Ok, Shanice is the best BUDTENDER 😍 and her service was 5-stars for sure! Unfortunately, I gave 4-stars overall due to the really long line/wait because there was only one person working the register. It was like this last time we were here… seems odd for a Vegas establishment. 🤷🏻‍♀️

HORRIBLE customer service. If you take a uber or taxi to get bud in Vegas.. DO NOT COME HERE!! You will waste so much money in just having your taxi or uber waiting. I Came in for bud & had to wait over 20 mins to get my order. They had an older lady working behind the register BY HERSELF! Slowing everybody order down to where the whole line was getting upset and we started talking about it. Another store associate Deonte noticed how long the older lady was taking and walked behind the counter to assist her, I asked him if he could find everybody else order due to how slow the other associate was taking to find bud due to it behind her first night! He had an attitude and rebuttaled with “you can be patience”. Do not waste your time at this place. Go to Thrive or Planet 13. You’ll get better customer service & wayyyyy faster service.

Carolina was AMAZING!! I loved getting to know her & we discovered we have the same tattoo! I would highly recommend checking them out whether you’re a local or a visitor!

We visited on a Monday night and no line. Bright and friendly environment. Our budtender was kind and included some goodies for a penny! We felt appreciated!! I believe it’s when you spend over $50. Have fun everyone! Prices are great too!

( UPDATED 7/19 : I decided to go to the Reef in north LV the next morning. I also attached the receipt from today to compare with last night's. It clearly shows that I had points, and that my suspicions were right about the Western location. Not only did the budtender cheat me out of my points from the purchase I made last night, but he also lied to me telling me I had zero points, which is very concerning because I could've been down to my last dime that night and that's what the points are there for.) Honestly I should've learned the first time I came here, but I decided to give this dispensary another chance on 11:30pm July 18th. This visit solidified my choice in NEVER shopping at this location again. I lined up where it says online orders AND VIP. They asked me if I had an online order to which I explained to him I was VIP and they claimed it was their first time hearing about that even though there is a sign that says online orders & VIP. When I pointed out the sign & said I was told by one of the managers that this line is for VIP members, he just told me "VIP doesn't mean anything & whoever told you that doesn't know what they're talking about" which was very confusing but thats not even the real issue. My main concern is when I asked to use my points, he LIED saying "you have 0 points for a VIP." This shocked me not because of his attitude, but because a few days prior, I went to the North LV Reef and was told I have points left. I didn't want to argue due to the fact that there was a line but after checking my receipt in the car, it shows 0 points used/earned/total meaning he didn't even pull up my account or check my points and only wanted to make me look/feel stupid. Another question is why I didn't receive any points for the purchase I made as shown on the receipt.

Koral was so sweet and friendly! And she was super helpful picking out the best stuff to get the best bang for my buck. Everyone else was super welcoming and the vibe was cool. I'll definitely be coming back here when i visit Vegas again!

This is the home of the "$20 AN EIGHT", they also got a good variety to choose from in this section. Make sure to ask for this if you're on a budget. I went in with my own list of items to purchase. Eli showed me he had other plans, let me down a path to save me some cash and take home some really good stuff. I light up the parking lot and spent almost 4 hours in the car watching movies and snacking before lighting another one then forcing myself to the hotel room. Woke up smacked and feeling super relax! I reviewed the three spots around the area and Reef got more on the positive reviews and they didn't disappoint. They sure do pack a good amount to choose from. Good variety of flowers!

Great dispensary a mile from the last Vegas strip! The staff were very informative and friendly, there were tons of options ranging from flower, gummies, and vapes, even sodas! They have a QR code you can scan to get a good idea of what you're trying to get. Great shop with affordable prices!

Been to reef twice now in Vegas. This last time was great! They had so many $10 deals it was fantastic! Got some edibles and disposable vape pens. All $10 each. Got 2 types of flower both 25% off. Couldn't ask for more. Love this place !

Enjoyed my visit at this dispensary, it's right across the street from a competitor dispensary that is highly advertised on a lot of Vegas taxis. I've been to both - and I prefer Reef. There isn't much "cool" things to see like Planet 13, but the prices seemed a bit cheaper for the same brands. The employees were nice and very knowledgeable.

This place always has the best service, great prices and easy online ordering. If you sign up for their emails you can get coupons or info on the specials of the day!! We've done online ordering during busy events in Vegas and never have issues!! Definitely a good spot to shop

Visited Reef for the first time in 2020 before I started writing reviews. Well, i went back in 2022 and Im ready to tell you all about it lol! First, Reef is open 24 hours which is AWESOME. They promote Wiz Khalifa's strand and their own (TRYKE), so not a huge variety but the products are definitely good. I would recommend Reef over Planet 13 for sure. The first time I visited, the budtender threw in some freebie lighters and a couple pre-rolls. We didnt get any freebies this time, but I still enjoyed my experience and Reef will always be my first stop when I land in Vegas.

I went to this dispensary and showed my ID at the front so I could purchase something. The front desk person did not make it clear that we had to be checked in to a computer system and never checked me in even though I showed my ID and told them I was gonna buy something. After standing in line for 20 minutes with my brother we finally get called to a cashier my brother buys stuff no problem but then when I went to purchase my stuff the cashier with a black shirt with green skulls, had glasses and red hair he was super rude to me and seemed like he was on drugs while we were buying stuff, he wasn't being helpful at all it was embarrassing. Then he told me I had to wait in line again so it would've been an hour to wait! Worst experience at a dispensary in my life, hire people who want to do their job not make your company look like a joke.

Honestly confused how there's so many good reviews. I went there last night and I was so close to buying a ten pack of prerolls for $80 and then I asked the guy what was the thc percentage and he said .3% lol I was like what?? Most joints are 18-40% hahah so less than 1% does bothing. Apparently they're mainly cbd and they're higher percent of flower was 5%. Maybe the guy I spoke too didn't know what he was talking about but he said most people don't ask the percent.... and also there's nowhere on the packaging that says it

I'm all for a quick pick ups but picking up a eighth and it coming out to 2.10 gram was disappointing ! Check your eights when you pick up from here !! Local here.

This place has bad customer service they pick and choose who's they're nice too! Also I understand customer service to who ever is next in line but don't forget the rest of the line!!! Then when someone's next they procrastinate before calling on someone. How is planet 13 more busier than reef & gets people in & out but you come here & the lines the shortest & you leave 30-45 mins later like what did I just get my self in too if you're on a time crunch this ain't the place neither for online seen them wait for just one person this place is a joke when I comes to service

Came around 1am last night, no lines, easy to get in. At the front check ID check in they had a menu book and a list of what products were in sale! Lots of good Labor Day Sales, I believe it was 50% off on some select items. We picked up some pre rolls and buds, with the flash sale and being a Nevada resident you can get and additional 10% off. Loved the service, the lady who helped us was very nice and informative and gave us suggestions being it was our first time there. We walked away with 3 pre rolls and a bud all for under $50, i thought that was a great deal. If you try anything there u have to try Kalifa Kush it was by far our favorite. We will be back for more, thanks Reef!

Attention out of town stoners: you must be a Nevada resident to get legal weed delivered in Las Vegas. Don't risk flying with it either (even from one legal state to another), as airplanes are under federal jurisdiction, where cannabis is illegal. Fortunately, there are awesome dispensaries like Reef open 24/7 for your convenience. Reef Dispensaries is not as massive or fancy as Planet 13 across the street, but the product selection was on par. It feels more like a local dispensary than a showplace. Prices are reasonable, on par with California, except with lower taxes. My husband and I were helped by Justin, who was not only genuinely friendly and charismatic, but extremely knowledgeable of the products and their effects. We ended up purchasing about 15 pre-rolls for our trip, and enjoyed everything very much. HIGHly recommended.

This place was so perfect for my needs. The smart thing I did was do my homework before going. I got exactly what I wanted and it made my trip all the more better. It was the perfect amount for the road trip ahead. The bud tender knew her stuff as well. I thank her for making my experience a wonderful one. Will look forward to my next visit!!! Thank YOU!!!!

Biggest Reef I've ever been too. This place is huge , like mall huge. Located right up the street from Planet 13, this is a convenient one stop shop area and there plenty of spaces for parking. I like the variety and quality you get here. I came on a Saturday afternoon and the line moved reasonably fair. Tons of miscellaneous items to purchase before you get to checkout like rolling papers,lighters, etc. I got some good range of products here and the customer service was good as well. I didn't feel rushed and I got some helpful information on the products I wanted. Highly recommended .

Came here to explore while in vegas. We opted for this location since its 24/7. Its great because checkout was quick and easy. The con is that all the merchandise is kept in the back so you kinda have to know what you want just by looking at the menu. The staff was great at explaining the difference between each item but I prefer to peruse on my own and buy random things that I probably dont need in peace. Overall I would still come back just based on the convenience of the store hours.

Best deals in Vegas! Great selection and just a couple blocks from the strip. Everyone is friendly and service is really fast. They're also open 24hrs. This is my go to spot when I'm in town.

First time here at this dispensary and honestly it's my absolute favorite in all of Vegas! Compared to other in the area this one has reasonable pricing and the bud tenders are very informative and answered all my questions. All you need is your licenses and be 21+ to enter and purchase marijuana and enjoy! Edibles, concentrates, flowers, drinks, all with THC and CBD.

I can't say enough about this place. It's always our first stop when visiting Vegas. Visited on a Tuesday around 10pm and luckily we beat the crowd. The line was out the door when we left. Again the staff is the friendliest from the security guard at the door to the front counter. This time I was helped by Blaze. She's so energetic. I just loved her energy and her passion when describing the products. We explored more products this time... 1.) Toasted S'mores. Such good flavor and conveniently wrapped individually. Also on sale currently. 2.) Cheeba Chews both in the hybrid and sativa. For only 10mg per piece this little bitty candy packs a punch. I litterly floated back to my hotel room. The only problem with this Candy is that it tastes way too good. You litterly just want to keep eating more. 3.) Tryke Tincture in Peppermint. A little drop under your tongue in the morning and your off to a great start. 4.) Canabella Honey. Half a spoon will due. We always say we'll go to Reef and then we'll check out the guys across the street....needless to say we never do cross the street! Reef has everything we need from a wide variety of products to the best customer service. Tip: if you know what you want order online. Quick and easy pickup and you'll save yourself some money.

I attended the opening of this store several years ago. After some time away from shopping here, I returned. This is not in my neighborhood and it takes me about an hour round trip. Many dispensaries are closer! Why? GREAT B1G1 for a penny deals, on top of that, great service! Thanks Reef!

Totally worth the $11 UBER from the strip! Sure you could walk, but you pass a few seedy areas you'd most likely want to avoid. Reef dispensaries is highly organized, the minute you walk in the process is to show your ID and then given a menu. I'm sure the entire staff is highly trained, but Our budtender SCOTT was the best! Super knowledgable and friendly aura. He was very patient & LISTENED, while taking the time to give us "doctor friend" suggestions for the remainder of our 3 days. We will definetly be back on our next trip.

My friends that are growers in Colorado flew in for vacation and I took them here shopping as they wanted to come check this place out and see what LV has to offer in their field of work. Highly disappointed. Parking is weird, like the back of a warehouse. Staff was ok but you feel like you're going to a club and security at the door acting tough. Please give me a break already imagine everywhere you go shopping you get treated like this, the world would be full of Karens. Once inside, (ID check - mask required), you can only be max 2 people so we split up. There's a large walkway and at the end you wait to be assisted by one of the employees kinda like going to the bank lol. First of all: since covid you cant smell any products anymore. That is crazy as that's a big part of picking out what you want. My friends were surprised about this as that doesn't even make sense in this. Overall prices in their opinion very high, double of Denver prices. But that's the market. Quality however is not: Cotton cookies is dry and old, and even the color showed that. Very disappointed. Cherry cookie was decent, that's about it. Wedding cake and birthday cake are outrageously expensive. They got a range of products and nothing stood out, everything was dry and most was old. Bad quality and sometimes hard to detect as you can open jars anymore and smell products. But that obviously works in their favor as they get away with selling bad products that way. Plus: packaging of your purchase it's a bag that looks like you bought a bottle and it seals. They will be back after the weekend to try out another business, let's see how that will compare to this failure....

I went there looking for some THC drops and didn't seem like they had much to offer and their prices were much higher than the ones I found at MedMen. My friend and I had to show my drivers license to scan it just to wait in line. I wish I could have asked a couple of questions before I had to give them all my identification information just to find out they didn't have what I wanted for the price I was looking for.

I've been shopping at The Reef for over a year now. Always had a great experience but tonight I feel like I was treated like shit. I went to the online pickup line. I had been standing there a minute bc the woman in front of me was taking so long. One of the budtenders came grabbed me and said I got you. Then a manager came and told that girl that she shouldn't be pulling people from the online order line that there is people waiting. Excuse me, those people waiting are tourist that come one time and never see them again. I'm a local that shops there sometimes 2-3 times a week. Very unprofessional to reprimand a employee in front of the customer. Then my card wouldn't go through. The girl helping me said it's not my system, you don't have enough money. I said yes I do run it again. It declined again. She just looked at me like whatever. I said fuck it I'll just take me business elsewhere. In fact I'll go to Curaleaf they just bought y'all and I'm sure they would love to hear about this and accommodate me.

This place sucks. This was my go to spot until they took away a discount I had been receiving since my first visit because the fat ugly multi-colored hair manager couldn't get me to spend extra money. When I first went there, I got 20% off my order, then it went up to 30% off and I was told it would stay there. Now because the fat ugly manager couldn't get me to spend more money, they no longer honor either the 30% or the 20%. I now only get 10% off after about 10-15 visits with 20% off. Don't go here they like to rip you off if they can't gouge your money from you!

they came thru today i was in need of a new vape battery and i couldnt find one under $35 at other shops thats all they had. Reef had all vape batteries $10 what a deal. I will only buy my batteries here at this location :-) thanks reef

First time visiting Vegas and my first time at this dispensary. The line was short outside, but the line was kind of long inside. It moved very quickly though. While we waited we were able to look through the menu which was quite extensive (in a good way). They had so many options to choose from. My budtender was very pleasant, very knowledgeable with everything on the menu and was able to help me make my selections. The prices were definitely more reasonable than other dispensaries I visited. I will be a returning customer for sure!

They have trash weed. How do you have $60 8ths that taste like trash, no flavor nahhhhhhh? They're not curing this weed right. Top shelf should never be harsh and hurting your throat. The fact I drove 30 mins to them three times be unsatisfied. I'll never buy weed from here again. I'll get all my weed from Oakland, Ca cause this Vegas weed is trash. Vegas doesn't know what they are doing when comes to cultivation and curing cannabis. They need to go ahead and make this legal so California can be the number one state distributing back into the state do not have the climate of growing good cannabis! They care about making the weed pretty but it doesn't taste good and harsh. Trust I'm a grower and this shit unacceptable!

I brought some friends here from out of state (Texas), and they LOVED IT! They were excited about the selection and good service here. We came here twice for their "goodies". They have also nominated it as their favorite dispensary here in Vegas.

I'm not going to say much - but if you know you know. They have a great system here, knowledgeable staff, and a cool friendly atmosphere. Prices are better than others in the area, and questions you have are answered pretty well. No judgment, no fear. I'd say stop by if it's for you.
