"This hideaway Mayfair hotel bar may live in the shadow of its famous, award-winning sibling—The Connaught Bar—but we prefer the Red Room for its relaxed, top-button-undone mentality. It feels young and fresh—there’s beaujolais in one of the expert signature cocktails, the banquette has an orange squiggle-cut, and above the fireplace, there’s a red pencil and gouache sketch that reads ‘I AM ROUGE’. The latter could feasibly be a jump scare clue in a horror film, but given the abundance of statement handbags and cocktail rings in the room, it would be a very chic movie including a lot of Céline product placement. The excellent flirty little cocktails start around the £24 mark so it isn’t necessarily somewhere to make a night out of, but for the first act of a date night during the woo-heavy stage or for a gorgeous nightcap, it’s perfect. A must do when you go to London ! Lovely bar with great atmosphere. Quite quiet so you can stay there without being disturbed by others. The cocktails are amazing and the service is great as well. You can also enjoy the superb art all around the room. It is really different compared to the rest of the hotel. I will definitely come back !!

I’ve been to many five-star establishments, but this experience was truly special. I was celebrating my engagement, and my friend took me out to mark the occasion. The bar was gorgeous, and the cocktails were so amazing, but what really made it stand out was the service. Darius and Ciro were so warm, welcoming, and attentive—they went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

This might just be the best cocktail bar in London! Yes it’s pricy but it’s worth it - phenomenal service and cocktails and a lovely relaxed speakeasy vibe. Make this a must for a special occasion!

I was lucky enough to get a table at the Red Room walking in, and it has easily become one of my favorite bars in London! The service was absolutely superb. The staff were present but not overly so and quick to attend to any need. We were served cucumber water in fun, polka dot glasses, and the cocktail menu was both varied and long. The vibe is very much a small intimate cocktail bar, and you can easily feel like you’re the only ones in the room. We just got married and were with friends who just got engaged, and the Red Room made us feel celebrated which was so thoughtful.

I was supposed to go to the Connaught bar for drinks but had to go here as that was full but what a great decision! I got the bar side seats which I don’t prefer usually but would prefer them for this bar! Amazing service and cocktails in a nutshell and I love the theme based cocktail menu which adds to the experience! Special mention to Adrian out bartender who explained every drink in detail and gave amazing recommendations to us! He made sure that our snack tray was full at all times and also the water, which is a sign of great service! The cocktails were smooth and tasted as explained and also strong but in a good way! Coming back here 💯

My second time returning and the service has remained immaculate. We were looked after by Oscar, Cecilia & Francesco. They were so attentive and friendly and delivered our cocktails and food fast! We asked for recommendations on which cocktails to get and they really delivered to meet our tastes. The atmosphere is so beautiful to take pictures and is very aesthetic pleasing. This place never disappoints me and this is why I keep returning. Highly recommend for those who want a chilled evening for drinks and food with friends or even with the lover!

The vibes were off and the cocktails were seriously overpriced — £84 for two drinks that didn’t even taste good. They also kept taking away our half-full nuts to replace them, which just felt wasteful. Wouldn’t go back.
