Bistro To Replace Alan Albert’s Steakhouse on the Strip - Eater Vegas

"Red Palms Mediterranean Bistro intends to launch an ambitious 7,912-square-foot restaurant at the Kaptor Center collection of buildings. The bistro will take over the long vacant Alan Albert’s steakhouse, famed for its dark wood, booths, candlelight, and decor inspired by vintage Las Vegas." - Bradley Martin

I wish I could say my experience was better here. Not sure why the people who wrote the previous reviews here give such glowing recommendations of the food because I was very disappointed. It was my first time to Red Palms going because I was invited to a burlesque show. I ordered their spicy meat pizza, but unfortunately, they burned the bottom of the crust. Plus, it came with jalapeños and I don't much care for them. I should have read the menu more closely, but it was hard to read in the dark. Their menu was limited because it was for the show and not their full menu, I'm assuming. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, maybe the cook was having a bad night, maybe they're a new business and still getting the kinks out? Then they brought me another pizza, but it was the opposite and undercooked! I didn't want to be a "Karen" and send it back again. I was really hungry and didn't want to wait till I got back home to eat. I only ate half a slice and took the rest home. I didn't want to waste food. Maybe it will be better the next day, but it's doubtful. My friend's burlesque show was excellent, though. It is expected to run quarterly so if it's at the same place I will only order drinks and eat somewhere else beforehand. Other than that, it's kind of a hidden place to check out right off the Strip, at least for the entertainment.

Drink prices are great here for the Strip. Premium liquor for $10-12. The service was very good. The food was good. It's a little hard to find, which might be why there were so few tables full. Try this place out.

The place is really beautiful, I can tell they didn't care how much money was cost just in in furniture. Is big 2 completely separate dining room, bar between the 2 dining room in is own room, horseshoe-shaped.

We stumbled onto this restaurant. Both my girlfriend and I love Mediterranean food. TgeTrestuarant is new so it was empty but we decided to chance it. We are glad we did. The Food was delicious. We had the two entries and one appetizer special. The tomato bruschetta was fresh and favorable. I had the grilled shrimp with rice and spinach. It was just the right amount of food and all so good. We also enjoyed the drink special of two for one. This was a great meal before we leave the city of sin. And this meal was definitely devilishly good! The service was the topping on the cake.

We had a very good meal before seeing Ka at the MGM. Three of us had Italian Skillet Chicken and my wife had Grilled Shrimp. Both dishes were excellent; it was about $30 per person including tip.

My 9 years old son and I came over to watch an ordinary Christmas Show. Instead, we got an amazing experience! The team members are very friendly. Inspirational performance by a father and his talented daughter! We loved it.

Yelp
I paid $ 45 for a Greek Salad and my friend and I shared a bottle of wine for $25. When I asked for a glass of ice water, I was told that I could only buy it for $6.00. I'm sorry, this is 100% wrong. I was promoting this place and telling my friends to go but not anymore. The manager, Jonny Bird, is a great guy and I don't believe policies such as this are his doing. Forcing people to pay for things that they won't is going to hurt your business. The entertainment is good I don't like being negative and I've thought about this for five days but it still feels like forcing someone to pay for something they may need to swAllow medicine is really a ba Went there on October 30. Arrived at 6:30 for dinner. My Oder was taken a few minutes later. My dinner arrived at 8:20 p.m. There are only six items on the menu. I was never offered a beverage!! Entertainment was great. The situation with the kitchen, food, service is terrible.

Yelp
We came into Las Vegas and stumbled upon a gem. Red Palms Las Vegas showed us how generous Vegas can be. We were given a free glass of wine for simply coming in...we were given a free cocktail for simply ordering another. We were getting 2 entree's anyway, but didn't know a free appetizer comes w 2 entree's. Amazing experience, ask for Joey to serve you and you will be blessed and amazed! Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Las Vegas Red Palms goes above and beyond! Great food, great service, and an exceptional deal. The drinks were well made and the food was even better. This place is a great, new find! The atmosphere was fun, yet cozy at the same time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
This was a surprise good Mediterranean food in Vegas! The kebabs are really delicious and are a must try. Our waiter and who happened to be the manager suggested the best stuff! Will definitely go back when I am in Vegas on my next vacation.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing. Lino is the best!!! We were originally skeptical since it is so new with little reviews. Decided to try it anyway due to Mike's recommendation and it didn't disappoint. Started with antipasto, had beef kabob, rice, mushroom and potatoes on the side, Mediterranean pizza. To finish, cucumber martini and house manhattan. Everything is absolutely delicious. Please come and enjoy- it's worth it.

Yelp
You simply cannot get better than this...no better deal on the strip, I challenge anyone to prove wrong. 4 vodka red bulls for 15$.

Yelp
The food comes out fresh and made from scratch. Some of the best food and service I've ever encountered. Truly a hidden gem on the strip..The Father Daughter musical entertainment was amazing last night.

Yelp
The Red Palms is a nice intimate dining venue with solid, delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Service is warm, friendly and attentive. Some nice unique cocktails and brews to try. My dirty martini was on point . Hubby's New York cooked to perfection. Chicken Picatta was light, lemony and delicious. Nice bread basket assortment with some homemade goodies. This is a hidden gem right on the strip near Hawaiian Village. They recently announced their new daily lunch and Sunday Brunch on FB. They also have entertainment....bonus!! Looking forward to returning to enjoy their brunch.
