Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I want to start by saying this wasn't going to be a review, but the email survey they sent had a 1200 character limit and asked for receipt details, days after I had dined and therefore no longer had the receipt.. First and foremost, our server was friendly and seemed genuinely busy so I do not blame her for the issues. We were seated immediately, however we waited at least 30 minutes for our entrees, probably longer. The fries tasted stale, like they had been reheated. I ordered the garlic fries but without asking was served a refill of the regular fries, not to mention they were mostly small bits and pieces. It was pretty sad looking. I tried them anyway and noticed the stale texture more since they weren't soaked in the garlic butter. I made a comment to my friend who also said their fries were gross. They refused to eat the fries they were served. The table was tacky to the touch. Not quite sticky...just tacky..like the finish was failing. This made our glasses stick to the table as we grabbed them, increasing the risk of a tip/spill. The burgers tasted good but the meat was questionable. It's hard to describe but the color was just not right. The cooked portion was very gray and the pink portion was the wrong shade of pink. Way too dull. Gave the impression that the meat was not fresh at all. Finally, I noticed my bill was way too high so I expanded it to see what cost so much and noticed an item I didn't order. The server took it off without hesitation, which was nice. But really added to the overall negative experience. Based on my experience here, I don't anticipate coming back to this location. Which is unfortunate because it's the closest Red Robin and I honestly think this chain has the greatest potential to compete with Chilis for my dining dollars. But the prices were too high vs what I spend at Chilis and the experience was very off. All this said, I am not a picky person. I'm a Google local guide with hundreds of reviews posted, and the vast majority of those reviews are 5 star. I don't like to nit pick or complain. However, there were just too many issues with this visit to stay silent. I believe in constructive criticism that can help a place improve their product or process so that future visits can be a 5 star experience. I hope this review helps in that endeavor. If I end up back out here it will likely be because my kids enjoy the bottomless options on the kids menu. I promise to take photos next time to help better convey some of the issues I noted. I was in a hurry this time due to the long wait for food.

I absolutely loved it it was great with me and my lady ❤️. We both had the Royal Red Robin and the alcohol was on point! One thing about them the quality of their burgers are unmatched! can't wait to go back ✨👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Enjoyed the food here. The turkey burger was juicy and delicious. The pretzel bites were good too.

This Red Robins location is relatively new. We have been to this location several times. Each time we have had a great experience. Starting with the service, all of our waiters and waitresses have been hospitable. The food is always hot and delicious. The menu has a variety of burgers, which entices us to try different ones every time. The prices are very reasonable and the bottomless fries are an added bonus. They also have a 21 and over side of the restaurant just in case you don't want to sit at tables near children. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with low lighting and captivating pictures.

Went in for lunch today. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Food and drinks were great and made fresh. Get the fried Pickles. They were so good and made fresh, I forgot to get a picture of them. 👍🏽👍🏽 Would recommend this location. Cute little nature visitors outside and nearby.

Ordered for pick up. There was 4 people in the restaurant so not busy at all. I waited 30 min longer than the pick up time. The restaurant is dirty. No one came to reassure me that my food was coming. All the employees just chatting in the back. Go somewhere else that’s my advice

Got right in, had to wait a bit for service, though it was NOT busy. Ordered the $10 gourmet cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. Had trouble eating the sweet potato fries, as they were tough, rubbery, too chewy. Tried a second batch, same thing. I can usually go for a third order, but couldn't finish the second batch or parts of first batch. Ran out of water, was never asked if I needed or wanted more . Disappointed is the best way to describe my experience this time.

We were hungry for a rely good burger and fries. We've seen all the commercials too. The service was great even though they bought french fries instead of onion rings. They did take it off the bill. The food is certainly not with $30 for two burgers and fries. Restaurant and bathroom were both very clean.

Good burgers, many choices with unlimited fries, Other items like chicken if you want something other than a burger. Nice dinning room plenty of seating with booths and tables There is a bar also. Good parking with easy access to rt 45 Service was nice and friendly

Had a great lunch at Red Robin. There were three of us and we all enjoyed our meals. The endless fries never disappoint! Well, the service was just a little bit slow, they were very busy. Our waitress worked very hard despite seeming to be the only server she still cater to our needs and make sure to give me gluten-free options.

The burgers were great. The onion ring tower was great. The restaurant was clean and quiet. The waitress was really good. The bad, we had to ask them to clear the finished app and plates and our fries were served cold. They really advertise all the bottomless items they have on the menu but no one is going to want bottomless cold fries. The rating would've been lower if it weren't for the waitress being so sweet and the burgers being so good.

Gods spot for cold beer, onion ring tower and burgers. Their royal Red Robin burger is good and every time I got one it always arrived with perfectly made sunny side up egg. The bottomless fries are a great plus when coming in super hungry. Each time I visited this location the staff was always very pleasant and attentive. The restaurant is fairly big and the dining tables are good size so you don't feel like you don't have space when dinning with others. There is also a bar with individual stools and high tops offering an array of full liquor drinks

Service was very nice. Restaurant and bathroom were very clean. Dr. pepper with the whipped cream on top was yummy. the food was okay. my burger was very hard to eat, too much mayo. i picked it up and everything instantly fell off the bun. garlic fries were good but not worth an extra $3 upcharge.

#28/2024 Well time to update my review Some of the red robins have closed up near me but this one here in Orland is still going good and strong Knock on wood hopefully it will keep on I have to say I came in it wasn't very crowded on this particular Thursday night I was chosen or given a area to sit pick wherever you want to I found a booth. Although they had a problem with their beer lines only 1/2 the drafts were working til repaired, bottles were all available this particular day the draft beer a couple of the lines were down for some reason so I just went with bottle of Coors Light. It been over a year last time I got something to pick up I don't remember checking it or anything but what I do remember was they had a little menu change. Trying to stay competitive with the non-meat eaters I didn't recall seeing the vegan stuff and such assortment last time but it's been a while But for those who like it there's a pretty nice array. Not only do you got your standard veggie burger, ya got the impossible, and if you just don't want the red meat there's the turkey burger a nice healthy option. I decided to go with that. But I didn't have the turkey burger they had I wanted it my way like a good old-fashioned bacon cheeseburger man. So that's what I did I got the burger Turkey Patty, lettuce tomato cheddar cheese bacon, and barbecue sauce on the side. Now I've had turkey burgers before but I was quite impressed with the taste of this one they had a nice taste to the Patty. I still got the unlimited fries and unlimited salad if that's what you want I went with the fries and they were really good good old steak fries like I remember. The beer was really ice cold out of there cooler there the bottle of Coors Light they bought was definitely colder than the Rockies LOL. I will definitely return And hopefully things keep on rolling along unlike the location in Chicago ridge who lost theirs back in 2022.

Every 2nd or 3rd order I place here has issues. Today I ordered with Grubhub. Reds Tavern Double. No tomato. Add onion and pickles. Received it missing lettuce too which is standard for this burger. Not something you need to add. Ordered a house salad with poppyseed dressing and extra dressing. Did not receive any dressing. I submitted the salad issue to grub hub. They gave me a refund for about half the price of the salad. But the burger I didn't catch right away so now it's too late to do anything about that mistake. I don't know how they can continue to make so many mistakes so often. I have brought it up to a manager there on previous orders. I appreciate the apology but I would really like it if someone would check orders before they leave the restaurant.

Always a solid fan favorite! The burgers never disappoint, and the fries and chips are endless. The service was exceptional too! The relaxed setting made it the perfect way to finish off our shopping day with a cold beer and fantastic burgers.

Payton was an AMAZING server and she was so friendly and attentive and we even chit chatted a few times throughout the night and we hope to get her again the next time we come on a Saturday or Sunday!

This was my first visit to this location. I had not been to a Red Robin in about 2 years. Even though I love them! I went there around 5PM and the lot was packed. Inside most of the tables were full. The bar area was about half full as well. But I was still greeted quickly and the host sent someone to take my order for carry out. After taking my order they told me I could relax in the dining area of the bar and they would bring my order to me when it was ready. I had the Mushroom and Swiss burger. I expected there to be more toppings since I ordered it with everything on it. But it was still delicious with just the shrooms, sauce and cheese. My wife had a cheese burger with nothing on it. (Yuck). Both burgers were cooked exactly as requested and of course the fries come with and are always awesome! The burgers were great! Can't wait to go back and try every item on the menu!

I'll start with the positives. Server was great and tried hard, went over and above. It is my birthday and he gave me a free desert, which was delicious. Our starter was chips, salsa and guacamole, and was really good. I hope someone from Red Robin corporate will read this and consider carefully. We had our first experience at a Red Robin 13 years ago, moving from Texas to Illinois and so Red Robin holds a special place in our hearts. A few years back on a Saturday night there would be a long wait to get a table. Tonight, Saturday night, we had no problem getting a table in a sparse mostly empty restaurant. Now, for the negatives. We each ordered Ultimate Margaritas. We used to LOVE their UM's. Tonight these we almost literally virgin margaritas...no alcohol in the drinks that we could determine. Just the sugar drink. Okay, well, there's the food. Not so fast. Now for shrinkflation. I have always loved their Croissant BLT. Tonight's sandwich was not the same. Small croissant (half the size) filled with half the usual turkey and maybe one strip of bacon cut in half. Very disappointing. Bottomless fries were served cold and limp. To our servers credit, once we told him he delivered fresh hot fries quickly. My husband ordered his favorite Ensenada Chicken platter. C'mon, corporate...don't you expect that repeat customers are going to know when you are serving smaller, less choice products and eventually go somewhere else? His chicken was much smaller and thinner than prior, over-cooked and dry, with a sauce poured all over it, soupy, to make it seem larger. The couple sitting behind us both returned their burgers to the kitchen for some reason. Their server was also trying hard. Must be frustrating for them. It's such a shame because we had always enjoyed our times at Red Robin all the years before. Serious shrinkflation and likely other factors have obviously come into play. Guys, customers aren't stupid and know when they are receiving virgin drinks and bad food. We will simply find new places to make new good times and memories. Too bad, because you once had a really good thing going.

I absolutely love the cheesy bacon fondue burger. It was absolutely delicious and the fondue on the side was really really good. My fiancé also love the cheesy bacon fondue on the side and he enjoyed the California chicken sandwich. The reason I took one star off was because the entire time we were there this woman and her daughter were sitting behind us, complaining nonstop about every little thing, and even called the manager over and it was really excessive and annoying. I could tell she had an agenda going in to get her meal comped and that's exactly what happened. I'm pretty sure she got her entire meal free or majority of it. It was pretty ridiculous. Our waiter DJ was friendly and did a good job.

Omg Red Robin has stepped up their game!!! Service was phenomenal, dining area was clean. We were a party of seven and we ordered a chicken sandwich, 2 burgers, mozzarella sticks, a tower of onion rings and chicken fingers. Everything was brought to the table timely and it was hot, yummy to the tummy and seasoned well. I tip my hat to the manager and the chef they have turned things around!!! Great place fir burgers especially if your feeding a large party of hungry teenagers.

Jada was such a good help and great server. the food was amazing she was very helpful and understanding.

This reminds me of a classic burger place. It's decorated with style and so family friendly. The service is wonderful and very helpful. So many options on the menu My husband loves the ribs. The fries are perfectly cooked and get to your table hot. Great for a dinner or a snack. The root beer float looks amazing

I went to the one way out on 150 something in Lagrange. The atmosphere is great. The food is phenomenal. The burgers are amazing and the service is spot on been there a few times and if you're a veteran, don't forget to mention it, you'll get a discount.

Yuuumm! I seldom leave reviews for chain restaurants, but this is a worthy exception. I hadn't been to Red Robin in years, but had a taste for burgers so I stopped in with my family. We all opted for burgers (of course!) and they were delicious. My sister ordered the bacon cheeseburger, my mom got the mushroom burger and I opted for the plain burger. (or keep it simple) The burgers were cooked just right and proportioned. The veggies (lettuce, tomato) were fresh and the fries were piping hot. The food was really good. It also tasted just like we remembered pre Covid which is saying a lot because the quality of restaurant food as declined greatly post Covid. We ordered the donuts for dessert and didn't really like them. There was nothing wrong with them. We just didn't like them. I can't recall her name but our waitress was friendly and attentive. She was training a new employee so she was pulling double duty too. The restaurant was clean and comfortable as well.

Food was good service was fast. Great place for taking kids to get quick bite eat especially if you want fast

Was on the fence about eating here . Lots of bad reviews . It seems faded and drab on the outside. I noticed a chip on a plastic cup and plate . They have a $10 deal I wanted to try . Whiskey burger , fries and a drink . Waitress was very pleasant and really hustled to please all her tables . The ambiance was subdued and the air conditioning was kicking . I joined the red robin loyalty program , free burger on your birthday . Give this location a try for lunch . Most of the sides are unlimited refills so eat up .

... all i came in for was my birthday burger ... ... what i left with would change my life FOREVER !!! ... ok ... maybe it was just this birthday. time about 9pm i head toward the Red Robin door as i open the door its as if a supernatural blast of pure positivity whisked through me as i was greeted by Reece and Cheyenne who would be part of an uplifting force for my birthday ... now at home feasting on that masterpiece of a birthday burger i must remember the kindness and pleasantness' shown to me by Reece and Cheyenne ... who embody all that is good in customer service.

Arrived shortly after they opened. A waitress took my order, I paid, and waited. 45 minutes later the manager happened to be walking by and I informed him I had been waiting since they opened for my order and was not going to wait any more. I asked for a refund. He said, "No. At least you got the french fries." I informed him that the french fries never showed up, like the rest of my order. I told him again, I wanted a refund. Again, he said "No," adding as he walked away, "I will make sure your order is ready as soon as possible." It was another 20 minutes before anyone came back. The waitress had never put in my order and completely forgot I was even there. Service: None Price: way too high Management: useless Quality: after more than an hour waiting I expected better, it was awful Recommend: only if you are a masochist on a diet

We have been to this location several times and this time was a positive dining experience. We were seated immediately and our server was nice. The food was quick and it's tasted like it should. We had an issue paying at the table and I had to contact the manager the next day who was very nice and he explained what could have happened.

I have to confess that I love Red Robin burgers. They may be more than a burger from most other establishments, but I think they are one of the better burgers that can be had in the USA. That makes this review so disappointing to write. I placed an order from the the local Red Robin in Orland Park, Il on Sunday night shortly before 7pm. The order number ended in 9238, and the online ordering system confirmed the order would be ready for pickup at 7:10pm. So I drove up to Red Robin to pick up dinner. I arrived at RR promptly at 7:11pm, and placed the call to the front desk to let them know I was on site to pick up my order. No worries. I was chatting with my son, so I went back to the conversation while I wanted for them to bring my food curbside. I didn't think about it in the moment, but order did not come out right away. After a good solid 30 minutes, I realized that my food was not out, so I called back into the front desk to see where my order was. I was told that my food was running late, but that it was coming out in the next 3 minutes. I was a little bit concerned, but was reassured by the woman who knew my name, and what curbside spot I was parked in. So I thanked her, and was chalked it up to a busy Sunday night. Fast forward another 25 minutes.... My food has not shown up, so I call again to the front desk. By this point, I am very concerned that my order is lost, cold, or otherwise somehow hopelessly screwed up. I gave my name and curbside spot number to the agent who answered the phone again. After a short delay, I was told my food would be out in 5 minutes. In fact, this time my food was out in 5 minutes. My food was delivered to me an hour late. I was home in less than 7 minutes, and my family was waiting for me so we could eat dinner. Sure enough, the food was COLD. Not lukewarm, but COLD. It is clear than the order was in fact ready a long, long time before it was brought to me, but because the of the poor food service operations of this Red Robin, my order sat for probably 45 minutes. I have witnessed poor service from this Red Robin pre-covid, on multiple occasions and chalked it up to the quality of the staff training. Post covid, employers are able to be more discriminating in the employees they hire. Unfortunately, in this case, the restaurant management is simply unable or unwilling to maintain the Red Robin standards. I am going to have to give up on Red Robin in the SW Suburbs on Chicago.

To be very honest, I do not like eating places where a lot of children are. I do not. It is loud and I find my dining experience to not be the best. I can hear my conversations, I can't concentrate. Ot my thing! My truth. When we first walked in there was a wait to be seated. Not sure what was happening. My assumption is the seating was limited. That they had to wait for other patrons to leave before we could be seated. People kept walking by saying "it will be a minute, sorry about the wait". We were the only people waiting by the way. When we were seated, there were MULTIPLE TABLES EMPTY. SO MANY TABLE!!! I was confused why we waited so long. I went because my family decided that is where they wanted to eat. Now, I do like the atmosphere of the place, the decor. But it's always loud with fussy babies. Enough of that, let's talk about the food! Everything was hot. Everything was tasty. Nothing was made with errors Drinks were plenty! I had UNSWEETENED tea with sugar free peach syrup. SO GOOD!!!!! OMG GOOD!!! The server was attentive as she could be in a quick filling restaurant. I liked the fact that we could pay at the kiosk because after a while the server just never came back. *shrug*

Order#20565241029017601 Placed my order online. Picked it up and took it home. They left off my side of Broccoli (which I paid for), asked for no sauce on one of the burgers and it had sauce on both. When I called, the manager said oh sorry we will credit you the broccoli sorry for inconvenience. Saw my CC statement online and it was never credited. I've eaten there before and have had problems with food. Never going back and wouldn't recommend it. I'll drive to the Naperville one or Bolingbrook. They never make mistakes and are always friendly.

For a Friday afternoon at 2pm I am very disappointed in my experience here today. Our server was nice personality wise but he was overwhelmed by a large party so we were neglected most of the time. The food when ready sat for so long it was cold when we got it. I know it sat because our table is in direct view of the kitchen. I reordered the fries but again they sat and were cold. Ordered the teriyaki chicken and there was no pineapple, I asked for one and it took 8 minutes for someone to bring it over. Every time the waiter did stop by it was very rushed. We've been done with our food now for 10 minutes and no one has come back to the table. I had to get up and ask someone for the check. Cold food and mediocre service. This location definitely needs some help.

This business takes forever to seat their customers and get them their food. I am a door dash driver, and have never had to wait 30 minutes for my order. The place is not very well run. The people up front just stood there and did nothing. Very unfortunate.

All I have to say is: lettuce bun with ANY hamburger!! NO CARBS!!! Now I can have the bottomless fries without feeling guilty!!!

I loved the food here. I really loved the tower of Onion Rings and the wait staff was great. We had a birthday but they were so busy the staff couldn't get together to sing my grandchild Happy Birthday but at least they told us about it.

Zucchini fries is not that good, it's all coatings you can hardly see or taste the the zucchini. Burnin' love burger is ok. On the menu, it says fried jalapeño coins but what actually they did is pit the whole jalapeño on the top of the bun which is ridiculous. I have to slice the jalapeño and put it inside the burger. Service is so so.

I ordered Togo today and my order was ready as promised. I took advantage of the Free Birthday Burger Reward. The lady who gave me my order was very nice and I asked for something extra and she was so kind. Made my day.... Thank you for the Yummy Monster Burger!!!!

Wow. Flat out - the other reviews were right! Quite possibly the worst Red Robin I've been to. Maybe even one of the worst restaurants I've been to, as well. For starters, let's agree most adults go here for the kids. Am I right? Kids love this place. Well, even ours were disappointed. 4 kids, 3 adults visit for dinner. Walk in, no one else is in the lobby, we see empty (albeit dirty tables everywhere), and are quoted 20 minutes. (Rudely, I might add. 2 people and it took some back and forth from them to come to this 20 Minute guesstimation). Anyway, it took closer to 6 minutes for our table. A smaller group came in after us and did get a table quickly. Our server brusquely introduced herself and I kid you not, robotically took orders. No inflection. No banter. It was "You?" "Thank you." "You?@ "Thank you." So we wait. Too long. We hear servers and cooks yelling at each other. Apparently, according to one server, you practically have to kill someone to get garlic fries in the window. Pretty sure I hear an f-bomb, as well, which is always awesome in a family restaurant with an open kitchen. Then the orders come out. Well, kinda. Kids meal with a wrong side item, adult meal with the wrong side item, side of ranch missing, my meal COMPLETELY MISSING. Had to remind the server what it was. Pretty sure it was never entered, as I then had to wait another 10 minutes for the Southern Charm burger and cole slaw. (Which, not so charming after all. Although cooked to temp, it was oozing in too much bbq sauce and the toppings weren't even crunchy at that point. So much sauce, even the presentation was lacking and t came out with sauce on the top of the bun! Like someone's hand had gotten in it!) My cole slaw tasted good, but was presented oddly. It looked like it was pre-scooped into the dish and was kinda wilty and flat on top. Also at our table was a teriyaki Chicken Sandwich, on lettuce instead of a bun, that fell apart it was so saucy. One of the adults had a plain burger with fruit salad. It was the weirdest fruit salad ever. Missing strawberries (so not really a freckled salad after all) and oozing in juice. Soaked. Even the apples had turned a kinda pinkish juicy color. Our server did bring more servings of bottomless fries and Mac and cheese for the kids. Of the 3 refills, one of the bowls of Mac was cold. Flat out, when the child complained and for some reason I didn't take her word for it (crazy I didn't assume t was wrong, right?), I actually stuck my finger in the bowl. Cold. Awesome. Told the server, no "I'm sorry" or "Wow, let me fix that for you." She literally looked at us and said "Ok." Trust me, we laughed about this in disbelief the minute she walked away. One of the kids also ordered a second helping of bottomless salad. Wound up getting an adult side salad with tomatoes on it. Of all places, Red Robin, who specializes in reeling in the kids, should know tomatoes is a no-no. Soon after this, we heard another patron yelling at the manager. Something about waiting too long for a table and looking around and it was empty. Honestly, one of us should have walked over to her and told her to just go somewhere else - save her sanity and her money. Our server did bring out complimentary birthday sundaes to all the kids as an apology. Gotta say, would have preferred a comped check instead of that. I'm giving this location 2 Stars out of 5 simply because I reserve 1 Star for places that make me sick or have health violations. Save for the fact that there was no food poisoning involved, this would have been a 1. Seriously. That. Bad.

Smells like musty carpet, bathrooms unkept, and don't know how to cook a burger because "we got new grills." Half the burger was cooked ok with no seasoning the other half was rare (ordered medium well) - how is that even possible. Other meal was chicken and no complaints. Server was nice but we will not be coming back to this Orland Park location ever again.

Very disappointing visit. We stopped in with my handicapped father for an early dinner. The hostess stated there would be a wait. As I looked around the nearly empty restaurant, I said "Really?" She laughed, gave us such an attitude and eye rolling and said the other 2 sections were closed and said they were seating in the other nearly empty section. Another group came in and she stated to them it would be a half hour wait. My father, who is a recent amputee asked if we could be seated. She interrupted him, told him she will be with him shortly, then skirted back to the kitchen area, stood there laughing and quite obviously complaining to other employees. I found this so unprofessional that we walked out. As we were helping my father into the car, we saw the other group leave as well. We ended up having a wonderful dinner at Miller Ale House instead, with great service.

Wow, the service is pretty horrible. They sat us and the servers just walked past us to help people that came in after us. Yeah never coming back.

Excellent service and great food..Had the cheese burger with bacon and an egg on top..Gooey but delicious..Onion rings and a chocolate milk shake topped it off..Kudos to my server Adam and manager Val..I will definitely return..

Absolutely horrible. The service was horrific and the food was disappointing. Honestly, the whole visit turned me off from the very beginning as the rude hostess sat us to our table. She was huffin and puffin, rolling her eyes, and was eager to seat us so she can get back to texting. The food seemed to be thrown together last minute. Sloppy presentation and everything looked rushed. The soup was served to us spilled already. The chicken burger I ordered was undercooked. The appetizers were cold and barely thrown together. Leaving still hungry and very upset.

I've eaten at other Red Robin's but after this trip, I'm not sure I'll eat at this location again. After a 20 minute wait for a table in the middle of the afternoon, I can see why there was a wait - numerous dirty tables. The table next to me was dirty when i sat down and 30 minutes later it was sti dirty when I left. When my food finally arrived, my fries were over cooked and barley even warm. My child's pizza arrived cold.

The pretzel bites here are the best. And the bottomless Fries with their seasoning, really tasty. Will come back again :)

This location has gotten worse. Red Robin need to do better with cleanliness and sanitation especially during COVID. Tables where not as clean and sanitized as they should be. I had to use my own personal disinfectant wipes to wipe the table. The floors were flithy I had to ask the waiter to sweep underneath the table we where siting at. My husband enjoyed his burger. My shrimps where extremely greasy and lacked flavor. Customer Service was so so. I probably won't return to this location. Management need to do better.

Run don't walk. Run away from here. Maybe they are short staffed but honestly making a family of 4 wait 45 minutes when the entire restaurant is empty is ridiculous. We waited because my children were patiently playing with other children in the front. When we were finally sat it took about 50 minutes for our food to come out and when it did it was ice cold. I kindly asked my server to microwave it because at this point all I wanted to do was eat. She rewarmed all the food except came out with "fresh burgers". Like where did that come from so fast because we waited 50 minutes!? But whatever we tried eating them and the burgers were entirely dripping from so much Mayo. It was the worst food we've ever ate. (We didn't even ask for mayo, we ordered some BBQ burgers) Asked for the check shortly and ran out. Kids didn't even take leftovers as they normally do, so that was my queue that it wasn't just me. Gross.

I've given poor Red Robin multiple chances to be great to no avail. This last time was the last straw. I was done with their tasteless burgers laden with their house made seasoning salt and a bunch of toppings I have at home so I decided to try the tenders and shrimp platter. For $14, I got 2 chicken tenders and 6 frozen shrimp. Really?? Are you kidding me? I could have went over to Chick Fil A and gotten a delicious chicken tenders meal for less than that. I'm afraid I'm at the end of the road with you all. No mas!

No service. We walked in to a hostess with back to door and on phone. After 5 minutes she finally hung up turned and headed back to kitchen while ignoring us. Totally unprofessional. You would think a restaurant would want any customers.

All I have to say is no greeting.... just vac card and I.d. and I'm out. What a way to lose business permanently.

Really noticed a decline in food and service. Red Robin has always been a favorite in the past. I will not be returning anytime soon. I had the black and bleu burger. Soggy bun and my fries were cold. Kids enjoyed their corn dog nuggets. Daughters soup was cold and the fish was Luke warm and flavourless. Other daughter had the salmon and she enjoyed it.
