Tagle also introduced me to Rudy Salas, Service Advisor, and wow—Rudy is nothing short of a genius. While I was there, I even saw random riders stop by just to ask Rudy questions—and he answered every single one quickly and confidently, like some kind of Harley wizard. It honestly left me speechless.
The experience wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Taz, the Finance Manager, who was incredibly kind, respectful, and patient throughout the process. He worked hard to get me the best possible deal and didn’t stop until both my wife and I felt completely comfortable and confident with the purchase. That level of care and professionalism means everything.
The 2017 Fat Bob itself was in fantastic condition, and the entire buying process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Red Rock Harley-Davidson truly has an exceptional team, and it shows.
