Absolutely Horrific Experience - Worst Hotel and Customer Service Ever I recently booked a stay at Red Palm Residency through Goibibo, and I can confidently say it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was met with deceit, rude behavior, and outright disrespect from the hotel staff. First, despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel claimed that rooms were sold out and asked me to wait for an hour. After patiently waiting for what was supposed to be just a short delay, the hotel owner had the audacity to inform me that they were not honoring my booking because Goibibo’s pricing was "too low." Apparently, they decided they weren’t happy with the rate and conveniently canceled my stay—without any accountability. When I politely asked the reception staff for assistance in resolving the issue, I was met with dismissiveness and blatant rudeness. The receptionist completely ignored my situation, refused to help, and even had the audacity to tell me not to "disturb" him. Imagine being stranded with a confirmed booking and getting treated like an annoyance for simply asking for the room you paid for! To make matters worse, Goibibo had no proper contact support to resolve the situation, and the hotel staff outright refused to offer any refund. They clearly didn't care that they were the ones at fault for lying about availability and then denying my booking after keeping me waiting for hours. The lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking and disgraceful. What makes this experience particularly outrageous is that the hotel staff blatantly violated customer trust. Their approach to hospitality is non-existent—no courtesy, no professionalism, and no accountability. They had absolutely no regard for the inconvenience and stress they caused. I urge everyone to think twice before booking Red Palm Residency. If you value your money, time, and dignity, avoid this hotel like the plague. Their unprofessional behavior and complete disregard for customers make them utterly unworthy of your business. This place doesn’t deserve to operate in the hospitality industry.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life....rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere...

One of the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever had. Very quiet. We did not pack our swimsuits but wished we had when we saw the pool and hot tub. We were surprised at how many tables there were at the breakfast. We have been in hotels before where there were not enough tables to accommodate all their guests so ended up eating elsewhere.

Having stayed on nine separate occasions I've never been disappointed during my stay at The Hotel Red Palms. Staff is friendly; rooms are well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable - no problem getting a good night's sleep. Breakfast offers just about something for everyone.

Oyo hotels ( accommodation) comes with several variations. This is a recently renovated property. The front desk is efficient, rooms of various categories are available on four floors. The hotel is located next to the railway station and on a very socially active street -so it can get a bit noisy.||The room service is from the Habitat restaurant- food is good and reasonable. The complimentary breakfast is also served here,which too is satisfactory.||The rooms are neat, washrooms hygienic and functional. Linen is clean and fresh, housekeeping efficient. An ironing board and iron can be requested. TV with cable connection is provided, the AC works well.Elevator is available.||Corridors are a bit narrow and the roof in the rooms a bit low.||There are several restaurants and bars adjoining the Hotel.||Street food is just a walk away.||ATM are close by.Besides the auto-rickshaws, the area is serviced by OLA and UBER cabs.

While writing this review I am staying at Townhouse and having my breakfast from a place nearby. Sounds strange ? Well the breakfast at Townhouse is super bad. The service - terrible. I am super disappointed with Oyo as I have always been skeptical booking oyo , my fear has touched the next level. The place smells weird . The people at the desk as so indifferent . Imagine me asking for an umbrella and them saying “ we haven’t had that here since we started”, crazy right. I asked for a cab/auto and they have no clue . Well don’t you expect basic support from your hotel ? I shouldn’t forget to mention about the room service , it’s not any better. Overall I can’t rate you any more than 1 star. Having said that the rooms are quite spacious and clean. But I am super disappointed with almost everything. The breakfast is saddening . You can’t order food from out but there are people from Zomato delivering to other staffs/guests . Well give the system an overall thought and make necessary changes .

I will rate in minus if given an option. Hygiene and cleanliness is very poor. Staff is not polite and untrained too. One staff entered my room when I was asleep and opened the gate from master key, despite havi g a tag of do not disturb. After complaining they said once we knock then we can open it anytime. Surprised, no respect to privacy.the location is prime but it's too noisy and you will not be able to sleep . On top of that the housekeeping with knock till the time u don't get irritated to ask small questions. I won't recommend. It's not worth the money. After complaining the property manager was polite and did the needful but you will regret for sure. Stay only if you don't have to stay in hotel much. One or two day is ok. Getting a cab here is also a problem. Food is good.

The Hotel placed near to Khar station is a great place for travelers. The hotel is easyly approachable & you can find taxis easily.||The staff was very cooperative & friendly. We had a great experience. Mr. Naushad at reception was very helpful & prompt. ||The housekeeping was good & responsive. ||||I suggest them to work on food. we had very less options for breakfast. The room size was fair, rooms were clean.||||Had a very nice stay. HighlyRecommended.
