as I love broccoli but it was WAY too salty. Completely inedible. The pasta was also quite salty. We were also offered ice tea, which never arrived. They had an offer advertised for a bonus if we purchased a $50 gift card, which I considered until I ate. No thanks.

Yelp
Came here on Saturday right after 11am, not realizing they just opened. This would be our second time here at this location. We were greeted as soon as we opened the door. I didn't get our waitresses name but she was great & attentive to us. The food was yummy and just what we were looking for. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms- this was the only item were bummed about. 6 stuff mushrooms for $14 but there was nothing significant to it. So I dont think we'll be ordering that next time. For our main course we ordered the Oak Harbor (I believe, forgot the name), & that was delicious just what my husband wanted. It was flavorful & had a good mix of all the seafood. We also ordered the Shrimp Scampi & Shrimp Alfredo with a side Cesar salad off of the Endless Shrimp section- pick 2 for $18. Not to mention the biscuits, were of course a given & never disappoint. Everything went well & paired great with drinks too (beer & a margarita)! Lastly there was a lady, going around offering to take pictures. Of course we gave in & ended up buying 2 photos. We thought that was cute & changed up our usual lunch date. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you staff & location for a good experience.

Yelp
I visited this location on my lunch break and there was hardly any customers dining in. The hostess greeted me immediately and had me have a seat. She provided a menu and let me know someone would be with me shortly. A couple walked in and was seated and watched the gentlemen behind the bar come out to ask them what kind of drinks they would like, meanwhile still no one has came to my table. He brought back there drinks and proceeded to take their order and yet still no one has acknowledged me. I got up to leave and I let the same hostess that seated me know what happened. She apologized but didn't offer to rectify the situation she just let me leave. Customer service is huge and had she tried to remediate I might of stayed, but there was a lack of concern.

Yelp
Everything was awesome! From the management to the waitress down to the food and drinks! The waitress (Whitney) was amazing and the manager ( Andrew) went to EVERY table to ensure everyone's meal was on point! We would rather have an average meal with great service but tonight RedLobster rocked it! EVERYTHING was wonderful! Our food was hot and tasty! Thank you Whitney and Andrew!

Cinthya M.

Yelp
First time trying Red Lobster and overall experience was good. Upon looking over the receipt at home I noticed that I was still charged extra for Mac and cheese on the Create Your Own Ultimate Feast. No Mac and cheese was included in my order. Food was good just that the air vent is practically above every booth, food got cold immediately. Skip the Shrimp Alfredo, any other shrimp option would be better. The shrimp scampi was delicious, as well as the crab legs.

Yelp
Food was good, service was great and the decor was alright. We went there for one of our nights out and we had a very nice time.

Yelp
I brought my mother who has stage 4 dementia here to celebrate her 90th birthday. Tiffany was her server and took care of her as if she was family. The food and service was great! Tiffany provided incredible support for my mother to ensure her experience was a memorable one. My mother will not likely remember the love she received today but I will always cherish Tiffany and her effort to make this special for my mother. If I still had my business I would be aggressively recruiting her. Thanks again!

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a Wednesday afternoon for the endless shrimp deal. The parking lot had a lot of parking and even charge points for electric vehicles. The interior was nice and clean with mariner decor. The ceiling lamps were lobster traps! There was also a live lobster tank on display near the hostess. We were seated promptly and were greeted by our waiter. We both ordered the endless shrimp deal. It took a while for the biscuits to come but we saw that we got a fresh hot batch. For the first round you get two shrimp choices and sides. We both got a side of fries and started with the Walt's favorite, the shrimp skewers, the coconut shrimp, and the shrimp Alfredo. The coconut shrimp comes with a "pina colada" sauce. The skewers came on top of some rice. The coconut shrimp was crispy and the sauce adds a sweetness to it. The Walt's favorite shrimp came with cocktail sauce and had a nice fried coating. The skewers were a little salty even after adding some lemon to it. The shrimp Alfredo was actually very good. The sauce was creamy and had a good amount of sauce. It didn't feel to heavy or rich. The shrimp in that dish were a little small but it was probably the best of this round. The waiter recommend putting in the next round even if we weren't done yet since orders can take a bit to prepare. We ended up going with the Walt's favorite and the shrimp scampi next. This round of Walt's favorite was super salty compared to the first batch. No amount of cocktail sauce could hide the saltiness. The shrimp scampi was also a little salty but this time with butter and garlic. We called it a night after this round. Overall it is a good option if you're hungry and love shrimp. I would try to match with a side to balance out the saltiness from the shrimp dishes.

Yelp
Food and service is excellent!!!!! It's lent until Easter. This is the place to be on l Fridays ! We love red lobster .

Debra S.

Yelp
New menu but still batter with no taste other than flour and grease. Shrimp is delicious as usual and they now add round balls of flour and grease which would be better if they were at least cornbread. The fish in the fish and chips is good but batter not so good. Dr. Pepper was not as good as it could have been. Will try another restaurant next time for fish.

Katrina A.

Yelp
Staff lacks accountability and points fingers when orders are not right. Will not be going back.

Yelp
Let me just say wow!!! Food, service and ambiance was amazing!! Food: I need REAL gluten free options and they were VERY accommodating. They had tons of delicious gluten free options. My family who is not gluten free enjoyed their food very much! From, fish, shrimp, pasta to sides it was all very tasty. Ambience: This location is SO CUTE!! I did not feel like I was in a red lobster. haha The bar was nice, the color scheme was fresh and light, water themed, wainscoting on the walls....a bit of an upscale feel for sure! Service: The service was outstanding! The manager Taylor went far and beyond to help. Taylor didn't seem annoyed, confused or helpless when it came to knowing the food like lots of restaurants managers. Taylor was confident, knowledgeable and so very kind! She even DOUBLE checked items herself to ensure it's gluten free. The hostess was sweet and greeted us with a smile, along with our server jasmine. Jasmine was accommodating and full of smiles as well. This specific red lobster location was one of the BEST establishments i have came across in a long while. This location has set a high standard for others to follow. Maybe i came on a good day BUT i will definitely be back and i hope my experience is the same everytime! Thanks to everyone there!

Yelp
My husband and I visited for a quick dinner date and had an incredible meal and some really good cocktails. We decided to try something new on this visit and opted for the lobster tacos to share in addition to our usual entrees. The presentation on the tacos was good and they tasted even better than they looked. We went large on our cocktails so for a couple of bucks more they bought out these huge drinks that were super tasty.

Yelp
This review is for our server; Whitney B. EXCEPTIONAL service, kindness and thoughtfulness. Whitney had a ton of full tables in her area, doing everything on her own. She was filling drinks, bringing sides, taking orders, bringing out food promptly, and the most important; she did it all with a smile. She took the time at each table, greeted everyone with positivity and great energy. The main reason for this review was there was a woman seated alone behind our table, who had a vision impairment. Whitney blew us away with her kindness. She took the time to explain to this customer, where on her plate was each food item (using a clock as a reference; shrimp was at 12 o clock, mashed potatoes were at 3oclock..so on). When she placed the drinks down for her, she explained the drink on her left was water and the drink on the right was the other drink she ordered. My wife and I were truly blown away. Whitney is a TRUE example of humility and thoughtfulness. Even with full tables and hustling to please everyone, she took the extra time and went the extra mile to help another human out. She did not have to do what she did, but she did, without a second thought. Doing what is right goes a long way. Whitney, thank you for being an example and role model for others in the community.

Yelp
Being new to Vegas and wanting some quality seafood, I checked Yelp and Red Lobster seemed like a good joint for crustaceans, shellfish, and all types of seawater fish. I had just made a cross country journey to start anew, but more on that later. It was a fresh desert day; much unlike the terrible weather of the Bangor spring. Upon entering the Red Lobster, I was struck at how vibrant, upscale, and fancy the interior and vibe was. Where I am from in Maine, we get our fish from the beach or a raggedy old shack type restaurant, served by a raggedy old sea hound, and the pleasantries are disregarded for fresh mollusks and fresher insults. My waitress was nothing of the sort; a hot young early 20's Caribbean beauty who had an accent much more pleasant than the New England trash I am used to hearing from the ladies of the night before I go out to sea. She seated me right away and I had some fresh lemonade from the bubbler and cheese rolls that made this old seadog happy. I ordered a few rum ho ho's and perused the menu. I was already 3 sheets to the wind, but the rum was good and the chupsie serving them was even better. It was a sad tale. Months prior, my mates and I set out to brave the seas to return home with a captains catch; We were fishing for Maine lobster when a swall took out the ship. Unfortunately, the entire crew of 8 died in the shipwreck to the song of sirens. Fortunately I survived by inflating an old pair of deck slacks and floating back to another vessel. My heart has been hurting ever since. The rum, the hot waitress Sinclaire, and the thought of fresh lobster eased my broken heart. I ordered the Steak & Lobster Wednesday feast. AHOY MATEY!!! The lobster must have been freshly captured off the coast of Nevada because it tasted like Sinclaire stripped her clothes off and dove down and caught it by hand! And the steak...7oz of Brazilian Sirloin melted in my mouth. Not the only thing from Red Lobster that day but I digress. The meal was delicious. 10/10. I am not sure a fish house in Vegas could touch Red Lobster. I summoned up all of my captain's courage and I asked Sinclaire if she could heave ho her tele and shiver me timbers...SHE DID. I never thought an old barnacle like me could pull such sweet, dark, goodie. I guess that being at a fancy restaurant helped. Its 4 months later, and we are expecting a young matey on the way. All because I decided to drown out my sorrows for my dead crew at an upscale Vegas seafood dinery. You can call me Captain Black Beard of the high seas now. 10/10 The Red Lobster Fine Seafood House is the place to set sail on a night of fine dining!

Yelp
This was our first time dining here and we are very impressed. Our server was very friendly and was constantly checking on us. The Crabby Fries were hands down the best app!! The lobster tail was very tender and the salmon was crispy... yumm ! Definitely worth stopping by. The wait time is a little long but if you have extra time to spare it is worth it !

Yelp
This Red Lobster happens to be in my neighborhood and my daughter enjoys the biscuits and clam chowder, therefore, we do frequent the location quite often. It has always been at hit or miss on the service, but mostly a miss. Today, my daughter and I went for an early dinner, around 3:30, restaurant was not busy at all. Well, we sat for several minutes, I heard a couple people talking about who was taking our table, that was already uncomfortable because I could hear them talk about our table and whos turn it was to take us. Then the server came to us and greeted us in a rush and asked if we were ready to order, we ordered, food was brought to the table and no issues with the food. My issue is that, throughout the whole dinner, server did not stop once to ask if everything was ok, he only stopped by the table because I asked him for a drink and Tabasco. I could see the whole operation from where I was sitting and it just looked very disfunctional, I could see a manager on the floor, but he never went by to check on the tables, at some point I was trying to get someone's attention to get the dirty plates out of my table and to order dessert, but no one came by, I could see the manager looking at our table a couple times, but there was so sense of urgency, so he never bothered to stop by and check if we needed anything. After a while, the server shows up with check on his hand, I once againg felt rushed, I had to tell him that we were not done yet and that I wanted to order dessert but I did wish that the dirty dishes were cleared from my table, well, the server had the audacity to say: "I know what I'm doing bro"! I did respond to him that I was not his bro by the way and ordered my dessert. I am in the restaurant business myself, and I would normally live with bad service and never come back again, but once again my daughter loves going here for the biscuits. I know that this type of establisments are run by big corporations with certain standards, I would hope that someone that cares about the guests experiences read my review and do some digging to evaluate the team at this particular location. On a postive note, throughout my whole time in there, I did notice the bartender, a gentleman that was taking care of the bar and the tables right in front, he definitely had a higher level of guest service! I observed the way he took care of his tables, and I was thinking to myself, maybe the others can learn some basic hospitality skills from him. To conclude my review, I had no issues with the food, but the service here needs a lot work.

Alice B.

Yelp
I went to Red Lobster on Craig for clam chowder (bowl) and their biscuits to go. This cost $19.00 with the tip. Never again... Always check your food before you go. It was half in one and 3/4 in the other. What the heck!!! Never again at this price. Not happy!!

Yelp
If I could I would not even give one star. This was one of the worst service we have ever had. The kitchen was so slow along with our server Bradon. I guess thank GOD they weren't busy or we would have never received or food. We ordered appetizers and never received them. Smh. I guess this will be our last visit here. This place use to run get when JD was here but has slowly went downhill. What a shame!
google avatar

Jeffery G.

Yelp
Service was horrible. Thier computer system went down and lost all the orders so getting our food was very slow. Worse, I asked twice for a drink refill and did not get one for almost 15 minutes. I had already finished my meal at that point it finally came. Very poorly run.
google avatar

Leslie G.

Yelp
I ordered a simple bowl of clam chowder and lobster topped bake potato. The chowder was cold and the potato barely warm, what's so hard to bring out HOT food? Where I was setting the sun was reflecting off a trucks windshield directly into my eyes, I mentioned it to my waiter and he just laughed and said "yeah". Very weird experience, I would not come here again, suggest you pass this place by.

Yelp
We dined in and enjoyed the entire experience. The dinner salad my husband had showed big improvement over the last time we came in. Fresh veggies and great service. Fish and chips was cooked just right. Shrimp skewers were perfect thanks

Yelp
Let's start with the Service, it was a busy night, but Whitney came through baaaaaby, she handled it!!! My Sister and my Coworker surprised me with dinner for my Birthday, and yes I was truly surprised!! The Ambiance was nice, not too crowded or loud, you could enjoy having a conversation at your table! Now for the food......Omg!!!.....On point..not disappointed at all, the Tequila lime shrimp.. Watermelon Mint margarita, the Endless shrimp, Ms Taylor your staff this evening was outstanding! Thank you for a wonderful birthday evening!!!

Yelp
We joined the wait list prior to coming and it was a 30 minute wait. We arrived right at 30 minutes. Despite them not being busy, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the table. Once we were seated Marissa was our waitress. She took our drink orders and brought the drinks back. Then, she decided to go back to bring the biscuits. We were given our salads but no silverware. We had to wait for Marissa to roll some. I want to reorder that it is NOT busy at all. There's no reason that there should not be silverware rolled. Come on now people, let's do your job as expected. Marissa did come refill our teas once we had drank about half of it. Good job there! As we were trying to eat our salads, a kid stood up in the seat and bent over the railing on top of the wall divider singing and talking loudly. This is another poor experience here this evening. I do NOT need someone to stand over me while I eat, let alone yelling and talking loudly. I asked Marissa to say something to the parents or else I would. This is ridiculous that someone would allow their kid to stand up on the seats and yell over the divider while people are eating. At this point, you're at zero stars but that's NOT an option so you're at one star which is the lowest I can give. Maybe this was just an off night because the service has been terrible.

Yelp
I dined there today with my wife. She ordered a surf and turf and I ordered the lobster bake pasta. She noticed our food sat under the heat lamp for 15 minutes before it was brought to our table. For drinks, I ordered a modelo and my wife a margarita. Here's my review: Lobster Bake Pasta - All I tasted was butter seasoning. The pasta had no flavor, all bland. Surf & Turf - Steak was over cooked. Margarita - It was sweeter than a 7/11 slushee, undrinkable. Modelo - Beer was brought to table but when I poured it inside my glass, it was flat. How long before she opened it and brought it to my table Not going back, definitely not worth it. Save your money and do not go to a seafood Chilli's.

Yelp
Dinner at Red Lobster is always so good! Went here on a weeknight with family for dinner. The staff immediately greeted us and we were seated at a booth. Once you get those cheddar biscuits, you can't help but take a bite because they are so good and warm! I ordered garlic shrimp scampi with rock lobster and my spouse got the classic ultimate feast. All the seafood and sides were super good, except we just did not like the mac and cheese side upgrade. It was lacking in flavor even though there was bacon maybe it was not cheesy or had too much bread crumbs in it, but just don't feel it was worth the upgrade we were charged extra for as the menu suggested. Aside from that, the servers were attentive and refilled our drinks. Inside was spacious with nice decor and we enjoyed our dinner together.

Yelp
If this location will not close as other Red Lobster locations, then it should. I have visited this restaurant twice in my lifetime, and definitely won't return for the foreseeable future. The only item I gobbled up were the cheddar biscuits. There is plenty of parking because the restaurant didn't have a lot of patrons. I selected their "new" shrimp bowl menu item. This item includes orzo pasta but the orzo tasted stale as if it was warmed up from the day before. The shrimp was overcooked and dry. I don't know why a dollop of pico de gallo with sour cream were included because this wasn't a Spanish theme item. The small salad on the plate was warm, not cold. All in all, my dish was disappointing. My guest had fettuccine with shrimp, which he enjoyed. Service lacked attention and care. Not once did he return to our table to inquire on us. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

Yelp
When we heard several Red Lobster locations were closing, we got worried, but thankfully this location is still open and doing well. We had a wonderful time with fresh seafood and great service. Unlike the Red Lobsters in my youth that were dark and claustrophobic, this location was bright, well-lit, spacious and clean. What really impressed us here was the service we received from our server Walt. He was world-class! Super friendly, attentive and charming. One of the best servers we've had.

Yelp
Mitchell is so awesome! Not only was he the bartender he also was helping on waiting on tables. He has such a great up beat personality and even though the restaurant was busy it never affected his attitude. He is truly an asset to this restaurant!!! We will definitely be back again very soon.

Yelp
Service was slow, lack of communication by server to why we are waiting 50 minutes past placing our order, appetizer arrived luke warm. Server placed additional biscuits on our table, he should have noticed we hadn't eaten the original placement. When crab legs finally arrived, it took another 10 minutes for server to bring us seafood utensils. Not once were we asked, "How is your meals" Very disappointed.

Yelp
Pizza. What I ordered vs what I got. It was barely hot, kind of soggy(like it was made in the microwave‍), barely any cheese and the lobster Langostino looked like Luggy foam. Not worth $15. Who authorize that?? 2- Hubbys fried shrimp and sea salt fries weren't crisp. Our neighbors food came out steaming and continue to steam as they ate...OUR food tho..NO. Very disappointed...I hadn't had that pizza in over 10 years and was kind of excited. #DoBetter #Shameful

Yelp
Decided it was date night with the wifey and hubby. And Red Lobster had a new deal going on so we had to stop in. This location was new and clean and alot of free parking. As soon as we were at the front desk they took us to our booth. When our waiter did make it over, he made sure to go over the menu and help with any questions we had. I decided to get a ceaser salad and shrimp alefredo as my main entrée. After we got our food I felt as if our waiter forgot about us and it took him forever to get our cheese biscuits which is the best part about coming to Red Lobster. I would come here again in the future, I just want them to be better at customer service and time management.
