Best Poolside Drinks and Dining at Las Vegas Pools and Dayclubs | Eater Vegas

"Sure, the tuna poke bowl and shrimp avocado salad at the Red Rock Resort pool are healthier options, and the carne asada tacos or buffalo chicken wrap will hit the spot, but the star of the show here is the Mega Dole Whip Sundae. This sweet dream contains pineapple and strawberry Dole Whip, berry compote, chopped pineapple, and whipped cream married together and served in a fresh pineapple boat. Top it off (if you choose) with a Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum float. The main pool has 19 private cabanas, while the adults-only Rouge Room adds eight more and has poolside gaming. Admission: $30 non-guests Daybeds: start at $75; Cabanas: start at $200" - Ryan Slattery

I absolutely love it! The pools are incredibly nice, pristine, and inviting, providing a refreshing escape. There are so many different options to choose from, each one offering a unique experience that enhances relaxation and enjoyment. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼

Google
Really great pool setup and the best daybed value in Vegas. The waitstaff are friendly and check on you often. The food and drinks are good and fairly priced (on a Vegas curve of course) and food is delivered very quickly. The water is COLD even in June and July. The only complaint I can muster is that the guards and management need to do a better job monitoring children (it is family friendly) as we witness kids repeatedly wrestling and throwing each other around, often into other guests, or treating the hot tubs as their personal playground doing cannonballs and horsing around with no adults in sight

Google
Pool is essentially Closed except for the tiny pools around larger one, very misleading and disappointing. We never heard a thing about not being able to use the entire property until we showed up at the pool, no towel service, no Sandbar. We even upgraded to a suite, should of never left the the Cirrca. BEWARE.

Summer at the Red Rock pool is the only place i wanna be! Whether you are relaxing on a daybed, private cabana or splashing around the pool -every spot is a vibe. The waiters and bartenders are amazing and attentive.

Fantastic Family Fun at Red Rock Hotel and Casino Our family recently stayed at the Red Rock Hotel and Casino, and we had an absolutely wonderful time, especially at the pool area. The pool was the highlight of our trip! The majority of the pools have a gently worn-in feel, which adds a bit of charm and character. The pool in the middle is a bit cooler, which was refreshing on hot days. None of the pools are very deep, making them perfect for kids to run around and play safely. Our children had a blast splashing around and making new friends. Another great aspect of our stay was our hotel room's location. Having a room right next to the elevator was incredibly convenient, especially when we were juggling pool toys and snacks. Plus, the view from our room was spectacular! We had a stunning view of Red Rock Canyon, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, our experience at the Red Rock Hotel and Casino was fantastic. The combination of the family-friendly pools, the convenient room location, and the beautiful view made it a stay to remember. We can’t wait to come back!

Google
On a Saturday in August- realllly crowded and loud. Hard to find an open lounger to sit in and most aren’t shaded. $450 for a cabana for the day and $350 for a day bed . Water was very cold which was nice for the hot weather. They brought around cooling rags for free which was nice! Felt like they had been in a freezer! Lots of kids running around.

Google
We went to the adult only pool, the Crimson pool. Teresa was our poolside waitress and she was absolutely amazing! She took great care of us. The food was great and the margaritas were made well according to my wife along with some of the other drinks we had. The atmosphere was definitely different from the regular pool as there was NO KIDS! The music and drinks made it like a slightly chill day club. We spend the whole day there because we were having so much fun. In the late afternoon the building starts to block the sun so it makes the end of the day a little more chill. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting or local!

Google
Amazing hotel pool with music and excellent drink. Right outside of the casino.

Yelp
I really like coming to the pools here ! They have about 7-8 pools all different sizes, and hot tubs. The only thing honestly is that if you want to order anything, you have to chase the waitresses up and down because they forget about you! other than that this has to be one of my favorite pools especially for locals ! If coming during the week it is pretty calm and not very crowded compared to the weekends which makes it a cool spot to enjoy and tan and get drinks !

Geoff T.

Yelp
We had an amazingly perfect Sunday at The Rouge Room Cabanas! Very much worth the extra spend. Top notch service and love the privacy and tranquility of the cabana area offers. Our servers were top notch! A big shout out to EddeyDJ for spinning amazing tunes and providing the perfect music for the perfect day!

Yelp
Cabanas are the only way to go. The regular pool is very nice, but being able to get away from the masses (and children) by reserving a cabana isn't to be missed. Lindsey is above and beyond great at her job, and I promise you won't get better service from anyone in Vegas. Kudos also to Jon, who's cultivated a great staff and let's them do their thing (always at an exceptional level). If you're looking for one of (if not the best) pool experience in Vegas, you need to be here.

Austin C.

Yelp
Do not go here. What was a regular Sunday turned into one of the most frustrating situations I have had since i have lived in Las Vegas. We were ordering drinks and food through our server at the chairs. The pool was packed and things were taking far too long already so I went to the pool bar myself to get a drink. I ordered one drink that was a total of $19.41. However, when I was charged the bartender Ashley. swiped my card for $240. Upon noticing this I immediately returned to the counter and asked what was going on. To which Ashely replied she had swiped my card accidentally for someone else's tab and a refund was already on its way. i accepted this as hopeful truth and returned back to my seat. Upon leaving Red Rock I gathered my belongings, which included my credit card and lefts the property. On my way home I received another charge to my card while it was in my pocket and we were not even on property. I called Red Rock at this point and voiced my concern which was met with a long wait time and ultimately put on the phone with a supervisor at the pool who assured me that this would be figured out by the end of the day and everything would be off my account. That is not what happened. Today the charges posted to my account, no "refund issued" like Ashely had said and nothing "figured out." As a local who has been going to Red Rock since I was in middle school this was an utterly disappointing experience that put a terrible taste in my mouth for this property and their operation. What was a purchase simply for a drink due to a lack of proper service turned into a 3 day plus endeavor that is now resulting in a dispute I have to file with my bank after their staff caused a multitude of shady mistakes with no one taking accountability.

Yelp
Amazing pool with lots of space and assorted pools to swim And just relax in and around. The staff was almost overwhelming, but in a good way. Highly recommend for the day or a quick dip!
google avatar

Anabelle D.

Yelp
When family is in town this pool is the place to be because there's something for everyone. Drinks by the pool for the adults. The kids love the fountains. And there's always something to snack on. Service is on the slow side possibly due to be understaffed?
google avatar

Heather P.

Yelp
Spent the day at the pool Saturday and had a great time. Food and drinks were yummy and it was busy but having a daybed in the back was perfect. It was more quiet and less kids around. Definitely will go back again next time I'm out there.

Yelp
It's February so NOT much Pool activities but the sights and possibilities of Future Wet Adventures are definitely in the Forecast!! Any ready for Spring Break and Warmer Temperatures!! Beautiful background and backdrop, what else could you ask for other than warmer weather!! I can only imagine the Best and More.....‍

Yelp
here's my honest review: - ask Taylor (bartender) to make your bloody Mary's She's the best (and I don't say that lightly)! I've had many bloody Mary's in my time and hers are top notch (EVERYTIME), If you want a great drink ask for Taylor (and if she's busy, that sucks for you because she's that good and well worth the wait!) - brads recommendation for the lavender haze drink was on par! I don't usually drink tequila but this drink and the way he prepped it, I wouldn't order it any other way! Ask for brad! These are best bartenders at red rock (if you don't believe me try for yourself!) - the new furniture Is amazing but nothing compared to the service which was phenomenal (especially our server Hailee!) - she handled these Karen's next to us like a pro! Kept her professional and exceptionally sweet attitude going even when those guest were very rude. Ask for Hailee if you want the sweetest girl, perfect smile, amazing recommendations and most importantly the best service!! - lastly the cabana ambassador Dom! Give that dude a raise or a promotion, he was amazing. Red rock keep it up, your furniture upgrade is nice but your staff is what makes the place even better!

Yelp
The Red Rock pool was so much fun, great atmosphere, huge pool and the service from our server Isabella was great. She was constantly checking up on us, the lifeguards were scanning the water and constantly keeping hooligans in check. One of the lifeguards even brought over an umbrella, so nice! We order the poke bowl for lunch and the dole whip to beat the heat, the poke bowl tasted fresh and the rice was warm and soft, really tasty and refreshing meal by the pool. The dole whip is not huge, it can be easily eaten by two people or even one, it's just two scoops and strawberry & pineapple with mixed fruit but overall delicious. One of the better resort pools to check out!
google avatar

Yelp
This is my most favorite pool in Vegas!! The Dole Whip Sundae is amazing to share if you're with a group. Generally it takes a bit to get your drinks from the various hostesses but the season is just starting. Drinks are pricey but then again, what pool drinks aren't in Vegas. If you have the money, splurge on getting a canopy daybed or even more generous the awesome cabana secluded from the rest of the pool revelers. If you're going on good graces.....get there early to pick your lounges for the day, it gets crowded early and all day long. The ease of getting in and out of the big pool is just that, easy with plenty of stairs or walk in "beach-type" access. Great time for everyone in the family!
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely loved it at this pool at Red Rock! Prices on drinks and food are a tad on the higher end, but that's to be expected at any pool in Vegas, especially one as nice as this one. The entire facility is amazingly maintained, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the pool was the perfect temperature!! A must try if you want a spot away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

Yelp
Spent the day at Red Rock pool the sand bar. Great staff, Christian, Brad, Taylor, Cassie, Russell, just an amazing experience. Highly recommend all to come.

Yelp
Check on their hours, they seem to change. Weekday later hours seem to be the best as far as finding a quiet lounger and pool. Lots of bikini clad servers, lifeguards and security patrolling. Good. Wonderful large towels. 3 entrances. Many pools and hot tubs to choose from. Furniture are comfy.
google avatar

Eric G.

Yelp
Great pool experience! Has music on the weekends. Many pools and hot tubs to choose from. I couldn't find the poolside gaming that was advertised. There's a restaurant and bar as well outside. Will be coming back, one of the nicer hotel pools in Vegas I have been too.
google avatar

Bacong F.

Yelp
Room key required for pool entrance or pay a day pass entrance for no hotel guest. The pool area was big enough but it get packed in the afternoon if it is a warm day. Towels are by the entrance. Pool service for drinks were quick. Food was average was and speed was slooow. Drinks were average too in terms of quality. Ordered 2 pitchers - pineapple (little bitter) and watermelon (medicine taste). Not my favorite pool side drinks in Vegas. It gets a 4 stars for being the first pool side service since March 16, 2020! I feel like being generous and allow re-opening time.
google avatar

Albin M.

Yelp
2 star vs 1 star because the pool is nice but it is low for the following experience. The service provided by the server Ashley was not optimal at the daybed. The server of course should be provided leeway with this as she has plenty of customers to deal with no big deal right. The issue lies in the fact that server caused an issue with security and didn't speak to the person holding the daybed. At this point a manager who didn't introduce himself in a black polo addressed the issue in a way that was thought to be amicable. After this concern, the check then included an Auto Gratuity that I did not find the server to be entitled to due to the issue with the service and security involvement. After speaking to two "managers" the manager that worked through the security concerns advised that he personally added the gratuity as he saw police violations that were not addressed by his employees and I was being punished by an auto gratuity. I explained my case, not disputing the bill but the auto gratuity and he stood his ground where too many people were at the daybed. It was explained that a cabana was held by a friend at rogue room next door and came to the daybed that way, and he stated he need to work with security with that as they shouldn't be able to go back and forth. I was then held hostage essentially until I was forced to sign the bill including the auto gratuity.

Yelp
Nice not to have so much kids running around. Don't care for children-soup in the hot tubs. Delightful change from the busy summer season crush. Lots of towels and attentive pretty pool servers. Loungers look well kept.

Yelp
After many visits, time to give some props to a good pool.. Pool setup: There are plenty of lounge chairs, day beds throughout the pool area. The main pool has a cool fountain in the middle and can accomodate a lot of guests. The water temperature is a little chilly when you first get in, and then it warms up quickly. There are smaller side pools and the cabanas have their own private pools as well. Food and Drink Service: There are numerous cocktail servers but service is spotty at best. My experiences have been I get one drink order served and then I don't see them the rest of my stay. Even the cabana service is spotty as we've had to search for our servers. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or if it's a scheduling thing. Here's the best Red Rock Pool tip: Sit as close as possible to the bar next to the outdoor blackjack tables. There's plenty of bartenders there and they are on it. You step up and someone is asking what you need immediately, the crew works with a professional sense of urgency and I appreciate it. If I'm not in a cabana, I'll be lounging somewhere close to the bar, see ya there. Cheers!
google avatar

Missy H.

Yelp
Easily the worst customer service I've received in Vegas. Ask for the cocktail server Jessica if you want to get ripped off since apparently she'll tip herself with your credit card whatever she wants. Wanted to treat my mom out to a nice day at the pool. We got there at 12:20 and weren't able to get drinks until 1:20. This wasn't a busy day, being that it's a weekday after Memorial Day Weekend. During this time, I asked three different servers if they were serving my section and they all said they would send someone over. No one showed up. The fourth server I asked happened to be ours and her name was Jessica. She did take our order, but we waited at our chairs another 20 minutes. It was taking so long to get our drinks we walked up to wait by her service well to get drinks and she didn't even acknowledge us. Later she blamed us and said she didn't know where we went so she just left it by our chairs. My mom and I spend a lot of the day waiting and annoyed that we were ignored just for two drinks and food that we could hardly enjoy the beautiful pool so we ended up leaving early. I don't recommend the Red Rock Pool for a laidback day at the pool especially if you're in Jessica's section. The manager, Dianna, later apologized to us, refunded the amount, and offered VIP passes. It was then we realized Jessica took it upon herself to charge my what was a "zero" tip to $20. This is fraud and unacceptable. The food, drinks, and pool are amazing, but I would recommend checking your bank statement to see if your server took it upon themselves to tip themselves for poor service.

Yelp
The family and a few friends spent Labor Day at the pool and had a very enjoyable experience. We rented a Cabana and the wait staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. The food and drinks, while not cheap, are not overly priced but more importantly it's all tasteful and enjoyable. The mister in the cabana was leaking but the team did what they could to fix it. It was nice they cared, and overall the Cabana was worth it. There are multiple pools and with social distancing enforced there was plenty of seats for the people there. The staff was wearing mask, they do temperature checks as you enter the resort, sanitizing wipes are available and the staff seems to keep on top of cleanliness. It made us feel comfortable. We'll be back.
google avatar

Amber O.

Yelp
This is the nicest pool in Vegas that I've been to so far! Very impressive and accessible, with a lift chair and ramps everywhere as well as 2 public restrooms in the area. Lots of staff taking care of keeping things clean and to bring out drinks and food to your table, and the menu is surprisingly good for a poolside situation. It's kind of confusing at first because some areas are private / by reservation only and there are multiple pools and hot tubs, but everything is in good condition. You do have to present your hotel room key to get in, or pay for a day pass as a local. I would definitely come back here!
google avatar

Megan S.

Yelp
The closer you sit to the pool the faster the waitstaff will come over. Bar has amazing drinks and food! The pool is HUGE and has many smaller pools attached so there is room for everyone to stretch out. It's the first place in Vegas I have ever considered taking my kids too. I saw so many different people enjoying the pool, kids splashing but not bugging anyone-check , bachelorette party-yup looking good, tons of waitstaff-check!It has all the amenities of a Vegas Strip pool and way less crowded!
google avatar

Ali R.

Yelp
Burrito was super good! But service is absolute trash, you have to track down a server and when you do getting drinks takes about 30 minutes for one order. Food takes about 1 hour every time I have ever been here. I'm local so I come a lot but I truly never understand what takes so long. Food is always good but don't expect to get it fast.
google avatar

Yelp
I just want to say that I am thankful to Russell Lin because my husband and I went this past weekend to red rock pool to inquire about daybeds/ cabanas and we ended up booking three cabanas with the help of Russell. He gave us the tour and it definitely sold us.. we will be there to celebrate our daughters baptism and even though they were open they were not fully open and did not have the actual food/ drink menu. I wanted to see the menu so I can get an idea of what to order for all of our guest and our host was so kind enough to exchange his personal number with me and a few days later he texted me a picture of the menu which I appreciate it a lot because I like to plan stuff ahead of time and I don't like to do last minute so that definitely helped me in planning this celebration and I'm looking forward to going there and I just want to thank him and want the company and everybody to know how the littlest things mean the biggest things to somebody thank you. I added the pictures of the menu . It will be for season 2022.

Yelp
I took my family to Red Rock's pool on 6/16/21 to have some fun and relax. When we got there, at 9am, the lady at the check in told me we can't take in our Hydro Flask. She took it and said when we leave we can get it from her, okay no biggie. When we left I forgot to get it, so I called BEFORE the pool was even closed and was told she doesn't have the Hydro and I should talk to Security. So I did and they don't have it. Today I went to Red Rock Pool and again no one can find it. I spoke with Russell, a pool supervisor, and he said they can't find it..WOW! That Hydro was pricy and I'm supposed to think it's just gone?? We did have fun in the pool area, we spent a good amount on food, then you tell me you've lost my Hydro...this is beyond ridiculous. This is a resort and I would guess one of your employees liked my Hydro and took it and Red Rock does NOTHING to replace or make it okay. HORRIBLE SERVICE
google avatar

Noehealani A.

Yelp
Red rock pool is definitely a place to go to escape the strip pool vibes! It's family friendly and lots to do no matter your age. Cabanas and day beds are available for purchase, and first come first serve on the lounge chairs which have umbrellas on some. Michael Aromin is the bar manager there and he was extremely helpful and attentive to my friends and I. The wait staff was also attentive despite how busy they were. Props to them for wearing their masks in 100+ degree weather. I don't know how they do it, but thank you! The pool however should limit the amount of people they let in. It seems like they are not keeping track of their capacity and it also seemed they were almost to full capacity that day. Bathrooms were clean and sanitized. I will be back to have a relaxing day soon!
google avatar

Emily A.

Yelp
I DIG the Red Rock pool. I would say it's one of the best in Vegas. This is because there is more than just the one main pool where all the kids hang out splashing around. There are calmer smaller pools around it that are awesome to relax by. Only thing is they are freezing. I mean it's early on in the season end of May and I know the heat in Vegas in the high summer makes you maybe want to step into an iced freezer - but I still need a tiny bit of warmth to ease me in to the pool. Like it was hot but not hot enough to want to freeze - you know what I mean?! The waitresses don't bother you (maybe that's bad if you need one?!) ether way this is a top selling point when considering staying at Red Rock for me. It is extra money to stay here and away from the strip but it really is a great resort and if it's pool weather you'll most likely fine what you need here.
google avatar

Justin B.

Yelp
Apparently only birds are allowed in the evenings... Really nice pool, really stupid hours. Why would you put bank hours on a pool in Las Vegas? Sad for an awesome pool to sit on a hot day, because it's 5 o'clock. What a joke. This place makes plenty of money to keep the pool open until sundown (at the least). I'm a bit upset that such an expensive 'resort' can only be a casino in reality. Just another Vegas scam, I guess. So much for those 'resort fees' they use to inflate their prices so horribly. It's almost like they use the minimum 'resort' requirements, to charge maximum 'resort fees.' I understand making your money, businesses are not free, but 5pm in the heat? Wow. I will say this, the staff was amazing to me, and everyone I saw them interact with, so kudos there! Although that is the ONLY reason you get a third star. The other two cover presentation/cleanliness.
google avatar

Beth J.

Yelp
Went here to enjoy a pool day as a local and had a great day! It's $25 to get in but totally worth it. The lounge chairs are comfortable, pool and pool area were clean, service was on point with servers coming by regularly and food/drinks were delicious. Can't wait to spend more days at this pool!

Yelp
So happy Las Vegas is slowing opening up.... especially my favorite spot. Red Rock Pool!! This pool is just the best. I love how they cater to locals and just always give my family and I the best customer service year after year. I can't wait to come back next weekend to my comfy cabana and the most delicious pina coloda in town. Thank you Joie, Chris and Scotty!! See you again soon

Yelp
Just wanted to send a huge thank you to the Red Rock pool staff, specifically Joei and Teresa, for a great experience at the pool yesterday during Father's Day weekend. Being in the service/hospitality industry, we notice when actions are taken to go above and beyond to exceed guests' expectations by over delivering impeccable service. We understand father's day was a busy holiday for a resort pool but when my ID was lost, the staff remembered me from the previous week and took the extra time to help me look for it. This personalized treatment and remembering my name from the week before is why we will definitely be going back as we are grateful for the excellent experience.

Yelp
Great pool at a great hotel. The hostess girls are very attentive with excellent service, food, and drinks. Lots of life guards around all the time and good security all around for safe and fun environment for adults and families. If you are looking to relax and be away from the strip crowd this is the place.

Yelp
Shame to there customer services !!!!!! We are locals, we brought 2 friends visiting Las Vegas to come at the pool eating at the café. We barely sat, than 2 min later the security come to us and required " 25$ per person for pool fee " ?????? Luckily I'm seating otherwise I would fall down probably. Am I seating on a lounger ? NO ! Just want to spend my money at the Cafe eating & drinking !!!!! 4 people eating .. So it's at least 100$ + drinks while eating at least another 100$ " Lets imagine " we would have stayed by the pool after all ... 110 degrees required some beers, again probably another 60/80$ So yes your 25$ person really worthing it ??? So red rock please review you mathematics instead of wanted TO RIP OFF locals at your EMPTY POOL on a Tuesday afternoon .. Smart !!!!!
google avatar

Steven P.

Yelp
I would love to recommend your pool to anyone who needs a day of sunshine and good vibes. During these times you can see that the staff is making sure that all guests are safe and social distancing. Not to mention they have masks if you happen to forget yours. They encourage a very safe establishment. The food is outstanding, along with the great management. I would like to thank and hope that Mr. John and Diana ( head of daily operations ) receive acknowledgment of their outstanding customer service. As I see them on a daily basis and always receive a quick hello and ask how my stay at the pool is going. It's the little things that your staff does that makes you feel welcome. Keep up the great work.
google avatar

Bob H.

Yelp
As a PSA, the pool and cafe are for hotel guests (who pay a resort fee) and locals with a VIP pool pass (not valid on holidays). Locals may book a day bed or cabana (rates vary by season and day of the week; holidays are extra). Otherwise, yes, you have to pay to access the pool. It's not open to the public.
google avatar

Yelp
Great pool, beautiful setting. We love the Red Rock and have been here multiple times over the past 8 years. The pool is well maintained, the chairs are still in good condition and they have plenty of life guards on duty. My only suggestion would be to make a separate kids water area with slides and fountains so the main pool can be more an adults lounging area. There's plenty of land to do that south of the pool into the adjacent parking lot. Just a suggestion. I have two small kids and that's a great solution to keep all your guest happy.
google avatar

Joiisey O.

Yelp
Let me just start off by saying the only reason I am giving this establishment three stars is because of how beautiful the pool area is! It's very kid friendly, a few different pools, nice bar area, and super nice cabanas! My cousin and me decided to go on Saturday 6/16 with our babies for a nice relaxing day at the pool, it was anything but that, but we made the best of it! Mind you her husband is a platinum member at red rock, who gambles there all the time, they clearly do not cater to their loyal customers! As I said , other than the beautiful establishment, their customer service deserves a zero, since it's non existent! No one is friendly, nor helpful, just rude! I have never had this issue at the M resort! They also cater to locals on Mondays, the red rock should do something similar for summerlin residents at least ! ***Also make sure if you are staying there, that you check in advance if they are hosting any concerts, usually on Saturdays, because they closed the entire pool area at 3pm! I would have been upset, had we paid for a room all weekend, then having to deal with that , along with the horrible service they provide! ***

Yelp
As a Las Vegas local, I have been to pools all over Vegas, and without a doubt we had the most exceptional experience at Red Rock pool last week. I reached out to concierge via email about booking a cabana as a non-hotel guest on the Monday before. The concierge team emailed me back within hours with all of the details I asked for. I called on Tuesday to book the cabana and was told that they were fully booked for the signature cabana, but they had a South cabana available. I said that would be fine, and they offered to bump me up to a signature cabana if they had any cancellations. I said that would be fine, and they took my name and contact details. No deposit required. A few hours later I received a call letting me know they had a cancellation and were moving me to a signature cabana; which was nice. We arrived on Wednesday afternoon to the pool, and entered to be greeted by security. We checked in with them, they checked our bags, and directed us to the signature cabana area letting us know ours would be #7. When we walked over, #7 was already occupied, and we waited a moment for someone to come over. That person was Lindsay, our server for the majority of the day. She handled the mix up like a pro and got us started on drinks and began explaining the rules & how the cabanas work. So the signature cabanas are somewhat pricy, but it is money well spent. For the $250 rental fee (weekday price) you get a cool cabana with mini fridge (stocked with some soft drinks, Perrier, and Fiji water), snacks (peach rings, pretzels, skittles), the bring out a pastries basket/fruit tray, a TV with cable, a ceiling fan, and a fan with a misting system attached. There's a comfy sectional couch and a chair in the corner, as well as two lounge chairs with a table & umbrella directly in front of your cabana. This area is exclusive because it has two pools and several plush loungers around said pools, and it's adults only. That's worth every penny to me, lol. Service was the best I've ever experienced poolside or in a cabana in Vegas. Lindsay was on top of us without being too intrusive, she was warm & welcoming and had a great personality. She made a good hard product exceptional with her hospitality. Anything we needed she brought over in a timely manner, and did it with a smile on her face. If you've been to other pools in Vegas, that's usually not the case unfortunately. As the day wore on, a gentleman took over as Lindsay's shift was coming to an end. She offered to close us out, but assured us that it was easier to just continue on with the secondary server. He was nice and attentive, and took over with no issues. Around 6:30PM he came by to do last call and to drop the check off. So the only thing I didn't like was that when they brought the check they had the $250 cabana rental fee & also our F&B items all together on one check; at the bottom was a gratuity calculation that was inflated due to the $250 cabana rental fee. I do think that's a bit low class of Red Rock to do it that way, because why would I tip on a facility fee? Regardless we were happy with the product and also service and still left additional for both servers, but I still felt that was tacky. At 7PM the pool closed and we left all saying how wonderful the service/experience was. We will definitely being do this more often. For six of us it was about $700 with rental fee, some food, plenty of booze/beers, taxes, and gratuity. Not a bad day in my opinion.

Yelp
I'm a local here in Las Vegas and this is THE ONLY Pool I will go to. It starts at the door with the friendliest security guards, Casey & Lin. After the second time of visiting, Casey was calling my daughter and I by name! They made us feel soo welcome and secure. Next the friendly and gorgeous servers Jasmine & Hailey go out of their way to make sure we are staying hydrated. We always order food and the food is like you're eating at a gourmet restaurant. We order the turkey sandwich that is bigger then my face, the Chicken Caesar salad is impeccable.. My daughter always gets the burger & DOLE WHIP!! Yes Dole Whip always comes with a beautiful flower! The Chef even came to check how our food was SHE WAS ALSO AMAZING! The bar staff has also been wonderful. They work together as a team to make sure NOBODY waits more than 5 min tops. Last but certainly not least JOEI the manager is what you expect when you go to a resort. Taking care of business, you see her walking around making sure everyone is having a great time, and everyone has everything needed to have an awesome day at the pool. When you have children you want them to have fun and to be safe and RED ROCK IS WHERE ITS AT!!!!!

Yelp
I honestly wouldn't even work here I got treated like a slave and I'm a lifeguard and they were forcing me to do dishwasher when I don't even have a health card hopefully no one got covid from that since they actually don't care about your safety and they also eat in the kitchen area where you are supposed to be the most sanitary especially during merry Christmas so if you were at merry Christmas I would go check yourself and get tested not only that there even employees in the kitchen farting like it was funny I honestly wouldn't even think of the red Rock as my choice it's a really corrupted place to be and this is all under John Yalda and his brother and sister so if y'all want to be safe I'd go get tested or call them to see what's up and I even pictures/ videos for proof if any of you guys want to see them. Ok you guys have a nice day!

Yelp
I love this pool and the bartenders are legit!! But I have to say...the kitchen? Less legit. I've come here many times and often order the BLT and it's 50/50 whether or not you're going to get the "chipotle mayo" you're supposed to get on the sandwich or they just give you dry toast I don't understand. Love the pool, love the bartenders, the kitchen is not impressive

Yelp
I'm a local and have Been in vegas 8 years and have been to red rock pool hundreds of times. Got to the pool today at 10:30 to enjoy a day at the pool per usual. Was told by security that locals are not allowed in after 10:00am. When I asked when that started he said he was just instructed by his manager. Nothing was listed online when I checked red rock website prior to coming. It is understandable to accommodate pool guest. Quite another to not only turn away local business and turn away customers who drove out of their way and were already at the venue. There we're another group of 3 locals who had the same experience and were upset outside who had gotten there a few minutes prior to us. Vegas needs locals to survive especially after the pandemic you would think they learned that lesson but This venue does not care about their local clientele so we will continue to support other local venues and will not be to red rock.

Yelp
25$ per person for locals, ridiculous. came here on a thursday, don't expect the cocktail waitresses to take your order right away, we sat at the very edge of the pool and was skipped for an entire hour, we took it upon ourselves to just get the drinks at the bar ourselves which then a waitress decided to ask us if we needed anything (very unfair service). Bartender said if we start a tab at the bar we can't have cocktail waitresses take our order down at the pool since they have no access to our tabs. Ridiculous 25$ entrance fee for unfair service, especially on a non busy weekday.

Yelp
Love this pool! I'm a local and every time I go, I feel like I'm on a mini vacation. The staff is always on point! They are so accommodating. I've been several seasons now and Joie goes out of her way to make sure that I am always comfortable and taken care of. I couldn't imagine going to any other hotel/pool. She's amazing and I'm sure I'll be back next week!

Yelp
As a local I wanted to check it out and relax pool side with a drink but as I got closer to the area the music blaring everywhere was absolutely obnoxious. I'm not in my 20's so I didn't care for it at all. I wish they'd play something more palatable for all ages, since this isn't a casino strip club pool scene. Until then i'll forget this pool exists.

Yelp
Costs $25 for locals for access to the pool. Only hotel guests can get in for free. Drink prices are somewhat reasonable but not worth it when you're paying $25 for price of admission. Very nice venue but not catered for the locals.
