Red Rock Burger

I probably should have taken a photo before I started eating, but I was so hungry lol. Nate and Jacob were phenomenal… Amazing attitudes and the food came out really quick. I have no idea why this place does not have much better reviews, so I wanted to be the start of the change. If you’re hungry in the PHX airport and want something really good, this is it!!

I totally missed checking Google reviews before getting food from here. Service was okay, no issues. Atmosphere- what one can expect in the airport waiting area- though not too much rush. Food was surely a letdown. 18$ gets you a smallish burger and a ton of fries. The patty was very small - not worth the money and the overall taste of the burger was fairly average. The extra large helping of fries that came with the burger were bit bitter most likely due to overheated oil. Bottom line: The place is surly avoidable.

I bought a soda and a burger (with fries). It ended up being $25 USD. The service was great, but just a bit overpriced. They do give you any sauce you want and a good portion of French fries. My Impossible Burger could have had more substance to it.

Don’t sleep on this food fly in from florida and was waiting for my next flight and stop in the food court in phx air port and got a bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was amazing jaz kai n jacob was great service overall as well best food i had out here 👀 i got full off the burger but the fries mad good too !!!

Goggle maps has the location wrong, cause it's before security next to the taco joint. It's an ok burger to get you by, fries were over seasoned and next time I'd request the house sauce on the side cause it was a gooping mess. And if you are in a hurry, be prepared to wait.

What an absolute joke of a food option. Its literally a mcdonalds cheeseburger patty. Fries were okay. I get it, its airport grub its gonna be more expensive, but 23 dollars for literally a 3 dollar hamburger meal is a joke not worth laughing at.

I understand places are raising prices but don’t even bother with a fast food burger at $15. It’s not even big enough to charge $10.

Slow. Did wasn’t good at all. Terribly prepared. They were out of all kinds of stuff. No bacon. No ketchup. Half the drinks were empty. Just a bad decision to eat there.

For a $20 burger it could of been better. But I get it, it's the air port. It was a simple burger nothing fancy about it. The house sauce was okay didn't really taste anything catching. The fries were pretty crispy and crunchy which I like. Lightly seasoned. The service was pretty quick and polite. The staff was polite and informative about the food and choices. The portion of fries was enough for me an my daughter to share. The tables needed cleaning, but no big deal.

I was gonna get some fries there but the girl at the register was so rude she was actually appalling and I think people should avoid it if they can it's gross the vibe is icky.

Absolutely horrible bacon cheeseburger thrown together in a rush! Thin and overcooked with flavorless tomato and fake bacon. Truly nasty. Onion rings were the gross kind. Cashier was just there. And then expecting a tip! Really? For what? You are already paid to take my order. You don't get a tip for just doing your job without a smile. It's a typical airport fast food place in terms of ambiance. Would never eat here again...

I wanted to like this place. Mainly because I just got off a 10 hour flight and was hungry. Service was slow to start with. Then the lady was really friendly, but the was busy doing stuff and the guy in the kitchen didn't ring the bell to tell her my food was ready, so it took a while for me to get it. While I was waiting I heard some other customers tell some people who had just lined up to ask for it without salt. Those customers were not wrong. What I basically got was salt with some fries on it. More salt with some burger wrapped around it. And some slices of pickled salt that had slipped out of the burger. I was really disappointed, and really I should have just taken the fast and efficient and cheap ($2 each way) public transit to downtown where I could have got something amazing for less money, and still had time to get back for my flight connection!

Come off a long flight hungry for some real food and decide to give Red Rock Burger a try. BIG MISTAKE!!! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and when we got our meal the fries were cold and way over seasoned. The burger was floppy not even a 1/4" thick. McDonald'S happy meal is better than this place Not to mention there was no cheese and no bacon on our bacon cheese burger. NEVER again will I ever give this place my businesS.

Terrible service with a bad attitude! $26 for a double hamburger?! As Jerry Seinfeld said regarding airport food..."Tuna sandwich, $13. Tuna's very rare here!"

we got fry's and they were amazing and the employees were super nice and respectful. definitely recommend!
