I've been a regular loyal Redstart customer for the past 3 years. The recipes are creative, fresh, and exciting. I appreciate the many vegan options. On average, I order once a month. The food is excellent, and the ordering process is streamlined with a convenient and well-designed website. I appreciate the low cost and timely delivery, too. Refunds for damaged or unsatisfactory items can be requested through a web form. My one complaint is that for the past month or so, customer service has declined. I sent an email regarding a glitch in the ordering system (some menu items didn't appear in the bundling feature), and I didn't receive a reply. I also requested a refund for an item. Though it was approved, I didn't receive the refund. An email I sent about this also remains unanswered. It's disappointing, as I want to continue supporting this local business.
I'm updating my review and adding a star because I received a message today apologizing for the recent decline in customer service. They were experiencing website and email issues. They were gracious and they made things right. I look forward to my next order and future orders. I encourage others to give them a try.
