Fiesta Henderson to also remain closed with ‘‘no known reopening date” - Eater Vegas

"Designed with a Southwestern theme, similar to the Fiesta Rancho in North Las Vegas, the pause also impacts any plans to reopen the on-site, 12-screen, Regal Cinemas theater." - Bradley Martin

Came here to watch a movie and didn’t know that the casino had a cinema on site. The staff checking tickets was super helpful as I did not realize I left my ticket in the self serve kiosk and she helped me retrieve it. The person at the concession stand was also very helpful and took time to explain the combos available. Popcorn was fresh and luxury seating was very nice. The casino area was also very clean and bright and the sports betting area was really impressive.

One of the best theatre’s here in Henderson, they have reclining seats ! The staff is always so kind and so helpful anytime I ask for help. I never wait long for the food either. I love my regal membership and I love this theatre !

We saw the movie 🎥 Novocain the company I was keeping was fabulous. ♥️♥️♥️😇 I still do not understand why are we charging a “billion” dollars for popcorn 🍿-bagging it up at the end of the night and mixing it up with some fresh popped popcorn 🍿 and selling it as “new” at the new price. Isn’t this such a false advertisement ? This is industry standard but oh so wrong. 😑 As if we can’t taste the stale despite the drawn oil/butter but we can’t smuggle in containers of popcorn!! It’s like being held hostage. I’m very saddened because honestly the rest of the experience was good. 😊 The staff was welcoming and friendly. I gladly overpaid for my M&M’s. I paid for my ginormous Pop!! I lived my recliner seat. I didn’t mind the hyenas laughing near me. They were preteens with their parents. Literally nothing to complain about. 🙄 But this popcorn issue is an ISSUE! We must all boycott buying until all theaters go back to popping fresh right before a showing again. ℹ miss the crunch of freshly popped popcorn. If you’re like me your phone it in at home with microwave occasionally. So, movie popcorn means “home”. The old days when stuff was good 😊. Please 🙏🏻 go back to not trying to screw us over. Just bite the bullet and pay us back for still stepping out to the movie 🎦 theater experience. Make it fresh. Love - ME - your Friend

Went to the movies to see Ares:Tron, then came out to watch the end of the World Series real fast while standing on the tile. Two separate times, a different black security came up to us to tell us that we were too close to the carpet, which on camera you will see we NEVER were. Then it became apparent during our interaction that we were racially profiled by the second black security guard named Ezra. Racially targeted and harassed for no reason. We will never come back, and our friends and family will never be back after this for their vacations, as this used to be our go-to place for them. Now, I'll be telling everyone about how racist, harassing, and unfriendly you all are towards normal, sober, locals, just trying to go to the movies, and then enjoy the end of the game on the way out. A ridiculous interaction that never should have happened.

Omg. The remodeled.center.for sports is AMAZING. Beautiful. Large clear.screens with supportive chairs, rockers, and bar. Slot chairs changed to white and tons of old school buffalo gold and I found jacks or better on videos!

We came to tonight to the Sunset Theatre to watch the last showtime for the movie The Long Walk in theatre 6. The theatre was trashed, and disgusting. There was dried soda all over the floor in front of my seat, and there was some in my seat. There is popcorn everywhere all over the floor. Inside of the theatre was really hot. I spoke with a male manager in concessions. He said that it shouldn't be hot, and that he will try to lower it. He said that are unable to clean up all the food and messes at that time. I come to this theatre every week. It used to be really clean, and the theatres were always a comfortable temperature. The last three or four times that I have came the theatre's were a mess, and the theatre's were hot. I think I will try another theatre from now on.

The employees are attentive and professional, but I was disappointed that there isn't a bar inside of this location. I enjoy a nice cocktail or glass of wine while I watching a movie and this location only offered a sweet prosecco(and I believe some beer) out of the fridge. I'd rather travel to one of the theaters a bit further out so I can enjoy the movie how I wish.

As an avid movie goer, this theatre has become a favorite.....clean, easier to get in and out of in comparison to other Henderson theatres......they keep the rooms at a good temperature......the staff are always friendly and, we love the reclining seats......this has quickly become our go to place. We like it and, I believe you will as well.

Yelp
This is my favorite theatre and I frequent it almost weekly. I am a Regal regular. Yes, it is in the Sunset Station Casino, but I hardly notice the walk from the parking garage anymore. I like that they have a good selection of movies playing, and several theaters. The snack bar has a great selection of goodies to eat and drink. My favorite reason to love this theatre is the recliners and the assigned seating. I always know I will have a seat and a comfy one, too. The snack bar can get busy and backed up sometimes due to the box office closing and people buy their tickets at the snack bar. If you plan ahead and either buy your tickets online or come early you will have more time to get your popcorn and see the movie previews. See you there!

Yelp
For Valentine's Day/Kyle's 30th birthday, I took the birthday boy to see Captain America: Brave New World at Regal Sunset Station. We normally see a movie at South Point since he lives really close to there, but he was on my side of town that night. The closest movie theater to me is at GVR, but as far as I know, they don't have any reclining seats yet (yes, we're spoiled), so we chose to go to Sunset Station instead. Normal seating just isn't the same! I used my Fandango gift card ($25) that I got for Christmas to buy the tickets through the Fandango website. I was able to save close to $30 on two movie tickets after using this gift card (about $45 for two movie tickets in a standard theater). We were also lucky enough to get the last available seats that were directly next to each other. Getting my tickets scanned from my phone and purchasing our concessions were super easy. The odd ball thing about Regal Sunset Station is that the theaters do not show what they're playing, so if you purchased tickets from Fandango or elsewhere, you will have to rely on the confirmation email to find the theater number your movie is playing in. Even though the movie was scheduled to begin at 7:40pm, they showed us a mere half hour of movie trailers before it finally started at 8:10pm. We sat in seats F1 and F2. The reclining seat that I was sitting in (F1) was a little dirty. It looked like it had soda stains from the previous occupant and it wasn't wiped down well. It was also squeaky when I reclined it and when I put it back into place when the movie ended. It was a good movie overall, but they need to improve on their cleaning a bit. Despite the movie receiving mixed reviews, it was still a good one. Though I like South Point's theater better, I would come back to Regal Sunset Station if we need to.

Yelp
This could be a 1 star review but I am a loyal RCC member for 3 Years + so I will show them some grace but I felt this was needed because of these last 2 incidents that have happened in less than a week of each other. The first was Sunday morning February 16th, I purchased advanced tickets to see "Love Hurts" and when I arrived to my seat, the audio for the trailer was playing but there was no video, just a black screen. I gave it time but after 10 minutes of it, it appeared that there had to be some error. I had to go to the concessions counter to let an employee know , twice about the issue and it took about 30 minutes for the issue to be resolved. The issue was fixed and the movie played fine with no interruptions. Fast forward to today Friday, February 21st. I purchased advanced tickets to see "Mufasa" which started at 11:40 AM, I arrived to my seats slightly late around 11:50 but to my surprise it was just a black screen and this time there was no audio in the background. I was still optimistic so I waited a few minutes to see if trailers would start playing, but at 11:56 I decided to go to the concessions counter to make them aware of the issue in theater 2. The message was communicated to a manager and at 12:05 an employee came into the theater and told me and the other patron that it would be about 15 minutes for the movie to start and we could either wait or be refunded our ticket. I opted to wait because being a RCC member I only paid a convenience fee of 50¢. Once it was 12:20 and nothing had changed, I told myself if the movie isn't playing by 12:30 I would be leaving. I felt that this was more than reasonable since the movie start time was supposed to be 11:40 and 12:30 would be 25 minutes after an employee told us the movie would be starting in 15 minutes. To my disappointment, the clock struck 12:30 and we were still in the same predicament so I decided enough was enough and that I had wasted enough of my time. All in all, I would prefer not to leave reviews like this but there are 3 things that bother me about this. - 1, if I decide to continue watching movies at this theater it's not like the theater will reach out to me and apologize for the inconvenience in my last 2 visits - 2 it is very frustrating to have my time wasted like this, I enjoy going to the theaters on my days off and my off days are planned around it so it throws everything off when situations like this happen - 3 I have advance ticket to see "Flight Risk" Monday morning and I'm concerned that I might end up in this situation again. Even though I know the odds are probably in my favor for this not to happen again, having my time wasted like this on 2 consecutive visits is very discouraging for me to continue going to this theater.

Yelp
LFG is the R-rated acronym that Wolverine uses in the movie and what a movie it was. Probably because of the movie merch there was five lines at the snack bar that may have been a little slow, but understandable with the amount of snacks that were being ordered. The snack bar team really held their own, and the young lady dressed up in the Deadpool outfit. Did a really good job helping out the other snack bar attendants. Movie started on time and everything went well. We parked in the multilevel covered parking lot, which lets you win right by the movie theater once you walk inside. Great movie and a really good movie theater.

Yelp
Went to see Flight Risks it was more like theatre risks. It was a four and a half hour ordeal with the movie going off and on. It was $5 matinee Wednesday. Many of the seniors left and said they will never return. They gave me a popcorn, soda and ticket voucher. It was a great movie.

Yelp
We have been coming here for years! We are Regal Unlimited members. We always get jalapeños to eat with our popcorn, tonight when I asked for a small cup I was told they don't have jalapeños out anymore! We had to pay $1.75 for 2 ounces of jalapeños in a bag! This is ridiculous!!!! I am so disappointed!

Yelp
Hey Yelpers!!! This is my "go-to" movie theater. We usually Have no problems. The seat are assigned recliners. Sound is fine, screen quality is fine, and it's not hard to get to, even though it is inside a casino. Most of the Regals in town are. I don't like how they closed the ticket booth and moved it to the snack bar. It slows down the line even more. That's where I dropped it a star. You can be in line for a LONG time while people figure out their seats, THEN try to figure out what snacks they want... Too slow and inefficient. The staff are usually nice, although there seems to be a lot of turnover since COVID. Oh well. If you want to see a movie, this is a nice place to go. Enjoy the show!!!

Yelp
I want to thank Jasen Skier for the great customer service I received at regal sunset Station. I was trying to complete a reward and had tried to purchase twisted churros. On Saturday Jason said that if still out of churros would make sure on the next visit he would make sure I would complete the promotion. It's great that an employee would offer to help and remembered me when I came in on sunday. This is the regal that I continue to get great customer service. Kudos to regal for hiring great employees.

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE! ZERO STARS. Went to watch a movie on a busy Saturday, and guess what? No tickets at the box office. Instead, there's a sign telling you to buy tickets at the concession stand. Seriously? It was packed, and the line at the concession stand was ridiculously long. I waited 20-30 minutes just to get a ticket. It's obvious they're trying to force you into buying popcorn or overpriced snacks while you're stuck in line, but this is just plain bad customer service. Prioritize your guests' experience, not your profits. ZERO STARS.

Yelp
It's been awhile since I've been to the movies. Regal used to be my favorite Cinema until I moved to a city where they were too far away. Now that I live close to one again, we decided to give it a try. Located inside Sunset Station Casino/Resort, the Cinema is very easy to locate and parking is free and ample. The only downside to its location, like most Casino/Resorts in and around the Vegas Valley, you'll have to walk through all the cigarette smoke to get there. If you don't mind the cigarette smoke, then your walk through the casino can be entertaining. Once you reach the Cinema, the cigarette smell is gone, and the smell of delicious buttery popcorn takes over. Since we were there for a matinee, the box office was closed, the usher greeted us and told us to head over to the concessions to purchase our tickets. It wasn't very crowded so we only waited a few minutes. Of course, you know we had to buy some popcorn while we were there. I was also happy to finally scan my Regal rewards card again to rack up those points. The theatre was big with leather reclining seats. There were only 3 people in the theatre, and what do you know... out of all of those seats, a couple was sitting in the seats that we paid for. We didn't want to cause a fuss, so we just sat down in the seats next to them. The seats were very comfortable, however, I couldn't help but notice that some of them were worn with peeling leather. Other than that, the theatre was clean, smelled good, the temperature was comfortable and the screen and sound from the speakers were perfect. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience at this Regal. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive which added so much value to our visit. I removed one star for the worn leather on some of the seats I saw. I'll definitely come back again. Recommended!

Yelp
Today 6.6.24 at 145pm in theater #4 we went to watch Summer Camp on this 111 degree day in Vegas. Unfortunately staff and management were aware that #4 had a broken thermostat with no working AC and continued to show the movie anyway when theater #2 was open and empty with working AC. One older woman left early and almost past out. When I ask management a thin female she said I know even after I brought it to her attention that an older woman almost past out due to the heat. I hope upper management reads this post and addresses the lack of common sense in there company this is not acceptable. What happened to customer service and compassion. I may have to cancel both my unlimited passes. PATHETIC See pic #2 is across from broken #4 COM ON

Yelp
Today my son took me to see the new Scream movie and it did not disappoint! A fantastic thriller/slasher movie! The theater on a Saturday afternoon was clean and tbh not that busy (compared the Galaxy) the worker at the concession stand was fantastic with asking my telephone # for my regal points and she was very nice and so very helpful. It's crazy to pay almost $7 for a fountain drink but, since we don't go all the time it's ok, the stadium seats in the theater were comfy and relaxing and the only issue we had was a Dad that brought 2 young kids that were talking pretty much the whole movie & at times was hard to concentrate on the movie The ticket process was easy with paying online and showing your phone to get in, even though the previews were already starting we made it in time for a great movie experience! Can't wait to come back here to watch the new John Wick movie!!

Yelp
I didn't know what to expect from this theater after going to their sister location/Cinebarre and loving it there. This location is closer to your normal theater experience with typical concessions and reclining seats. I ended up investing in the $21/mo pass that allows members to watch as many movies as they want a month. Besides value days, I noticed that movies are $15!!! At that rate, the pass is your best deal and super easy to use. You choose your seat in the app and are charged 50 cents for the fee, then you can even send your seat to a friend so they can also buy a ticket next to you. When you get to the theater you just scan your ticket from your phone and you're good to go. We ended up catching a late showing at 9:30 pm, so the theater was crazy empty. They had one concession register open since it was dead. Concessions: they have icees and they are BIG! The cherry tastes more like medicine, so I'd recommend mixing it with the coke flavor. They sell extra nacho cheese for cheap and that gets them so many extra brownie points from me. Nothing is better than buttered popcorn dipped in nacho cheese. They offered everything at this location that my kids missed at Cinebarre. Our movie was at 9:30, but the advertisements went on until 10:00. I almost thought they forgot about us. The seats were comfortable and there was a ton of leg space, it may be because we were in a smaller one. The only con was we could hear the movie showing next to us which we kept laughing about because it made our serious scenes sound more action-packed. There's ample parking and I recommend parking on the side closer to Dollar Tree/Chipotle and across from Galleria.

Yelp
Good overall experience. Came to see Avatar 2. Love that 3D and IMAX are an option here. Very clean place with good service counter. Staff were cheery.

Yelp
GET YOUR SECURITY IN CHECK! Why are they asking my 13 year old sister how old she is AND why are they saying that she can't wear make up? My sister called me and asked me if I had ever gotten in trouble for wearing makeup to the movies. I said no, why? and she told me about security coming over to her and telling her that she can't wear makeup? they told her that wearing makeup out is a health risk?? no it's not! Go pick on somebody else and MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! Very Unprofessional! It's nobody's business on whether or not you wear makeup! and the next time you got something to say to a kid, you say it to the guardians face, not the kids face!!!

Yelp
I love this theater. We stayed at this hotel several months ago and I really enjoyed having a theater in our hotel. All the movies are up to date and I could purchase tickets on my Regal app. Popcorn is delicious and yes they serve Icee . This time I remembered to pack a package of my favorite snack mochi crunch to add to my popcorn. I don't enjoy eating popcorn without mochi crunch. I was reading other reviews and it said that the seats recline, but I could get my seat to recline. The seats were very comfy but not really reclining but there is a lot of extra leg room. Every time I have been to this theater its been very empty. Not sure if it's because we went to a super early or late show, but I love it. I really don't like sitting in a crowded theater anymore. There is lots of parking and you need to walk through the casino to get to the theater. Bathrooms are clean and there is warm water to wash your hands . This I really appreciate especially since every time I visit Vegas it's cold LOL.
google avatar

Bryan B.

Yelp
Well after my first review I figured I give regal another shot. This time didn't disappoint, the bathrooms were cleaner and the air conditioning worked well to where the temperature had the theater very cold. I did enjoy the movie experience this time a lot more great job regal very pleased.

Yelp
I'm dropping my rating on this place for one main reason and a couple of secondary annoyances. The main reason is that they have closed the box office and now force you to wait in the concession line to purchase tickets. This is clearly a blatant effort to increase concession sales and makes your average wait on a Friday or Saturday night upwards of 20 minutes. I go to a lot of movies and I don't always want popcorn or soda. Wasting my time by making me wait as your workers very slowly gather popcorn, soda and nachos for a mob of people pisses me off greatly when all I want are tickets is a total jerk move. I would just get my tickets through their app but unlike AMC, they charge a fee for doing this even if you're a paid rewards member. I refuse to pay more on top of my monthly membership cost. The annoyances are that they have inconsistent amounts of time for previews. I don't need to see all of the previews. My time is valuable and watching 23 minutes (not an exaggeration) of previews and commercials is not a thing I want to do. The problem is that though 23 minutes is the amount of time that stuff runs about 90% of the time, the other 10% they run 20 or less and I miss the beginning of the movie when I get stuck in a long line because these jerks have closed their box office. There is no clear pattern of when the previews will be shorter than 23 minutes. Finally, the paper towel dispensers in the mens room are never working. Sometimes none of them work but never more than one work at any given time. This is a minor gripe but combined with everything else, I'm out of patience and thinking of switching my membership back to AMC

Yelp
Went to see the movie Creator. $97 total. For 3 tickets. 2 Popcorn and 3 sodas. Terrible. And they told me seat are sold. Only tow rolls in the front is available. So close to the screen. Place was empty. Obviously Sunset Station Casino don't care about its customer. I hope they close that place soon. I won't spend any more of my money there. Terrible experience. Avoid this old place. Expensive and bad service. Also only one cashier. No one at front. I bet they don't even pay employees right.

Ryan W.

Yelp
Nice quiet theatre with great deals on Tuesdays. Full friendly staff. Only reason I'm not giving full 5 stars is because of the upkeep of the place. We noticed several broken cup holders and mainly and more importantly in the IMAX theatre there is a large warping or bad repaof the screen in the middle bottom. It looks to be about 4'x4'
google avatar

Lovely B.

Yelp
Wow... down to 2 stars... we love this theater and my husband and I are regal member subscribers $21.99mo. We come here every weekend. down to 2star bcuz they now charge for their jalapeños $1.89tax and it's a small little bag, regal jalapeños taste the best but won't pay $1.89 for a small bag so here is 2star and Their popcorn share box is now smaller too, there's more noise during the movie while everyone sharing popcorn with the small box. There's nothing making it better at all. Ridiculous.
google avatar

Bruce E.

Yelp
So run down. Used to be very nice now the seats are worn and the cup holder for my seat was broken looked like trash. Just old and not kept up. The place was clean but really run down.
google avatar

Brad D.

Yelp
They are all ridiculously expensive so we'll ignore that Seats recline. Plenty of space Reserved seating nice, get to pay to buy your own ticket which is pretty stupid since they save on resources and labor. Bleedthrough from neighbor theaters is bad. Theater itself was pretty clean, the lobby and bathrooms are DISGUSTING

Yelp
Not gonna lie, haven't been here that much since my last review. Then the pandemic hit and I just haven't been going out to the movies a lot. Whelp, time goes by and we are coming out of the house to watch things on the big screen and we decided to come here because it's close to home and it had the times we wanted. I will say that time has been good to this place. I'm super impressed with the cleanliness and the professionalism of the kids working here. The concession lines were long this time around but the workers were so quick and efficient. They seemed to be running a brigade back there and I'm all for it. The manager seemed to really be on his game too so maybe that has a lot to do with it. The weird noise from the floors seems to be gone!!! Maybe it was a new floor thing 3 years ago but whatever it was, I appreciate it. I also really appreciate how the chairs still look new. No weird rotting, tearing sad looking chairs here. Glad to know I can add this Regal back to the line-up pf places I WANT to watch a movie at.

Pilar B.

Yelp
This is specifically for management so please take into consideration what I'm saying. I am an avid movie goer and on top of that, spend my hard earned money on these movie tickets. I know you guys can't control people's actions but what you can control is allowing people with literal infants into PG-13 and rated R movies. I'm a hater and I'm sorry but I didn't really plan on a baby crying as part of my Thursday date plans on top of that watching A Quiet Place, what a coincidence ... I just don't think a baby belongs in those movies and it ruined my experience and due to how much effort they had to put in to keep their baby "quiet" it probably wasn't a relaxing experience for them. Thought about asking for partial refund but figured maybe this could get something done and bring this issue to light.

Yelp
Worst service. Dumbest children behind the counter. Bring back netflix red envelopes. Sunset station has little in the way of customer serve the "ask me " woman was wonderful. Plus i get to sit through 30 minutes of previews and bullshit.another- poor service, overpriced day out in las vegas .

Yelp
Updating my rating cause pleasantly surprised by our recent experience here. Went to purchase and pick my seats online, and saw there were ones that said RCC with a price for $5.90.. whaaat.. so I downloaded the Regal Movie app. Turns out Tuesdays are Value Days for Regal Crown members. Discounted movie tix and 50% off popcorn! So much easier checking in, all we had to do was go straight to the ticket taker and show them my qr code. Cause as of now the box office is closed and the snack bar area is doing double duty. (damn everywhere is short of employees!) So purchase your tickets online, and save yourself from standing and waiting to purchase them. The only thing I hate is there isn't a restroom nearby so you'll miss at least 5 minutes of the movie! Hope y'all have strong bladders cause that new James Bond movie is almost 3 hours!

Yelp
Always a problem here and finally I'm fed up. Before it's been little things I can just try to look beyond like wrong orders, broken machinery and overall really unenthused staff. This time they close the kitchen before all the movie times have started? Brought 6 of my staff for a 10pm movie. I told them not to eat and we'd get theatre food. Upon arrival they told us the kitchen was closed and something to do with a "policy". Also told no outside food allowed. So here we are living off fumes and popcorn. I'll not be back nor would I recommend this place.

Yelp
04/01/2023 Air-conditioning system not working in theater #1, their big screen auditorium. Complained about the lack of air quality well in advance of the 2.5 hr movie, Indiana Jones but to no avail, system was not fixed, no refund policy, just some stupid, ignorant employees, no manager in sight. Came out of theater with sweat, the temperature must have been between 77 and 80 degrees, no more Regal theaters.

Yelp
I haven't been to the theater since pre-pre-pandemic times so this was a great night out for me! It was National Movie Day and Regal Cinema tickets were only $3. I paid online and was able to get two tickets for less than $10 with the " convenience" fees so i was a happy camper! Unfortunately this particular location did not also participate in offering $3 popcorn, drinks and candy! I'm forever on a diet, so it was OK with me! :-) it was a bit unorganized and I was able to get in without even getting my QRC code scanned! I guess security was low considering the tickets were only $3. The movie I saw was great for $3... Had it been regular price... I may not have been so happy... IJS... My Lips are sealed :-|

Yelp
Came today, stood in line for a long time while there were like 10 employees behind the counter. One was helping a group of customers. To the left there was Eli, chit chatting with one of the employees. A group of people came and stood behind us and he the calls them up. I tell him I was next and he just rolled his eyes and didn't even acknowledge my group. Then I asked for his name and he gave me attitude. Sucks, we really like this place. Only reason I gave a 2 star review was because every other time everyone was sooo nice!

Imani Z.

Yelp
I really like this movie theatre but 7/11/23 My boyfriend and I purchased ticket to see Mission Impossible and there was a couple that purchased seats at the very back/in the middle of the theatre but instead they decided to sit in the second to last which were the seats we bought, so they had move over when they seen us .... Then another couple came in and they were sitting in their seats (so they tell the couple u can take our seats) To top it off they kept talking in their language the WHOLE ENTIRE movie. Super annoying that we had to pay to be annoyed for 2 hours straight.

Yelp
Great location for me. The seating and screens are excellent. Concession line has always moved in a timely fashion and the popcorn is some of the best I've had. Workers are friendly and accommodating. Absolutely can't beat the $5 tickets and half-priced popcorn on Tuesdays. The only con is having to walk through the gaming floor with the smell of smoke, but once inside the theater you'd never guess it's a part of a casino.

Yelp
Compared to its sister location ( Regal Boulder Station ) this theater has luxury seating. Very comfy leather reclining seats. We were in theater 12 which is a fairly small theater. I believe it had only 5 rows of seats. But it was nice. Of course we had to get popcorn and a soda. The popcorn was way too salty. Wish theaters could give you the option of salt or no salt on your popcorn. Anyway. One thing that got me was the stench in the walkway between theaters. It smelled of sewer. Glad the theater itself did not smell like that. Overall. This is a decent spot to go to.

Yelp
Terrible all around! So you have a box office you never open??? What's the point! So I have to stand in a long line almost to the casino floor because you have people in one very looong line to buy tickets and snacks!! Who thought of that? Trash! Had a group of over 20-25 people meeting up put a quick halt to that, at that rate we would all miss the movie! Don't waste your time nor money!

Yelp
Located inside the Sunset Station, the Regal Sunset Station (and IMAX) is a exceptionally comfortable theater operating since 1996. The most popular theater in Henderson, the theater is clean, welcoming, and stylish, it offers recliners in every auditorium (even the IMAX!) which are so comfortable that you might even asleep on them! Heavy bass, and surrounds in the auditoriums make you feel like you are seeing the film in a premium large format, believe it or not, it isn't. The IMAX is loud, rumbly, and comfortable. It is well worth the trip, this easily kicks every other theater out of the park (...except for it's sister locations) and is heavily recommended for people who like loud, and comfortable theaters.

Yelp
Don't come to this movie theater- very badly managed.! The only thing they have going for them is the reclining chairs and they are starting to wear out! The training they give their staff is minimal at best!

Yelp
Upon entering the movie theater an employee was on their phone he didn't even acknowledge us but I didn't care about that I just noticed that he was on his phone and I thought it was very strange that an employee would be on their phone right where people walk into the theater. I walked up to the concessions stand and told the employee that I had bought my tickets online she proceeded to tell me that the employee at the front (who was on his phone) was supposed to give me my tickets. How was I supposed to know that? I don't know lol! So the entire time she had an attitude (most likely bc her coworker wasn't pulling their weight). I didn't feel welcomed whatsoever it was really disappointing. They have recliner seats which are great but the seats were extremely filthy. Food was great but I won't be back.

Yelp
I had a dinner reservation for a restaurant at Sunset Station and I saw that there was a movie at 2:50 that would go to about the time of my dinner reservation. Win! I used my Movie Pass at the self serve kiosk and I was seated in a short time. All the seats are electric, reclining, and the armrest has a cup holder. The seats are plush and comfortable. They do not have a little movable table for food or other things. The theatre is small with about 60 seats. Sight lines from anywhere would be good. The one area needing some care was the men's room. There were a number of paper towels on the floor and was generally unkempt. Since I live on the other side of the Valley, I won't be here often but when putting a movie together with a dinner reservation is the time to come here.

Yelp
Came here with a back injury and really wanted to see the new Batman movie. Their spacious theatre with reclining seats really helped me enjoy my experience. I could lay comfortably for nearly 3 hours and didn't have to get up if someone in my aisle needed to use the restroom. No one questioned me on the pillow I had to bring either. Not too many stairs I had to climb to get to the top row either and they had bars I could use my arms for to help my mobility. I don't appreciate the tickets being sold now at concessions like other reviews but more so because this cuts someone's job while making another person's job more demanding. I haven't had to wait in line as mentioned in other reviews because I don't go to movies that often, but this makes sense to me it can be frustrating. There isn't much I am interested in in the concessions either cause it's all terrible unhealthy food. Otherwise, clean and efficient theatre and I enjoyed my time.

Yelp
Perfectly good theater. Especially if you're staying at this hotel for a few days and want to kill some time. Comfortable recliner chairs. Not sure whether to thank or kill the dude that automatically gave me the senior citizens discount for a matinee on the October weekday I attended. Not impressed with the popcorn. So dry I actually threw away most of it, and I NEVER do that. Also, note that the restroom is fairly far from some of the theaters, so plan accordingly if you have to make a mad dash and don't want to miss any of the film.

Yelp
This was my first time @ this movie theater. My boyfriend & I came here due to our movie playing @ 10:30pm. Once we walked in we were greeted @ the ticket stand by a friendly young lady. I had movie vouches I handed over then got my tickets. Very quick transaction. The one thing I didn't like was they make you pick your seats when you get your tickets. I like the old days where you just went & found a seat. If seats are that important then you get to the theater early to get a good seat. As we were walking over to the concession stand some female employee came over to us wanting our tickets. I told her I wasn't ready to go in yet that I wanted to buy some stuff. She says "Oh, I will just let you know what theater to go in to." Really??? Cause I don't know how to read? Cause I'm not smart enough I can't figure that out myself?? I just thought this was very odd & I wasn't impressed by it. If I need help, I will ask, thank you! So anyways we go over & we both want a soda and I want some movie theater popcorn, cause that's the best! Unfort. they had no deals, which other movie theaters do. But man they sure are $$$$. Small soda, Medium soda & Medium popcorn was like $22.00. Are you kidding me?????????????? A box of popcorn hardly cost much in a store nor if I got a fountain soda in a restaurant. You guys really need to lower your prices to normal ones. You wonder why people sneak snacks into the theater. We find our theater, with no problem. We were the only ones in there which was cool & not shocking since it was a Sunday night & a 10:30pm movie. They had these cool recliner chairs, so I thought. Till I sat in one. I felt like I sank too deep in it & couldn't sit up properly to drink my soda or eat my popcorn so I had to keep adjusting myself. Maybe I was just too fat for the seat.....lol I would be afraid if I went to the movies tired I would probably pass out in one of these chairs. They kinda make you not feel like your in the theater. The movie was great! Knives Out. I highly recommend it.

Yelp
FREEZING COLD AND THEY DONT CARE. Last time I went I needed hat, gloves, coat and slippers. No customer should be that uncomfortable paying for a movie. Worst theater ever.. this is an ongoing issue

Yelp
First time at the Regal. We came here long ago when Sunset Station opened the 1990s. It was right after Memorial Day and my mom REALLY wanted to see Top Gun Maverick. I told her the best way to see it is in IMAX. Come to find out they filmed it in IMAX which was perfect. She had never seen an IMAX movie so she was in for a treat. Even with a hurt hip and knee, she hobbled up the steps to the back of the theatre. We sat down and she loved the seats, very comfy. The sound and picture quality were amazing! We could feel the rumble of the fighter engines through our whole bodies, immersing us into the movie. I felt like I was on a roller coaster and felt like I wanted to scream! My call sign is FANG!

Yelp
Love this theater. Lots of great things like serving Pepsi. Everyone else does coke and coke is a joke lol not everyone loves coke. Only downside is it's kinda pricey. I usually go to a discount theater. The seats are pretty amazing, electric recliners , but don't fall asleep! That's how comfortable they are. Conveniently by the food court. My husband just turned 50 so we will be going on Wednesday for $4 , that's a deal!only reason I gave 4 stars is the prices of tickets and concessions.

Yelp
I really liked this movie theater. The reclining chairs were very cozy. The popcorn was buttery and fresh.

Yelp
We really like this movie theater since the remodel... Reclining big plush seats, with plenty of walking room in front. Plus, the ability to pick a seat prior to even getting to the movie theater. We have always had good service, even considering that most of the concession area is staffed by high school type aged employees. They even sell beer & wine for us over 21.

Yelp
I have to say I am APPALLED at Regal Theater and Sunset Station Casino. As a Regal Club member and Gold Stations Rewards cardholder, I attended the opening screening of Harriet. What an amazing movie... I was so inspired.... And what a disgusting place to view this feature. I've been a loyal customer here for 12 years and I had to clean butter and popcorn off my chosen seat before I could watch my movie. Normally after a show I like to go shoot craps... but this definitely took me out of the mood. Wonder if the housekeeping here had anything to do with the anticipated predominantly black audience that a Harriet showing might attract. This spot is definitely not on my list of favorites right now... I'd still reccomend Green Valley Ranch at this point but I'm down like 4 flat tires with Sunset.
