Outstanding Catering Experience with Regina's Authentic Mexican Food Truck! On October 1, 2025, Regina's Authentic Mexican Food Truck catered our 2025 Employee Appreciation Event at CW Bearing, and they absolutely exceeded expectations! The food was exceptional—so much so that employees were going back for seconds and even thirds. Days later, people are still raving about the delicious flavors, the friendly and pleasant staff, and the impressively efficient service. The catering team brought not only amazing food but also a warm and welcoming energy that truly elevated our celebration. We wholeheartedly recommend Regina's Authentic Mexican Food Truck for any event and look forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future!

We had Regina’s at our backyard wedding this past weekend and we couldn’t recommend them enough. They were incredibly easy to work with, organized, timely, and professional while providing delicious food! Our guest raved about their tacos and served food very quickly. My sister had Regina‘s food truck at her wedding shower last week and I still can’t stop thinking about that green salsa. It was delicious and the way it was thick enough to stick to the chip was just 🤌🏼 The food was so delicious and the staff was incredibly kind. Can't say enough great things about Regina's. Super easy to work with and they delivered excellent food at my Son's grad party. Guest after guest were raving about the tacos. Efficient set up and breakdown, clean, courteous and capable. We had a very narrow driveway they needed to negotiate to get to our backyard and they drove in a backed out without an issue. It was 95 degrees for the party and they cooked their tails off. I'd hire them back in a heartbeat. Thanks for making our event so great.

From the efficient service to the amazing tacos, this food truck is a gem! You'd be hard-pressed to find better authentic Mexican tacos for an event plus the salsas are all hand made and super flavorful 🤤 Regina is so friendly and easy to work with. Can't recommend enough!

What I love about Regina's Food Truck is that she truly serves up authentic Mexican tacos. Based in the metro Detroit area, I have had the pleasure of eating at Regina's at several Food Truck & Farmers' Market Events: The Royal Oak Farmers' Market, The Birmingham Farmers' Market, and other food truck events/rallies. Her menu is known for her tacos and quesadillas that are authentic. My personal favorite is the chicken or steak tacos, served in corn tortillas and topped with generous amounts of cilantro and onions. That being said, you can request to have what you please on your tacos, but as-is they are served "street-style." The food truck also offers a variety of salsas to top on your tacos or with a side of tortilla chips. Don't sleep on the red salsa! It is absolutely amazing. You can tell that her ingredients are extremely high quality and very fresh for not only the tacos, but also the salsas. Definitely would recommend checking out Regina's food truck!

we have been emailing and calling for the last three weeks or more and filled out a quote for this place to have a party. We finally hear back to be told the times we requested for our party is taken!! Horrible communication! Would NOT recommend!

Have you ever tried mushroom, hibiscus, or stew tacos before? I have not. Here's another question, would it be any good? Leave that to Regina's. They created three tacos for the Hazon Food Festival that we're vegetarian and delicious. Hats off to their creativity and ability to make them taste good. I tried the Guajillo Mushroom Taco, Hibiscus Flower Taco, and the Raja TPablano Pepper, tomato, onion stew Taco. They know how to make interesting and great tasting tacos. They all come in traditional double corn tortillas and cilantro and onion topping. They don't need much more than what they are featuring and the toppings. Together, you'll enjoy them. I look forward to seeing this truck again and seeing what they come up with next time.

Avoid. Tacos are dry, both chicken and steak tacos are the worst we had in a long time. The menu is overall way overpriced. 2 tiny cheese quesadillas are 8$. Not worth more than a few bucks as a side. Urbanrest needs to rethink who they use for catering on their premises.

Regina's food truck provided really wonderful Mexican food at a recent employee appreciate event. They served a choice of multiple tacos, fresh chips and dips and quesadillas made fresh one order at a time. I would recommend them to all. And Regina was super sweet.

I was at a party that used Regina's food truck. The food was absolutely delicious. They had a variety of tacos and quesadillas. The pork, chicken, shrimp, and steak was all amazing! Best Tailgate food ever! We purchased two different salsas and a variety of meat for MSU tailgate. So flavorful-High-quality! Huge hit with all the students! I will definitely be purchasing again for our next tailgate, thanks for making it so easy!

The NCAA finals and the warm weather were the perfect combination to have the boys (a bunch of them) over for a socially-distanced night of basketball and tacos. We searched around for options and found Regina's Food Truck. She catered the whole thing for us. The guys loved the food, but the service was just as good. Regina was great to work with, provided all the answers to our questions, so we didn't over spend and we got more than enough to feed my group of friends. My friends raved about it , so I'm doing the same here on Yelp!
