Movie theater Cinebarre Palace Station dining | Eater Vegas

"A nine-screen, dine-and-watch movie venue being added as part of the resort's renovation, featuring all-luxury recliner seating and a larger, sonically upgraded RPX auditorium. The concept pairs in-theater service with table menus: patrons are advised to arrive 20–30 minutes before showtime so servers can take initial orders from cards and pencils placed on each seat; additional requests during the film are indicated on the cards and set in a vertical holder for staff pickup. The menu—tested at other Cinebarre locations—includes novelty shareables (fried pickles, jalapeño popper dip, loaded fries, pretzels with beer cheese), small plates (shrimp, pork belly, mac-and-cheese riffs), burgers, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, traditional movie candy, and desserts such as salted caramel bread pudding and cookies with ice cream. A long drink list offers boozy shakes, beer and wine, cocktails (including branded “Jartails”) and spiked lemonade." - Bradley Martin

Google
Regal Cinebarre at Palace Station has become my favorite place to catch a movie. I end up here at least once a month, sometimes more if there’s something good playing. The theater is located on the second floor, where you’ll find a check-in area along with a bar and lounge space. You can grab drinks or order from their food menu to enjoy before the movie—or have it brought right to your seat. There’s even a small outdoor terrace area if you want to step outside for a bit (no ocean views, but still a nice feature). Once seated, staff come by to take your order, and everything is delivered directly to you during the movie. My go-to item is the Cheetos popcorn—it’s easily my favorite. I’ve also tried the wings, mozzarella sticks, fries, and a burger, and everything has been consistently good. The recliner seats are roomy, comfortable, and always clean. I usually choose matinee showtimes since they’re quieter and more relaxed, with plenty of open seating. Customer service has always been friendly, and I’ve never had a negative experience here. I also recommend using the Regal app—it makes ticketing easy and lets you skip the counter and scan in at the host stand. With free and plentiful parking at Palace Station, this theater is a convenient and comfortable option. Definitely a great place to enjoy a movie with food, drinks, and a laid-back vibe.

Google
Cinebarre at Palace Station is a fun spot to catch a movie and grab a meal at the same time. Seats are comfortable, service was decent, and it’s cool having food brought right to you. Saw A Big Bold Beautiful Journey;’while currently enjoying my own big bold adventure on impact. Staff seeks to be helpful and readily available when needed. Menu/service could be smoother, but overall a solid night out.

Google
Regal Cinebarre Palace Station offers a top-tier movie-watching experience with plush reclining chairs, great sound quality, and plenty of legroom. The stadium seating and tray tables add a luxurious touch, and having food and drinks ordered and served right to your chair is a major win—convenient and surprisingly efficient. One thing to note: there’s a fair amount of movement during the film, with staff delivering food and patrons chatting a bit more freely than in a traditional theater. It’s not necessarily a negative—it gives the place a laid-back, social vibe—but if you’re looking for total silence and minimal distractions, it’s something to be aware of. All in all, it’s a fun, comfortable spot for a casual movie night with perks you won’t get at a standard theater.

My autistic child and I had a blast here. We watched the spongebob movie at 11:30am. Seating was spacious and reclining was awesome! The 2 people who asked if we wanted to order anything were both polite and wonderful. I didn't bring cash cause it's never on me, but he said that's okay and helped me. It came in a timely manner way before the movie started. The sound system was so fantastic. My child loved it. Thank you for having it! Also popcorn was great too! Will be back when my child wants too see another movie!

Tried this theater for the first time yesterday. The seats are comfortable and the movie theater itself is nice. A couple downsides: There was no usher when we got in. So realistically, I could have strolled in without a ticket. I was waiting for an usher for a while, and tons of employees just walked past us. It was clear they knew I needed to be helped but it wasnt part of their respnsibilities and so it didn't matter to them. I asked for a couple waters and found out AFTER paying they charged me 13 dollars EACH. I think some more transparency would have been nice. I thought a cup of water would have been free. They forgot to bring my party's waters and drinks out, and my friend had to leave the movie over an hour in to let them know they forgot. The burgers and fries served to my group were all pretty much at the quality you'd expect from a cafeteria hall. Was pretty disappointed from a service and food quality level. I'm usually pretty understanding of mishaps, but it was clear there needs to be a change in the work culture there because it feels like a very low budget experience with a high price tag. The actual movie was amazing though!

Great place I love it here my 3rd time $5 dollar pizza / chicken and margaritas and a movie if you like . Watching football here is great I just wish you didn’t let kids on the patio they don’t no how to be still keep running and jumping all on the furniture very hard to relax and enjoy football this is not a back yard gathering but in all great place and the staff is awesome

I want to give a big shout out to the guy who helped us the other night! His name was Colin and he was so kind. We were trying to order snacks and we had an issue with our order and he was very helpful. On top of that, this is one of my favorite theaters! They decorate for the movies and I thought it was so cool they had the wizard of oz decorations outside of the theater for wicked :) will be coming back!

Although the cinema was clean and orderly, we ventured to the bar for a drink before showtime. The bartender strangely named Champagne was critical of her job. She offered a paper menu and quickly told us she did not like the small print. We did not ask for her opinion but we received it. She was very short with us and cleared the bar of all stirrers after she served us as if we were going to take another stirrer without permission. We ordered the wicked collectible cup with the Malibu strawberry punch. It was extremely sweet for my taste and it cost 20 dollars for this drink in a plastic cup.do not recommend the bar at all but theater was decent because we watched Wicked for Good..we could have watched from anywhere so the theater did not make the difference. On a different note. Go see WICKED!

Yelp
One of the best theaters in Vegas! There's a reason why it's TikTok famous! I love how elegant and timeless it looks inside. Very fast service from check in to your seats. I love how workers come up to you and can order from their food/drink menu. Love how comfortable the seats are and really spacious in between each row. Will come here now for movies

Yelp
Such a cool movie theater! I wish I had learned of this place faster as this has the best reclining seats, they literally go almost all the way back I was surprised. This location has a full bar and lounge area and outdoor patio. There's parking directly outside so no need to go to the parking garage if you're just going to movie only. Booked Wicked For Good on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy. The seats have a QR code to view the vast menu and a waiter comes before the movie to get your order. There's only 1 giant bucket popcorn size so eat up! Got the special So Popular Punch Wicked cocktail that was more pricey like $20 with special cup. They have regular drinks, signature cocktails, $13 margaritas, boozy shakes, wine, and beer all decently priced. Food menu ranges from fried jalapeño poppers, mozzarella cheese sticks, burgers, wings, pizza, salad, dessert churro bites, and $6 classic movie candy. Definitely coming back here for my next movie Save the receipts to get your points on Regal app.

Yelp
First time going in to this movie theater, and it won't be my last. I was a little confused coming upstairs in to the theater area as there is no standard concession stand. You walk up to what appears to be a nice bar restaurant. I kept walking through having my ticket scanned then turning back to ask about concessions. The kind woman informed me that you could go to your seat and get comfortable because they have staff walking through taking your order and bringing it to your seat for you. The seating is very comfortable with full recliners and a decent sized tray that you can pull toward you to hold drinks and snacks. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the theater and I will definitely be looking for more movies to enjoy here.

Yelp
If you want a five star movie experience that treats you like a VIP, Regal Cinebarre at Palace Station is the place to be! (Note: though the name tries to convince me otherwise, they do not serve cinnamon buns here..) I've been to almost all theaters in town and Cinebarre is by far one of my favorites. Since remodeling a lot of Palace Station, this has been a go-to spot of mine. Staff is always kind, service is top notch, seats are comfy - you don't feel gross/crusty when sitting in them (and they recline!!!), restroom and theaters are clean, and food/drink menu is ginormous (https://regalmenus.com/?food=regal-cinebarre). Fun fact: if you can't make your booked time/seats, they let you exchange for another time or get credit! I truly have no negative things to say about this theater. As you're getting seated, they have staff that come around to take orders. They're quite efficient and quick to get your order in before the movie starts. I've tried a handful of drinks and food when watching movies and none have ever disappointed. The "Pretzels at Tiffany's" and potato skins are always so tasty. I tried the "28 Days Tater" (buffalo chicken potato skins) this most recent time and I'm very particular about chicken when dining out and they were so so good. I don't know how they do it and are consistently this good, but to whoever is running this show behind the scenes and all the staff that support it, you all are doing a fantastic job. Thank you much :)

Yelp
We didn't see a movie but wanted to grab a bite to eat instead. We came across the happy hour menu for $5 wings, pizza and drinks. It was the greatest deal for lunch! We ordered sausage and mushroom pizza and garlic Parmesan wings. Both were $5 each! The pizza was 10 inches and had great crust with lots of cheese and good amount of toppings. The garlic Parmesan wings were delicious and it came with ranch, waffle, and celery. There is a bar top, tables, and pool table to relax and play on while you're waiting for your movie. The bar area is very nice and open. The patio outside is very spacious with a great view overlooking the valley.

Yelp
I love that this cinema has a lounge/bar area to grab food or drinks before the movie. The seats are comfortable and recline back. There's a table that goes over your seat to keep your drinks and food. Servers come up to you directly to ask for your order. There's a QR code menu that you can view online. The theater was extremely clean too. Fun place to catch a movie.

Yelp
First time taking our family to this theater. 20 minute drive from the northwest part of town. Interior was very nice. Definitely a nice place for adults to hang out before movie start time with pool tables, lounge area, large monitors and bar. Once inside movie theater, seating area was nice and clean. Waiter came by 10 mins before main movie started. Our popcorn, food and drinks for five people finally rolled out about 30 minutes before movie ended. Stopped one of the servers and they checked our receipt. They were apologetic. Our food and drinks appeared five minutes afterwards. 3D movie was nice and sound system was great. Will return but won't necessarily order food.

Yelp
We've been looking at different movie spots in the city and this peaked our interest. Location It is located right off the highway in the Palace Station casino. You can see the theater from the highway. The one negative was that parking was pretty limited. We had to circle a few times to park at the entrance near the movies entrance. Factor in some extra time before the show to accommodate that. Ambiance Once you make it up the escalators, you walk into a nice bar set up and open space. It was very nice and modern. I also loved how clean the actual theater was! Sometimes theaters can have rundown and sticky floors. The hardwood floors and comfy chairs were a nice touch. Customer Service From the greeter/ticket checker to the servers taking our orders inside the theater, everyone greeted us and provided excellent service. Food I was able to enjoy a Beyond Burger with fries and a Peach Whiskey Cocktail. I would give the burger 3.5/5 stars . It was solid. Not super fancy, but a good, simple burger. The drink was a 4/5 stars . Overall, this was a nice theater experience. I would visit again in the future.

Yelp
We really enjoy coming here to hang out. Not only can you catch a movie in their state of the art theater, but you can play pool, watch the game, or indulge on $5 wings, pizza, or margaritas! There is seating on the patio with chairs, tables, and two big screen tvs. Inside there are plenty of chairs and tables.

Yelp
I stopped buy to pass time while waiting for my room. I've always wanted to stop in. I was the only one at the bar. Service was kinda of slow but I think it's because they were just opening or it was so early. My coors light was cold & crisp. My cheese pizza was made fresh and had a good amount of cheese and I was satisfied
google avatar

Unique B.

Yelp
The bar has a $5 special if you are not seeing a movie, it was worth it. The pizza and wings were delicious the margaritas were tasty but didn't taste a oz of liquor but for $5 I can't complain. They only had one bartender and even though it was only two other parties there it took him a little longer to greet us. Definitely a cute little spot if you want pizza and wings because that's the only thing on the $5 menu

Yelp
This is our favorite movie theaters! They have - the best food for a theater! (We've tried most of the items) - drinks are a bit strong but we're also not regular drinkers so Italian soda is our go to. - they do movie throw backs like Star Wars gibbli studios at times. PARKING: park closest to freeway under the Cinebarre sign near Sahara, enter, go left and up the escalators. If big movies are playing you may have to park far, but aim for that entrance! HERE'S A TIP: If you get there early enough you don't have to worry about waving down a waiter, if you get there closer to start time ask the ticket person to send someone to your seats
google avatar

Yelp
I hate this place. The waitstaff stress me out and the food is nasty. *half the theatre had their food before the movie while random seats were still waiting to order 10 minutes into the movie. The guy taking orders was talking mad loud like you could hear him rows in front and behind him it was distracting. The burger was flavorless and hard and the bun was crunchy like it was sitting out all day or something i just gave it back. I pissed me off*
google avatar

Scott E.

Yelp
This is a higher grade movie experience. It has extremely comfortable leather recliners and enhanced picture and sound. There is a very good drink and food selection. The device is spotty and and can require you to go to the Lobby to inquire about your order (this has happened twice to me). Note to management: You need to have a text option or a stationed representative outside in the hallway to facilitate patrons seeking assistance with orders. Further, there is no way to reorder or order additional items following an initial order. This needs to addressed immediately.

Yelp
I always like coming here to watch a movie when I am in town because I am over the party scene and I rather sit down and watch a nice movie alone. I really do like they have a comfy sofa with recliner and inside is always nice and cool when I come here during the summer. I also like that it is connected to the casino so if you don't want to watch a movie you can go be entertained with gambling and nice restaurants or after watching a movie you can go downstairs and enjoy a night snack and dinner. I love coming here to go to the seafood Bar after the movies which is a really nice treat and there is a long way all the time at least over an hour just FYI. I also do love how when you get to your seat there is a server that comes and ask if you need anything from the menu they do serve some amazing food like nachos Burgers pizzas and a full-on menu and they do have really nice alcoholic drinks as well. The alcoholic drinks they have Blended drinks to Margaritas and mojito and martinis and whatever you are craving for with top shelf liquor. The prices for the food is very reasonable. Ambiance is casual so you can just enjoy your movie. I do love the quick service and they do cater to all your needs without getting up from your recliner chair in the movies. Hope this helps and thanks for reading and have a yelp-tastic day.

Yelp
My favorite movie theatre thus far. There's tons of movie theatres that have bars however Cinebarre is just better in my opinion. They have a fully stocked bar with actual cocktails, a lounge, pool table's, sitting areas you name it. The customer service is always great. I love the location its placed in. Plenty of parking. Also since its basically inside of the Palace Station casino, you can literally go down to gamble after a movie or even hit the oyster bar or the Asian fusion restaurant they have inside of the casino. Its just a win win.

Yelp
This review is solely for their Super Bowl watch party . The Cinebarre is the Regal theater lounge/bar area located upstairs from the Palace Station casino. This past Super Bowl they had tickets for only $100 per seat. You could choose either patio or indoor seating, and they had multiple $5 food and beverage specials. They also had prizes and giveaways between quarters. The atmosphere was great and the waitstaff did a wonderful job taking orders, bringing food, & serving drinks. My only minor complaint is they didn't allow you to make reservations online or by phone. . So unless you're a local, you need to wait til you arrive to secure a spot. This caused a little anxiety because if you show up Super Bowl weekend planning on going to this watch party and they get sold out, you're scrambling for a plan-B option. A positive was the numbered seating chart which shows you what's available and they allow you to choose your seats. This was helpful because it allowed me to walk the patio and see what available seats had the best views. I definitely recommend the Cinebarre for anyone looking for a fun Super Bowl watch party away from the hustle and bustle of the strip casinos.
google avatar

Yelp
Not a fan of the forced service here. I'd rather get my own concessions at the beginning of the show and not have to deal with servers taking orders and delivering food during the movie. The recliners are old style too but everything else was fine. Probably won't come back, too many better options in town.
google avatar

Yelp
I went here for Mystery Movie Monday. It was great! First only 5 dollars and we got to see the pre premiere of a movie that's not even in theatres yet. They did give us a disclaimer. If they saw phones out. They would kick you out of the theater after your first warning. Now, if that's not exclusive, I don't know what is point the food, as always hot and fresh. It was delicious. I had a barbecue pizza, so good. I went by myself on a solo date. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Honestly I had a great experience at Cinebarre. I thought the food was really good for movie theater food. Now granted I went in with super low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as we walked in our very friendly and helpful server gave us the run down on the menu and advised he'd be in the theater to take our order. After reviewing the extensive menu options we placed our order. We ordered mozzarella sticks, buffalo chicken pizza, popcorn, a boozey milkshake, and wine. (Yes very healthy meal.) The food and drinks all came out before the movie ended started so that was great. Mozzarella sticks were fresh and hot. We had the buffalo chicken pizza and I really enjoyed how much hot sauce was on it. And the pizza crust itself was actually good. Popcorn was on point, extra butter just like I requested. The one thing I was saying this is not the place if you're on a strict budget but we knew it wasn't going to be "cheap." Overall great experience and I will be going back.

Yelp
I don't know if it was COVID, or something else that ruined everyone's movie etiquette but I had such a negative experience here recently that I have to update my review for the worse. We went to an afternoon showing of Sinners on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised to find the theater completely full. I knew it was going to be a good movie, and was excited that so many other people thought so too! We had grabbed drinks from the bar on the way in, and decided to order some snacks from the waiters. The downside of having seat delivery is that there are people milling around for about the first half hour of the movie, which seems to give people the impression that it's okay to talk and be on your phone in the theater. The group behind us talked at full volume through the entire movie, despite my asking them to cut it out multiple times, the man next to me was scrolling the news on his phone, and multiple other phones were in use throughout the theater. What happened to having ushers walking each theater, or at least watching on a camera? I hate to be a snitch or a Karen, but it's really upsetting to pay to see a movie in the experience of the theater and have it ruined by bad manners and no accountability. I truly think Regal could fix this by reinstating the true role of usher. Overall, all staff we did encounter was nice, but clearly overworked. The bar only had 2 bartenders working, and they walk you to your seat so they're running around literally the entire theater.

Marisa S.

Yelp
seats outside in the patio/lounge are stained. only the inside bar is open on a friday night for drinks. they need more servers or even a host to direct people. just a basic QR code on the table. 1 food runner who just calls out what the food is and has no clue who it goes to. they have a decent sound system for the sports to be heard over the congested street corner. but it is pretty loud outside it's a busy corner just off the freeway. Drinks r basic prices for the area watered down, the food is plain cold nothing fancy. no one will come to check on you to see if anything ia wrong or even ok

Yelp
I have experienced a few movie theaters across the country that have in seat food delivery. Something about this one makes it different. I enjoy the time you can spend hanging out with friends in the lounge area before the movie. It's like an upscale bar then having the team take my order to have it delivered to my BIG seat with a tray to eat on. Such a well throughout customer centric experience. I am looking for a go to movie theater and this will be amount the top. This would easily be number one with a few adjustments: 1) allow me to purchase tickets and food from from the Regal app (especially if non-alcoholic drinks 2) have a program for those that like to bring large families. No one does this yet. I simply spend more when I'm with my family and I'd look forward to that. Though I have these suggestions, I must reiterate that this was a great experience. My suggestion is for EXCELLENCE!
google avatar

Yelp
The seats are very comfortable but that's about all this place has going for it. A waiter took our order and brought only half of it. To be precise our movie time was for 9:30pm we were seated by 9:10am when they took our order, after only bringing our food, we waited for our drinks til about 10:30pm I had to get out of my chair 3 times to look for someone and explain the situation and they all said they would bring the drinks within 5min but never did. Finally I had to walk out a 4th time all the way to the counter to ask for the drinks where I was told they would be brought to me, I stayed there until they made them which also took about 10min (meanwhile I'm missing the movie) Such a horrible experience.

Yelp
Family outing turned disaster. Please do not believe the hype about this place. I was so excited to visit cinebarre being that my sister and others speak highly of the quality of the theatre and food, but that excitement ended quickly. It took over nearly half of the movie to receive my items which was simply a sandwich and beverage. My sandwich seemed soggy and was just falling apart. After 2 bites I gave up. There was so much going on with the staff as they did not know who ordered what and forgetting things ordered. Just a mess! The highlight of the night were my fries and the movie. Sad to say I do not plan on returning anytime soon.

Erik G.

Yelp
The staff is great everybody is always nice! Except for one bar tender he always has an attitude, which I understand when you're by yourself, still doesn't give the right to be passive aggressive. I usually go to the bar to order there to try and get drinks quickly because they take FOREVER to bring things to your seat when you order inside. He muttered under his breath to another employee "I don't know why they're here when they can order inside" ... yes you are correct but you guys take forever. Just terrible attitude. The theater it self is great and the seats are very comfortable. The screens are also nice , no complaints there! The food and drinks are fun and I love how they make a themed drink for a big movie that releases. What I really hate about it is that you can't order via mobile app. I feel like that'd make things less chaotic. I touched on it earlier but you order at your seats (or at the bar if you get someone nice) . Once you order before the movie starts you have to wait either 20 minutes or when the movie is almost over. It's ridiculous. Not to mention the workers constantly passing and flashing their lights. Last time we went the lights were on the WHOLE time while serving (legal issues) but even after everybody was attended, the lights were still on! TERRIBLE. The crowd is another thing. The amount of disrespectful people who aren't quiet is insane. Parents letting their kids run around wild up and down the stairs. People talking loud like a commentary like we are here for them. I remember when people actually used to get kicked out for being rowdy. This theater just encourages it. To put it short... I am sick and tired of this place. It sucks so bad. If you're a local just avoid this place . Go any where but here! Even boulder station and Aliante is better than this crap theatre.
google avatar

Kevin E.

Yelp
This is a very nice theater. The theaters were small enough to feel intimate yet large enough to have massive screens with incredible clarity. The service was great. I order came out quickly and was just as I had ordered it. I will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2023 #286: Located inside Palace Station, take 2 escalators going up and you'll find this movie theater. You can purchase your tickets online, at the kiosk or with a person at the box office. There's a lounge area where I normally wait for friends before going in. There's also a bar with pool tables. The times I've been here, it's been clean. They have recliners and you can order food and drinks from the comfort of your chair. So, get here during the previews to give you and the servers enough time to get your food. Scan the QR code which can be found on every other movable table. They got really creative with the names of the snacks and drinks. They're movie related. "The Prince and the Popper" for jalapeño poppers, "Natural Corn Killers" for Cheetos popcorn (my favorite), etc. They have onion rings, potato skins, fries, pickles, regular butter popcorn, pretzels, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, chicken wings, sundae, cheesecake, doughnut holes, churros, molten chocolate lava cake, and chocolates and candies. The Natural Corn Killers aren't always available and they're the pricier popcorn option - $10 for a small to-go box of cheese popcorn with Cheetos. They have Pepsi products (which I'm not a fan of), root beer, iced tea, water, beer, cocktails, and wine. I like Cinebarre itself. The screen is clear. The sound is crisp and loud enough. But sometimes there are some weird people here fighting with movie theater employees for trying to bring in outside food and drinks, claiming they were here a week ago and it was fine to bring food and drinks. There isn't a movie theater that allows you to do that in the last few years (except maybe at the drive-in). The restrooms are pretty decent. They just need somebody to check the soap dispenser and each stall maybe every 2 hours or so.

Always a great value! Many options for $5. The food is really good! Where can you get an 8- piece wings with celery and a sweet waffle dessert for $5. No Where. We ate at the bar. Our server Champagne was amazing. Friendly and great service .

Yelp
This is one of the better theatres I've been to in Vegas. I love that they blend restaurant vibe with theatre, the seats are comfortable and recline.

Yelp
This was my first time here at the Cinebarre located at the Palace station casino. I decided to download the Regal app which also very convenient which upon arrival all I had to do was just scan my 2 tickets on my smartphone and not worry about paper tickets. When we arrived at our seats, I was glad to see that the chair reclines. Instead of lining up for food concessions they will come and take your order. To take order, you will need to scan the que code on the swivel table and someone will take your order. I love this concept, so you don't need to carry your food and worry about where to put the food. Luckily, with the chairs there is an attached swivel table to the chair where you can put your food and drinks while watching and enjoying the movie. This is great movie luxury experience.

Yelp
Used to like it here, a lot, but it's just getting worse and worse. Ticket prices used to be lower than other places, now they're definitely not. I could handle that, but as others have mentioned, it's just unusually loud for a theater experience. Waiters are talking loud, flashing lights to deliver food, and tonight were still coming in, talking full volume, 3/4 into the movie. There should be a definite cutoff time for ordering and delivery. If moviegoers can't arrive by a certain time, they can still order at the bar or catch a waiter outside. Because of this, I think it makes others watching the movie think they can also just be loud through the whole movie as well. Movie etiquette isn't a thing here, if that's going to bother you maybe pass on it. My family most likely won't be coming back anytime soon, we don't like all the disregard for others around you happening here.

Yelp
5$ menu is misleading. Says the menu is for the bar and lounge area. I go to order a couple margs at the bar and am asked if I'm seeing a movie, uhh yea isn't this a movie theater. Bartender says I can't order off that menu and that I have to be in this area for 2 hours. Why would I show up to see a movie 2 hours before it starts?

Yelp
Placing your order at the seat or at the bar for popcorn and a drink that never comes. They are trying to replicate a full service movie theater in South Korea but don't have the proper organizational skills and personnel to carry it out. The whole movie experience was overshadowed by poor customer service and people that don't like working there.

Yelp
Came to see the Barbie movie. The have Barbie inspired cocktails. Of course my husband is in a pink polo. If you see us, he'll be the one rolling his eyes. If you're wondering why I'm back it's because they have us by the... we live close and I had to see Barbie. I'm giving a 4th chance because I had no other choice and forgive and forget, right? The waiter that delivered our popcorn forgot the napkins and returned immediately. So things are looking up.

Yelp
Not bad, Not great the idea and concept of it, it's ok There is not enough organization or security. I bought tickets online and no one checked them in the front

Yelp
Cool spots bar spot. Seems like it's been renovated. $5 special menu was great. Feels like could be more staffed. I think it's because the bar takes care of sports bar area which is kinda big and with the people watching a movie in the movie theater. Would go back again. Just know to have patience with service

Yelp
I have only one bad thing to say about this place, and that's the cigarette smoke that comes up from the casino This place is absolutely fabulous. The food is great. The services is impeccable you can die you can lounge you can hang out at the bar you can play pool. You can watch a movie and get an order taken at your seat. It's incredible. If they could just do something about the cigarette smoke this is a place I could hang out

Yelp
I come to the concession bar to order my food before the movie and the employees which there were only 3 and 2 of them were SLOW while making conversation with the other people who don't know what they want. I missed 30 mins of the movie and then they almost over charged me and had to go back and do the order all over. It became a huge f*king headache

Yelp
The place itself is very nice but the service kinda ruined the experience. The bartender ignored us and we also had to ask 3 different waiters for one of our items which was never brought to us; had to find someone who was willing to help just to get a refund.

Yelp
5/21/23 8pm showing Party of 4 My boyfriend and I took our kids to watch Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Theatre is spacious with reclining seats. Sound was great and our kids enjoyed a movie night. One of the nicer theaters in Las Vegas. Very easy to park and you can purchase your tickets online.

Yelp
Best theater in Vegas, food and drink never disappoint. Highly recommended for dates. First time had that wow factor. Hidden gem!!

Yelp
Since streaming movies have been more popular, we decided to change it up. Major throwback being at the theaters. Amazing date and would definitely come back. Venue:: Plenty of seating, spacious and clean. Staff: Our server was professional, proactive, and took care of us. Food was delivered right before the movie started. Timing was impeccable. Food:: Awesome menu! We ordered a cheeseburger combo, onion rings, and cheese sticks. Came with all the necessary sauces. Delicious! Movie:: Everywhere and everything all at once- Movie was quite something. It was ridiculous, funny, animated, emotional, nostalgic, creative and out of this world. Entertaining every second. Overall experience was great! Awesome service. Would definitely come back. Tip: They have a $5/per Tuesday movie day. Not sure it's only the day. Rest of the week it's $9/per.

Yelp
The theater itself is really nice, but the service definitely doesn't match the atmosphere. They have a menu online, though apparently, it's just for show since you can't actually order from it. We ordered at the bar because we were early, yet somehow still got our food late--and cold. We even had to go back to the bar to get it ourselves. The staff all seemed confused and overwhelmed, which made the whole experience pretty disappointing. Sadly, it's not a place we'll be returning to.

Yelp
It was overall an underwhelming experience. I love the arcades at the theatres. Only to machines were working! The bar had full service but not inside the theatre. The menu options were subpar in my opinion especially for the price you pay. the regular theatre candy and food were available and it is nice to have a waiter but really wasn't that big of a step up from a regular theatre experience. I probably will opt not to see my next feature film there!

Yelp
Unfortunately, I need to downgrade my previous rating. Everything I said in the previous review about the moviegoing experience is still accurate but we've now tried ordering food there several times & the experience has been beyond bad. What's the point of offering premium service to your seat if they're going to take nearly an hour to bring you your drinks and then offer you no way to refill them? Adding insult to injury, they only offer one size of drink here and it's small. I've asked several times now how to get refills and they say to just wave someone down. Unfortunately, after the first 20 minutes, all the servers disappear. off to Narnia or somewhere similar, never to be seen again. The cup size thing actively pisses me off when they know damn well that they won't be around to refill my drink. At Regal's other locations, they offer you an actual large cup and you can go get it refilled whenever you need. If you try to do that here, they hassle you about coming to the counter yourself and it takes 6 times as long. This is crap when you're trying not to miss much off the movie. I actively avoid this location now if I know I'm going to want popcorn or drinks. It's easier to just drive to Sunset or Summerlin. Understand that this is a drastic statement considering how long their lines are now that Regal decided to do away with their box offices and force everyone to go through the concession lines. I'm starting to actively hate this company. If AMC opened more locations in LV, I would immediately switch my monthly subscription back to them

Yelp
Service was fast and the food was great, didn't get pictures bc of the movie, but it was good for movie food. We got the pizza and the buffalo chicken potato skins.
