I had a wonderful experience here! Wonderful service from the staff that I interacted with- the guy who scanned our tickets was wonderful! Extremely friendly during entering (he even reminded me to send a screenshot to my second guest who was late to arrive), he also opened the downstairs door for us as we existed in the same friendly manner. The seats here are the some of the best and comfortable seats I’ve experienced. The recline on the seats is the most I’ve seen, also very plush and clean. Sound system was great, I came here to see a movie of a concert. The bar is great. I had a raspberry Long Island ice tea and it lasted me throughout the entirety of the film. Great portion size and strength as you could imagine with it being a LIT. Great prices for the drinks in comparison to a nearby bar you’d pay a similar price, I was expected it to be higher since it’s a move theater. May look like a lot of ice but there’s a lot of liquid in there too, trust me. Only downside was the pretzel- my friend ordered one and I tried it myself. Totally flavorless even with the cheese dip (I tried a bite with and without). Not the move theater’s fault, I’m sure these overly processed tasteless pretzels are distributed to all Regal locations. Could use more salt for starters, only positive thing I could say was that it was warm. Bathroom facilities and the atmosphere in general is very clean and orderly. Highly recommended, I’d return.

All the screens here are shaped like TV screens, not movie screens. Cinematic widescreen movies appear shrunken with big black bars at the top and bottom, just like on TV - but that’s not how it’s meant to be seen in a theater. In a real cinema, the wide format would be the largest, not the smallest, when the screen has a proper cinema aspect ratio (except imax). At this place, an action movie would appear smaller than a romantic comedy. It makes no sense and it cheapens the movie going experience. Now they’re even showing us TV ads for eczema cream on their TV shaped screens, as if we came to watch TV. This place does not have a true cinema experience. And serving alcohol from a full bar is a bad idea. It's usually people who have been drinking who end up talking to eachother through the whole movie - while they lay back in the big recliner chairs, they chat like they’re in their own living room, totally oblivious to how annoying they are. And nobody cares enough to do anything about it. Regal has really lost touch with the cinema business- and there are so many things about this location to demonstrate that.

His warmth, kindness, and positive attitude make you feel valued and appreciated every single time. It’s rare to encounter someone who brings that level of hospitality so consistently. He’s a big reason why I love coming back to this theater!

The Regal Essex is one of the most conveniently located movie theaters in Manhattan, especially for anyone relying on public transportation. It is easily accessible via multiple subway lines, including the F and A trains, making it a stress-free destination whether you’re coming from uptown, downtown, or another borough. The surrounding area feels safe and well-lit, even during evening showtimes, which is an important factor for moviegoers heading home after a late screening. The theater itself is consistently very clean, from the lobby to the individual screening rooms. The staff deserves special recognition—they are friendly, helpful, and efficient, which makes the entire experience feel welcoming rather than rushed or impersonal. Concessions move quickly, even during peak hours, and the area is well organized, reducing long waits before showtime. Inside the individual theaters, cleanliness and comfort continue to stand out. Many of the auditoriums feature comfortable recliner seats, which greatly enhance longer films. The temperature is well controlled, avoiding the common problem of theaters being too cold or too warm. Another major advantage of Regal Essex is its proximity to numerous restaurants and food options nearby. Whether you want a quick bite before the movie or a sit-down meal afterward, there are plenty of choices within walking distance. Overall, Regal Essex offers a reliable, comfortable, and convenient moviegoing experience in the heart of New York City.

I've watched about 40 movies here. Usually this place is great. Today tho I went to see The Bride and had one of the worst experiences of my life, every ~10 minutes the whole movie went black and they had to rewind it. Not much was offered in the way of solutions or compensations, but given that the entire theater was literally packed at the beginning of the showing, there's probably over $20,000 worth of tickets in there, you would think that that would buy us a free drink as an apology 🤷‍♂️

My first experience at this theater was great! The theater was clean and had reclining seats, plus there’s a little tray to put your food on as you’re watching which was very convenient! (I went to another theater the day after and they didn’t have one) all in all, I would definitely come back!

One of my favs of the chain theaters, this one has the best massive recliner seating and good sound etc, everything you want from a theater experience. Also location is great with Chinatown and LES on either side of you.

I always love coming to this movie theater. It’s always clean and comfortable. I have been coming here for years and so far the customer service at the concession stands have been great. Especially on Saturday Nov-7-2025 Rubi went out of way to make sure we had everything we needed. She was busy doing other things but over heard our concerns and stop what she was doing to address out concerns.

Love coming to this theater! Edgar and Randolph are friendly and welcoming! Edgar goes above and beyond to make it a great movie experience! I love the reclining seats and snack tables. Bathrooms are clean. Popcorn is fresh! They also have a bar with beer, wine and spirits! I love the movie theater experience. I hope it doesn't become obsolete! I will be back!

As part of the revival of the area around Essex Market, Regal opened up a location right next to the new market, making it one of the newer theaters in Downtown Manhattan. This theater has been open for a while now but I was not able to experience it until my recent visit to watch "Transformers One". The footprint of this theater is not very wide, so the designers made it tall. The first floor is just the lobby with some ticket machines and a counter with one employee. Escalators take you up to the first level where a ticket taker and the Concession stand is located. Behind the ticket taker is a bar with some seating off to the side (I was there in the am so it was closed). Escalators take you up another level to more theaters. Every level has similar decor, looking very modern with a dark backdrop and floors with heavy contrast offered via video screens showing movie posters and trailers along with some nice lighting that accentuates the edges of walls. If you've been to the Regal in Union Square recently (meaning 2023-24) then you will have a good idea of what this theater looks like inside. The theater I went into was not gigantic, but it was medium sized. The large leather seats were very comfortable and were able to recline. The video quality and sound were great, offering a fun, immersive movie experience. The staff was very nice letting me wait at the bar for my friend. I did knock one star off but to be fair, it is not because of this theater specifically but more because of the chain's Concession Stands. When I go to AMC, I like adding the butter to my popcorn myself so I can layer the butter in the bucket. At Regal you cannot do this yourself so you just have to pray they give you more sufficient butter to flavor your popcorn. The other thing I"m not crazy about is the lack of soda selection. Regal Theaters are Pepsi houses so the only diet sodas are Diet Pepsi (or if you're lucky, Pepsi Zero). I'm a Coke person and appreciate the wide selection of drinks at AMC theaters (which include Ginger Ale, Minute Maid etc.). Again, the entire chain seems to be like this so this is not a knock specific to this location. I would happily see a movie at this location again and being near Essex Market is a definite plus!

I would recommend avoiding this theater. Cinema staff refused to remove a disruptive group despite multiple complaints from other attendees. They also refused to provide a refund to those who chose to leave the theater as a result of the constant disruptions. I will not be attending this (or any other Regal theater) in the future. Go to an AMC instead!!

I had a decent experience, though there were a few things that could be improved. The concession line was long, and the popcorn wasn't hot, which was disappointing. Additionally, the seats were worn down, making it less comfortable than I had hoped. Despite these issues, it's still a decent place to catch a movie, and the overall atmosphere is fine for a casual outing.

Who decided it was a good business model to make idiots think they're at home? There was a shoeless phone-using guy to the left and non-stop talking girls to the right. What a bargain for $22.99 a ticket. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice was good though, especially when the onscreen mayhem was louder than the audience.

I like this location because it's clean, convenient and post covid when I started going I have not had any issues. Seats are comfortable. I always book in advance. I typically go on discount Tuesday as an AMC member. You can get food, alcohol drinks (bar upstairs) and popcorn and normal movie treats. It's in a great location by the train and Essex market. It's a normal movie theater but rather large with multiple floors and it's an updated movie theater which I like a lot. I love the recliner seats. The theater rooms are a good size. Not too large and not too small. I do not have any issues with this location. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are cool. If you get food leave time to wait because it does take a while with all the orders before a movie. That's probably the only con. At one point they were not accepting Apple Pay for a while. I believe that has recently changed in the last few months so you don't always have to carry cash if you have a virtual card and forgot the physical card at home. (please verify this and have cash just in case. There are ATMs like Bank of America nearby just in case). This is one of the only movie theaters I go to in the city because I did not have the best experience at others. I will definitely add more pictures next time I go. There is quite a diverse crowd that goes here and that makes it even better. Last movie I saw here was Beetlejuice. I'm looking forward to seeing Wicked.

August 27th is National Movie Day! Checked out this theater, and was not disappointed with the $4 popcorn, and drink! Regal Cinema's has a monthly movie pass that allows you to watch unlimited movies if your an avid movie goer. Loved the comfortable, reclining chairs, the theater was very clean, popcorn fresh, the service was excellent, no crowds at 9:20pm. The previews of upcoming movies this fall season will be awesome! Definitely recommend this theater. It's a great place for movie night!

I booked tickets to see Dune Part 2 a week in advance. A lot of options were still available for a Friday 2:30pm showing. We also got the reduced matinee pricing, which was clutch! The theater was conveniently located within the Essex St Market complex but with a separate entrance. Once we took the escalators up, our mobile tickets were quickly scanned and not soon after we were quickly seated in large clean recliners to enjoy the almost 3 hour long movie. Afterwards, we were able to stop by the Essex St Market for dinner! Some of the food options are still open despite plans for shutting them down. Dhamaka is still there too and I think will be staying.

This cinema is located next to Essex Market and close to the subway. It has theaters across several floors with concessions and bathrooms on each floor for convenience. The theater I was in was nice and clean with leather reclining seats and swivel tables for holding food and beverages. I appreciate that they still offer small, medium, and large popcorn sizes as most places only have large tubs which are too huge for a small snack. The popcorn however, wasn't the freshest and could've used more butter.

I enjoyed coming to this theater to see the movie, Migration. It has multiple levels with concession and bathrooms on each floor! The theater rooms are small but very spacious with reclining seats! The theater was all around clean. The service was quick and the employees were helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the screening was closed caption. I personally do not like closed captions, but if you do you'll enjoy this feature.

I haven't been to a Regal Cinema in so long as I am more of an AMC girlie but I was really pleased with how clean and spacious this Essex Crossing location was. It's conveniently located adjacent to Essex Market so you can grab a quick bite to eat if you do not want to walk around in the rain or cold (though Okiboru is a stone's throw away). I came Friday night to see Taylor Swift's Eras Tour movie and they had a staff member at the entrance on crowd control duty, greeting and directing people up the escalators. Our theater was fairly clean and the pleather recliner seats, though not as wide or comfortable as those at AMC, were decidedly much newer and cleaner. Overall, an excellent movie theater with decent transportation options.

The latest and most modern of the Regal Theatres in NYC. I love coming here to see movies and it is also close to home and centrally located (near the Williamsburg Bridge in the Lower East Side by the Delancey-Essex MTA train hub). Super spacious and clean. The always have a large variety of the latest movies out (even some indie films). It sits above the super popular and legendary Essex Market. The mostly-glass, multi-level design is aesthetically pleasing and draws you in when you're outside on the street level. I can honestly understand why tons of moviegoers flock here. Plus they have a spacious, ultra modern bar on the second level next to the concession stand. I absolutely love the plush leather reclining seats inside the theatre. Downside: The customer service here could use some improvement, particularly at the front desk. Whenever there's a ticket issue (you need a refund, exchange, movie pass, etc) they always have to call for a manager to do anything. It's never just a phone call or radio call. The manager has to appear in person, which normally takes a while. Plus they're almost never on the same page when it comes to policy. For example, one manager will tell you there's nothing they can do because the ticket wasn't used for the scheduled showing. Then another manager will just exchange it for either a movie pass or give you a new movie time slot. It's frustrating and like pulling teeth. It's not like this at AMC. At AMC, I've almost always have smooth transactions regarding ticket issues. Overall, I recommend this theatre just as long as you don't have to deal with ticket/customer service related matters.

Bartender did a horrible job with the drinks, literally saw him pour a quarter of a shot for two drinks. Save your money and get a drink before coming in, I HOPE MANAGEMENT SEES THIS.

My first three times at Regal Essex Crossing theater I saw three movies in seven days (12/22, 12/26 & 12/28/2023). I saw "American Fiction", "Wonka" and "The Color Purple". The only issue I had is that the kitchen is on the second floor and there's no seating to wait for hot food. And I waited a while during my 2nd & 3rd visits. So unless you're of age and buy a drink, the only place you can sit (where you actually hear your number being called) is at the bar. Otherwise this place is nice, clean and most of the staff are exceptionally nice.

Really nice movie theater in Chinatown LES. Went for Katra Film Series and was first greeted by a super energetic man who was happy to see me and directed me to where I needed to go. Space is modern, clean, ADA compliant and the theaters are spacious with each seat having a table and RECLINERS! Great DCP projection with crisp audio and microphones. A great place to have a screening... or catch a movie. They even had a nice setup for step and repeat photos.

Regal Essex is and will always be my go-to theater for reasons. For one, it's right there when you come out of the subway from the Delancey F station stop. The theater is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. The seats are very cozy and add to the movie-going experience. I also like the fact there is a bar for pre-movie cocktails.

Went on 6/22 and the theatre is clean and convenient. James at concession was super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

House lights turned on ~40 min before the end of the movie and just stayed on. Clearly no projectionist, no one watching. It's a shame Also, if you're going to buy fake reviews, at least give it a little variance. See below for two identical reviews that say "extremely clean" spoiler: it's not

Getting the run around for some Butterfingers is wild. It's 20 minutes into my movie and I'm just now making my way to my movie. I was told I had to go upstairs to concessions after scanning my ticket even though there was no line downstairs. After waiting 10 minutes in line with 2 people interrupting the cashier as she was trying to help me to ask for free shit, I had to go back downstairs to wait in line to get Butterfingers. Why are you asking for jalapeños like this is Papa Johns anyway? *eye roll* They had Butterfingers on the first level where I had to wait another 10 minutes just to find out because I'm not rude enough to jump the line to selfishly interrupt others even though I should've been able to jump the line for waiting so long upstairs. Moral of the story, get snacks wherever you please because you never know what's in stock on each level.

I absolutely LOVE this movie theater! I honestly haven't been to the movies in ages but because of this theater, I'm a regular now. The location is amazing. Right next to the Essex Market and near multiple bus lines and the F, M, J & Z lines at the Delancey/Essex street station. The theater is HUGE. 3 floors with I believe 15 screens. I highly recommend downloading the Regal app to purchase your tickets. Especially since you can pick your own seating. It's fast and convenient and you get discounts and accrue points. When you walk in, to the right you have self-serve kiosks to purchase tickets and/or print them out. Then you have the escalators and a live person to buy tickets. On the second floor are screens 1-6 I think. Right before the screens, you have a bar, which I've never seen anyone at, but I love the idea, and the concessions. The concessions are outrageously priced, but it's Manhattan so it's no surprise. $7 for a SMALL diet Coke. By the way, the small is freaking HUGE. It's definitely more of a large size. With my points, I was able to get a free small popcorn on my last visit. I've also gotten to see the original Dawn of the Dead in 3-D for free. They have $5 movies on certain days. The theaters themselves are all good-sized and the recliner seats are crazy comfortable. The whole place is spotless. The place is pretty new, but I hope they keep up the good work. The sound and visuals are all perfect. I have zero complaints about this place. The bathrooms are spotless and kept well. All employees are helpful and friendly. Love, love, LOVE this place. Can't wait for my next visit! It's the only movie theater I will go to from now on.

RATS!!!! Watched Dune 2 in theatre 6 and saw TWO rats, disgusting Informed staff and they couldn't care less. Worst part is I saw reviews from 8 months ago reporting this issue and it's still happening. Unbelievable.

I love this movie theater. It is very clean and eye catching. I came here early on a Thursday morning to see Wakanda Forever for work. The staff was very friendly and for them to help assist about 100 people, I feel like the staff did a well job. This movie theater right of the Williamsburg bridge is.

If you ever decide to purchase your ticket late at night, just be aware there is no manager on duty. No customer service no security to help you in event when rudely customer did not purchase their ticket decides to come to another movie to push you over for their family to sit in your purchase ticket and threaten you Discriminate you to move you and they threatened you to feel unsafe. I experienced the worst. They have threaten me to move. When I notified personnel on duty at the time. They simply said they cannot do anything to help me because they didn't have the resources or the head management to help....I was terrified for my safety so i left... did not get to watch the movie .

This is my first time at this theater. Ordered our tickets online for Barbie; enjoyed our assigned reclining seats and expensive popcorn and drinks. Had dinner beforehand next door at the Essex Market/The Market Line which is very convenient. It is an investment to do all this just for a movie but once you gotta live a little, right?!

I only come here because of Edgar. Honestly. I could go to any regal but i see him every time i go on a Saturday night. That man is one of the nicest humans ever. The space is clean and comfy.

Regal member here, one of my favorite theaters. Still has a new feeling to it, very clean, there's a bar, concessions aren't stale and my fav employee Edgar works there. He really goes out of his way to make you feel like an extremely special human, thanks Edgar!! We need more people like him in the world.

I've been here over a dozen times now, because I got the pass for unlimited movies. It's not really unlimited, some movies like Ghibli and others are still full price. As well, out of all the times I've come, they've had Cheetos Popcorn twice, so 10 times they didn't. Just plain popcorn with is mad dry, and usually stale if it's not a Friday/Saturday. Whoever the manager is for this location, is not doing his job, because they rarely have anything they say they offer other than nachos and stale popcorn. The soda has been flat four times with little to no syrup. I prefer the Union square location, even though this is closer, because they actually have a wider selection and everything is always fresh. Fix your issues and get it together!

Great theatre and great alternative to iPic. I've walked by this theatre, but didn't know it was a movie theatre until last week, when a friend told me to try this place and stop going to the overpriced iPic theatre. Tickets are $17... they have an upstairs seating area before your movie starts. Also, they have a full bar and concession stand with food. I wasn't a big fan of the food, aside from the mozzarella sticks, but the drinks were good. The staff here was very friendly. There were a couple of rowdy folks in the theatre with me, but that's no fault of the theatre. The seats were very comfortable and I got to feel like I was at home. I'll definitely be back here!

The theater screen in #8 is big, but the theater is tiny. Most seats (except the last row) are too close to the screen. This is probably due to the continued greed of corporate America to squeeze the last penny for their greedy investors. It will destroy the US soon and the world. Seats are reclinable, but then drinking soda is not possible -- even with the seat up. Straws are made of paper and they will disintegrate by mid-movie. The preview is longer than any I've experience and in a low resolution. Waste of time. It seems Regal Theaters are low quality.

Super clean, spacious and still very much brand spanking new theater. To date this is now my second favorite Regal theater in NYC. I am seriously considering joining their rewards program, despite not being a movie fanatic. This theater offers four floors of movie screens from which to pick in standard view to RPX, stadium seating, with couch plush reclining seats which you can reserve in advance. Not shabby at all. They offer gender neutral and single gender restrooms and there are lounge areas on the first and fourth floors. Every nook and cranny is clean and shiny. Concession stands could have more efficient service but nothing that arriving early and being assertive cannot fix. Although it would be nice to receive service comparable to Regal Union Square. Nonetheless, still a solid choice for a positive movie experience.

With $30 worth of Regal gift cards in hand from my mother-in-law, my partner and I went to the Regal Essex Crossing to watch 'Ready or Not' last weekend. I'd been wanting to check out the still-newish and (depending on your take of the LES) seemingly out-of-place movie theater on Delancy. Based on my experience, I'm a fan and hope to go back soon! Everyone working there was friendly, from the ticket booth to concessions. The seats are so comfortable and cushy, and the recliner control is right to your side (so you aren't hunching over feeling for some crank). Good space between seats where you don't feel on top of the person next to you - or vice verse. Also, sound and screen projection were good; no issues. The theater overall is still well maintained and clean. Nice bathrooms, too. Ordered onion rings at concession, which were good. You can order food both at concessions and the bar. Aside from by the car area, there's seating aligning the windows facing Kenmare and you get a cool view of the street. I'll be back again. I may even do the deal with Regal because I dig this theater so much. Very much recommended!

this movie theater is the worst i come for the beekeeper 10:50 show and i ask for a hot dog there is 2 left i overhear a supervisor who has long hair and this girl who are both workers say they want the hotdogs the consession guy tells me the workers are eating them and i couldn't have them i tell him how im a consumer he looks at me stupid like it's nothing he can do this theater has gone to the be horrible i recommend not going here

I've always enjoyed this theater, but a recent experience left a sour taste. I was shocked to find out they do not accept Apple Pay, a considerable inconvenience in today's digital world. Today, I had forgotten my wallet, a situation usually rectified by the convenience of mobile payments. But, no Apple Pay means no popcorn, no soda--none of the usual movie-night treats. This experience significantly impacted my enjoyment and convenience. I hope the management can quickly adapt and include modern payment options like Apple Pay.

I don't typically post reviews on anything non-food related, but if it's real good like this theater, I'll definitely do it! It was my first time going to a Regal theater as a long-time AMC fan, but wow, was I blown away by the service when I was greeted at the door! Keep in mind they check bags here! There's also a mini lounging area to grab food or drinks. The place is dimly lit with blue lights emitted by the digital movie posters on the wall. Pretty fancy! The theater rooms have limited seating, and they fill up quickly! My boyfriend and I were able to snag seats one row from the back, which wasn't even bad. The seats were reclining and felt pretty close to the screen actually! There was no craning of the neck even though we were on the right side. When we left, there were two workers who immediately came in to clean. They also thanked us as well for coming! We had a fantastic first experience here! Everyone was so nice, and with it being a new place, I hope the excellent service will continue to be the same! I would definitely go back!

Extremely clean with great seating and theaters - Popcorn always tastes really fresh with great snack selection

This was my first time at this Regal and I was perplexed by the layout. Jade was super informative. Huge shoutout to her!!! I was meeting a friend who had yet to arrive, so i was exploring alone for a bit. Tix were pricey, but the seats felt like i was on my couch and the theaters were rather intimate. Assigned seats are the wave of the future This location is conveniently located right over the Williamsburg Bridge on the Manhattan side. You can take the J, M or F trains to Essex/Delancey and it's literally across the street. Also the the M15 and M14A buses. Can't wait to go back, as it's 15 minutes from my apt in BK!!!

This is a theater that I used to go to many times and had no problems with staff, seating, or anything! I went to go see Creedlll and I had to switch seats THREE FUCKING TIMES! I had people coming up to me taking about I'm in their seat... I had a knee brace on under my jeans because I had just got out of work so I sat in a disability seat and I was told to get up FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT DISABLED! These people were walking perfectly FINE had no problems yet me a person with a demobilized knee had to move to a seat that wasn't for disabled people. I will no longer be coming here and if by chance I do and this happens again there WILL be a lawsuit coming in ... remember the name and remember how BAD of a movie theater y'all are.. no good food, terrible customer service, and TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! It's a disgrace!

Nope. It's ridiculous to shut down all concession stores but one, forcing a long line and overworking your workers during a busy saturday night. They still had drinks and snacks and employees but they weren't allowed to sell us anything at the shut down concession stores. If it were a small independent theater I wouldn't be so bothered but such a big corporation can definitely afford to do better. Watching an entire movie while thirsty was not an experience I'd repeat.

This spot I would say was slowing starting to become one of my favorite movie theaters. With our current situations of COVID-19, the movie theater going experience will not be the same. This location is usually pretty busy as is this area in general would normally seem very busy. Regal at this point has no plans to open until sometime in 2021, so let's say 6 months or so we can expect a reopen. Hopefully, the virus will be better maintained and an experience like going to the theaters again can truly be enjoyed. This was a great location because they have a bar as well to pick up some beers with your movie. See you soon, Regal, this is not good bye at all. Check this out when you are in this area and they finally do re-open.

Broken Imax Projectors! Go elsewhere! Went to see Avatar 2 in Imax 3D on a Sunday night. The screen went blank for 5 mins+ over three times during different parts of the movie. Someone had to go out and tell them each time. on the fourth time, about 15 minutes before the end, the projector fully broke and they said it could not be fixed. So we all sat for a 3 hour movie, got delayed about 25 minutes from interruptions and now can't even finish the movie! They said they would offer refunds or comp ticket but we would now have to wait in line with all the other angry movie-goers for refunds. Not a single apology given by anyone, not a manager, not a peep. Basically told us to get your refunds and stfu. They would give nothing more. Those ticket fees from reserving online? Yeah they definitely weren't going to even help refund those. This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth, I would never give this regal any business. Told our group to watch avatar 2 again but at a real Imax theater - AMC Lincoln Square. Way farther trip from the LES, but worth it to not deal with this terrible Regal. P.S. My brother went two days later to regal essex for the same movie. They were still selling tickets. Must be fixed right? Wrong! He showed up to a blank screen and told to go elsewhere.

The theaters are kept clean and the seats are comfortable. One star off because their beer prices are too high and they play 20 minutes of commercials at the start time on your ticket.

This is the nicest cinema I've been to in the city!! Clean, comfortable reclining seats and friendly service. No complaints.

This movie theater is beautiful! They have a full bar, and concession stands. They have a sports bar also where you can sit and watch the game either before or after your movie. The chairs were perfect! Reclined, and brand new. Comfortable and the theater wasn't too big or too small. It felt perfectly intimate. I will return.

Took myself on a solo date to this theater. I went to the first showing of the day around 12:20pm. I bought my tickets the old fashion way at the counter. I work in customer service and regardless of my day I match my customer energy. Meaning if you come in high energy or kinda in a rush Im going to give you positive high energy (not go crazy dramatic with it) and match your paste. If your calm and chill Im not to slow down so you dont feel rushed.. Im not sure if that make sense (it does to me lol). I say this because I went to the counter in a good mood trying to self care. The guy at the counter I can tell he is not a fan of his job (which i get it happens) but I didn't force you to be there why you got to take it out on me lol. I made a light joke thinking maybe it'll lighten the mood nope just awkward. (Over share: the joke was THE GUY: you was to get one for the 12:30 showing ME: yes please lol (i smile) and say I dont really have a choice in the matter THE GUY: low key cut his eyes at me and said that'll be $20) I thought it would be laughable because that was the 1st and only showing for the day. Moving forward I give the guy my ticket cool they check my bag (I haven't had the in like on 10 yrs) and I make my way to the snack bar. This guy (i wish I got his name) at the bar super nice and he match my energy and gave me all the good vibes. Him alone gives this review 5 stars. Moving forward the seats are nice and they do convert which is why I went there. MY only issue with the seat was is was dirty (some m&ms and popcorn) and my table was sticky (not cool) lucky it was only me and a couple in the whole theater so I just moved over a seat. I just thought it was odd because its the first showing of the day why is this theater dirty. But other then that go check it out people.

Nice spot to watch a movie. Decently clean. Comfortable seats with trays to put your snacks on. Plenty of restaurants near by. Close to train station.

Everything from my first visit to this movie theater was AMAZING. This is actually a 5 stars place. First you're greeted by a wonderful man who is really kind and happy, his name is Edgar, I'm telling you, that man needs a RAISE!! He really made my day with his happiness and enjoyment, I just want to come back to see him again. Then the lady that checked our tickets, I forgot to ask her name but she's also incredible, she was super nice and friendly! The guys working at the concessions were also very friendly and attentive. Overall customer service is a 1000 of out 10, I wish everyone in New York was like that! Then the movie theater itself, it was clean, not crowded (I went Tuesday when tickets are $7 *amazing*). They have a lot of showing times and also late ones which I love because sometimes 10 pm is what works for my schedule. The seats are SO COMFY. I am very picky with movie theaters just because of the seats, I've been to other locations of Regal and their seats just give me neck pain for days, but this location definitely have the comfiest seats EVER! Not only will I be coming back but I have decided that this will be my new GO TO movie theater. I used to go to the movies every Tuesday but my go to theater was closed permanently, I was sad because I did not think I would find a similar one, but this one just raised my expectations, this Regal location is even better than the 'luxury' cinema I used to go. If the manager reads this, please make sure your employees know they're doing AMAZING and reward them for that, good service it's almost impossible to find sometimes and and these guys deserve recognition!
