Regal Ravioli

I’ve been looking for yummy spaghetti for the longest time! Regal Ravioli definitely delivered! This food truck is conveniently located on 1st St. and has a nice atmosphere to hang out with friends. They offer a wide variety of pasta dishes and pizza. My favorite part of the whole meal was the garlic bread! It tasted so fresh and warm and yummy. It was just such a comforting food to eat! The spaghetti was ok but the real winners were the meat balls. My partner ordered five and devoured each one! Will visit again for sure!

Deeeelicious handmade ravioli in a casual outdoor environment - pasta doesn't always have to be super fancy! I loved their mushroom ravioli, and right now they have a seasonal butternut squash option that's not to be missed! Also, the pear and lentil salad is not to be overlooked!

I’m shocked at how strong these reviews are. First off, it doesn’t help that this place is mosquito infested. Bugs took more bites of me in the 15 minutes I was there than I took of my food. The ravioli was atrocious with uncooked cheese, terrible sauce, and the lowest grade pasta you could find. Amazingly, this place even made terrible garlic bread, which I didn’t know was possible. As a northerner in Austin, the fact that this truck boasts its NJ heritage is embarrassing.

Game changing ravioli in a cute, food truck patio space. We were lucky enough to come by when they were also running a gnocchi special and it was out of this world good. Even the garlic bread that comes with every plate was addicting. Don't expect enormous portions, but everything is filling and clearly high quality.

I was very happy with the quality and quantity of the ravioli! A few really solid sauce options as well, plus comes with some pretty good garlic bread. Awesome pasta salad!

Caesar Salad is very well balanced, and the croutons are extremely good. I ordered the Cheese Ravioli with Marinara Sauce and they are really good. It comes with bread that complements it really well.

I'm not one for eating pasta on a hot sunny day, but this place is my exception. The ravioli's are made on site and cooked to perfection, not to take anything away from the fresh salads they make here. (Lentil Salad, and Mushroom Ravioli Pictured) My goal is to try all of their Ravioli's before I die. LOL

Amazing flavorful original Italian ravioli! We tried the Cheese and Mushroom and they were perfect. The sweet potato gnocchi with the bolognese sauce is also like you were sitting in an Italian trattoria in Bolognia.
