I called ahead of time to see if I could return a pair of shoes I bought online in store and was told yes. Checked online to see open at 10am, drove 45 mins from Escondido just to see a closed for the rest of the day sign, found a worker in the back leaving and said there wasn’t enough staff to stay open. But he was there so I don’t fully understand that excuse. Asked if I could just do my return since I drove all the way here and was told he couldn’t do it. Super, super frustrating.

After being long time customers and purchasing g dozens of sandals all over from this brand we wanted to share a horrifying experience. Do not waste your money. We called to report a defective sandal that was causing me to walk inward due to a design issue which others have reported. They wouldn’t refund me and instead offered a gift card since I was 5 days beyond the purchase return but well within warranty. First time wearing with a blister. Then they demanded a picture of my blister? Afterward they changed their minds and offered a 10% discount on another pair! Why would I spend another $80 when they bait and switched a refund promise. I was horrified that I had to send another picture with the band aid off to be offered $10. I cannot believe anyone would force a customer service person to convey such a message and or bait and switch after promising a full credit! I have filed all the right complaints with my CC and will never buy anything from this absurd brand again. Do not bother as they treat great customers terribly. The shoes are now in the recycle bin. Update: this lousy company also could t afford to make it right and denied my credit card claim with some lousy policy excuse after they clearly LIED! Not worth my time anymore other than to let others know. Find other sandal companies who value customers. So pathetic.

Don't go ...they do not tell you about the return policy. Offer email receipt so you don't read policy. Pointed out the grandchild was traveling from away they could then have told about strict policy. Doesn't matter if it was 15 minutes ago or not!

Friendly and helpful staff, did not push sales and helped select what I was looking for. Very courteous and apologetic when I had to return some sandals after wearing them for about 20 minutes.

Nice to go in the store to see the products and not just buy online.
