Horrible experience with this company, which has absolutely no customer service or support at Kelenföld station in Budapest. On the phone, they tell you to send an email, and in the email, they tell you to call by phone. They don’t even seem to know what they’re saying.

Worst experience ever, we bought a tickets with my wife in theirs application. My wife clicked on checkbox that we have a little baby with us. When autobus arrived, driver was very angry and can't speak English, but another tourists transleted his statements that he refuse to get us in the bus , because we have a little baby and we should get a baby chair with us, it was very frustrating and we almost were late in a aereport because of that

I wish to give zero stars. They are horrible and unprofessional. They removed me and my Pet Dog from the train. When I requested for a refund they did not give me the refund. We never used their service. They want to cheat the customers hence we did not get the refund. They are not pet friendly, it is best to avoid them if you want to reach the destination. I would never recommend to travel with Rejiojet again.

We took one of the faster Regio Jet trains from Bratislava to Budapest. Train station was easy to navigate with good safety measures.
The speed train was clean, comfortable seats, good cart service with decent selections of foods and drinks to order from pamphlet.
We enjoyed our peaceful ride very much. And rode RegioJet acrossed 5 countries.

Dnešní cesta Brno Praha se konala ve vymrzlem vagónu, kde nefungovalo topení, objednávku jsem dostal po cca 50ti minutách, sushi bylo už značně unavené, doufám, že se to ještě neprojeví, půlku jsem raději nechal pro další zájemce. Jediný světlý okamžik byla lahvova Plzeň. Stevardi sbírajíci odpad prošli asi 5x, ale ač jsem nabízel vše k odnosu, zůstalo vše netknuto až do konce.
