We were seated promptly, but waited probably 10 minutes before being initially attended to with menus and asking for drinks. I'm patient, but this is an extraordinary amount of time for restaurant service. This was surprising, given the restaurant was hardly full. Our server was kind and respectful however. The food was decent, the steak was good. It's not fantastic, but good, I was satisfied. Pleasant overall experience, however, given the lack of timelines and relative food quality, I'm not certain I'd come back.

We haven’t been to a Red Lobster in over a decade and though it’s a chain restaurant, it definitely has its place. That being said, we went and tried their weekly special where you can order unlimited shrimp and it was actually quite fantastic at that price point. Our waitress was very attentive and cordial, which could be quite rare at restaurants in downtown Silver Spring. All the shrimps were cooked well and overall they did a great job, not too shabby for a chain restaurant. It was a weeknight and the restaurant was a bit empty, which honestly we didn’t mind.

Our waiter is Brayan cute, very pleasant, attentive, and professional. The food was good.. is been over it’s 15 years since I came back here. We got a gift card. Brayan was so amazing.. May god bless and favor his life’s every need..

We came here on a Friday night before a concert at the Fillmore. We were seated immediately and was surprised as the restaurant was pretty empty at 6pm. I ended up getting the Ultimate Shrimp feast where you select 3 kinds of shrimp and then can get additional selections afterwards. The food was ok, not great but good. The service staff were nice but we were a group of 5 and seemed that when they brought the cheddar biscuits out it was only enough for one per person and they never brought more out again. Some others got the fish and chips special for $15.99 and were not happy as the fish was overcooked and only had one filet, seemed like it should have had two for that price and other restaurants always seem to serve two filets for the similar price. Doubt we will come back due to the just ok food.

We wanted to quench our thirst for fresh shelfish and the nostalgia of the Red Lobster experience. We got it here. I would write on and on about it but there really was no weak point so A+ 100% great. We warmed up with some tea in some very nice mugs. Our bread arrived warm, excellent lobster and snow crab followed. See the pics for yourself. The gloves helped me make less of a mess. Thanks!

They have little parking in their lot on most days so you have to usually use the garage. They don’t pay great attention to special details section of online orders but server was nice and place was extremely clean. They also appeared to have nice cocktails.

service was very slow despite not being crowded. server was very pushy about asking me to download the app/join the rewards program despite me saying no twice, looking shocked or flabbergasted when i continued to deny the offer. (i wouldn’t fault her for it considering she probably gets pressured to do that.) manager was very apologetic about my food experience (detailed below) and did not make me pay for the cheesecake. a new lobster flatbread is advertised, but its just the lobster pizza from before. drink prices are not disclosed which is a red flag. the lobster dip was quite good, but the pizza was very dry, and the cheesecake had shards of ice in it from being frozen or having frozen components and was only barely edible by mashing it all up into a gross sludge i couldn’t bring myself to finish. this particular location used to be much better than it currently is. edit: i do not use facebook and i'm pretty sure most people from my generation share the sentiment. you guys need a better avenue of communication lol.

When I got there the bartender was so nice and everything was done quickly. Once I came home I checked and the salmon was burnt, the biscuits were dry and hard, the rice was dry as well and hard the other one was dry as well but not hard as the first one, the shrimp and clam were undercooked ,raw still. Overall the experience was nice but the food was not it.
