We were traveling through the area and came upon Reggie’s. It was 7:30 PM on a Sunday, mind you, they close at 8 o’clock. The staff graciously invited us to dine in despite the late hour. We ordered Garden Salads and cheese pizza. One of the staffers explained what came on the salads (lettuce, small ham slices, tomatoes, olives and shredded cheese), and asked if we wanted to make any modifications. The salads came out quickly, were very fresh and nicely arranged. The pizza followed a few minutes later and was phenomenal! My uncle remarked that it was one of the best pizzas that he’d had in a long time. The cheese was perfectly browned, the sauce was very good and the crust was cooked perfectly. The closest big chain pizza that I could compare it to is Pizza Hut, but MUCH better and clearly made with much more of a focus on quality preparation. That comparison is not meant to offend a family-owned pizza shop because I really like Pizza Hut. Reggie’s is just leaps and bounds better. Thank you.
