The best experience in the world. The team at Harley Davidson Red Rock was nothing but perfect. They are extremely professional, educated, & welcoming. I recently purchased a 2025 Sportster S and have been nothing but prouder. Everything from the hostess- to showroom- floor- sales- service was exceptional. Every employee genuinely cares and wants to make the experience as enjoyable/ memorable as possble. My experience I came in looking with my Dad, & we hit the showroom and started browsing. I was looking for a used/ pre owned bike to try & get the most of my money of course. We found a 2023 sportster with 2 k miles, basically brand new. I knew instantly that was the bike for me. The following day we came back for it and before I signed, the Team at Harley made sure I could have taken every available precaution to make sure it was the bike for me. They offered Test drives, competitive pricing, warranty services, and all the details without holding back or hiding information. They walked me through the financial portion, & were even willing to work with me to make the bike more affordable. They even walked me through insurance options and made sure they found the best quote I could possibly get through all lenders. I was never uncomfortable or felt pressured. Before I signed the team informed me they truly do want the best for their customers and informed me they could find a cheaper and newer alternative to the bike I wanted. After a few short minutes they introduced me to a 2025 model with upgraded parts and urged me to make the upgrade. I was Blown away as they worked with me to make the upgrade as affordable as convenient as possble. At the end of the day the , 2025 Sportster S will be the best purchase I've ever made. I am extremely grateful I found a dealership where everybody is committed and dedicated. The Workers really do truly care & will help you instead of trying to sell you. Red Rock Harley Davidson is a Dealership really actually cares about its community! The best in the world!

Tagle also introduced me to Rudy Salas, Service Advisor, and wow—Rudy is nothing short of a genius. He quoted me a fair and honest price, and his expertise was incredible to witness. Ran into a low voltage issue while road tripping through Vegas. Chris in service took my call at five minutes to closing and treated me with the patience usually reserved for the first customer of the day. They got me in early the next morning so I could grab a convenient flight home to spend time with family while they squared things away. He reported back with full diagnostics the following morning, had the bike fixed and washed a day later, and stored it for a couple days until I could get back out and continue touring. All for a couple hundred bucks, zero unnecessary fees, and no charge for storage. Chris and Red Rock are all about the riders and it shows, swing by here for service or shopping if you can!

Everyone we worked with at Red Rock Harley were amazing and helpful. Our salesman,Tony made sure we felt welcome and was knowledgeable about the bikes/trikes. We bought a trike and my husband was having a hard time making the adjustment from bike to trike. ( it is quite the adjustment -YouTube it.LOL). Kevin was there and spent time giving pointers on how to transition from Bike to Trike. He was so patient and helpful. Had it not been for him we would not be riding our trike today .

Located at the busy intersection of Sahara and Rainbow on the northeast corner, this large property is a showroom, merchandise shop, mechanic shop, and hosts riding lessons. They have a lot of promotions on weekends if you sign up for their text service. The employees are definitely hit or miss in the service department. We've dealt with amazing people and people who are not so great. Overall, for being the major Harley Davidson representation on this side of town, they are "ok." Solid 3.5.

Can't say anything good about them. My husband had purchased a used bike. It apparently had been in an accident and he didn't even know about it until he sold it back to them when they tried to low ball him on an offer. Made up all kinds of BS telling us that we kept the bike outside and uncovered. All complete made up lies. The day they agreed on a price they tried to tell us that the person who wrote the checks was out of the store. When I told them that we wouldn't sign off on the title until we had a check miraculous they came back with one. Looking to buy another bike and it definitely won't be here. Do your homework if you are looking to buy a used bike here and ask for a carfax. Don't count on them to be honest.

This is not my first disappointment with the mechanics. We took my husbands harley trike to get the reverse fixed. Cost me 2300.00. Imanage that (HD). We picked the trike up and the handel bars have been readjusted (not to where my husband had them set). Then his heal to toe shifter was changed not understanding why. Then last week he went to put bowl charger in and low and behold we couldn't find the plug. There's more and more I can say about this place down to when the engine rebuilt and they broke the horn. And lost My (wife) bell

Big shout out to Rudy in service. I am from out of town. My brakes went out in my way over. If not for Rudy and Red Rock Harley I would not have been able to ride home. This place is A+. Not only were they prompt, they were also very fair. This is unlike any Harley Davidson dealer I have ever been to. Thank you Rudy!

Red Rock Harley Service is the best in Vegas. My service writer Bill is the man! I had a big engine build on my 2021 Road Glide to 131" stage 4 loaded up. With his help and his shop foreman we hit 143 HP and 150 torque. He's always in communication with me, making sure I know what's happening and offering me options when needed. Highly recommend this dealership!!

I was not going to write a review nor is this my thing but after how I have been treated at this dealership I had to. About a year ago I was in the parts department and the guy behind the desk helped me pick out parts for my bike. I picked them up at the store and when I went to install, they were the wrong part. I took them back to the store and was told I could not return them because I did not have the original packaging. I did not mess up you did and now I am out of luck because I don't have a box?? Over $400 dollars down the drain.... Yesterday I went to price out what they would give me for my bike because I need to sell for family reasons. They offered me 7,000 for my bike and told me it was because they would have to do so much to get my bike back to selling condition. I bought the bike from Harley like it was and only put on 300 miles...... I know dealerships don't give full price for a buy or trade, but my bike is worth 14,000 at least according to 3 different sites online and 2 other dealers I have taken it to get prices. I have never felt taken care of here and will not be back nor will I recommend to anyone I meet to go here.

This place has a wide selection of Harleys, parts, and riding gear. The staff is incredibly helpful and they also offer riding lessons for those that want or need it. I can see why so many people recommend this location. I went here to specifically to purchase parts for my Harley, but I would call in advance because most of the custom parts are not in stock. I appreciate the staffs help in the parts section for helping over the phone before coming into the store. You guys are awesome! UPDATE I came back to this location for a rear tire change because the other Harley dealership near me was booked for two weeks. I called the day before and Rudy said he would get me in if I showed up early. I rode 200 miles to get there and Rudy took care of me. Super impressed with the efficiency of these mechanics and the parts team. My motorcycle was ready in only a couple of hour and thankfully they had those really really comfortable couches for me to rest on before starting the ride home. Also, I witnessed a homeless man come in looking for work. One of the store managers took the time to talk to him even though the store is clearly well maintained. He was respectful to the homeless man and gave him money before he left. Kind acts like that go a long way. Great people at this place and I will for sure be back again!!!

Do not DO Business with this BIGGEST location of un professional crooks . Blood sucking Staff will try to sale you things you do not need and do a poor job in the service department (from the front desk to the work in the back). The low quality of bikes they sale here should be a crime . They will take any trade in them slap on a pair of new tires . Buyer beware !!!

Went to look at a few bikes which seemed reasonably priced however they had dealer mark ups and very high dealer fees, which does not make sense. Their excuse for the high fees were "we need to make money" even though they are making money in trade in's. Just another greedy dealer ship

I had a real issue and I needed it fixed and taken care of right away I ride to and from work every single day my family counts on me so you could imagine how worried I was when I had an issue come up and then I met Ryan at red rock, Harley Davidson, a service advisor in the service department This guy was understanding and he listen to what I had to say and he did exactly what he told me he would do. He was honest and upfront right from the start so if you got any kind of service issues make sure you ask for Ryan the dude's amazing if he tells you he's going to do something he gets it done. As a new Harley owner I must say I was impressed with everything about this location. Rudy in service was more than helpful and quickly executed exactly what my bike needed to spin like a top again. And at a very fair price for what needed to be done. And while I waited for that short time, I very much enjoyed chopping it up with Anastasia on the showroom floor. The friendly and welcoming staff really made my first dealership experience enjoyable. I look forward to my next visit there.

This review is for the service department only, and specifically regarding the service recently received from Rudy. Brand new CVO had a fuel gauge issue which took two weeks to figure out and repair, even though techs were provided with a real-time example of the problem. When we picked up the bike and I respectfully asked why it wasn't repaired correctly the first time, Rudy said "it's because your husband knows the bike better than us since he's had it for years." What?? The bike is literally brand new. Rudy then took it upon himself to attempt to belittle me and make me feel stupid. In addition, he kept referring to me as "the wife." Just because I'm female does not make me stupid or naive. Highly unimpressed and disappointed with the entire experience.

I had to switch locations for their Riding Academy course because of a business meeting out of town and they were extremely accommodating. While at work yesterday I get a text asking when I'll be done from my husband. I assumed he was hungry and being a helpless man needed me home to make something. Nope he was at Red Rock Harley buying another motorcycle. He met with his Sales professional Kristopher to start the selection process. Dylan was there to run numbers. Trevin was there to take the husband on test rides. Robin was there to close the deal. I'm not a motorcycle person, left that life in the 90's but my only rule in my marriage is it has to be a Harley. I love this location and all the guys I've personally dealt with the past 2 times we've purchased a bike. Kris is honestly just the nicest, kindest human and puts zero pressure on you. My husband is the "I want this now" man and I'm the wait let's run the numbers girl. Kris's patience with my anal retentive money management is amazing. Dylan greeted me when I arrived without even knowing if I was "the wife" for sure. He's very attentive because between my resting B face and matching tattoos with the husband he guessed right! Omg Trevin tho, legit sweetest guy ever. He wasn't even our salesman but that's how Red Rock Harley is, they all help one another and treat all customers with respect regardless if they are getting a cut from them or not. My favorite part tho, Robin in finance remembering us from the first time and asking if the wife was here! Sometimes I think my questions and making sure my husband gets the best rate possible puts people off, but I guess not. Both times we walked out of there with a seamless transaction. I recommend this dealership over any other in Nevada, Utah, California and Arizona. I want to add a special "Shalom" to my friend Rob in the bike wash trough. Good to see you

This dealership is HUGE, find what you need to ride, so many models to decide a decision, make sure, from small to large prettier than a barge. You're in charge of your own destiny, don't ride small or quiet, be BIG NOISE, the boys be back in town. This is regarding the service department. I used RRHD's online appointment portal to set an appointment to bring in my 2015 CVO roadglide for a transmission issue. I used it twice and I requested a call, text or email to confirm my requested appointment times. Nothing but crickets. I figured the first time may slipped through the cracks so I gave them another chance. Still nothing. Up until this experience, RRHD had been my go to store. Taking my business to Henderson to try them out. Hopefully their service department gives a sh*t

Ryan in Service is awesome to work with and really carries the brand voice of a great experience I have had from Sales to Parts. I'm very happy I bought the service plan for my 2022 Road Glide. I will be bringing my other Harley as well for future service. I love that they detail the bike and there's no better feeling than riding home on what feels like a factory new Harley after they service it!

In response to the Saints & Sinners poker run on September 24th, 2022. RRHD, you really dropped the ball this year. You extended the route for this years run, which was fine. The problem is unless you hit the road before 8:00AM, you were not going to finish in time. By the time we got to the Enterprise checkpoint, the checkers left and we couldn't draw a hand. There were several groups behind us too, probably a total of 40-50 riders. Then when we finally got to Zion Harley at 3:00, they were done serving food and packed up. Between the longer run and losing an hour to the Utah time difference, a lot of riders got gipped. There were a ton of angry participants. We all agreed that we won't be supporting the Vegas Harley dealer group with anymore of your poker runs. Everyone has issues. Not enough food or you quit serving food before everyone gets finished, no results of the winners emailed out etc. Its shameful. Riders that didn't get to finish or get to eat should be issued a refund.

I don't own any Harley's but I've admired them ever since I was a child. I've checked out all the Harley's shops in Vegas and had driven by this location many times. I finally decided to stop in and I was very happy with everything. The location, selection, employees were all great. I also was especially excited about the displays they have here. Very cool place. Whether your a owner or prospective owner this is a great place!!!

Let's just say it's been 2 years of a nightmare off disrespect from the service department it seems they pick and choose who's important to them they picked my bike up six months ago only to return it with a dead battery these dudes or snobs think it was OK to bring me back my bike with dead battery telling me I could buy a new one they never charged it while they had it aside they fixed shit they shouldn't of and left shit unfixed I was in a accident they act as if I'm taking money otta there pocket yeah right they made over 10grand off my insurance we all know they over charge sorry I asked for u to replace my battery that was working 6 months ago only to push off there trailer when they brought I love paying for a bike I can't ride thanks Harley for FUCKING ME YOU SUCK Dnt be fooled by the lies I wish I would've never bought bike threw them I was warned guess I'm the fool then bye snobs u never get dime from me I'm buying a Indian next u blew it

Vince in service is definitely a good employee and takes care of everything. I recommend them. Been riding Harley Davidson for 40 years now...yeah since age 15. Probably getting one more new bike and I'm done. Then again I say this everytime.

This is how I get my bike back from service. Whoever test wrote it dropped it and didn't say anything. Major damage to my tour pack and my side bag. I will update this after I bring the bike back in and see how they're going to handle this. I also do not have my keys for my bike which were left in the tour pack and the fuel tank is on empty. Hopefully I will have enough fuel to make it back

All I have to say is WOW. I grew up racing dirt bikes when I was younger and decided it was time for me to get back on a bike again. I signed up for the basic rider course for my MSF certification and license. I was extremely impressed with my coaches Steve, Jerry & Brenda on their bike knowledge and riding experience. I also loved how passionate they all were about riding as well as sharing their knowledge with new riders to help them on their journey. On top of that I loved the way they taught the class making it easy & FUN to follow along for just about anyone. I am feeling a lot more confident getting on the road now with all of the safety tips and training they had to offer. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to start riding or improve their skills/SAFETY to take this class! Also the hospitality was very nice with water provided every day, food the first riding day and a celebratory cake!

Take this with a grain of salt as this was my 1st time in a Harley Davidson store. I just bought a 2016 Harley 72' and needed some gloves and a helmet so i decided to stop by and WOW this place is huge!! Lots of bikes and apparel with plenty of stuff to look at. Also i have to say they have a very pretty sales woman who was helping me out and she really knew her shit so if you stop by this place make sure you ask for MJ. Trust me you'll know it when you see her shes gorgeous lol

Back in March I decided I to purchase a motorcycle. I was leaning more towards an Indian motorcycle, however after reaching out to them and not hearing back for several days I decided to try Harley. I'm glad I did, they were able to get me approved in a matter of minutes and was able to ride out with a 2020 sportster!! Everyone in every single department was super helpful and friendly. I would totally recommend Red Rock to anyone wanting to purchase a motorcycle.

Sale is fine if you want to be there for 7 hrs. Oh you have money in hand. Service has had my bike four times in 3 months and one of those times it was there for three weeks not being touched. Once I told a service tech Rudy my concerns he then told me "so you don't want to pay your bill." That is not what you say to a customer, you say how can I help to make it better. Since then he is there still and the bike is back in the shop again. Number in service is a lie and I wouldn't go here, not saying not to buy a Harley just not trust them with the service part of your bike, headlight blew three times on a ride at night and that is not safe for anyone anywhere, but they don't check there work before sending it back on the road, safety for the riders is not what they worry about. Update not even one year later.... Six time for a headlight in less then two years. Twice on the old bike that they sent off to auction because they couldn't fix after $1,700 into the bike. They gave us a deal on a new 18 750 Street Rod, but guess what in less then a year with this one headlight issues 4 times. They still say it's fixed and will not happen again every time. Be legal definition it's a lemon after three time but they just want they name on it and don't care about the lives on the bikes they send out saying it's safe to ride when it's not. They still haven't fixed the issue

I called red rock harley Davidson for a quote to rebuild my charging system on my 2006 street glide. They quoted me 1050 . I took bike down to them to get fixed . They then called me back with the price of 1321 by the time I got bike out of shop it was 1420 . They don't communicate with the customer and do what they feel like you would want .

"Rudy has always been professional. Takes care of any issues I have. When Ive upgraded or installed new components he is a great adviser. Never had an issue that Rudy didnt resolve . "
