Red Lobster

This Red Lobster location has always been good to me! I take my family here any time we are craving seafood and always end up leaving with a positive experience! The appetizers and shareables are definitely underrated, they are absolutely delicious and the price is actually cheap for the amount of food you get! Everything comes out fresh & hot. I’ve always gotten lobster tails here as well and been pleased with the taste. Service is usually great here as well, and makes for such a good experience since we like to order a lot of food. And you can’t forget the biscuits!! Still good as always.

Me and my husband went to Red Lobster. I believe her name is Tatiana (correct me for misspelling), and I wanted to shout her out for amazing service. She brought all the correct items and the restaurant was clean and orderly. The sauces were tasty and so was the shrimp. If you want lobster, I would advise to come here!!!!! Thank you Tatiana:)

This is my son's favorite restaurant, we came here previously as he requested on his birthday. The food and deal we had was soooo good! 15.99 for 3 kinds of shrimp, my son said we had to take pictures because everything was so delicious. He couldn't stop ranting about how great everything was :). Also the servers are just so sweet, Brandon was our server this time and was so great and attentive, and the gentleman with the red hair showed my son the 🦞. We love this place!

Went to the restaurant today to grab lunch with my mom. The food was hot. The service was amazing. Chris did a great job serving us and was very attentive. Sophia in the kitchen had the boil bag down to a fine science. Thank you for the great lunch experience.

Good experience but the service was a bit slow on refills. There were also a few spots on the ground that were pretty gross under a couple tables and nevwr got cleaned up. The food was good except for most of the shrimp being a bit overcooked. Overall a good visit and am looking forward to trying that boil next time!

I'll probably won't be coming back to this location and we go out to eat often. There was 6 of us today. I think my family is pretty easy going and we tip well. Not sure but maybe the server was having a rough day but we waited 20 minutes for drinks. I then said something to the manager. He comp our appetizer. Service seemed to get a little better then it didn't. Salad came at the same time as our entree, refills took a looooog time, server said she'd bring something and didn't, and she had to be reminded of my kids Mac n cheese. Restaurant was somewhat empty when we showed, it seemed as if her section had most of the guests. It was busier by the time we left. Got there around 4:45pm and left around 6:15pm and it's not due to us not wanting to leave lol my step daughter has a flight to catch afterwards. I felt bad for the server tbh but it is what it is. We still left a decent tip.

Our server Lindy was wonderful! Ask for her and you’re sure to have great service! Lobster bisque soup and coconut shrimp was delicious! Great food and nice setting for date night

I love this place! It's a cozy place to go with my family. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were amazing as always. I got the Lobster Flatbread but with no tomatoes and basil. It was delicious! Although, there were a couple pieces of shell, it didn't bother me though, I just pick it out. The service was a little slow but the friendliness of the staff, specifically our waitress Tiffany and Lo, more than made up for it and that was just more time I got to spend with my family. My mom's order did come out wrong but they quickly correct it and went above and beyond giving her two extra scallops and and extra salad. there was only a few pieces of trash on the floor which didn't bother me. I'm coming here again some time.

We stopped going to Red Lobster about 2 years ago, as the service was awful and the food was even worse. I noticed the ads on television with a new CEO stating that changes had been made and that we should give them another try. So, what the heck... let's try it. So glad we did! The food was delicious like it used to be a decade ago. And hush puppies are back! Everything was hot and flavorful. Our waitress, Michelle, was just as awesome as the food was. Super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will be coming back. We had the Sailors Platter.

Stopped by for Valentine's Day dinner. They were so well staffed...and I didn't expect it. There was no wait for a table which was good. My wife ordered popcorn shrimp, and I had the Admirals Feast. The food was delicious...crisp...and hot. The only thing I didn't care for was the rice being a bit soggy. Otherwise it was great. The lighting was nice and it wasn't too loud inside. The waitress was very attentive, and filled our glasses frequently. The manager came to check on us, and she is so polite and friendly. Thank you Lo.

I had a hankering for some trout but they didn't have it. It looks like the place was either remodeled or revamped. Very bright spacious and clean. The RL definitely brought their A game this time. The admirals plate was fresh crispy and delicious. Fresh salad, biscuits, fresh tea, prompt and courteous service. I had an issue with my order that was swiftly resolved. I look forward to dining there again soon.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the management at this establishment. Not only do they deliver an outstanding product with delicious food, but they also lead with genuine respect and kindness toward both staff and customers. While we often choose our favorite restaurants for the great meals, it's the care and integrity of the management that truly set a place apart. When you know they take care of people, you know you've found a spot you'll keep coming back to for years to come. Had us wait an hour for burnt old smelling crabs. The popcorn shrimp was mushy and old as well skin was like rubber. Forced us to still pay 17 and some change when we didn't eat both plates due to what happend and almost threw up and threw up in the parking lot off the biscuits and drinks. Also nice to see that the waiter forced a tip off me I got change back from my 20 cash and she gag me Less than what I should have received. Saw a table next to be get broccoli and it looked fresh so I ordered it and mine looked so grey it had mushrooms on it but it didn't. They wouldn't say what was on the broccoli. Honestly had to pay for forced food poisoning is disappointing.

It has been awhile since I have been to Red Lobster because my last few visits across multiple states are usually less than basic service. Food was never that good for the price. The setting was always overwhelming. Today I had Jonathan waiting on my table. He had great energy. I didn't have to ask multiple times for anything. He was definitely on top of everything and brought my food to the table still hot. I will definitely be back if he is working.

We had the new Mahi Mahi in lemon basil sauce and it was delicious. Clarissa and Jonathon made our dining experience very pleasant. Ask for them if you go.

My wife and I were tired and hungry after running errands and shopping. There was no way we were in the mood to cook when we went home. Red Lobster sounded good to both of us and we were very close by, so Red Lobster it was. We arrived shortly before the dinner rush, our favorite time, so there was no wait, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Since we the restaurant wasn't too busy, the hostess asked us for our drink orders. We ordered a couple of iced teas and they arrived very quickly. I felt that was a nice gesture by the hostess. Shortly our wonderful server came to our table and greeted us wanting to know if we needed any appetizers or if we were ready to order. My wife, who isn't HUGE on seafood, ordered a burger and fries and I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Trio which had scampi, Walt's Fried Shrimp and Cajun Shrimp Linguini Alfredo. I added a loaded baked potato for my side and Cole slaw. My Cole slaw was cold and crunchy, just the way it's supposed to be. Both of us were munching down of Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits, they were SO good and had just the right about of butter and garlic on top. After a short wait, our entrees arrived piping hot to our table. What not to like about 3 kinds of shrimp. All 3 were delicious and the baked potato had the perfect number of toppings on it. We had a great visit to Red Lobster, one of our favs. We'll be back again very soon for another wonderful meal.

We had a delicious meal, I had the salad with salmon, my husband had the steak with lobster tail with vegetables, we also had the calamari and their famous delicious cheddar biscuits as an appetizer. For drinks I had the Bahama Mama and my husband had a Long Island ice tea. The food was delicious and satisfying, my drink was good and made me a little tipsy (good thing I wasn't driving) I loved the ambiance with dimmed lighting, it's great for a date night. The restaurant was clean with friendly staff.

Sometimes you just get a craving for Red Lobster and then you go ham with the Ultimate Feast. I'll say the cheddar biscuits aren't as good as they used to be but we still enjoyed them. Lobster fest is currently going on so they've got several different dinner options to choose from. Tuesdays is $20 crab leg dinner with sides so we ordered that as our appetizer and the garlic butter sauce was delicious! Service was excellent we really enjoyed having Amanda. Overall, a great birthday experience. They ran out of Alfredo sadly this night and food was taking longer than expected to come out. Enjoy!

The wife and I stopped in for for dinner. It was my wife's birthday. We was greeted by Robin. She had a biggest smile on her face. She got us seated, told tell us, Kayli was our server .Kayli she was such a sweet young lady. She took our order. We got a food in a timely manner, Robin came and checked on us a couple of times to make sure that we was happy with our entrées, which was delicious. Robin and Kayla made my wife birthday.dinner the best in a long time. Awesome Service.

180 turn around from a year ago. Magnificent food, service and great prices. New staff and direction is producing great tasting food. I'll be back.

Our server, Clarissa, was stellar. She "prepared everything with love." The food was delicious -- we had the shrimp scampi + grilled shrimp and the rainbow trout. We topped it off with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream. The atmosphere is casual. The music is at just the right level. It's a bit cold, but a light jacket takes care of that. We had a lovely evening here and will eventually be back.

I had heard that Red Lobster was going out of business. But I woke up wanting lunch there and decided to see if they were still open. I was happy to discover that they are open and better than ever. Even though the road outside is a total mess, people were coming in and they had a reasonable group for a late lunch. We had the house salad and popcorn shrimp. The salad was larger than it ever was before with really tasty croutons, tomatoes, and lots of wonderful greens. So delicious. It could have been enough by itself, but when the shrimp arrived, so did my appetite. It seemed like a larger servings than we had had previously and they were all done perfectly. My husband's french fries were golden and crispy. My baked potato was loaded with lots real bacon, so different from many other places. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. We were well cared for by our waiter,Luke. I don't think that they can be closing. They do such a great meal at reasonable prices. I recommend anyone who has enjoyed RL in the past, stop by again soon. Maybe our location will continue to stay open because of demand!

We ate here for lunch and the place wasn't crowded. Our waitress talked unnecessarily loud but her service was prompt. We got 2 mango lemonade, which were very sour. The good thing was it complemented the saltiness of the food. The seafood was creamy and fresh. However, the seasoning was off. We had the left over for the next day, and it turned saltier. To sum up, our experience was just below my expectation. Not coming here again!

Initially I had high hopes, it was fairly slow for a Friday evening, albeit they had a large group. There was a slight seating delay which we gladly waited at the bar to have a drink. During which we observed a general disorder, the area was a bit deshelved and the staff seemed under stress and behaved unprofessionally. After seating we enjoyed a wonderful stuffed mushroom appetizer. After ordering we enjoyed the usual commiserating. We ordered the Surf and Turf for two, it included two lobster tails, two steaks, two shrimp skewers, two sides, and a side of bacon Mac & Cheese. The steak was under cooked, I ordered Medium and it arrived Rare. The Lobster tail was not fresh, tasted frozen. The server barely attempted to assist us. Overall for the amount of money we spent we could have received much better service and food at equally priced establishments, we will not return.

It doesn't even deserve a one star!! There were not alot of people there. The waitress or server was excellent. After one hour of waiting for our food, we requested they make our selections to go. The server apologized and deliverd our meals in one big bag and then gave us 3 more big bags that we did not need and supposedly trying to make amends, gave 3 people one piece of chocolately cake. When we got home and opened our meals everything looked like it was old!! My friend ordered asparagus spears with her entree. It looked like wilted seaweed!! The bottom line here is that myself and my two friends will never eat at your restaurant again. I even tried to eat mine again after being in my refrigerator for several hours. Even the cold temperature could not help the food. I had to throw it in the trash. The tartar sauce has been changed. You changed something that didn't need to be changed!! That's okay!! You people have changed us and we will not be back. It was a total waste of $88!! Couldn't taste any liquor in the drink I shared with one of the friends. I just came from a local fastfood chicken restaurant that also serves fish. My meal from there cost under half of what we paid for at your establishment. I never thought I would see the day when I didn't enjoy a meal from Red Lobster. But it happened!! But it won't ever happen again!! What a waste of hard-earned money!!

This was the best Red Lobster experience we've had! Our server, Amanda, was VERY attentive but not pushy. Brought out our drinks, appetizers, and food quickly and everything tasted perfect! There was construction getting here, but TOTALLY worth the detour. Whoever is in charge of this place has it down! Kudos to a great night!

The service & food was HORRIBLE! Yesterday my family arrived within the hour before closing. The waitress looked like it was a problem every time we asked for something (our drinks, silverware, our appetizers). The food was not cooked properly (hard baked potato & broccoli , lobster was slimy) and nasty. The music was turned off 10 minutes before the official closing time despite there being people who were still eating beside us. The manager only made excuses about the uncooked food. I do not recommend dining at this location.

We went back to a Red Lobster after many, many years, remembering the cheese biscuits with fondness as well as the seafood. Other than a sweet accommodating server and perhaps the biscuits, we cannot find much to recommend during our recent experience. Sad to see that time marching on left this restaurant behind. Prices were high, especially considering the quality of the food which seemed to be mostly microwaved previously frozen items.

Ordered the never ending shrimp and every dish I ordered was over cooked it was so bad. When I informed the manager all he managed to say was sorry about that. The waitress poor thing had 7 tables sat to her within 30min so service was unfortunately slow despite her best efforts. All in all it was terrible and I'll never be back. Go to a different red lobster or even a crab shack and save yourself.

Seated immediately with reservation. Server is why the rating was earned. Asked for water twice after initial request, brought by secondary employee. No opening biscuits until the appetizer arrived, no plates, server didn't come back. Entrees brought by other staff, 2 missing sauces, reminded server, never brought those out. Server finally showed with ticket, paid by bar code for table game system wasn't working, couldn't find a good one? Finally, server showed her true character in the 21st century, 100% biased. Congratulations

If I could give this Red Lobster a negative review I would. We came for an early dinner, the place was empty and yet the service was beyond slow! Our waitress was rude and would disappear. We talked to the manager twice and nothing changed. Our food was cold and we were missing half our meal. We were the only minority family in the restaurant at the time, and while I don't want to believe they're racists, it's really hard to explain our poor service, while others around us seemed taken care of.

OMG!!!! "Please " ask for William ... he will not disappoint. He is the best server that I've encountered since the whole pandemic, and people not wanting to be servers simply because they aren't appreciated and treated fairly . However you can tell that this man loves what he does and where he does it at . So even leaving out the whole pandemic struggle and lack of workers , he's amazing. William was fast , educated about the menu, Friendly , extremely funny and entertaining. In between customers and on down time he was always cleaning , And that's a huge plus to see someone use their free time effectively as Well as some one who keeps their work area cleaned in the middle Of chaos. I typically always get the same Thing when I come to red lobster, (the snow crab legs , With shrimp scampi on the side. Only I was having a pretty stressful day/ Week and needed a drink. I allowed him to choose the drink for me. When I tell y'all that drink was delicious and you can Even tell he put some extra love it . It was kind of strong To be such a fruity drink , And that's not a complaint at all. The food was fresh , the restaurant was clean and the vibe / interaction between the staff you can tell that they like what they do, Who they do it under (management), and who they do it with (the staff).. it's definitely a location you'll want to check out . And ask for William..

Had such an amazing experience here, my family and i are muslim and don't eat any pork. Lorraine our server was extremely attentive and sweet. my family felt very taken care of and she ensured our food was served away from alcohol and pork. we will definitely be back and ask for her. 100/10 service !

Very disappointed!!! I went in to Red Lobster to order some food to go. Cost over $100 which was no surprise but majority of it might as well have been prepared by a fast food worker. Had two sides for two separate meals of Mac and cheese, one was missing completely and the other they put mashed potatoes instead.(And to add insult to injury they up charge for the "Premium" sides of Bacon Mac that I didn't get)The second side for one meal was rice and that was also missing. I got a pound of crab legs which were $35 and they shorted me both the sides for it, the crab legs were tasteless some of them looked like they salvaged left over ones off someone else's plate. All in all I could not in good conscience recommend anyone going to this establishment.

Crab legs have leech eggs on them... I feel that the kitchen should have cleaned these better before boiling and serving.. manager did take this off my tab but it's still upsetting .. My boyfriend ordered the live lobster and it was very tough..not a good experience. Server & biscuits were amazing though

Use to be a favorite. It's just no longer worth the money. Over priced and the quality of the food is sub par. We tried it out one last time yesterday and the crab legs were just sad. Very thin and several had very little meat in them. The potatoes were soggy. Salad and biscuits were on point.

Been to this particular Red Lobster probably 3 times in the last 20 years, not usually my first choice for seafood. The food was good, not great, kind of average as far as seafood goes. We had a crab dip that was fairly plain, just not impressive. We had coconut shrimp and the dipping sauce was a pina colada sauce. I would have thought a seafood restaurant would have an alternative sauce but this was all and I personally didn't care for it. Our waiter was on top of things and did a great job, the biscuits of course are the best thing there. The restaurant was clean, was late so it was slow. For me, it's just generic seafood at a high price, the quality doesn't reflect the value.

service was good. waiter, Roman(?), was very prompt in attempting to fix all of the mistakes from the kitchen. wife and I spent $79 plus $14 tip. ordered 2# steamed main lobster $52 market price. this poor thing was old and nasty and undercooked. I actually spit out the bite of claw because my instant impression was it's spoiled. Now I think it was undercooked. the tail meat tasted fishy and dirty. the manager said that's normal because lobster is a bottom feeder. a quick search on Google for "what does lobster tate like?" returned these results: Lobster has a sweet, succulent, and delicate flavor with a slightly salty taste and a tender and moist texture - quora Lobster has a sweeter, less 'fishy' taste than crab, but has a flavor which is rich and satisfying - fish for thought Lobster has a fishy taste but not as strong as other seafood- mualobster.com so I sent it back, and the manager didn't comp the lobster because he said that I simply didn't like it. he did comp my replacement meal, which was mussels $14 and a bowl of clam chowder $8. the chowder was barely above room temperature. the mussels were so salty my wife and I couldn't eat it. we took it home to wash off. we will add it to Ramen later. she ordered the shrimp linguini Alfredo $16. the pasta was overcooked and mushy. we sent it back, and the replacement meal was no better. actually...it tasted and had the texture of boil in bag dinner from the grocery store. I doubt the cook is even able to produce an al dente pasta. I have only been to Red Lobster a few times in my life, and now I am reminded of why I never go there.

Decided to stop in for the all you can eat shrimp and just downloaded the app and had a 10% off coupon code. The service is slow but the server is nice so it's not his fault that he got triple sat by the host. Usually this can be made up with good food. Tonight I would have been better off buying frozen shrimp linguine and fried shrimp. The garlic shrimp was over salted. The baked potato was good at least. I tried my wife's stuffed flounder. I don't remember it having stuffing in it or was that supposed to be the crab cake lol. Really hope things get better.

I have to start this review with saying I love the crab Alfredo and the biscuits. However, the female bartender that works nights is horrible! I would never leave a recommendation saying move someone from their position but bartending my whole way through college, make a change! She is so rude and if you are getting there within even an hour or two of closing she rolls her eyes and will give the the bare minimum for service. I tried 3 separate time and she was so rude! Coming from the service industry and working for tips that is not how you treat people! My husband and I went in tonight and she rolled her eyes and puffed so we left. The older gentleman that works during the week is so polite and gives great service! That is the only time you will see us again is calling in advance to make sure he is working. Change your bartending staff!

This location has taken a nose dive over the last 6 months. Tried to give them another chance after our last visit when they served our mussels with half of them not opened and others broken. Tonight ordered a cup of chowder and Caesar salad. Salad came out without croutons, when asked they said oh we don't have any. Maybe tell people that up front. Got the food and no chowder. Finally get the chowder and it's like warm and half a bowl. Son ordered the endless shrimp including grilled shrimp skewers. Not one grill mark and totally white. To me it wasn't done but he ate them. Hope he doesn't regret that. Took a while for waiter to come back around so he could reorder his endless shrimp, then forever to get the order. Not worth the money sine they make you wait so long. I'm sure they hope you just fill up on bread while you wait. Bar Harbor Bake was lacking. Scallops were horrible. Mussels were gritty. Lobster had a wang. Very disappointing again . Heard the people behind us mention they didn't get their salad. So waiter needs to get his shit together and make sure people get their salads and apps before their meal.

What can I say, it's Red Lobster. The food is generally good to great. And the biscuits...to die for!!!

Portions were small for the price! I got the fish and chips sub the fries for a bake potato. One small piece of fish and a tiny baked potato. The batter on the fish had little flavor, if it wasn't for the tartar sauce I probably would have sent the fish back. The best thing about the whole meal was the biscuits and the baked potato. It's been a long time since I've been to a Red Lobster and I remember it being much better than this visit.

Red lobster is basically the same no matter which one you go to. I have no problems at any one I visit. The waiter we had was super cool and the food was great. I had a delicious create your own combo with broccoli rice quinoa and shrimp. The shrimp was cooked good and the remainder of the dish was very tasty. I had so much I had to get it to go and eat the rest later.

Stopped for dinner on my way home from Tommy's Tamales in Grapevine. I thought about getting the endless shrimp but when I saw that flounder was back on the menu, decided to go with the create your own, fried flounder and bay scallops and shrimp scampi with salad and baked potato. Didn't care for the salad, too much dark green lettuce. Everything else was very good, arrived nice and hot. Amount of flounder was small but much better than the whitefish that they had on the menu for a while. Plenty of scallops and shrimp though. Got some stuffed mushrooms to go for my son. I had one and it was delicious. Service was good. I would return for lunch or dinner if in the area again.

I paid $3 extra to add lobster to the mashed potatoes. I have posted a picture side by side of what they sell you on versus what you receive. When I asked our server, Peyton, she ignored my first inquiry. When I repeated my question she snapped her reply to me as if I were bothering her. She said it's measured by weight and scurried away from the table. The service was poor. My friend that I was dining with said everyone is short handed just be glad Peyton showed up for work. It's sad that's our standard today. Too bad the picture of what I received was nothing as appetizing as the one advertised. Watch out for misleading photos. (False advertisement)

Our church group was there today, we had reservations, we were not "walk ins" Our reservation was for 11:30, our selections were taken about 11:50. The restaurant was nearly vacant, only a couple people seemed to be there. Those who ordered salads as their lunch were served about 12:30, there were two deliveries of shrimp dishes about 12:50. A couple people received their soups about the same time as the shrimp orders. I ordered 1 cup of lobster bisque which was delivered 20 minutes after everyone else's orders. As we were finally leaving an older couple arrived, one was using a walker, after waiting about 15 minutes to be served they finally seated themselves. One member of our group alerted the person I believe to be the manager but he just cocked his head and did nothing to alert a wait staff member. Red lobster WAS ONCE a place my husband and I visited at least three times a month. Don't think I'll be going again. EA Smith

Sad to say the restaurant was very dirty. The gentleman that came to seat me was nice, however took me to two different tables because they were not cleaned well. He sat me at a booth we're there was food on the bottom of the bench seat. Waitress was nice. Order calamari an asked for garlic butter . The dish she brought me already had a piece of food in it. I didn't order anything else. Just paid the check an left. Sad to see it go down hill

Sunday supper for 3. Seated quickly, everything clean and the front staff friendly. Our waitress, Alyssa, was sweet and attentive. We split a shrimp trio and a pick 2 combo (was plenty for us 3). Everything was fast and so good. Not much to say besides the shrimp scampi was perfectly buttery, the fish was smoky from the wood stove. Very nice visit, and again Alyssa is just adorable. Will be back soon.

First time being in Fort Worth took our girls to see Stray Kids concert so my sister in law wanted take us out to eat we found Red lobster my nephew loves the bread so we go The construction sucked in front .Food was good, my shrimp was a little rubbery but ok ‍our waitress didn't understand English at all we tried to show her on menu and talk slow and she tried talking back to us some ,but was very hard to understand her she couldn't pronounce anything.I'm Mexican/American if she spoke Spanish I would've communicate with her but idk what she spoke‍ then she took forever with our drinks & bread we didn't get nothing that first like 15 we got their was just was irritated it was a Monday night around 7 they were Not besy at all. Mabe she was new‍ . The best thing thou was the Strawberry lemonade drink omg to die for had 3 but other then the drink it was ok good and lousy service ‍

Tonight was the last time I will eat at a Red Lobster, especially this one. It's about time the only restaurant in the area that has never been updated in any way. The food was worse than the cafeteria in grade school. We went early for our daughter's birthday dinner (her choice) and while the waitress was friendly, she wasn't very attentive. Not really a huge deal at first but at the end it felt like forever to get our check. Of the three dinners we ordered, mine was by far the worst. The salmon was the worst I've ever tasted, shrimp was way over cooked, sides were wrong but I tried to make the best of it. The wife tried the rice on my plate and said it was also horrible. Overall, the experience was mediocre at best. I remained quiet as this was my daughter's place of choice but IF she happens to choose it again next year (doubtful) then I'll have to be "busy with work" that evening.

I had the BEST night out with my family for my birthday dinner! Our waiter Jacob was BEYOND AMAZING! He bought me dessert for my birthday (on him) and he help my grandpa customize his meal and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything! HE WAS AMAZING! THIS GUY NEEDS A RAISE!!!Garlic Shrimp

I come to Red Lobster about once a year to see if the service has improved. I was disappointed to find the waitress we had was the worst I've seen in quite a while. I asked for iced tea and sucralose. She brought saccharine. I asked for splenda and a spoon to stir the tea. She asked "what?" I had to repeat spoon several times and then explain I didn't want to stir my tea with my knife. She brought a soup spoon. Does Red Lobster have tea spoons? My daughter ordered the soup and salad unlimited lunch. The crackers were so stale I had to spit them out when my daughter asked me to test them. We asked the waitress for less stale crackers but it was obvious she just brought more from the same old box of crackers. The waitress only came by the table 3 or 4 times so after we finished the meal I asked my first tea refill. She brought the refill, picked up the plates and then disappeared for 15-20 minutes. When I finally stood up to look for someone to get us our check, I saw she was sitting in the bar area with the host from the front and several other people. I finally had to walk over to the host who was running checks out to other tables and ask for a check. I told him I saw our waitress sitting in the bar area and just wanted to leave. The waitress finally came over and asked if we needed anything. (LOL) and I said again. Check please. She finally loaded our check into the pay system at the table and then came over and proceeded to plug in all the information in the system. I asked, "Are you going to put in your tip too?" She replied ,"yes". I couldn't believe her answer so I asked her if she heard me and she said , "yes!" Then she set down the pay monitor and stood over my shoulder watching me. I asked "Are you going to stare at me while I do this?" and her reply was, "I'm not staring" but she continued to stand over the table and watch me. Finally my daughter said "thanks, we don't need your help anymore" and she left. I thought zero tip was appropriate but my daughter left her a tip anyway. I thought she was extremely rude, inattentive, unhelpful and unmanaged. Where was the manger? Who would let servers sit in a booth during the day with a restaurant full of people? Needless to say, I won't be returning and will be posting this review on all the favs. Added note, when I tried to send this information on the Red Lobster website, I kept getting an error message. You can't report problems. lol.

The food here is not appetizing and doesn't look good when it comes out. I ordered the linguini Alfredo with Cajun chicken and I didn't even come out correct the pasta was drenched in sauce and was super salty, I don't recommend coming here. The food here is not even decent took forever to take our order when business is not even busy, I honestly gave it another shot and it didn't get better, so if you wanna save money I would recommend going some place different and getting some better food.
