Upon first impressions, the restaurant is a smaller, more intimate setting, so voices carry and echo all over the room. Not too much of a problem. The trout dip was pretty good, and I liked their sea salt chips.
Being gluten free and not being able to enjoy fish and chips in a restaurant for well over two years, I was excited to try it after seeing other raving reviews. I LOVED the fish! The thinly sliced potato "chips" left something to be desired. They weren't at all crispy.
My mom really liked their current seasonal dessert, something with lemon and orange in it. I tried their gluten free strawberry lemonade sorbet and liked that, too. It has a fresh, natural strawberry tartness to it, like they made it there in the restaurant. If they do, props to them.
We spent almost $90 just my mom and myself, but I'm sure we will be back to try something else!
