I've been to Red Robin (other locations) a few times in the past, and I usually get the Royal Red Robin, which is generally fantastic. However, I wanted to try something new at this spot - so I went with the Banzai Burger. This was pretty interesting because on top of the burger and cheese, there was a large slab of pineapple on top. As someone who loves pineapple, I was excited to try it First, the burger-like parts of this burger were indeed burger-ing. The beef patty was fantastic. I was a little surprised that the server didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked, and instead the patty came out on the well-done side of things - which I would not have preferred - but that aside, the flavor, seasoning, and juice on the burger patty was very solid. It would've been better if I could've had it medium rare though. The buns and the sauce on them were another highlight - they were super soft and had a strong amount of sauce on them. The cheese was pretty much perfectly melted too The only problem with this burger is that I only noticed everything I just mentioned after I removed the pineapple slice from the top. For about 3/4's of the burger, the pineapple was dominating the overall flavor profile so much that it was the only thing I tasted. It was good, sure, but because it was so big and covered every part of the patty it was just all I tasted - there was no real beef flavor at all. I like pineapples - I'm a huge fan of them on pizza - but I would've liked this burger way more if it had been topped with smaller sliced pineapples rather than just one thing over the entire burger. The fries were decent, but I smothered them with the Red Robin seasoning and asked for campfire sauce to dip them in - and they elevated to another level. For the price, $15 for a burger is relatively on the expensive side, but considering this also comes with fries and a sauce it's not too bad. Really filling though Overall, a good burger that I would've liked a lot better if not for the pineapple. 7.5/10

We usually end up having to sit in the bar area because it's a 20+ minutes wait for regular seating when we get here before 5pm on Saturdays. I think it's because they're understaffed in the regular dining areas because they're usually not full - sometimes even empty. When we've sat in the bar area, most of the tables are too small for 2 people. I try to get one of the 2 corner table booths because they have more space, and I don't like sitting on bar height chairs. The one closest to the bar had a sunken broken booth for the longest time. Not sure if it's fixed or not. Then, the other one by the front door gets people staring and hovering over the table when it gets busy. People want to snag your table as soon as you look like you're done, so there's pressure to not linger after paying your bill. I was surprised there was a table available right away in the regular dining area the last time I came here on a Saturday before 5pm. The booth seating on the other side of the kitchen wall was completely empty. The hostess sat us right in the middle of the wall. While waiting for our food to arrive, I noticed that all the other booths in our area along the wall were increasingly bigger the further away they were. I watched as more and more couples throughout the visit took up the bigger booths, so the hostess could have sat us with more room, but she chose to squeeze us in the smallest booth (about a half body or more smaller). I thought that was annoying, but it was too late to change things by the time I realized what happened. About the food - I usually order the Bleu ribbon. This last visit, they put the onion straws on the bottom of the burger... I don't understand why they did that, but each bite was extremely difficult because the fried onions were on the bottom and kept falling out (more than usual) as I took each bite. Other than that, the food is usually alright. Sometimes there's bad pieces in the salad, so you have to pick around them. The good thing about the staff is that they are always nice and generous when it comes to sauces. They don't always ask us what sauces we want except for the salads, so now we actively ask for additional sauces to go with the fries. The waiters might forget to bring over utensils before the food comes, which has happened both in the bar area and regular dining room. Ordering refills can take forever because we have to wait for a waiter to walk by, and even then, they're usually in a rush and don't always stop by to check on us. I've noticed they don't allow splitting the bill on their tablets anymore, so that sucks. Also, they no longer print paper receipts at the tables, so I have to track someone down to print it whenever I want one.

Our experience at Red Robin was incredibly disappointing. We were told there would be a 5-minute wait, but after 20 minutes and no updates, we asked about our table—it was clear they had completely forgotten about us. Once seated, the service didn’t improve. We waited an unusually long time for our food, and unlike their usual practice, we weren’t offered any fries to snack on while we waited. When the food finally arrived, one of the dishes was cold. It took an excessive amount of time to get a replacement, and to top it off, they charged us for both the original (returned) plate and the replacement. The entire experience was chaotic and frustrating—a total letdown. This version provides a clear and professional critique while maintaining the tone of dissatisfaction.

Our server Santiago was absolutely outstanding! We was attentive, knowledgeable, expedient, accommodating, friendly, and more. We sat for 2+ hours at a table in the bar and not once did we feel rushed, despite every table being filled pretty much the entire time. I loved my Mad Love burger! I added pickles and the queso- it was bomb. My bf was also shocked that he got 3 glasses of milkshake out of the tin lol. Overall 5+star experience.

Good job Red Robin. Your staff kicked butt. The experience from the time we walked in and out was great due to the team of people that are clearly working extra hard to keep things moving. Family of 4 - and we all enjoyed our food. Note: We all ordered GARLIC FRIES and as usual we didn't initially get garlic fries... but the staff took care of it and we ended up with lots of garlic fries. Kudo's to the staff for fixing this. I am not sure why this is a recurring issue with most all Red Robins we visit... but basic dry fries with a dusting of white powder does NOT equal garlic fries. There is a difference and by now—all Red Robins should know the difference and there should not be any confusion between plain fries with white powder vs. GARLIC fries.

Came on a Monday night and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table because they were short staffed. I got the banzai burger and this time around, the pineapple was barely grilled. I've gotten it before and get it over and over again, but this one was just not hitting the same. Not sure if it was the lack of sauce on the patty or the overwhelming uncooked pineapple flavor, be aware it's hit or miss. On a brighter note, love the unlimited fries. The seasoning on the table is a must for that extra boost of salty umami flavor. I also got onion rings which were yummy too.

My son ordered the Southern Charm burger and said it was better than the one in Marysville. The Southwest Salad tasted good but it was supposed to be "mixed greens" and it looked like just lettuce. Cheezey Bacon Fondue burger was good...not spectacular though reports my son. Fries come slow! Salad was missing chicken...had to tell them and they brought it separately.

We came to our favorite Red Robin to celebrate our moms birthday and we had the best time. The food was good as usual but the service provided by Eleisha is absolutely amazing. The ambiance is great as usual, we were a group of 10 so we had the booth. She was attentive, got all our orders right and communicated well about the menu and she was on top of everything.

Ahh, Red Robin. Some days you're okay, some days you're just bad. What happened to you? Given my druthers, I wouldn't come back here, but my kiddos still choose this spot when given the chance. Clucks and fries-generally good. Sometimes the fries are cold. Pizza-kiddo seems to enjoy it, so no complaints there. I miss the soup options, because sometimes you just want a bowl of soup, but I get what's going on there. Service is also hit or miss, servers are generally friendly, but they are covering a lot of tables, so it's hard to get that level of service that RR used to bring. The space is crazy noisy as always, but when your biggest fans are kids, that's to be expected.

When I got there the guy standing at the pickup was complaining he didn't feel good and kept rubbing his stomach. That did not make me feel good about getting food. The food was soggy and the coke was flat and watered down. Disappointing

This place is always nostalgic to me because I used to go to Red Robin all the time in high school. However, when you're grown up, your taste is a bit more experienced, so I can't really rate their burgers as exceptional They do the job, but I do miss those steak fries. I came here with friends and their kids and honestly, I just wanted some steak fries and a strawberry lemonade. Unfortunately on my visit, they were out of carbon, so I couldn't get my lemonade. Didn't even know the freckled lemonade was carbonated. I ordered the Sauteed 'Shroom Burger with a side of poppyseed honey mustard dipping sauce. Five stars for the service as our server and team were always checking on us filling waters and they brought some steak fries in advance of our food arriving. Our entire order came as ordered as well as the kids orders, which was impressive. Between three kids and four adults and a lot of customized orders, they didn't miss anything. As for my mushroom burger, I don't know how to describe it other than being flat. I asked for my burger to be medium rare because I had a feeling they would overcook it and it still came out medium to being on the cusp of being medium well. It had very little pink. As for the sauteed mushrooms, I wish there was more mushrooms if the burger didn't include any other ingredients. I don't think I would order this burger again. This place is great if you have kids, but if you want to go eat somewhere, I'd go with something else, but there will be a time when you get a craving for freckled strawberry lemonade and steak fries. The wait for us was 25 minutes+ which was another negative for me. Great family restaurant, excellent service, just not for me if i want an exceptional burger in Seattle.

Kenzie is the best bartender been stopping by after appts the last couple of months .. Didn't want to try the pizza as it's provolone cheese and not a fan but this is delicious pizza ! $3 off for HH also for Cheese or pepperoni! Such friendly and fun staff

The food has always been good at this location and the energy is always enjoyable and nice. I've never really had any complaints I've been going here since childhood and now live near it. Prices can be a bit high and more daily deals would always be great but that maybe be a company-wide thing rather than per location. Ether way its a good Red Robin.

We ordered cocktails that didn't taste like they had alcohol in them. We asked and they said there was alcohol in them but it didn't taste like it. We asked for some fries while we waited for our dinner only to have our dinner appear right then. Then a second waiter came out and asked if we still wanted the fries and gave this long story and literally a dance about not bringing what I think are supposed to be bottomless fries. Bad customer service, just bad. The girls bathroom was disgusting. One toilet didn't work and it was so dirty. We will not be returning.

Walked into the restaurant and the host was nowhere to be found for a solid 5 minutes. There was another table that came in after us and waited behind us. The host finally showed and told us that it would be a 15 minute wait but the bar is open seating. She told us we need to go check if there's open bar seating OURSELVES. While my boyfriend went to peek if there was any available seats (which there wasn't), the host took down the name of the table behind us and seated them first. I've worked as a host before and I KNOW this is not protocol and actually incredibly rude. Jayden was our waiter and was very nice and attentive. He's the only reason for the extra star.

It's been a long long time since I've ate at a Red Robin and even longer that I've ate at the Northgate location. Very surprised it's still operating ever since the mall turned into an Ice Arena. Getting here looks a bit weird now with the construction fences around the area and driving through a tight winding road. It's also a bit strange to see paid parking, but don't fret. If you're staying for 3 hours or less (which you probably are if you're dining in), parking is free. Went here on a Tuesday after work and the place was decently packed, but surprisingly, we managed to get a table for 2 and got seated right away. Place seemed pretty clean and the decor looks more or less the same from years ago. Menu has changed a bit where I did not expect them to offer pizza. Guess it makes sense during COVID where pizza delivery probably rose. Gotta enter that pizza war I guess. My favorite burgers seem to be still around so I got the infamous Royal Red Robin Burger. It's a burger with egg!!! I don't know if my eyes are playing tricks on me, but the burger looked a lot small than it used to. Perhaps cutting cost this way? They have a beer rotation list, so I got something off of that to help me wind down after work. Bottomless fries are still a thing and it's easy to fill my fat belly up with that. So it's still solid and good. Service felt reasonably good. Waitresses were kind and attentive. They did not mess up at all. So props to them! There are definitely better burger places you could go, but my recent experience here has me rating this place above average. If you've ever been to this chain, you know what to expect. So enjoy Red Robin for what it is and appreciate the people here that are providing good service.

Ordered online for pick-up at 8pm. Arrived at Red Robin at 8:30. Staff told us they gave our order to Uber Eats by accident. Waited 30 mins in the lobby for food. Discovered that they omitted an entree from the order and the onion rings ordered as a side were covered in mayonnaise because they didn't put a lid on the sauce. I hate mayo. :)

Alright Red Robin. Service was slow- I had a table for 2 on a Friday. Not much customers but took around 20 minutes to be seated, then an additional 30 minutes to get the food. Kind of glad I didn't ask for a milkshake, as it felt short staffed and I didn't want to wait longer lol. Parking is interesting, as there's much construction around the area. I have a feeling that once construction is done the Red Robin will be better :)

I have to say that I have not been here nearly enough. It was a great place to go to back in the day. Now this place has a great staff. Everyone is happy to help any customer . The food is good and so are the drinks. Please come check this place out and keep them in business. These two servers made our dinning experience the best. With laughs and jokes and generosity . We will never forget. To take so much pride in your jobs is so nice to see. We will be back and hope you come and experience this first hand.

Went to this red Robin on Sunday about 5 PM two weeks ago. There was not many people in the restaurant but shortly after that they got very crowded. We ordered our food right away, but it did not come for about 45 minutes. I asked for water and did not get that for 20 minutes. I had to ask for fries while we waited for our food as we were hungry. They did bring the fries right away and they continue to check on us and they ended up bringing us four baskets of fries for the three of us. At that point, too many fries. We just wanted our dinners. It appeared to be a manager coming around checking on tables, but she didn't really ask us how we were doing. The waiter was very nice and he said he was new and that was his first day there. I have been going to this red Robin for over 30 years, and this experience was weird., Four baskets fries and waiting 45 minutes or more for our food. Not sure what's going on there, maybe new cooks as well as new waiters? I will be giving them another chance because I love red Robin Thank you

I have been eating at RR since I was 15 I'm now 38 And it's time to stop eating here The food is ALWAYS cold, fries are terrible and cold AF, the burger was cold and soggy Not sure how lettuce got in my fries I wish I could get my money back I tossed it all on the trash upon first bites

Great location a staple there in Northgate and a great spot after ice skating at the hockey arena. Our server was fantastic, she was bubbly and friendly. We got there after the evening dinner rush but getting our food was okay and our drinks were slow. I had a problem with my bottomless broccoli being chewy and brown, had it sent back and it wasn't much better . Not the servers fault, she was really great. Unfortunately, even the taste of my Whiskey River Chicken Wrap was good, not great. Not what I remember of this RR classic. The best part of the evening with being with my daughters and our server was fun, but food quality was much to be desired. It's a fun well decorated spot but food just wasn't it.

used to love Red Robin. Incredible burgers, especially my favorite the Red Robin Royal burger with an egg. Delicious hot steak fries. My favorite milkshake , the Jamaican shake. Our other favorites, Crispy chicken salad and Guacamole burger. Sadly, the food is a faint resemblance to the burgers of past. Small portions, less condiments and less flavor. Waited 30 min for our lukewarm and sad food. Nothing near the happy experience we had before. Coming here in the past for over 40 visits . Had great service and delicious food. Been a experienced customer and regret seeing the decline in food quality and decline in service. Long waits, cold food and scattered service now.

I haven't been here in years, and it still brings back nostalgia. I love the bottomless fries because I like them more on the soft side, but my friend likes them crunchy. The servers were extremely quick with our food orders. The only thing that took a while was getting seating because they were very understaffed and parts of the place were closed off for seating because of that. We sat at a table near the bar and had great views of the Kraken game. Although we waited about 30 minutes for a table, the food came within five minutes after we ordered it!

I've been here so many times and have talked to so much of the waitstaff here - such nice and genuine people! I'd definitely recommend calling in before getting here, as you can get your name on the list while you're driving. It's definitely going to be loud and family style, and obviously it's super fun with a group. Endless fries will never get old. Love love love it and will keep coming back :)

I was here with my family and friends last weekend for a hockey tournament, and I gotta say. I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A RED ROBIN EVER!! First off, I didn't even want to go here because my last experience was only so, so. This time was horrendous!! THE WORST SERVICE I've EVER received at a restaurant or dinning establishment in my life!! First we walk in. No one's there, it's pretty dead as in customers. The hostess tells us. She'll seat us in just a moment, about 5 min. Which we all look at one another in confusion because the place is "Dead", but ok!! So we all took a seat, and wait to be seated. As we're sitting there. The hostess seats a family that had been waiting. Waiting for what?? Lord only knows!! There was hardly any in the restaurant!! In the front or Back!? Like every section was closed off for some reason. Even if it's lack of staffing, that is poor customer service. Not to just open "A" table and seat a family vs make them sit and wait?? Your servers were acting like they had been on shift for 72 hours without a break!! They were so busy and rude!! When we first arrived, like I said, Your establishment WAS NOT BUSY YET, so I do NOT understand, what their deal was. We sat there, and sat there, and watched the hostess seat two to three other groups that entered right away. I was getting pissed. Along with my group watching her do this. So, I confronted her, why she is skipping us, and seating these guests before us?? She "THEN" proceeds to look me and my family in the face and "ATTEMPT" to "LIE" However, we know better because we've actually been sitting here watching her. We told her that!! So, of course we called her LIE out and asked why she would blatantly Lie to our faces?? She Literally, picked up menus told us she could seat us, and turned her back to us. By then it had been AT LEAST 20 min later!! 5 min my BUTT Then LIE to our Faces!! While we were waiting that 20 MIN we had others message us and inform us they were headed our way. So I told her that. That we now had 6 more individuals joining us, I'd like a bigger table. PLEASE!! She literally ignored me and walked away!! We sat at the table, A good 10-15 min. Before the waiter even stopped by our table to ask us if we wanted something to drink!! As soon as he stopped, we asked him right away, can we move tables?? We have 6 more joining us. The hostess refused to help us. He said, No!! There wasn't any in his area available. He was short, rude, unhelpful, unprofessional in every aspect!! So we were ready to leave. Then next thing you know we see him moving a couple tables together. Up the way. (Mind You, This all did take place while you had PLENTY tables available. You wouldn't of had to open any closed sections). So, then he moves us and disappears. 3 other of the People arrive and sit down and we then realize they didn't sit us for enough people. They only made the table big enough for 6 people!! WTH!! ‍ We still have 3 more coming. No one ever came and took drink orders so the 3 that arrived felt guilty that there weren't enough seats, and that the staff were so rude. That they decided to just leave. So, the other family could arrive and have a place to sit and eat. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY AT A RESTAURANT!! EVER!! These kids and families have been across the way since wee hours of the morning and were not getting home until 11:30 midnight each night, were there for convenience, and lack of options, being close by the rink. I can guarantee after this treatment you definitely lost some returning customers, I don't care how convenient you are!! I refuse to support an establishment that allows employees/staff to LIE Blatantly to customers faces, to treat customers like crap!! To ignore us completely for the most part!! There's no excuse for it taking 30 min to get a water or just our drinks after our 20 min wait which was suppose to be 5!! Which shouldn't of been a wait at all!! The hostess just didn't know what the heck she was doing or though the guy coming through the door was sexy or something. Cuz she repeatedly skipped us with WALK INS - WITH NO PROBLEM!! I'll come validate that in person standing right next to her and the waiter if needed!! Everyone I was with too. You can't make this up!! I was floored!! I've already, declined my visits to Red Robin once the food started declining. Like I said, I came here due to lack of options and convenience. I WILL NOT EVEN DO THAT AGAIN!! I'm so done with Red Robin!! Especially this location!! They ARE NOT GOOD at handling large crowds. They definitely need more staff, training, and A MAJOR TURN AROUND ON CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, when they are busy. Otherwise, they're not gonna do well right here!! Next to a Kracken IcePlex. At least the food was decent. It took forever. We were there over two hours because it took so long to get served. Eat here at your own risk. Like I said. The food is a hit or Miss depending on what you order.

The waiter had attitudes with us since he started talking to us. We were talking to him to make our order and before we finish ordering he started walking away while we are speaking. When he came back we asked him again, can we get fries? because he walked away when we first asked, he responded "I don't cook fries im here only a waiter u guys need to wait" with attitude. We complained to the manager, and they changed our server. After the food has finally arrived it came out with bacon and pork instead of ground beef. We never eat pork and we never asked for it. That's against our religion. Unfortunately we had to pay for the food that was poorly served.

Went for my bday month and used a bday coupon - we both got the madlove burger which is SO tall and really good! Unlimited brocoli and fries and Lime Raspberry soda. Something about a big chain like this with a lot of Americana stuff and deals makes me think of DisneyLand, I had such a good time lol. We came at a weird time of day on a sunday thinking it would be less packed, but no it was really full! We were seated in the bar no problem but it did take some time for service/refills etc. If you're coming with a group, maybe call ahead.

I won't be talking much about the food this trip. It was average Red Robin food, just an average burger experience. I got a crispy chicken sandwich and had a pretty basic meal. The five stars is due to staff. I was a little worried at first because I stood at the hostess stand for a few minutes with one in sight. When a woman came around the corner with a box of silverware I gave the benefit of the doubt- that must have been what she was busy doing. She was very polite got me seated right away. I already know what I want, and it doesn't take long for a server to get to me. She takes my drink and food order and I'm happy just scrolling on my phone waiting, it's been a while since I've had dinner out by myself. I get my drink right after placing the order, and someone even comes around with fries while I wait (little bit of a double-edged sword of politeness and possible waste, but it was very kind nonetheless.) My waitress checks on me a few times after getting my food. As I'm paying on the kiosk she asks if I want some more fries before I go, or if I wanted a refill on my drink to go. I didn't accept, but I love that offer. I know a few people that would absolutely jump on the to-go refill and it's just a great last-minute thing to add to an experience. While eating, I also overheard the waitress take off charges for games some kids played on the pay kiosk, a pretty nice gesture as there are warnings that those are paid. Just an easy, lovely experience.

I ordered delivery from DoorDash, and it took 30min more than what estimate. By the time the food arrived (0.8 mile from the restaurant), they were basically cold. The dressing spilled all over the bag. The burger tasted similar to what we remembered, but the lettuce were soft not as fresh. Maybe we'll try not ordering during busy hours next time if we do decide to give it another try.

RR is a deal if you follow their rewards program. They are always offering specials that make it well worth it to skip the fast food and go to them for sit down. I prefer the bar seating. The staff has always been friendly, and it's challenging for them right now. They are short staffed which is not the fault of the current staff. I think this location performs better with inside dining than takeout. Takeout has been overrun by uber eats, grubhub, doordash, etc. Their burgers are good, and they've made some menu enhancements such as more sides to choose as well as pizza!

I went to my closet Red Robin and got my free burger. I chose the tavern burger. Just to let you know them burgers all tasted the same except them sauce makes it different flavor. I asked the server if I can have my burger cook medium, but she said that they all are pre made and the answer is No. But since it is free no complain right ??? Also bottomless fries aren't that great. Too dried. I also chose the garlic cheese bottomless fries and I don't recommend that cause them cheese wasn't melted at all. It is lije throw some shredded cheese and chopped garlic onto them fries.

I feel sorry for the staff, since they're extremely short. There seems to be problems with the kitchen as food took forever to get out. Burger is a notch above McDonald's. Fries were cold/lukewarm and soggy. Inside of restaurant is cavernous, dark, and depressing. Random menu items are missing too. They were out of fish and chips on a Friday at lunch close to 1230p. NOTE: Parking is not free after 2 hours -- it's pay to park $15 for 2-4 hours at Northgate Mall. I'd be careful as the service is extremely slow due to staffing shortages.

Came on a Monday at 6pm and had about a 50 minute wait for a party of 5. In the meantime we went to Target to window shop and it was sadly not very filled whoops. Anyways, came back about 50 minutes later and a table was ready for us! A little warning that playing on the entertainment thing on the table will have a charge of like $2 which is a pain in the ass. After being seated at a booth we had drinks served immediately and our orders taken and maybe 20 minutes later came the burgers. I ordered the smoke and pepper burger with it a little pink, but I didn't notice the pink so eh who knows if there's really a difference. All of us got the steak fries with a variety of sauces and I'll say that the campfire one was definitely my favorite, being what seemed a mix of bbq and Mayo. The spicy ketchup and poppyseed honey mustard were also pretty good, but wouldn't recommend the Buffalo sauce. Fries are amazing, especially hot and fresh, and the burger was solid. The milkshakes were reportedly pretty good although I did not partake too!

The front desk girl was extremely rude and skipped over us and helped everyone else We finally got seated and she threw the menus down on the table and made a rude remark. Blonde short girl with an attitude I was there to celebrate a birthday with family and they really tried harder to be rude and unprofessional. The waiter was the only positive, he was very helpful and kind. I hope he gets a promotion for having to work in such a toxic environment

I go to Red Robin about once a year--primarily to get my free birthday burger. To be honest, I don't even remember what I ordered, because I don't come for the burgers--I'm all about those bottomless steak fries! The burger was very average, but those unlimited fries with all those different dipping sauces are so good. I'm bummed the burgers aren't better, otherwise we'd come more often. (Actually, for my own sake, that's probably a good thing.) My partner got the burning love burger and unlimited sweet potato fries (for $1.50 upsell). The jalapeno on the burger was super spicy, and my partner who claims he can handle spice was having a hard time finishing. What really stood out about this annual trip though, was our server Kenzi. She was amazing! She was the only server in the bar area, but she was super attentive to each table, and very friendly--like she sincerely cared about our dining experience. I also loved how she anticipated our needs--as we were nearing the end of our fries she came by and asked if she should get the next order of fries started--we didn't even have to ask! She even asked if we wanted to box up some of our leftover fries--what a saint. Give the girl a raise! All in all we had a great experience, we may even be back before the year's over.

My boyfriend had never been to a Red Robin before. I really wanted to take him for his birthday. It was so disappointing. They were very understaffed and there was barely any seating. We were sat at the bar but in a very awkward spot. I told them it was his birthday. The food was good but the service and atmosphere was terrible. Not because they weren't nice but there was like one food server and the poor bar guy had to help. Oh and there was no song. They forgot and he did get a Sunday but it was disappointing.

Another disappointing trip to red Robin. I ordered my favorite veggie burger on a lettuce wrap minus the cheese, garlic aïoli, and salsa. So it is pretty simple just a veggie patty with avocado wrapped in lettuce. It came in about five minutes and once again for the fifth time the fries were cold. I let the waitress now and she told me she will get me some hot fries and it will take about three minutes. She did not come back for about 10 minutes and then she asked me if there's anything she can get me? I had to tell her again, I am still waiting on hot fries. The fries finally came in about seven minutes later. Not sure what is going on at this red Robin that they bring a burger in five minutes which was warm and then the fries are cold!! This has happened to me so many times that I guess I will have to train myself when I order to tell the waitress to be sure the fries are hot and not cold!! Very disappointing once again!! The exact same thing happened to me last week when I ordered the same meal. Not sure what those cooks are doing in the kitchen?? !! Dissappointed Robyn

Red Robin is one of my to-go place for burger. Its great and there burger are pretty damn Gourmet! I have been going to Red Robin for many years and every locations I been to the service are fine and the food are good too. More reason why I like going to RR is there unlimited steak fries. They are my favorite, I usually ask for a second for my fries. I don't have a favorite burger there. Each visit, I do try a new burger on the menu. RR never disappoint me with there delicious burgers.

My waitress was such a lovely person, so kind, genuine, and sweet. The food was a bit overwhelming but overall satisfied since I was compensated with great service. I enjoyed the Banzai burger but it was really saucy and juicy, had to get messy with my hands a bit which is something I didn't like but don't mind too much. The sweet potato fries were pleasant as well with the regular steak fries. The garlic fries and Yukon chips were not the best but still tolerable. The pretzel bites were better without the sauce that it was given with (in my opinion) I'm just really happy with service I received otherwise this review could've went the other direction.

Unfortunately it was nothing better than a papa Murphy or Little Caesar. Toppings skimpy very little cheese and sauce. Red Robin is great for burgers but should leave it to the pizzeria for pizza.

The service and food quality has really gone downhill at this Red Robin, even for a chain. Unfortunately it's one of my kids favorites so we eat here often enough but there is always something just off putting about our experience each time. From long waits when you order pickup, I mean having to wait around outside for your food for 30-45-even 60 minutes sometimes past the the time they tell you to arrive to pick up. To ice cold food if you order delivery or looooooong wait times to get a table if you dine in. There is just no good way to enjoy Red Robin without getting annoyed. The food prices have gone up tremendously and the quality of the food has gone down just as much. It's a disappointment and I would definitely look into other options in the area for a family lunch/dinner. The positive is they tend to keep the dining room pretty clean especially for how busy they are.
