The Pros All in all it was a good night. They new how to keep the laughs coming. The actors really did a good job getting in character for “Friends”. There was a small counter for limited drinks and snacks. There’s bathrooms in the actual theatre and an elevator available. The Cons Parking is extremely limited. There are garages around but honestly Id suggest just taking Septa if you can. We paid for the VIP packages which supposedly gave us extra clues, but those clues were never actually used because the story line never touched on it. Actually, very little of the clues did much to help. There is a bar, but the drink options are very limited and so are the snacks. All in all, I had an okay time and wouldn’t mind trying it again. However, I would not spring for the VIP package. It was too overpriced for what they gave us, which was an extra clue that we couldn’t use, a tiny bag and a cup that supposedly lit up but mine was broken.

I have had my eye on this theater and was waiting for a fun murder mystery that I wanted to attend! Finally, I saw the ads for a spin of Sex in the City (Slay in the City). The theater is small and they pack folks into this space! Come with a good attitude and be open to having fun with your table buddies! We decided at our table that someone from our group will win and it happened! One of our table mates solved the crime! There is a bar with snacks..this is not a dinner theater! I enjoy interactive activities and this was a nice way to have fun in a group and make more friends along the way! I will keep my eye out for future productions because I would like to return to have more fun.

I enjoyed both shows. I saw the Brady Bunch and Friends, murder mysteries. Great cast. Very funny.

Beware: If you are expecting a well produced type of interactive murder mystery then look elsewhere because THIS AIN'T IT!! If I had known Murder at the Pert or Perk(whichever) was going to be a low budget, hacky interpretation of the tv show Friends I would have never brought my wife for her birthday. This is basically a bad jr. high improv group. I'm convinced ChatGPT wrote the awful script because we knew who did it immediately!!! (Spoiler alert: It was Gunther) The production was sooooo so bad, they used a wig to be a different character. That's right folks, a freaking WIG!! They have no right to charge what they do considering there is no food, just an overly expensive concession stand with snacks you could get from a vending machine for much less. These tickets should be $5 at most. I really want my money back but I had to suck it up. I owe my wife another night out as a result. I would give this negative 11 stars if I could.

Super disappointed with the event I attended. This company hosted a Mrs. Roper “bingo” event at the American Dream Mall in New Jersey. The event type was changed last minute but no one in my group received any notification that it would now be 70’s trivia. I think they could’ve done better at notifying participants or even offering refunds due to the last minute change. 👎🏼

We had a way better time than expected. The cast was really talented and the audience was engaged. The show was actually very funny. The space was unique and perfect for the show. Everyone in the crowd seemed to loved it. I would happily recommend. Perfect to do with my parents

I was really disappointed with my experience. The appetizers were just bagged pretzels and other snacks, which was quite underwhelming. I'm curious about what they consider "dinner" offerings. Additionally, the only spirit available was whiskey, which isn't appealing to me. Kudos to the Brady Bunch cast, but this place needs to step up its game.

Great show, funny and entertaining....the "Snacks" they had for a 5 pm show in a coffee shop themed show was disappointing....

Yelp
Small theater. Parking garage nearby. The show was not funny at all. The actors screamed their lines. It hurt my ears so bad I had to cover them at times. Note. If you pay the $75 vip price instead of the $35 regular price it has nothing to do with better seating. The place was small with pillars around the room and the actors moved about. They give you extra clues but you don't get to keep the package at the end. They have cocktails but no food.
