Third time is NOT a charm - unacceptable recurring bad service
I’ve been to this Red Rock location several times, but after my experience today around 1 PM, I’m officially done. This is the third time I’ve dealt with the same female staff member, and her attitude is consistently terrible.
I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the first two times, but today was the breaking point. When I went to place a to-go order with my friend, she completely ignored me when I was next in line. I had to literally prompt her to get her attention, and even then, she handed me the iPad with a cold, reluctant, and borderline hostile attitude. No eye contact, no basic politeness, and she didn’t even offer a receipt.
It’s clear that she has no interest in providing decent service. I’ve been patient, but I won’t be coming back to be treated like an inconvenience anymore. Management needs to address this specific staff member, as she is driving away loyal customers.
