If I can give this 0 stars I would. I bought over $1700 in clothing to be delivered to my house and they never sent it. They never sent me a confirmation or tracking number to my email. I had to drive back to the place to find out they sent it to the wrong address. I called every single number to try to contact them including the corporate headquarters in London and either the phone numbers were not working or disconnected or the headquarters had zero insight on what happened. I drove there and they were so indifferent and rude. Horrible horrible company

Google
Workers are insanely rude. Tried to do a return, they were unhelpful. Would recommend mgmt replace customer service focused employees as they deter customers from shopping here

Google
6:22pm on a Sunday and it's closed. Both maps and their own website say it closes at 7pm... smh

Google
Great store. Will be back. Daniel in the Soho location is incredible! He and the associate Sidney made our experience. They were so kind to my daughter and I. They really are gems. This company is lucky to have them :)

Google
Comically rude employees at this branch. Tried to return a couple items; saleswoman refused to take the shirt, saying that it had been worn and smelled of body odor, which obviously wasn't the case. The tags were still on the items, and the shirt was see through, so the tag would have been clearly visible if I had worn it while out and about. Manager comes over and says they won't take the pants either, since those have also been worn, then lies and says they didn't say any of those things. I later returned the items at the Bleecker location, where, unsurprisingly, no one said anything about a smell. I see from other reviews that other customers have been refused returns by employees complaining the clothing smells of tacos, etc. Seems like they're too lazy to do their jobs, so they make up some vaguely racist excuse why they won't accept items. idk why anyone would shop at a brand that hires such low-class people.

Google
Even as a Caucasian I was totally ignored. The customer service in this store is really bad, has been for a while actually. It was so nice to go across the street where they were super welcoming and supportive. Still really like the brand but the embroidery around the edge of the top I got yesterday is already breaking up. So sad. It’s a lovely top.

Google
The clothing is not overpriced for the quality. Styles are always fashionable and in season. Sales associates are friendly, helpful, and willing to bring more colors or sizes should you require them. Plus, the store is very well organized making finding your newest piece easy. Can I spend $200 on a dress every day? No, but when I need something nice and fast, I always go to Reiss.

Google
Been to this place a few times. As a person of color, I get ignored by the staff during all the store visits. It was becoming obvious when Caucasian customers would walk in after me but they got greeted and help almost right away. I love the brand after finding it in London, but this location has now turned me away for good.

Yelp
I love Reiss. It's been one of my favorite brands when I travel for several years now. I am usually able to find gorgeous dresses and coats here during their semi-annual sales at about 50% or more off. This store is large - there are several in NYC but this one located in/near Soho has a large women's and men's section and had tons of fitting rooms. Staff were super friendly and offered to get me a room while I browsed and then any other sizes if needed. Not too pushy, but around just enough. Lots of sale items inside and a huge selection. They had nearly everything you can see on the website inside this store. Clothing here is very classy and beautiful.

Yelp
My boyfriend bought me a knit dress for our anniversary, he (up until now) only wore reiss. The dress had a manufacturing flaw where they missed part of the arm running the seam through a machine. When I brought the dress back, they only had one identical dress but it was dirty, covered in makeup and dust. The manager even made a comment how it was just sitting in a dirty shelf... nice sales training. We were aware through other shopping visits that's there is a tailor reiss uses that's at a store nearby. I asked about the possibility of their tailor fixing the dress as the other only available in the city was dirty and he told me I'd have to pay the tailor to fix it and he was rude about it. Was about to go buy my bf a new wardrobe for Valentine's Day, if you want quality knits with quality customer service Sezane is our new brand we prefer, https://www.sezane.com/us/octobre-editions/collection/knitwear

Yelp
The strictest return policy I've ever experienced. And just overall frustrating to be a customer here. Spent hundreds, went to return one item ONE single day past the window, and they would not return it. Frustrating rigidity. Like, one day? Seriously? And the attitudes! Omg. I hate to disparage someone online, but I find the manager Yaneeka to be so absurd to have a conversation with. Low class, nasty attitude and behavior. The eye rolling and sass. Is this the part where I assume it's bc I'm white or something? Who knows. Just not gonna shop at Reiss anymore. Whatever. Just annoying. ***update*** I called customer service phone # and they could not have been nicer. They accommodated me 100% and were so kind about it. I am grateful for the agent.

C R.

Yelp
If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst customer service (Besides American Airlines) ever. They sent me the wrong belt now I have to pay to return.

Yelp
For years I passed by this store and never bothered to go inside. No specific reason why. Finally went in sometime in August and I have since been a regular. I bought a ton of pieces for fall/winter from the W. Village and Soho stores, and I love them! A deep teal sweaterdress and coat have already paid for themselves in compliments! The staff at both stores have been super helpful (always getting me the right size when it's not on the floor), very friendly and just make the shopping experience a very pleasant one. Love the colors and designs. Price points are average for the quality. $200+ for nice sweaters and separates. $650+ for a long, well-fitted wool coat.

Alexandra B.

Yelp
Spent $400+ yesterday at the store and come home to realize they gave me two shoes for the same foot. Called multiple times and apparently they have no working phone line to resolve the issue - now have no choice but to travel an hour out of my way to visit the store againNot much of a luxury experience so would go elsewhere.

Steven S.

Yelp
Manager at the store in soho is extremely rude. Went in there and after spending almost 1,000 dollars manager talked down to me and my wife and laughed in our faces when we asked if there were any Labor Day sales. He thinks he's doing a great job but needs a real lesson on how to talk to customers if he is a manager. Disappointing to see with all the other nice people that work at the quality stores in soho. We both left shocked leaving the store.

Yelp
I love British based clothing companies, the style is more inline with my own. Reiss is one of my favorites. I have only shopped the store once at this location but found the staff to be very helpful and was very happy with the items I purchased. Since, I have bought a few things online and love visiting the store when I pass by!
google avatar

Anne B.

Yelp
Absolutely love this store! Everyone there is so professional and helpful. The style is amazing, and I consider myself lucky with anything I buy there. Shame I can only go when I'm in NYC for business or picking up my glasses from SEE across the street! Loved working with Shimella! She was so inspiring. And very professional. Can't wait to go to Reiss again.
google avatar

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
I had a most excellent shopping experience here after being drawn in by the olive colored cullottes in the window. I browsed around to find several other items that interested me. The fashion here is classy, reserved but sexy. I picked up one cream, lacy top and Shiela took it from there bringing me correct sizes and a literal constant stream of new stuff I may like. She was pretty spot on with my style and even brought my bf and I water and glasses of prosecco! I walked out of there with some beautiful additions to my wardrobe: a pair of suede heels, tops, the cullottes and the dazzling Swarovski necklace (really love this unique 3 tier necklace) I was sad to learn there are no stores in SF, but happy I ventured into their SOHO boutique. Thank goodness for websites. I'm hoping they make it out in SF again - just love their simple, unique designs!

Yelp
This is my second or third time in Reiss. This time I actually tried on a couple of things. I had to admit that the European sizing really confuses me. Being from a culture that places extreme value on dieting and being skinny, I'm used to girls who want their sizes as small as possible. But in the UK, a size 2 is like a 6 or 8, and a size 0 doesn't even exist. I tried on a couple of really cute things and they were beautiful - but either too small or too big. I was a different size in blazers than I was in dresses. But the things that did fit, fit beautifully. Everything in here is made exceptionally well, made of fabrics like silk, cashmere, and all things pleasant to the skin. I ended up buying a beautiful belt that I hope will last a long time.

Rob B.

Yelp
Bad experience with rude guy who answered the phone. Couldn't answer basic questions then left me on hold. I've bought clothes here before, unlikely I will again.

Lara S.

Yelp
I got my rehearsal dinner dress from Reiss and could not be happier with it. I can't wait to wear it again! This particular store is a gem. Staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are able to weigh in honestly and make suggestions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special outfit or just a few new things for everyday.
google avatar

Luke L.

Yelp
Terrible experience. If you don't look over 35 no one pays attention to you. Also the returns program is outdated. I'd you want to return the store has to ship it back for you and can't process it themselves.
google avatar

Ali B.

Yelp
Very unhappy with Reiss Customer Service. British based company that makes up the rules as they sell. Customer Service references Terms & Conditions online that don't exist. I will never shop at this store again. Beware.
google avatar

Yelp
Damn you, news industry, for not paying me enough to afford my penchant for beautiful, expensive clothes. If I could, my whole wardrobe would be from Reiss. I've been a huge fan of this store since I studied abroad in London wayyy back in 2003 (ugh, I'm old). And no doubt this brand is going to get a LOT more attention now, thanks to Kate Middleton. I've found that the sizing here is a little odd, but for the most part, it stays true to the American size equivalent. Put it this way: I picked up an adorable skirt here based on my American size. It wouldn't fit...wouldn't even go past my thighs. I got sad. The saleswoman suggested I put it over my head. Yes, a skirt OVER MY HEAD. It fit like a charm. So yes, go to any extremes to get that beautiful piece of Reiss on your body. You really do pay for quality, and the clothes are classy and unique. I just bought a gorgeous dress here for a wedding, and I simply cannot wait to wear it. The only thing that worries me is that with the rising popularity, things are going to sell out fast and nothing great will be left on the sales racks. :( If Reiss is good enough for the Duchess of Cambridge/future Queen of England, then goddammit, it's good enough for me.

Yelp
Classic pieces, Outstanding Service, and every time I wear a piece from this store I get a compliement. Worth the price of admission for me! The staff in the West Broadway store are exceptional; Lyndon, Joe, Jesse, John, Alex, etc. They want to make you happy and they want you to come back. They are not there just to sell you clothes that you will not wear. I have been told before, "No, I will not let you buy that." I mean that type of attention and honesty will make me spend twice as much. My best suits are from here and they have become my only suits. Hip Hip Hooray For REISS

Yelp
After visiting this store for the first time, i'm really liking their stuff. All their stores have pretty much the same stuff (west village, and LA). The customer service here is great - they're not pushy at all and are really nice. Supposedly they have pre-sales twice a year at the end of summer and after xmas time, from what I heard.
google avatar

Laurieanne H.

Yelp
I am such a huge fan of this store! Everything is incredibly well made which makes the (oftentimes) hefty price tag completely worth it! There are a handful of supernice, unpretentious fellows who work there and they always make my shopping experience pleasant. They always greet me when I walk in and are just as nice to me whether I buy $600 worth of stuff or just try on everything and leave without buying a thing! I totally recommend shopping at Reiss if you're in Soho and don't mind dropping a few Benjamins on some sweet threads.

Stacey S.

Yelp
NEVER AGAIN. I will never purchase anything from Reiss again. I am still waiting for a very large refund for a purchase I made in November. I returned the item and Reiss confirmed receipt mid-Dec, but I am still waiting for the refund (1 month later). My last communication from them was that a credit card was refunded ... however it was not mine! They have awarded my refund to someone else, and now they have gone silent about when I will get my money back. Buyers BEWARE! Terrible, terrible experience.
google avatar

Nish N.

Yelp
This is their first store in the U.S., they're all over London and the rest of England, so it's definitely worth a visit to see if Reiss is your style or not. For me, they weren't, a little to Euro, although one jacket I tried on was a close purchase. I agree with same about the pricing, but that could just be because of my relatively unfamiliarity with the brand. The space, like a SoHo loft, is nice and open, with dark hues, overall a decent shopping experience.

Yelp
I'm now the best dressed guy at work! Thanks Reiss, but honestly, it wasn't a tough battle. Also the sales are killer! I'll be spending less time in Club Monico this year.

Yelp
Let's talk about Reiss for a second. I love this store. I love the brand overall. What really seals the deal for me is how pretty much every piece has something special about it. I love that. It's clothing that appeals to now yet timeless at the same time. So versatile too. I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten on every single piece I've bought from here. Also the fact that I have never seen *anyone* wearing what I bought makes me feel that much better and "in the know". So refined and surprisingly exclusive. Love it. This store is beautiful. I did a little research and found out they actually received an award for their interior design. All of the clothing was merchandised nicely and had a nice flow as you walked throughout the store. Staff was very generous and knowledgeable on the clothing. They even told me of good spots to check out while I was on vacation there. I winded up getting a pair of shoes that are the perfect bridge between casual and dressy. Of course I've already received great compliments on them. So glad to have a store not far from Miami. Will do more shopping here that's for sure.

Yelp
As much as I love shopping with my close girlfriends, I need to stop shopping with them PERIOD. They take me to too many good stores, and ones that I can't currently afford, and that's where temptation steps in. Reiss provided more than enough temptation with their winter sales. My friend wanted to run in to check out their sale and I tagged along since I had never been in Reiss before. I didn't even remember that Kate Middleton's engagement dress was from the brand, but I can see why she likes their clothing. I started out helping my friend choose things to try on, and sooner that I thought I had my own dressing room stocked with discounted dresses. The saleswoman there was so nice, intercepting us the moment we started carrying clothes around and putting them in dressing rooms for us, getting heels in our size for when we tried on our dresses, and she very attentively gave critiques on each item, most of them truthful although obviously she wanted us to buy buy BUY. And I almost did. Those dresses hugged me in all the right ways - I don't remember the last time I looked so freaking good in the mirror. I fell in love with this blue maxi dress, but even the discounted price was about $100 out of my acceptable price range. Plus, where in the heck was I going to wear it?! Maybe once I can afford their stuff (or sale prices get better) I'll be back, or ordering online, but for the time being I had to discreetly walk away from looking like a short super model *sigh*.

Yelp
Great store, friend of mine in NYC turned me on to this place. Service is exemplary, the cut and fit of the suits is classic british, without the Saville Row price tag. They also make great trousers. Take a look at their coats as well, you won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Jason W.

Yelp
I have never been to a REISS before...but I have heard alot about them from a couple of my UK colleagues who know the brand from London. Like many European designers, their clothes are very fitted and trendy. I walked in and bought a couple of their cool shirts that were on sale. I sure wish there was a REISS in SF....but there is one on LA....close enough. I am a big fan of European designers and cuts....REISS is also cool because they have the hottest babes working there! Oh yeagh......its cool just to go in and check them out dressed in their short dresses and high heels....hot!

Yelp
Love the suit I bought from Reiss. Fits me great. Really love that was on sale but even more love how dope their employee Reggie was at customer service and how he did it with great style. This man was incredible at making my shopping experience easy and memorable. Told him I needed a suit for a wedding. I wanted blue. Told him how I wanted to dress the suit up, basically said it was wack, and styled it much better than I ever would of. Awesome guy. Great at what he does. 5 stars hands down

Sunny K.

Yelp
In my 27 years of living, this store, hands down, was the worst service I have ever encountered. And that is saying a lot since I live in NY and I have had my share of urban nightmares. I pass by this store every day because of my work. Loved the displays but never had time to actually drop by. Finally visited on a Saturday night after shopping in SoHo. It was around 7:20ish and there were a couple of groups still lingering and shopping, but the workers were starting to clean up. No one said Hi or greeted me. They were more busy talking amongst each other, and one guy who was there was just a friend. He said something like "I should get paid for helping you guys out." Cue, laughter. Honestly, I don't mind being ignored or the fact that they were cleaning up or having small talk with their friends. I did wonder why they didn't actual close down the store before doing this. Our flagship store does. (I work in corporate office for a luxury menswear label in SoHo).But all businesses run differently and after a long day, who doesn't want to go home? Unfortunately, it happened to be the WORST service I've ever had in my life. I was in the fitting room and I asked someone to bring me a different sized pants. She tossed the pants I gave her on the seat in front and said, "I don't know if we have any." Then, she walked in the back. After waiting for her for what seemed forever, I came out. She never returned. I'm presuming she went home because I never saw her again. But seriously, wtf? If I never came out of the fitting room, I would have just been there waiting pantless ... At least have the common decency to return and let me know you don't have it. Who leaves a customer waiting in the dressing room?! I'm not being a drama queen. Please check your security cameras. It's been a week since the incident, and it still really bothers me. Hence, the review. My boyfriend bought something and at the register, I complained and commented about how rude the girl was and how horrible the service was. The cashier girl just ignored my comments and rang us up. Get your crap together. Isn't this location the flagship store? It's so unprofessional. Lock up and start cleaning up if you do not want to be bothered by customers. Never returning to this crummy place or shopping at Reiss. If you must, I suggest you come early if you want to be treated like an actual human being.

Yelp
I love the fashion here! I was so sad when they closed the Reiss in San Francisco a few years ago. So when i was coming to NY, i knew i had to make a special trip to the store. The sales associate was nice, she asked me what i was looking for and i told her the style i like. She immediately started a fitting room for me and started bringing me all these cute outfits. Unfortunately, although it was a cute outfit, it didn't look nice with my petite frame. I have to admit the prices here are a little steep, but if you are looking for that one perfect coat or dress it might be worth it.

Owen G.

Yelp
Absurd and abusively short return policy. Stuck with a lot of money worth of clothes that don't fit because I was two days late on the return, no flexibility for exchange, store credit, etc. If you're going to have a ridiculous return policy it should be called out before purchase.

Marielle M.

Yelp
Reiss is my favorite clothing brand. The clothes are well designed and fabrics are of very high quality (wool, cashmere and silk blends are not uncommon). The prices are very reasonable for what you get. Most of the pieces are timeless, staples of my wardrobe. Pretty much everything is classic and beautiful, but their blazers are my favorite. The fabrics, colors, textures, detailing and cuts are 100% on point. They truly look like designer pieces without the ridiculous designer price tags. I don't think that paying $400 for a gorgeous, high quality dress that will look fantastic for years is an overly high price. It's too bad there is no store in Chicago. I am hoping they will expand. For now, I will continue shopping at Bloomingdales. They have dedicated Reiss sales reps who do an outstanding job. Well done, Reiss!!

Jen X.

Yelp
Called to check store inventory before venturing into the city. The sales associate who picked up the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. I will not visit a store that is unfriendly even over phone.
google avatar

Karen Y.

Yelp
I really love Reiss. Their clothes have a nice fitted/tailored look. Current styles, but not overly trendy. The dresses are beautiful, if a bit overpriced (most things are b/c of the exchange rate). Note: the clothes are cut small.
google avatar

Angela Q.

Yelp
I usually LOVE Reiss (we have one in SF) but I have to give the location in Manhattan a 1 for its shitty service.

Katrina M.

Yelp
Went to the Bleecker Street store after work today, and they were having some kind of promo event. A DJ was playing music so loudly I couldn't hear myself think. The manager said "corporate" told them to do this event. The doors were wide open, wasting heat & blasting the sound up & down the block, annoying everyone. No customers were shopping. If their clothes were decently designed & priced, they wouldn't need this kind of obnoxious marketing ploy. As it stands now, I'd give them negative stars for their clothes, as well as their customer service & marketing.
google avatar

Nathan J.

Yelp
I am neither funky nor euro, but basically every single piece of clothing I own is from this store (or Steven Alan). I love it.
google avatar

R O.

Yelp
I come in here and browse whenever I'm in the neighborhood. The prices are a tad much, but I keep this store in mind if I have any future events coming up where I need a dress....because the dresses are really beautiful and their cuts are imaginative/flattering.
google avatar

Sam P.

Yelp
A popular British brand - this was their first store in NYC. Classic with a funky, euro edge. Great outerwear and suits. Prices seem a tad unreasonable, but it's great for browsing, and I love the open, dark wood surroundings.
google avatar

Clark H.

Yelp
Love Reiss - They have great basics, sort of a sexed-up european, slim fit, version of Banana Republic, but totally in a good way. I like to hit their store on Robertson in Los Angeles, but it doesn't exist on yelp - sad.
google avatar

Matt F.

Yelp
Was in New York for a television show and out of the blue landed a big meeting with an executive over at MTV. This was a huge potential client and of course did not pack for this. Went into Reiss and a salesman named Andre spent a good hour with me, my wife, and 3 of her friends finding the perfect outfit for this super important meeting. He was an incredible help and focused all of his time with us. Really a first class store.

John E.

Yelp
I really love Reiss - why: they really know how to do modern design and well crafted construction at a fair price. But as important. the sales staff are really cool and helpful and genuine. I got my wedding tuxes there and they were more than helpful and generous. The tux looks better than the options I was thinking over at other more pricey places and I must say, this tux is a perfect blend of classic and modern - not over exaggerated in either direction and that's often the best way to go for a formal occasion. Hats off to the manager and his team. Only wish is that they have some of the things I saw in London (cool oil slick rain overcoat I bought in London wasn't there so I assume the there's a difference in choices from NY to London) john

Yelp
I love love love Reiss! I've only found Reiss at one Bloomingdales in Long Island, and recently they've expand to another Bloomies as well. I go into the city all the time to go to their store on W. Broadway. Sexy, yet sophisticated- great quality and not exorbitantly priced. Love their SALES!
google avatar

Scott G.

Yelp
Had a great experience with the staff on helping me choose a winter coat and outfits. Great quality and competitive pricing. Recommend to everyone.
google avatar

Hope C.

Yelp
I could literally buy every single dress at Reiss and be completely, totally blissful. This retailer/designer knows how to nail the "graceful, feminine, demure, understated sexy" look. The shop originated in London, but there are several branches all over the world now. The quality hasn't suffered. I bought a Reiss dress in Dublin last spring and it's my favorite dress in my closet. The fabric, the cut, the lining, the quality. It's all there. And the dresses are appropriate for both professional dinners and more fun events like weddings. Kate Middleton approves of Reiss, as she's been photographed in several of their dresses as well. The pricetag is definitely higher than most people would like to spend - most of the dresses run between $200-$300 each, but I can honestly say that sometimes it's worth it. Versatile, beautiful, classy and re-wearable. I love this place!
google avatar

Rowena Y.

Yelp
I've been window shopping this store for many years and always found their dresses very attractive and fitted. AND, $$$$. I just couldn't justify paying $200-300 for a dress that I probably will never wear again. But today just happened to be an exception. First of all, I have a wedding to attend in 3 weeks and can't seem to figure out what to wear (I'm usually pretty last minute and throw on whatever I have in my closet that's deemed appropriate). Second, as probably the world knows now that the famous Shola dress worn by Kate Middleton is from this store. When I saw the same exact one hanging on one of the racks, I couldn't believe my eyes. I guess you can say I was definitely one of those girls who really wanted that dress because of how flattering it looked on Kate. But knowing my body figure, I didn't think it would fit me right (I hate being short!). Well this may be once in a lifetime opportunity so i gave it a try in the dressing room and completely fell in love with it. It was really flattering, nicely tailored, and very lady-like, exactly what I needed for this wedding coming up. The salespeople were really nice and helpful in general and of course, they threw all of these compliments on how great it looked on me...I mean who wouldn't as long as they can sell that dress for $350, right? Right and so I gave in. The downside about this store is that it 's always really stuffy and warm. I mean it's great for the fall/winter weather but when it's 90 degrees out, this store needs more ventilation. And those dressing room curtains are impossible to pull over to close it all the way...they are like 20 feet high and thick velvety material which makes the dressing room feel like 100 degrees, along with the lights burning inside next to the mirrors. But nothing beats listening to some salespeople with the British accent. It's almost contagious I must say.....

Yelp
After the very first rain in my new Reiss summer coat all the paint was washed off the fabric which I think is unacceptable quality for their prices.

Heidi F.

Yelp
I love so many pieces from Reiss! The service is pretty good, although I occasionally feel like I am looked over for the people who look like they will spend more than me. Also, their dressing rooms have slightly dim lighting and don't have doors--rather heavy curtains that are cumbersome to deal with. My favorite, and most worn, dress is from here and I have purchased so many staples of my wardrobe from Reiss. Also, Reiss is always worth stopping in as their sales racks have few rivals in NYC.

N L.

Yelp
Great customer service as usual. They have affordable, good quality clothes. Love this shop!

Yelp
the story is that i bought a coat on west broadway store here in new york city for my "birthday" gift; i asked them to ship to my place in new jersey because i dont want to go to the store and waste a trip to get it; plus it needs to be altered and its about $350 in total, they told me it will be about 2 weeks plus shipping time, so i wait..; surprisingly it came in a week, but it is NOT my merchandise...; i called and complained to the store, very "interestingly" that the guy very quickly acknowledged that he knew about the mistake before i told them the whole story, but they did nothing and i receive no phone calls; he told me he is sorry but i have to physically return the wrong coat to the store and i will be taking care when i go to the store. i went to the store to "return" the merchandise, which is not even my..; the lady who assisted me had a very bad attitude and finally said her first sorry after "30 mins" after she realized my horrible situation; its over 30 mins, no one knows whats going on, she then phoned the manager in los angeles store, the manager in LA wants to talk to me , i goes "what do you want me to say??", he goes" oh i just want to know what do you have to say.."; then i got REALLY angry because what else can i say after 30 mins when they asked me to come here, wasted my shipping cost, return the wrong merchandise.. its not the worst.., finally i came to speak with a guy, who is really nice, because i was so mad that i dont want to talk to that girl anymore; the shop manager (i believe his name is greg, or craig hughes) came over and also acknowledged that he knew about his with a even WORST attitude, simply saying "you can just wait for another 10 days or do the refund, but there is nothing else i can do about it!" then i recall i saw him when i came in the store, he just stood there change his clothes, looked at me and that first girl and did NOTHING... he told me there is nothing he can do because he cannot physically retrieve my coat from LA, so i have to physically return the wrong coat that is not even my??...whats the point paying $40 to ship my stuff??.. which he should automatically willing to take off my shipping charge, thats at least i want.. i got so mad and talked to my friend who works as a retail manager, he said that i should reach the district manager or corporate office to complain, someone is higher than him; unfortunately a girl told me there is no district manager in the US, everything reports to store manager then reports to UK...; my friend who is a manager at william sonoma thinks that if there is anything ever happened in his store, he is gonna get fired! last time they shipped my coat in a tiny little box with no hanger or cover or anything, i gave them another shot for my wrinkled coat, but this is def my last chance for this horrible brand.
