25 Manhattan Restaurants With Heated Outdoor Dining | Eater NY

"Marcus Samuelsson’s hit Harlem establishment has a lush, heated outdoor seating area along Malcolm X Boulevard. The restaurant takes reservations for its outdoor space and is serving a menu comprised of dishes like charred, glazed cauliflower, shrimp and grits, and a jerk salmon bowl. Disclosure: Marcus Samuelsson is the host of No Passport Required, a series produced by Eater and PBS. This does not impact coverage on Eater." - Tanay Warerkar

Wow. Red Rooster is still going strong!! I can not remember the bar tenders name here back in late 90s and early 2000s. She made me the best buttery nipple and Italian surfer! Played pool here and even hung out a little b4 I was 21. I loved playing pool. I remember calling and checking in with my parents from the pay phone and mr steve sat at his little slot game. Bartender loved the song ,"your so vain you probably think this song is about you!!" Always had a great time. I can not remember the other owners name for the life of me. Not steve but his brother. Such a kind man. Id love to say hello again. I wonder if they are still around!!.

Yelp
I grew up on the fried fish from here, its all my parents will eat. We have moved from the area and they still come back for it. I no longer eat the fried fish due to a fish allergy :( but I still get sides from here from time to time. This is a hidden gem of Baltimore.
