Not recommended as this is certainly a tourist trap. Some concepts are nice, but nothing too worthy. The worst part is that they will try to take as much money from you as possible, for even a simple pot of tea that was not mentioned how much it would cost and whether we would be charged for it.
The price is way too high for what you get although we don’t mind paying even more for food and dining experiences that are worth it, so it’s not surprising that there were only two other tables that were occupied throughout our dining time. An ideal pricing point would be half of what is charged (we paid around 15,000 baht with only one small bottle for wine which was not that high anyways).
Some dishes were amazing, and many others a total failure. Presentation was stellar, but taste was below average. However, the river prawn dish was honestly amazing! Hands down the best one we had in Thailand! The tenderloin itself was not tasting good at all and was cooked quite badly. It tasted like a cheap supermarket meat, but the sauce was nice. The prelude was not so good, we didn’t like most of them. The scallops were nice, but a bit too heavy. The fish and chips were a unique combination. The roti and naan breads were not good at all.
We came here before several time. Would we come back? Certainly not. We like trying Michelin recommended restaurants, but this was a bit absurd for what you get.
