Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It was such a great experience to go to Red Robin. We all had burgers (of course) . They were cooked to perfection and the fries were great. Our server was so friendly and attentive. She asked us for refills frequently and constantly checked in on us. We were there for lunch and it was a great visit. We will definitely be back.

I stopped by Red Robin recently and unfortunately had a bit of a rough experience with my order. I had ordered a chicken sandwich but was given a chicken wrap instead, and my sweet potato fries were served cold, almost like they had just come out of the fridge. The only part of my meal that I really enjoyed was the coleslaw. To be fair, I was already having a tough day before coming in, so when my food came out incorrect and cold, it felt like it fit right in with how things had been going. That said, the manager was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, understanding, and quick to make things right. Not only did he take off the meal I hadn’t ordered, but he also comped our appetizers, which was extremely generous. We didn’t have to pay for the incorrect items, and I truly appreciated the way the situation was handled. Even though the food itself wasn’t the best this time around, the customer service was excellent, and that made all the difference.

Food and service was outstanding. We got Gady as our server and she was amazing. Definitely recommend her if you're looking to eat there.

My food and experience was great. My service on January 29th 2026 was not. I was excited because I had just created an account for Red Robin rewards. My welcome deal was a free Appetizer with a 10 dollar purchase. Because I wanted to use before it expired my brother and I came to eat. And our service was great and very first thing I talked about was using my free appetizer with 10 dollar purchase. Tell me why I’m walked through it completely fine and I order my normal food later which is 14.99 and I’m told I have to pay the full price of my appetizer because my actual “10 dollar purchase” was a another “offer” or “deal.” An appetizer and meal I thought would be 17 dollars in total, ended up being $35 because we already ate the appetizer we ordered before my main food. Forcing me to pay it anyway pretty much. So please Red Robin make it clear that the “deals” at the bottom of your menu are deals. They have been there for months… they aren’t limited time deals or offers they’ve been there for 1 year now.

We visited this location recently and had excellent service! The bar tender was helping out and served us even though we were not seated at the bar. He was excellent at making sure we were taken care of! The food was hot when it came out and he stayed on top of refills the whole time. Thank you for making our lunch fantastic!!

Food was pretty good, and our server was awesome. She took great care of my family and I and had good small talk😉

I love Red Robin's burgers and overall food selection. It's generally easy to get a seat and you can order delivery too. The staff are friendly and responsive in my experience. You can also pay at the table. The cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathrooms but otherwise it's great!

We love this place. A non-pretentious place for non-pretentious burgers. Good value food and very tasty burgers that actually look like they do in the pictures. So many Loudoun County restaurants are cashing in on (often artificial) "exclusivity" and "luxury" and charging an arm and a leg for mediocre food. But not this Red Robin and we hope it stays that way!

Haven't been here in a while. Had the Monster Burger with garlic fries. The meat was cooked to perfection. It was juicy and sumptuous. It truly is a place to go when you are craving a nice gourmet burger that will not break your bank.

BLUF: 1 order of bottomless fries, waitress vanished, burger tasted off. Service (1/5): We arrived after the lunch rush around 2pm with a group of 4. We were sat at the high-tops by the bar with no other group of people in that section in sight. It took over 10 mins for the waitress to come to our table to acknowledge us. When we placed our orders, we also requested some orders of our bottomless fries since they take less time to bring out than burgers and we were really hungry. About 10 mins later, 3 baskets of fries come out... with what looked like 10 fries in it. I'm not sure why they ask what sauce we want when they never bring it out. When the waitress came back, this time with our burgers, we asked for another order of the bottomless fries. They never came out. She never came back to check on us. No sauce was brought out with the burgers. Food (2/5): We got 1 bottomless fries basket. 1. We requested more... none came out. I got The Madlove Burger, which was pretty good... besides the part where there was a spot on the burger that tasted like soap. I'm not sure what it was, but it was awful. I didn't eat that part. I don't have the "cilantro = soap" gene, so it wasn't that, and I'm not even sure if cilantro is in that burger. But it was bad. The rest of the burger was pretty good and filling. I didn't tell the waitress that the burger was off because she didn't show up to the table. We ended up checking out with the table's tablet. Ambiance (3/5): It was really quiet and we got to watch the Westminster dog show on the bar tv. Parking was great, there were barely any cars in the parking lot. There was no wait time for a table for 4. TLDR: bottomless means 1 basket. Forget about your sauce and that you exist.

Some of the best service from a "chain" restaurant we've had. Felt more like a family owned restaurant due to the attentiveness and personality from the staff. Mikhael (sp) was our waiter and had a super good attitude! The food was also extremely flavorful without too much seasoning. Haven't been here in years and can't wait to come back! *We had burgers and fries and a milkshake. All top notch.

We had an overall great experience. The server was nice, the food tasted great, and things were priced well.

I was going to have a gourmet burger but I wanted turkey meat instead. Beef is as expensive as turkey. I am not asking for an additional patty. It is a swap. Very tacky policy. Understaff. The waitress forgot my aioli on the side. My husband ordered a coke refill and it never came. He asked again and she brought it and said: would like another coke? Well, she never brought it in the first place. Last time you see my family and I. I ordered a beer, it never came. I had to say cancel it. And she said: oh you sure you do not want it? It's at the bar. Well, it would have been nice if it was in my hands. LOL.... Last time you see my family and I. There are better places.

To be honest, I wasn't too excited to come here because I didn't have a great experience last time I came to one (although it was at another location). Maybe it was because we came in after the lunch hour rush- we got seated pretty quickly. The place was quite empty so our server gave us the menu pretty quickly and got our drinks out right away. We ordered the Cowboy Ranch Double and the Pigout Tavern Double with some sweet potato fries and regular fries. They came out with some sweet potato fries right away while we waited for our burgers. The place was really clean. I checked out their bathroom and it looked like it was just cleaned which was nice because I wanted to wash my hands before I ate my meal. The burgers came in pretty quickly. I don't remember their burgers being that big but they were super moist even though I ordered mine to be cooked well-done. Both burgers were very tasty! I tried the Pigout Tavern Double and they didn't skimp out on the bacon- it was baconlicious and the Cowboy Ranch just had a bunch of crunchy onion rings that made it amazing! I didn't finish my burger because it was quite large. I still ate it the following day and it was just as tasty as the day before. This place has definitely turned my opinion around for the chain. I recommend the Pigout or the Cowboy double any time! I'm a fan and will definitely be back!!

I always loved Red Robin burgers. The only difference this time is.... instead of dining in I thought I would try the curbside pickup. I now realize this was a big mistake. Not once but twice. My first order was a well-done Original Red's Tavern Double, No Tomatoes, No Lettuce, Sautéed Onions, Sweet Potato Fries, No Salt on Fries x Extra Fries. The burger was fine, except there wasn't any sauteed onions, only raw onions. The fries had salt, and I didn't get extra fries or sauce. The second order was a Prime Chophouse Beef - No Pink, Steak Fries, No Salt, Crispy Fries, No Onion Bun, No Steak sauce, No RR Seasoning, on a Sesame Seed Bun, with Sautéed Onions, Classic Sauces (1000 Island) on the side. This time, the beef was burnt, again no sauteed onions, just raw onions. The fries weren't crispy, and I had one random onion ring, no extra sauce on the side. I know my orders seem picky, but if they can't make it that way, they should just say it.

Was looking forward for some juicy burgers and bottomless fries. Our waitress (who took our order) was okay, she gave us a refilled however she didn't mention about the additional cost. Fries didn't get refilled but that's okay we were full. Our waiter (guy who carried out our food) was awesome, friendly and attentive. Kids enjoyed and wanted to come back BUT I wanted to say I believ we got food poisoning. 3 of us who ate burgers has been sitting on the toilets and our tummy is aching. Maybe a little pink wasn't a good idea. Thankfully my lil one had pizza and she has no problem.

I've been to this Red Robin twice in the past month or so. I can tell they are short staffed but the waiters are pleasant and attentive. The food was decent and the drinks were good. I would def go back and try more items.

Guacamole Bacon Burger Ordered 2 burgers for my husband and myself no bacon on either burger, fries were ice cold. Asked for hot fries, they came after we finished our burgers. Manager came over, offered to take $1.50 off each burger for the lack of the bacon, but at that point we had already paid. No apology from the manager. We won't be eating at Red Robin again. I wouldn't even give the restaurant 1 star

The time we went there, they had construction which is fine, but I think someone needs to let people know that loud noises will happen. Also, I didn't like my salad because It didn't seem fresh. However, the customer service of our waitress was good.

Haha, Patrick O. has his review right on the money. You might want to warn your doctor before-hand for your next physical that you had lunch or dinner at Red Robin so s/he doesn't pass out when taking your blood pressure. I had lunch here with some old co-workers, and it was awesome to catch up. It was even -more- awesome to catch up over juicy burgers done up the way you want them, and a Bottomless Basket of Fries (yes, it's totally capitalized, because they're that awesome). So two of my old compatriots are on psycho restrictive lose-hundreds-of-pounds-in-under-a-year diets, and they gave our waiter (ding!) ridiculously complex orders (no bun, wrapped in lettuce, extra slice of cheese, no croutons, blue cheese on the side, you get the picture). All of the burgers came out right. Impressive. Okay. Bottomless Basket of Fries. And we're not talking dinky shoestring fries. These things are the good old hearty steak fries, starchy and mushy on the inside, crispy and crunchy on the outside. They may not be as artery-clogging as Five Guys fries, but they're still pretty darn tasty. Mmm. Gourmet burgers. Unlimited fries. Good service (albeit not all that speedy). Quality. One and three-quarters thumbs up.

Came in here not long ago and sat at the bar thinking it would make things go faster, this was not the case. The two female bartenders appeared to be arguing the whole time we were there and we just watched them make bickering comments at each other the whole time. If I were the manager I would have sent them both packing for acting that way in front of guests. The food itself was OK when it finally came out. The one bartender blamed the other one and we found out it had been sitting on the counter. So if you decide to go here and get a decent burger, get a table so you do not get caught in between a cat fight at the bar!

Just saw Avengers and wanted a burger so stopped in our favorite Red Robin. My wife has her petit bacon cheeseburger and j has the turkey burger. And freckled lemonades. Tasty burgers and reasonable pricing.

I ordered through Doordash and the food wasn't even lukewarm. I want my damn money back or another order. I specifically requested only onions, ketchup and and mustard on my cheeseburger. The fries were cold and stale AND the cheese for the pretzel bites was cold. Asked for extra cheese and extra ketchup-never provided. I also ordered arctichoke and spinach dip and the spinach dip was cold. Clearly, they did not cook this order up fresh and I paid over $30 for the order. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again! Meh. BLT apparently stands for bread, lettuce, and tomato. Only two strips of thin bacon come on it. Service was lacking too. They forgot two things on the order. When we let them know they sent the wrong order again. I really want to like this place, but they are making it hard.

I came here because I always get good food and service at red robin in california. Today, i ordered a BLTA Croissant, steam broccoli, and a Hawaiian Heart Throb Smoothie. My server was very nice and checked up on me once in a while. I was able to get my smoothie pretty quickly and water. The food took a while to get to me. I saw other people who came a bit later receive their food faster than me. The smoothie was pretty sweet. I didn't finish it because it was too sweet for me. It wasn't really a smoothie, it was icy and liquidy. It wasn't really a smoothie consistency. When I got my food, the croissant was decent! It wasn't too bad! I thought it would be a warm/hot sandwich, but it was just a normal sandwich. I got it without tomatoes. I didn't have any issues with the sandwich except that I found a piece of plastic wrap in my sandwich. I took a picture of it. I'm not sure why that is there. The steam broccoli wasn't good. The first batch that I got had brown spots on it and didn't look fresh at all. I'm not sure why they tried to serve it to customers when it doesn't look fresh at all. I asked for another batch and the second batch was a lot better. It was okay. It wasn't soft. Some parts was still hard and some part was soft when I chewed on it, but it was warm. The service was decent when I went. They checked up on me once in a while. The food felt like it took forever to get to me. I saw other tables getting their food before me even when I came before them. They had a party of 4 or more and it was just me. They were nice enough to replace my steam broccoli so I was happy about that.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for a quick lunch before catching a movie. He had a burger, and I had the BBQ chicken wrap. All pretty solid. My boyfriend also had the strawberry lemonade with unlimited refills, and that was great. Overall, your average Red Robin.

Burgers and onion rings are awesome. Four to five stars for them. Especially Mad Love, Banzai and Burning Love. Salads are awful--bagged salads that clearly have turned, with watery dressing. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Service is hit or miss; the introduction of those tabletop devices just encourages servers to disappear for ages. We go for the burgers and rings now and nothing else.

We used to love Red Robin. We went there all the time. The food was great and they had Guinness beer. Then the Guinness went away for Miller Light (an incredibly stupid move by management). The fish sandwich was awesome, but they took that off the menu. The fish and chips were quite good before, but tonight they were solid clumps of dry fried fish. They have Guinness again, but I'm not sure we will ever go back ... the food is horrible.

The online ordering system does not allow gift cards. This is vey inconvenient since we often do take out. Also, how is a veggie patty $3.50 more than beef???

Not sure what's going on but this place is falling apart. Restaurant is pretty dirty and I've seen cleaner bathrooms in DC metro stations. Food was typical. Would love to add 2 more stars, clean up your restaurant and you'd easily get me to change this review.

Maybe try cooking the fries before you send them out, burger was ok at best fries were really undercooked

Yeah this wasn't a great experience. The food was good but the service left much to be desired. It slow in getting things we had asked for and my order was messed up as well. Not a pleasant experience I don't think I will make any attempt to return. There are too many other good places to get burgers that I don't see a reason to come back. I should have checked the Yelp reviews prior to coming.

This is a clean well run Red Robin location. Last time we visited our server was very friendly and did a nice job. They have cheap and decent burgers, and do a free burger for veterans around Veteran's Day.

My first impression of this place was quite awful. The parking lot was empty and it did not look like a bopping place. When I walked in the stench was rough. It reminded me of a urinal cake. I was taken aback and almost fell. A random man waved at me who I had never seen before. I waited 20 minutes for them to take my order. We ordered bottomless fries but I was always looking at the bottom. Would not recommend. After eating consider medical attention.

Turkey burger was good. It was prepared perfectly. Fries had Parmesan cheese. I didn't order Parmesan fries. I had to remove the cheese with a napkin prior to eating them. I ordered through DoorDash therefore I did not wish to drive to the restaurant and return the food.

My worst experience at Red Robin that I can recall in the past decade. I've had a pretty steady routine of showing up at Red Robin, ordering a beer, placing a takeout order, paying for it, and leaving. Apparently those days are over. I sat down at the bar and requested and menu and a beer. She replied, I'll get you a beer, but you'll need to order at the host stand. I pondered that for a minute and looked at the other gentlemen at the bar inquisitively. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't get it either. I inquired that this was odd as this had been the routine here for as many years as I could remember. She informed me that I was wrong and that this has always been the policy. So I left my beer and went and stood for 5 minutes at the host stand while kids jumped around and they did their job of hosting and seating folks so that I could place my order. Coincidentally,I knew some of the folks waiting for a table and they were also equally confused. It's not like they had a cash register at the host stand. So they ended up conducting the transaction at the bar anyway. Eventually, was able to place my order and return to the bar where I finished my beer and then spent the next 15 minutes being ignored by the bartender despite getting her attention 2 times and requesting another drink. She clearly had a chip on her shoulder. The other patrons agreed that this was one of the worst bartenders they had ever encountered. Oddly, while I was sitting there, I also saw her refuse to make drinks because "she didn't have a button for them on the register"....like who won't shoot a spritz of soda water into a glass of white wine? One of the worst I've ever encountered and a reason to avoid this place for the time being.

All i will say is although i enjoyed the food i CANNOT believe i got a burger with a1 sauce included on it and i asked for some a1 sauce on the side......well i got my check and was charged $1.00 for a1 sauce....so basically they are charging fir condiments now......i will NEVER go there again!

First time and our experience was good. Our waiter is attentive and quick. They have a wife selection with some tempting apps. We got a stack of onion rings and even my wife who doesn't east onion rings tried and said it was good. The dips are also great tasting. The refills for our fries and soda came in at a reasonable time. Just be cautious when checking your bill. My kids touched the tablet and we were charged 1.99$ even they didn't play with it. The waiter took care of it anyway. Fries were good, the Red Robin signature burger was good. The Pepper and (forgot) humburger that almost cost 15$ - not so good or overpriced. Despite a few cons, I think we'll be back.

This place looks tired l. While the food is pretty good and up to red Robin standards the facilities are tired. Dusty overhead lights and air vents and the men's room smells like an out house and it is dirty.

This is Red Robin, an economical family restaurant. For what it is they are doing a great job. We have been several times since us in Virginia were "allowed " to patronize restaurants again. Super clean, very careful about everything. Our servers have been so friendly and helpful. No complaints about the food and prices can't be beat. Is this the place for a special meal? No. A place for I really don't feel like cooking and would like something decent? Absolutely!!

Gourmet burgers my ass. Haven't been to a red Robin in a while but the burgers are far from gourmet. About 1/4 of an inch thick like McDonald's. Red Robin's will go out of business and wonder why. Bad food Equals bad results,,, don't get me started on the cold fries.

Eesh, worst Red Robin experience ever. We don't typically go to this location but we were in the area and didn't think it could be that much worse than our typical Red Robin. Should have known to walk out as soon as we walked in. The place looked filthy. I figured it must be short staffed and continued to be seated. Waitress was nice and kept the drinks coming. The food however was horrible. Burger patty and bun was barely warm and completely dry. The fries were not warm at all. The bathrooms were another story. It looks like they had not been properly cleaned in weeks. The paper towel dispenser was jammed too. Won't be back to this one.

Bad service (unless the restaurant is completely empty), fine food, great deal, especially with the bottomless fries. We came here most recently to use my birthday reward for a free burger. We were planning to go across the street to catch a movie after dinner, so we were in a bit of a hurry. So of course, as these things always seem to go when you're in a hurry, we were not acknowledged by a waiter, even for drink orders, for quite a while. We've had excellent, super quick service before here, but that time I believe there was literally only one other table of people. But this time, since it took a while for anyone to come by our table, we were ready to order right when our waitress came over. So we placed our drink and food orders together, asked for my refill of bottomless fries upfront knowing I'd want one, and told the waitress we were in a hurry. They brought out the refill of fries very quickly, but we then realized no one had given us napkins and we couldn't flag anyone down, so we were hesitant to dig into the greasy fries. We finally managed to get napkins and our meals came shortly after. But then when it came time to pay the check, our waitress had trouble applying my reward for the free meal, so that took several tries. The food itself was good. My mom had the Southwest Salad and I got the Royal Red Robin. Basically a breakfast burger, topped with egg, bacon, and mayo. I had every intention of filling up on the bottomless fries, maybe just taking a bite or two of the burger, and taking the rest home. But the second I placed the top bun down on the burger to just try a bite, the yolk burst, getting everywhere. So there was no way those leftovers would store well. And once I picked it up to take a bite, it was clear there was no turning back, as I knew if I put it down, it would completely fall apart. So a good burger, but VERY messy, and not an ideal choice for optimizing your value with those bottomless fries.

Welcome to HELL. Red Robins alone are bad enough because they're hell holes filled with rednecks and screaming children and very meh food. But this one and the whole experience was just horrible. Before you ask why I went, well, it wasn't my choice. Was there with family who has kids. Of course, the kids always order cheese pizza so why the $%!@ we don't go to a pizza place instead of a subpar burger joint is beyond me. So what was especially horrendous about this RR? For starters, it's a special kind of deafening. Forget the wide open echo chamber of brats who sound like they're in the deepest levels of the underworld's torture chambers. The booth setup had us right with our backs to the bar, and the damn phone at the bar was ringing VERY loud the entire time, and no one would answer it. The server, he was very bad at his job and the most annoying person I've probably ever met to boot. He whined about not getting enough sleep. He tried out his standup comedy routine that wasn't funny at all. He asked awkward questions. And he screwed up orders, forgot things that people asked for, you name it. Guy really needs to try something else... like maybe the mental hospital. And then there's the food. RR is usually not great anyway. It touts itself as a burger joint but I can rarely bring myself to order them because they're so bad. Like little frozen patty pucks. (Seriously, there are several Five Guys' within a few miles, GO GET A REAL BURGER IF YOU WANT A BURGER, YO.) So then I'm led to try one of the non-burger items on the menu, which is probably asking too much of a burger joint but hey, THEY PUT THEM ON THE MENU. Blech. The food was bad, though. I didn't find one thing on the menu that I wanted. I used to order the nachos here as an entree, but they took those off the menu (much like they replaced the unlimited mediocre fry baskets with tiny little fry cones not too long ago). I settled on "Clucks and Riblets." The 'clucks' were OK -- your standard deep-fried breaded chicken strips you can get anywhere. The riblets, however, were disgusting. You know how baby back ribs look after you finish eating the meat off them? Break one bone in half with its tiny pieces of meat remnant left on it, and you have yourself one of RR's riblets. They were dry, hell, they didn't even bother putting the barbecue sauce drizzle on all of them, but the meat was tough, dry and required a microscope to locate. Everyone who got a burger had a cold burger. The patties were cooked through, but they must've been sitting out for a LONG time. Which makes sense, because it took a long time to get our food. Start to finish, dinner took almost two hours. Oh yeah, and that fruit salad. I'll post a pic of it. I just had to take one because it was so disgusting that no one at the table who got that as a side would even touch it. It looks like the apple slices might have been done in the same day, but the other fruits *definitely* came from a can filled with high fructose corn syrup. Just a big soupy, mushy, overly sweet mess. PUKE. RR is loud. It's annoying. The service sucks. The food sucks. It has an identity crisis somewhere between a kiddie cartoon episode and a boozy R-rated film. Where else can you watch Boomerang, play with a man in a giant bird mascot suit, eat a kids meal and get wasted? STAY AWAY. KICK AND SCREAM.

My visit here was actually really pleasant. We got an end booth in the bar area, it was a little awkward as the table kind of juts out into the walkway, but overall, a good experience. Our server was attentive and refilled our drinks without asking and he wasn't obtrusive or overbearing. We ordered the boneless chicken wings, fish and chips, and the BBQ burger. The wings came on a bed of potato chips and was generously covered in Buffalo sauce. The wings were crispy, tender, and spicy. The fish and chips were also crispy and tender. Surprisingly, they were not overly greasy and the fries weren't soggy. The burger is very messy, but good. If you're like me, you would need some BBQ sauce on the side to make the burger that much better. Overall, our experience at the local Red Robin was one of the best out of all the chains in the area. This could just be dumb luck, and we showed up on a good night, but we've not had any problems with this chain anywhere else and the food was better than most.

Excellent food and service! Christian, our waiter, really impressed us. He seemed a little meek but after the initial hello was done he showed his skills. We ordered the delicious onion ring tower, the mighty smoke and pepper burger, and the guacamole burger along with a root beer and sprite. Christian was super friendly and nice he never interrupted our conversation and always spoke clearly. He kept our drink filled and let us enjoy the atmosphere. We encountered a small technical problem with our chip card. He noticed and came over. As we explained the situation he promptly went to seek advice on how to solve it. He is a great server and provided us with exceptional service!

Hit or miss. Sometimes its 1 star, sometimes 5. But that is how the vast majority of restaurants are in the area of Northern Va. Complacent waiters expecting 20% for no work. However, my visit last Saturday was awesome. Asked to sit in the bar but not at the bar because I didn't want to distract anyone while working on my phone which also included watching and listening to videos. They sat me and the bartender came over to take my order. Being alone, its quick and painless so he offered me some fries while I waited and brought my freckled lemonade in a regular glass (love the presentation of the regular glasses but they aren't functional). My food came out, was great, offered several refills of fries and lemonade and had a great meal. They've had problems in the past with no hot water in the bathrooms and slow service, but did a phenomenal job this time.

I went here to pick up food without reading Yelp reviews and in particular, reviews by my esteemed friends, whose wisdom I've come to appreciate over the last few years. My mistake! The Chicken Cesar wrap had too much dressing inside. The fries were fresh when we got them but turned stale really quick. They were not seasoned, not even salted, which is fine by me. I liked the fried Cod. I received 4 pieces that were fried well except for one piece that was a bit raw. The tarter sauce was delicious even though it was served at room temperature. That wasn't the worst though. The worse aspect of all the food was the French onion soup! Not only did they forget packing the focaccia bread it comes with, but this bowl of Red Robbins French onion soup was the worst tasting French onion soup I ever had in my life! All it was was a nasty bowl of bland beef broth with added water. It had no flavor! It was disgusting! I thought they forgot the onions until I noticed they were sunken at the bottom. I had to stir the soup to see the onions. The 'cheese' was a small mass of bubble gum lost in the murky water of the broth. It was awful. The whole thing was extremely watery that it was splishing and splashing in the container the whole way home. After a couple spoons, I just poured it down the sink. I could've easily flushed it down the toilet, too, because it was basically just water. I don't know how this place stays in business. In the least, it should be a fast food restaurant and not a sit-down establishment. I can't believe they actually have waiters serving this crap. All in all, the food I got was not worth $30!!!

Food was good not great. I never been before and heard about the bottomless fries but they were just ok. Steak fries that were seasoned. Cooked well but nothing super (I'm a french fry fan too). The burger was ok and I did like the toppings (fried battered jalapenos). BF got a BLT looking for something lighter and there are not a lot of light options. Server was friendly and had our drinks refilled quickly. I enjoyed the atmosphere which was open and had a few tvs with sports. Mostly families and couples. They also have a 21 and over section with a few rows of bar type seating facing tvs.

Simply put if you have an hour or two to kill and you don't care about service the food is fine. However if you thought you would actually get an appetizer before your meal think again. I may be wrong but I thought the definition of appetizer suggested a small slack like meal BEFORE the main course. Now I have to fully confess the beer was poured in a clean glass so there is that. Which almost outweighs the incorrect order, the shoe leather chicken on my salad and the inept general manager. The good news - it only took 6 minutes after getting my second (recooked) chicken salad to get utensils. So I'm not saying don't go just set your expectations. If you want service consider burger 21, way back burger or even McDonalds. If you are good with screening kids poor management and service that in its own right is awing by all means go to Red Robin in sterling va.

Red Robin is all about the burgers and they certainly do them well. They have other options as well for those who want something other than a burger. Service is efficient and friendly.

My husband and I came here with our 10-month old. The server set a plate of steak knives within reach of my infant. Later, he attempted to place a plate of hot food in front of my son. Despite ordering extras from the kiosk at the table, we had to ask at least twice for everything. This was on a Monday night at 7 pm -there were exactly two other tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Typically they make the shakes with real strawberry ice cream. Mine was made with vanilla ice creamand strawberry syrup. This place clearly needs new management. We like Red Robin but we will not be coming back to this location.

Went to the bar for a couple beers and carryout. The Stella was flat, not good. Bottled Corona good of course! I ordered the Smoke and Pepper with fries, and extra fries. The food ended up being very good. The service was awful. It was me and another couple at the bar. The bartender barely acknowledged me. A server dropped by food off and i had my card out waiting for the bill. Several minutes went by and no attention given, while the food got cold. Who I assume the manager eventually came up and asked if I was alright to which I replied I was just ready to cash out. She ended up doing it while the bartender was just there. It's to bad, the food was good but I will never go back.

I had to come back.Lunch is starting out really good..waitress is awesome and was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave good suggestions. I decided on the Smoky Jack Tavern with the O Rings..Not a big crowd but seems like everyones enjoying the food. I found my lunch tasty and will come back again.

The food is predictable for Red Robin: Not great but not terrible. The issue for me now is the redecoration of the place! I know it's been awhile since this has taken place but it is like being in a cave! It's terrible! There are windows that can let in natural light but the blinds are always closed! Super depressing to sit in there. Also, there are ants crawling along the walls by the booths and then crawl on to the table. It's happened the last couple times we've been there. If I can see those and they have not been taken care of, what's going on in the kitchen? I don't know what is with the management of these places. Like Macaroni Grill, these places run themselves in to the ground. There are simple things that can be taken care of, like cleanliness and attentiveness. Get your act together before people stop coming altogether.
