Absolutely Horrific Experience - Worst Hotel and Customer Service Ever
I recently booked a stay at Red Palm Residency through Goibibo, and I can confidently say it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was met with deceit, rude behavior, and outright disrespect from the hotel staff.
First, despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel claimed that rooms were sold out and asked me to wait for an hour. After patiently waiting for what was supposed to be just a short delay, the hotel owner had the audacity to inform me that they were not honoring my booking because Goibibo’s pricing was "too low." Apparently, they decided they weren’t happy with the rate and conveniently canceled my stay—without any accountability.
When I politely asked the reception staff for assistance in resolving the issue, I was met with dismissiveness and blatant rudeness. The receptionist completely ignored my situation, refused to help, and even had the audacity to tell me not to "disturb" him. Imagine being stranded with a confirmed booking and getting treated like an annoyance for simply asking for the room you paid for!
To make matters worse, Goibibo had no proper contact support to resolve the situation, and the hotel staff outright refused to offer any refund. They clearly didn't care that they were the ones at fault for lying about availability and then denying my booking after keeping me waiting for hours. The lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking and disgraceful.
What makes this experience particularly outrageous is that the hotel staff blatantly violated customer trust. Their approach to hospitality is non-existent—no courtesy, no professionalism, and no accountability. They had absolutely no regard for the inconvenience and stress they caused.
I urge everyone to think twice before booking Red Palm Residency. If you value your money, time, and dignity, avoid this hotel like the plague. Their unprofessional behavior and complete disregard for customers make them utterly unworthy of your business. This place doesn’t deserve to operate in the hospitality industry.
