"Dinner-and-a-movie gets an upgrade at Reel Luxury Cinemas in The Woodlands, where private pods, complete with cozy, reclining heated seats, complimentary blankets, and a full drink and food menu await. Keep it simple with classic snacks like candy and unlimited popcorn, or go all out with cocktails and dishes like its shrimp and colossal crab scampi, flatbreads, and warm chocolate cake and ice cream sundae. Continue the fun at its Hollywood-esque sister restaurant Audrey, which is just steps away in the same building." - Brittany Britto Garley

"Culinary’s anticipated Reel Luxury Cinemas will boast five screens, complete with Dolby sound systems, but the next-level seating arrangements and dinner service will likely be what steals the show. According to a release, moviegoers can choose between Reel’s plush luxury recliners, its front-row love seat-style lounge chairs, or its privacy pods. The theater will also have a selection of heated seats and blankets on hand to keep guests warm. Food and beverage service will also be available seat-side to enjoy during the screening, which will be prepared by Reel’s sister establishment." - Brittany Britto Garley

This place is such a hidden gem. I’ve never enjoyed a theater experience like this. The blankets provided at ticketing were the icing on the cake! Even the bathrooms were beautiful and so clean. I ordered the bulgogi fries and they were amazing! Food is pricey but worth it for a night out.

This is a must visit for movie theaters. It was our first time, but it will definitely not be our last. Parking is a challenge. It is in the heart of the Woodlands on Six Pines Drive. There is a free parking garage, I was able to find a parking spot outside the garage, but it cost $11 for a parking meter. Getting to the theater, you walk upstairs, check in if paid for online, and then continue through an adjacent restaurant (which we plan to visit as well). When purchasing tickets, you pay for a pair that has raised sides behind and both sides giving a good amount of privacy. We were asked if we would like to have blankets provided, and we accepted them, not knowing how the temperature would be. The staff were incredibly nice. There is a QR code on each wall of the seats to look at a menu. Our server responded quickly when I pushed the call button, but they also had plenty of servers, so none seemed to be inattentive. The food was good. We had pretzel bites for an appetizer (very good and came with two different dipping sauces). My wife had some sort of chicken, mushroom ravioli (I'm guessing, but it had chicken and mushrooms), which was delicious. I had a chicken cordon blue sandwich, that well, I'll be trying something different next time. All I can say is, we'll be back. Well worth the money we spent.

Sat in a front seat that is literally UNDER the screen. Leaning back does not help. Just remove the row already. Blankets scratchy. Didn’t order food because the reviews told me better. Star Cinema Grill is definitely more “luxury” than this place.

Google
Overall, I had a below-average experience. The theater itself was super nice and had a cute, modern vibe. The seats were perfect—comfortable and positioned well for a good view. However, the food and service were really disappointing. I ordered the Reel Luxury Burger, and it was honestly terrible. It came out lukewarm, and the fries were the same—definitely not fresh or hot. To make things worse, the server never came back to check on us or see if we needed anything. For a place that presents itself as a more premium experience, the food and service didn’t live up to the setting. Definitely not what I expected.

Great time and environment…much more welcoming and cozy than your standard theater and great food too!

Google
My new favorite cinema! From the welcoming employees with friendly smiles and wonderful service, to the luxurious decor throughout the establishment, we will sure be back many times for dinner-and-movie date nights with my husband and/or friends! For our first visit, we only ordered popcorn and water from the comfort of our seats by pressing the service button (and turning on the tiny lamp light, if necessary). Wish we had dined at the restaurant after watching our movie, but sadly, we already made plans. Looking forward to visiting again!

Google
This is definitely a more upscale movie theater. The seats are very nice and include reclining and heat functions. They are sold in pods though so if you are single, you may need to get a seat at the actual ticket desk. They offer food to your seat and have two different menus. You can always ask for the menu from the on site restaurant and that has different items. The popcorn is some of the best popcorn I have ever had and it includes free refills. The only con is that the service can sometimes be hit or miss with the food. Sometimes we have issues with getting our food on time and other times it is great.

Google
WOW. My wife and I decided to be spontaneous and try a new theater last minute. The tickets were a little bit more so we expected some nice seats or good picture quality but we didn’t expect this lol. We walked into basically a restaurant with chandeliers big open windows and thought we were in the wrong place. Everything was so nice. The seats reclined and were HEATED. They offer you blankets and you get served your food in the theater. I could go on and on but trust me, this is your next date night destination. (Images are from Google because I forgot to take pictures 🙃 but they are accurate)

Yelp
I was impressed by the food! You would think that as a movie theatre the food would be last priority, but it wasn't. You get what you pay for! This isn't a cheap experience, but it is deff. A worthy one. We ordered a variety of things off the menu including alcoholic beverages and everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the lobster roll Their complementary popcorn as you sit is such a treat! Servers were attentive & kind. Was not impressed by the front guest service staff, but our interaction was minimal so I didn't let it put a damp on our experience as a whole. The seats are comfortable and spacious, only down fall for me was that the front seats which are the ones we were able to book for our selected movie are a little too close to the screen.

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time driving across from the other side of the city (far) passing up so many alternatives. The advertisement did its job and drove me to give it a try. I made a mistake because I failed to realize that the location was in the heart of the Woodlands which meant extremely high prices! Upon arrival the inside is captivating for a movie theater but, I discovered it's actually a restaurant as well. Everything is off the charts expensive so, be prepared. As far as the inside of the theater goes, nothing special at all. The seats ARE NOT full recline and small screens. To me there are many other locations I passed up that are sooo much better.‍ I was fortunate that I was able to afford the experience but, the food I had was horrid and would recommend at all. The roasted chicken was just really really really really bad for the price they charge (small portion). I will say that the popcorn chicken was good and arrived hot. In the end the experienced cost over $275 (2 drinks, 1 sparkling water, popcorn chicken, roasted chicken, milkshake, and 2 entry tickets). Best believe I would never do that again. However, if you got it like that to waste enjoy on! Wait wait, I do want to give a shout out to the staff as all that I encountered were Stellar !

Yelp
Yesterday evening, we visited Reel for the fifth and last time. Their rave online reviews and excellent food have been the only reason we kept going back, hoping that we'll have a better experience. Unfortunately, we have not had one decent visit there. First, I will give credit where it's due. The food here is AMAZING (when the order is correct) and the facility is top notch! However, they have a people/staffing issue... the lowest tab we've ever had here was $200 (not including the cost of tickets or tip) and put me in place if I'm wrong, but we feel as if service should at least be on par with or exceed their competitors in the area considering the premium they charge... the worst experience was a night we had a $300+ tab and didn't even get our drinks until the third course came out and the movie was well over 30 minutes in, conservatively (we typically arrive at least 20 minutes early to make sure there is ample time to get our drinks but apparently that doesn't help)... EVERY TIME we've been here, we get our food without utensils or napkins. Mistakes happen, but 5 times in a row? Is this the standard? Furthermore, on more than one occasion we were served drinks from glasses that were not clean... I'm not talking about water spots or a caked on remnant of a garnish. I'm talking about an oily, somewhat gritty substance. Disgusting. These are just a few examples of weird interactions here, I could write an essay. But, the main complaint I have is that the wait staff we've had interactions with are rude and seem inconvenienced with our requests. We can put up with a lot if we feel like someone actually cares. That vibe has not existed in any of our visits. They provided us with two free passes back when we brought the wine glass this past time to their attention (half way through the movie), but that went directly into the trash because we don't feel like wasting our time and hard earned money to have an experience like this any longer. I'm more than happy to provide SEVERAL more examples of poor interactions to someone on their team but no offer or remedies will ever brings us back. 5 times should be enough to get it right. We'll make the extra drive to the competitor on the back side of The Woodlands where the food isn't as great.... but at least we have a consistent experience without an attitude.

Yelp
Everything here is Amazing! I love it here! Great atmosphere and ambience. Going to any other movie theater is second nature now.

Yelp
The "Reel" way to experience movies. I'll go ahead and say it, yes there are most likely cheaper theaters and cheaper ways to see movies, but sometimes we want to experience a movie properly and have a nice night out with some good amenities. This theater was most impressive and I would easily come back for a special outing or if a movie came out that I really wanted to enjoy in style. Atmosphere: Very fancy up to date modern style theater. Think of it as a nice going out spot. Food: I was thoroughly impressed with my selection of food, especially when you think movie theater, you think popcorn and soda. Nooo this place actually has legit food offered right toward your movie viewing experience. I really enjoyed the meatballs and the chicken. This just added onto the already great experience. Service: Servers were great at both the bar service and inside the theater. No complaints and they made me feel very accommodated. Most def would recommend if you are having a big night out or are very hyped for a certain movie. I would easily come back for the next blockbuster and to celebrate in style

Lisandra T.

Yelp
This is a ten out ten experience for the movies. Very grown and sexy vibes. Honestly I frown upon any other movie experience lol . The seats are so amazingly comfy. The armrest moves up for couple snuggles on date night. The heated seats. The readily available blanket. Do not come here sleepy. You'll be paying for a good nap lol. The drinks were strong strong and the decor- amazing. I definitely was feeling as though I was transported to another time or place. Movie for 2 was about 40$ and two drinks also 40$ but the experience - priceless. The theatre was full but I couldn't tell because of all the privacy there is in your little section

Jennifer G.

Yelp
What a great concept done right! The food was excellent, the movie great, and the drinks very creative. Luxury seats in private cubbies can't be beat. They even include a blanket if cold. Both of our meals were perfectly cooked. The whole cinema, lobby, and restaurant below are beautiful. Even the bathrooms are fantastically decorated. Will definitely go back. Would like the option however to split the check. They swiped credit card upon ordering to "open tab", but then dropped off bill fully charged to card without asking any other options.

Yelp
Wow! Wow! Wow! Places like Reel Luxury Cinemas makes me want to live in the Woodlands! This luxury movie theater was so much fun! A perfect date night and way more affordable than iPIC. We caught the matinee and our tickets were $15-16/pp) not bad for what you get :) privacy, comfortable, reclining chairs, a blanket, and world class service, food, and bathrooms!! That's right, I said it. Bathrooms are luxurious, amazing, and clean too! The whole process is seamless, organized and they are super friendly. There's a QR code to scan and pull up their menu, and cup holders as well as swivel tables to move away from you when you're done. We ordered an Aqua Panna, a Dos Equis, and some tuna tostadas...loved the tuna tostadas, but I did find this small plastic thing in my food, not sure what it was, but thankfully I found it before I swallowed. It happens, as long as it's not a bug or hair, I'll live... it almost felt like an acrylic nail had popped off and landed in my food. Nonetheless. It happens...but I'd sure love to come back to this theater and experience it all over again and order more food and try different things on their menu. I'd recommend arriving early so that you have enough time to order food and drinks and dive into it little before the movie starts. It's located in Market Street above Uni Sushi restaurant...and they have metered parking or probably a parking garage nearby.

Terrell L.

Yelp
We were told about this place from our cousins and WOOOOOOOW!!! Perfectly located in The Woodlands in such a beautiful shopping area, it has more than you can ever need. We saw One Love tonight and the theater surpassed anything we were told!! The seats, the food selection, the restaurant with a full bar, the staff.....they were all next level great!! I think we have found our new place to enjoy our movie experiences.

Maddie F.

Yelp
Was so excited to come see It Ends With Us last night and it exceeded our expectations!! Such a cool concept, love that you can order off a full menu. The reclined seats were so comfortable and had seat warmers and they provide blankets for you. The popcorn was delicious and came with free refills. We also ordered the pretzel bites and they were so delicious and came with mustard and a truffle dipping sauce. Service was great and very fast. Can't wait to come here again.

Cheri B.

Yelp
The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because they charge $7 for a glass of soda. I mean, come on. Other than that, the seating was comfortable and private. We chose a seat that was a pod for two with a middle arm rest that can be raised up. They even have a blanket on your seat. Hubby ordered a burger and they cooked it exactly how he ordered it...medium. The fries were crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside. I ordered chicken sliders which were so juicy and flavorful. Will definitely go there again but won't order a soda.

Yelp
A little date night to check out the Reel Luxury Cinema and it was such a pleasant surprise. We caught a late movie so parking wasn't too much of an issue but coming from the Galleria area, we want to come back to spend some more time in this area! There's shopping and restaurant BUT Reel has a whole restaurant and bar INSIDE their theater! When we got to the 2nd floor and opened the door, the staff was so friendly and checked us into our movie and gave a quick verbal walk-thru of how to find it. It's just a quick walk around the corner and past this beautiful and lively restaurant. I love these newer theaters where you select your seats ahead of time because the amount of kids just bouncing around is never fun and when they see you're walking to your seats - they quickly move out of the way. The theater staff was quick to introduce themselves and take our orders and within a few minutes another staff member was bringing our drinks and popcorn out. The seats, blankets, and overall movie experience were great and worth the extra bucks compared to a normal theater.

Yeimy M.

Yelp
Amazing experience with the family. We saw "Blink Twice" 10/10!!! Great customer service; our server, Rikka, was so attentive. Beautiful place and management thanks to Oscar! Highly recommend!!!

D V.

Yelp
Luxurious movie experience! Wonderful customer service! Great photo areas too! Beautiful bathroom too! Heated seats, blanket.

JoMarie L.

Yelp
This theater is by far the best place for movie goers. From the moment you walk in, to the time you leave, the customer service is unbeatable. You are greeted with smiles, welcomes, enjoy the show, and thank you's for coming. The decor is stunning whether you are visiting the Audrey restaurant, sitting on the couches by any theatre, visiting the bathroom (yes, even the bathroom), and of course the theater. Each set of seats (1,2,3 or 4 pods) are in privacy pods. Each seat reclines, has heat seats & blankets. They even have lounge chairs in the front row of each theater. Now let's talk about the food. Everything we've ordered has been excellent! My favorites you ask? The popcorn with REAL, warm butter, and don't forget it's free refills. The Burrata bites are lightly breaded, oozing with cheese over a bed of pomodoro sauce , and topped with fresh, shaved Parmesan cheese, and the Fried chicken sliders. It comes with two nice size sliders. The chicken comes hot (temp wise) and crispy, topped with goat cheese, mustard, a pickle slaw inside a soft brioche buns. It also comes with a basket of seasoned fries. Others choices I've enjoyed are the Lobster bites, and the Truffle mushroom flatbread. Lastly, but surely not least are the drinks. I've had the Casablanca martini, and Rose water lemon drop. The drinks are made very well. If all this doesn't get you in the door, sign up to be a rewards member (free) & you automatically get two free passes.

Yelp
First time at Reel Luxury Cinemas & my experience was 10/10! We found the theater with ease, but just a heads up that they are located on the 2nd floor (there are accessible elevators and escalators). As soon as my husband and I walked in, the staff immediately helped us and gave us direction on where to go and how the experience works. We walked to our theater with 20 minutes of spare time to find our seats and order food & drinks. They conveniently have QR codes on each seat to scan for the menu. We ended up ordering bulgogi fries which were bursting with authentic flavor, along with the truffle sliders! We also ordered popcorn (which is refillable- we refilled once for 2 people) to have during the movie. The wait staff were friendly and fast, without being too present and interrupting the movie! This is a great spot for a date night! Overall I loved the experience, although it is a bit pricey, we spent about $100 for tickets, food & one drink, but besides that, it's worth it!

Michael R.

Yelp
Wow, this is a step above anything else in Houston at the time of writing. Luxury cinemas are the thing now, and this one pulled ahead by building itself into a 5-star restaurant, so the food is lobster rolls and Kobe beef bulgogi instead of hot dogs. Luxury perks: A folded warm blanket on every seat. Loveseat seating with walls between you and the other guests-- you can see them they can't see you. This allows you a personal light that you can use to see your food! Cocktails in addition to beer and wine. Small theaters, but bright, curved screens, and above-average sound. Reel Luxury Cinema lives up to its name.

John M.

Yelp
Today I booked a movie online and changed my mind to another. I called RLC to change and Audrey answered the phone . She made it so easy to change and then when she could see it was filling up fast she grabbed two seats and called me back to ask me if we wanted the seats. I mean who calls you back from a movie theatre, I am blown away at how great this employee Audrey is , I am a fan before I have ever even been here . Well done .

Ana L. G.

Yelp
Location. Is very accessible, ambiance is nice and the seating is very comfortable. Details of how to order food items : At your seat press the silver server call button at front of arm rest. It helps to view the menu before they arrive to take your order. Have a credit card ready to initiate order Check comes to you before movie ends. Food fave: Burrata heirloom tomato flatbread Side note : there is a restaurant before entering the theater where you can dine at before a movie, making it nice for a date night

Leah G.

Yelp
Once they are up a running smoothly this will be my new favorite theater. I'm giving them 5 stars for what's to come. Long but detailed review ahead to help newbies. (And management!) Website was simple to nav and get tix. It would be nice to add tickets to your Apple wallet, but I'll live. Due to the location in the shopping area, it is best to park on second level of parking garage and you can walk right in. If not, finding parking can be a chore. Missing signage left many wondering how to enter. FYI, go to second floor. Reel is wonderfully staffed. Plenty of sharp people are there to help. They are really selling the Ritz Carleton type experience with escorts and personal service. In the future, I will surpass waiting in line and go straight to my theater. It seems they want you to wait in line to be greeted and be escorted to the theater. (Part of the experience) Though the intention is appreciated, I can navigate myself and choose not to stand in the lobby waiting for a superfluous escort. UNLESS, this amenity can be expedited more efficiently. Once in the theater, the seats are lovely. Super comfy recliners, blankets provided and privacy screens are an added touch. Yelpers, please note...remember, just because you can't SEE your neighbor, they can still hear you!!! I surely didn't need the heated seat, but it's nice to know it's there once the weather cools off. However, I only knew there was a heated seat from reading about it ahead of time. The others in my party had no idea it was there, nor how to activate it. It can get tough to hear servers right when previews start, so we showed our order on our phone screen. Next time, I'll put order in my notes ahead of time to show server as other Yelper suggested. Once theater lights are dimmed, the seat reading light is really bright. I used my phone flashlight instead to navigate my area. A manager drop by pre show was a nice touch. Food review: Menu looks great, lots of options. I was torn on what to order. Should have known better, but tried the sushi. Unfortunately, the veggie roll was flavorless and there was no soy sauce offered to try and save it. No biggie, I now know. Drinks were good but all ice! Even after asking for less ice on one of our many refill requests, we still only had about 5 ounces of liquid per glass. The MOST disappointing was the popcorn. All 6 in our party agreed the popcorn was not fresh. IDK? But for any management listening...PLEASE get old school, freshly popped, HOT, buttered popcorn. After all, that is why we go to the movies!!! Some suggested niceties: It would be nice to order refills and more from an app. If nothing else but to reduce wait time and foot traffic on the aisles. As MI7 was ending in an epic action scene, there were no less than three servers passing back and forth. This is nothing some training can't fix. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. As avid moviegoers, we will be back. But hopefully in the next few months, some of these little bugs will be worked out. Thank you for the REEL experience! Take away: Park on the second floor and walk right in. And if you order popcorn, be ready to be disappointed unless changes are made.

Christy W.

Yelp
Beautiful theater! Pretty pricey but doable if you just get the bottomless popcorn and drinks. Took kids for an experience to see Despicable Me 4. Food was delicious nonetheless and service was excellent. Take a look in the luxurious women's room As the velvet couch and dark green wallpaper were stunning (look at what the wallpaper has on it) quite funny.

Candace G.

Yelp
Very friendly service, very clean bathrooms and theater. I ordered the burger and my friend ordered the sliders, both medium well, but they were absolutely well done and even a little burnt. The truffle fries were delicious and our beers were ice cold.

Craig C.

Yelp
Absolutely best place to see a movie! Seats are in your private cube, blankets provided! Food is fantastic & service was exceptional! Sliders, flatbread, lobster roll & mostly truffle fries! So. Very. Delicious.

Sarah B.

Yelp
Wow! When they say luxury, they mean it! This is exactly the kind of dine-in movie experience you would expect at Market Street in The Woodlands. Top notch service, INCREDIBLE food, and great theatre seating! I work in the area and know how difficult parking can be at Market Street, so a quick call in our way and Austin gave us perfect directions: park in the south parking garage, on the third floor, seek out the elevators but don't take them- instead, walk across the pedestrian bridge and they are immediately to the left. So we did, and as we approached the front doors, a valet opened them for us, greeting us with a question of are we hare to dine in or see a show? (What, there's a restaurant? Yes! There is a full in GIANT CRYSTAL CHANDELIER restaurant in this movie theatre!!) Our pre-purchased tickets were scanned and we walked up the short hallway to our theatre, with doors being opened for us at the theatre itself! We snuggled into our chairs, having missed the previews (this was a last minute decision kind of adventure) but no trouble finding them thanks to the BIG numbers on eat seat and the personal lamp embedded into the wall of our little nook. Yes, a nook- each pair of loungers is cocooned into its own private nook, complete with reclining loungers, service call buttons, a tray table, and a blanket. Oh, and if you're really chill there also a HEATED SEAT FEATURE!! Apps and drinks ordered, and delivered with within just minutes, and two salads in the way shortly thereafter. Now, y'all. I never thought I'd be one to brag on a salad, especially one I got at a movie theater, but my blue cheese bacon wedge (with an add-on steak) was worthy of a restaurant with a giant crystal chandelier!! We'll be back. This place may be pricey, but for a great experience, with delicious food, and COMFY seats? This has exactly what you're looking for. (One finally thought: we were last minute, so we didn't have much by way of seat selection- row B way down front was a bit too close. I could see every pore on Tom Cruise's giant face!)

Tiffany T.

Yelp
This movie theater is FANCY! The Hubs and I traveled to this theater thanks to TikTok and the people were not tripping on the luxurious feel of this place. From the chandeliers to the furniture to the seating and to the food, everything was magnificent and beautiful. The seats were in a little pod with your own light to see while you eat. The tables turn completely out of your way so you can sit down comfortably. And the drinks and food were top notch! Best believe we will be back!

Paula C.

Yelp
Awesome experience! I recommend coming earlier to eat your food in the theater then enjoying popcorn during the movie! Will come back. The seats were heated and it can't with a blanket!

Rae M.

Yelp
Great experience. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Felt like we was in theatre alone. Very private and secluded. Loved the experience. Definitely would come back here. Drove 45 miles just experience it. It was worth the time and money. Friendly staff and very clean. So comfortable almost fell asleep. Felt like I was at home. Don't hesitate trying this theatre. Worth every penny.

Tenaya S.

Yelp
Reel Luxury Cinemas is a beautiful, upscale movie theater centered around its full service bar and restaurant, The Audrey. This is the perfect spot for a movie date! From the moment we walked in, we received excellent service. We were greeted in the lobby and our tickets were quickly scanned. Inside the theater, we enjoyed the leather recliners housed in private pods with a blanket and options for heated seats and individual lighting. My husband and I absolutely love the privacy and the quick service. The servers are quiet and discreet. The menu offers a tempting selection of food from appetizers to full five star meals. We felt like we were the only ones there. This has quickly become one of our favorite weekend spots.

Kelly H.

Yelp
Today I had the pleasure of going to Reel Luxury cinema with my daughter for a friend's birthday. What a treat! The seats were so comfy, and each one had a blanket which is a nice add as it can be a little cold in theaters. The sound was great and not too loud. Seats do recline, each has a light button and a service call button. The food and drinks were great! I had the ecto cooler cocktail as we were seeing Ghostbusters. Also got a lobster roll with tarot chips. Super delicious- and I liked that the portion size wasn't crazy. It's definitely a little more speedy for a movie, but enjoyed it and will be back!

Brittany B.

Yelp
This renovated spot takes the concept of dinner and a movie literally! I remember walking into this theatre and boasting about the expensive main floor with open walk up snacks counter. Well, they're now a thing of the past, replaced by a restaurant with sweeping views of Market Street. That being said, I thought I'd include a few notes on the concept that I wish I knew/ some of which I wish were included on the tickets- *Someone will greet you at the restaurant hostess stand, verify your movie tickets and wave you in the direction of the theatre. You're on your own in walking to your theatre. * On a Thursday, I cross checked the price for the same movie and found matinee tickets for the theatre on Six Pines, less than a mile away for $7.75, which these cost over $14 a pop. *The design of the theatre and organization of seats is an improvement! *To order food you have to press a button on the side of your seat, there's no order option through the visible QR code, which will just show you the menu...my little service button was not visible from my seat but that may be because I was seated in a wheelchair assist seat? *It may be worth it to buy the non movie snacks. Soft drinks are a standard price, but they arrive in a glass (so you don't get the entire bottle suggested by the price), and popcorn is $10 standard, it come in a little metal tin with "free refills", which I took as a challenge bc it takes alot of refills to get $10 worth of popcorn ;). *Being that the concept combines your movie experience with your restaurant experience, expect restaurant style interruption- waiters were up and about crossing in front of the screen throughout the film, folks were whispering their orders, some food required a fork and knife or had a strong smell. They also started to bus tables before the end of the film. I guess that comes with the territory. *You receive your bill and are expected to tip your server at the end of the film, straight restaurant style. The surveillance device wallpaper in the women's bathroom was also a bit unnerving, and on this particular trip, there was an error with our movie where the sound cut out (literally during the best, most iconic part). The crowd booed, and everyone looked for some sort of acknowledgment or sign that the tape would be rewound or our concerns address...nothing. That may be on me, next time I'll make sure to mention it to the hostess stand. On the plus side, our server was darling! Overall, I'm glad I experience this new addition. It's personally do not prefer this experience over the more traditional, but maybe you will! As usual, I wish them the best of luck!

Yelp
This place is cute and intimate ! The bar area staff are awesome drinks are great, bar food is delicious! I will definitely go back! The theater had a foot smell and the food wasn't as good, overall experience was good!

Yelp
The food was really good I recommend the short rib and popcorn chicken .. I just feel like for the price of everything the staff could've been a little bit more friendly and welcoming and our tables should've been cleaned. Our server was not very welcoming he didn't introduce himself and it kinda felt like we were getting on his nerves when we placed our order. I would say go for the experience just to say you've been but there's a way better theatre in the woodlands with better service.

Yelp

Yelp
Very clean, chic, and feels very luxury. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The seats are very comfortable. Definitely look forward to coming back. -1 star for little to no vegan options

Yelp
From the first step we have entered the place to seating, service, food and drinks, everything was incredible!

Yelp
I'd like to add the option of buying a solo seat in a booth. I went during the week and asked if I could be sold a single seat even though the seats are sold in pairs. She said yes and I practically had the entire theatre to myself. I'm glad to know they made accomodations and as long as the theatre isn't completly booked you can go solo and not sit up front. Great customer service.

Yelp
Gorgeous updates to this venue! But first, I must say, the staff was truly exceptional in greeting us and making us feel welcomed. They seemed genuinely happy that we were there. Back to the venue. WOW! The Audrey is gorgeous and I can't wait to go back to dine there. On to the theater... first the positives: the seats were very comfortable and raised you to a nice, high level in addition to reclining. I also love the similarities to iPic.. the privacy walls, the blankets, and the overall elegance. This cinema's blankets are actually better than iPic's. Sound quality and picture were excellent. We ordered cocktails and lunch, and I enjoyed both. The Bloody Mary was wonderfully zippy, and the sliders were savory and delicious. Now the not so great: we were there to see Equalizer 3. It's violent. It's bloody. It's every bit deserving of its "R" rating, and yet, a few rows ahead was a family with a baby plus a boy and girl who must have been 4 and 6 years old. SERIOUSLY. Like when the bad guy on the screen beats the crap out of a cop in front of his kid then slashes some guy's throat, we couldn't help but think, "those poor kids! What kind of nightmares are they gonna have?" At one point the baby started crying, which, if course, no one appreciates. The theater should never allow children into rated R movies, period. That's a controllable that can make the difference between a mediocre experience and an outstanding one.

Yelp
Just saw Mission Impossible. Wow, this place is fantastic. I couldn't get a reservation at The Audrey, but the dining room is very nice and the whole place has a glamorous feel. This concept fills a huge void. You have your own sort of pod with 2 or 3 seats divided by small walls that make it feel like first class on an overseas flight. I would gladly pay twice the price for tickets to a movie here. The staff was over-the-top attentive. The page even held open the bathroom door for me. Service in the theater was very good. I recommend you open Notes on your phone and type in what you want to make it easier to communicate your order to your waiter. Had a couple of martinis and a delicious charcuterie board and can't wait to go back. I had sort of stopped going to movies because of all the noisy people and overall drab experience. Not anymore!

Yelp
Incredible movie experience! 1. Delicious food: not frozen bar food, but restaurant top quality dishes 2. Clean and private seating with private lamps, heated chairs, and even blankets 3. Top notch service from entire staff from the moment we stepped foot inside My husband and I had not been on a date for about 2 years (just had a second baby) & we were able to check out this theatre for our date night. It did not disappoint. I'm originally from LA, lived in NYC & Seattle also, and I don't recall having service and quality this good in any city that I've lived in. The manager John greeted us and took us to our seats. He was so professional, cordial and kind, and approachable. The only con is that it's a little difficult to find the theatre if you haven't been there before. It's inside the Audrey restaurant.

Yelp
Service was slow, made multiple mistakes with our order. Our order came about half way into movie when we ordered at the start of the movie. When we received our order, it was cold. They promised to comp our meal, but didn't. All the luxury without the quality.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this place! Food was delicious, kids meal is plenty of food, the blankets/seat warmers are awesome!

Yelp
In a city like Houston , with many choices in theater experiences, this one really stands out. Just saw Mission Impossible , which now seems like a double entendre given the task at hand to produce the best cinematic experience. As you walk in , you're greeted by what looks and feels like a high end hotel chain. Greeters , along with a very neatly appointed boutique lobby , host you all the way to your theater . On the way there you pass the elegant bar and restaurant. Everything stands out as top notch . The chandeliers, the carpeting , the lighting , the woods panels and the very upscale fixtures. The bathrooms are immaculate. Once in you'll find very cozy two seated pod like seating with leather recliners complete with heaters for the seats ( I had mine in and it was 100 degrees outside ). The menu is outstanding for a movie theater. Many selections. I opted for the hummus with toasted pita , lobster roll with truffle chips and popcorn. The lobster role came with butter and lemon and was outstanding. The hummus was perfect. The popcorn was a big of a letdown . Could have been warmer and had real butter to coincide with the other culinary delights. The service here is the very best. There is someone there to assist at every turn. If you want the Ritz Carlton experience at the cinema , run , don't walk to the Reel Luxury Cinema

Yelp
Beautiful, cozy place with great service, drinks, and food! Best way to watch a movie!

Yelp
REEL , The true definition of elegance & luxury. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the gracious hosts & escorted to our theater, to the crystal chandeliers & fabrics, to the heavenly seats. To say we were impressed is an understatement. The service is at the level of a luxury resort, the food is a culinary experience that we were pleasantly surprised by. The evening ended with a kind word from a humble man , Omar who was ensuring each & every guest was pleased. We can't wait to plan our next date night & look forward to booking The Audrey this month. Keep up the amazing atmosphere & thank you for bringing this jewel to The Woodlands. I would give it 6 stars if that was an option.
