I spent many, many months back and forth about whether to purchase or not. Mark was consistent in his efforts at helping me find the right bike without being overly pushy, and Geoff was genuine in helping me close the deal on the bike I wanted (at the price point I was ok with, instead of the bike that helped their bottom line). From the sales team to their parts department, I was made to feel welcome, and as a customer, that was worth their time, not just a dollar. I left with the bike I wanted, not the bike that some sales guy tried to push on me. Yes, they brought out options, but never once made me feel like they would rather sell me anything other than what I wanted. These guys did a great job with the sale, and the follow-up, after the sale, has been phenomenal. I am the type of customer who knows what I want and does my homework. I do not walk blind into a sale, I do not impulse buy, and I make sure I am informed before I walk in the door. In case you are interested, it has been over a month since my purchase. This isn't a review from someone who just left the lot and is still in that honeymoon phase. I will absolutely return when the time comes. The experience in dealing with this team is 100% what I would have hoped for (and in this day and age- beyond what is expected) as an informed buyer. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Red Rock Harley.
