i was there at the jazz festival about 2 months ago and there is that man working there for years called Diehl and he got two faces 1: if you tip him he’s all friendly and nice 2: if you don’t he would be close to o the food at you i like the restaurant but i cant stand that guy called christian Diehl the rest of the arabs working there are nice but he is the complete opposite of nice

Traditional German romantic hotel with a very warm and welcoming ambiance. Next to the reception area is a huge fireplace with comfortable seating, ideal for an afternoon snack. The hotel team is genuinely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The hotel definitely has an autumn/winter vibe as there is little natural light.|With regards to food the breakfast needs to be called out for its culinary decadence - a multitude of cheeses, cold cuts and fish makes this a gourmet ‘s dream. The dinners are wholesome German but do not attain fine dining status - nothing to fault but nothing to be impressed by either. Overall a very fine place for a romantic getaway.

Gorgeous Place! Really authentic! We were here on New years eve, the menu was perfect! Wellness area is relaxing and modern. The interior is beyond amazing! The surroundings are all forest areas. Great!

We wanted to honor a voucher that was a present for me four years ago. I was sick for over a year and afterwards we could not travel due to the Corona Crisis. |Therefore the latest chance to convert the voucher was now in Summer 2023. We reserved two rooms in the Jagdhof and had the bill with the confirmation of the payment of the voucher and the voucher number as an evidence in baggage. The stay was pleasant and the hotel was great (as we knew it from former times). The rooms were upgraded and the bathroom was new and very clean.|The meals were splendid even if the breakfast was smaller than in former times.|The bad experience we made was that the hotel did not accept the bill of the voucher as an evidence that the voucher was still existing and hat not already been honored. We are regular guests well known for nearly 20 years at the Jagdhof. We had to pay the whole bill and had to promise to look for the Original voucher at home to send it by postal service to the Jagdhof. In this case they would restitute the costs of the hotel rooms. |We are very disappointed about this behaviour. At home I immediately found the voucher and send it to Jagdhof Glashütte. Now are waiting for the restitution... but I think we will never be guests of Jagdhof Glashütte again.

We stayed at the Jagdhof Glashütte from December 4-7 2023 prior to our tour of Germany's most famous Christkindl Markets. The hotel accommodations, breakfast, restaurants and staff made our stay magical. We had an absolutely amazing experience. Many thanks to Maximillian who was a wonderful assistant director and Santa Claus, and Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Dornhöfer proprieters for making our stay relaxing,

This hotel and restaurant has an amazing concept of providing service to the customers. It was a very pleasant 4-day stay thanks to this way of working for the guests. I cannot think of one mini-complaint, except the weather. That was not so good these 4 days.||One suggestion is to rewrite your address as I had great problems arriving. Please write for the village: Glashuette-Bad Laasphe instead of Bad Laasphe. My navigator system will be gratefull.

Very good food and service in a quite place. The pool and the sauna are new and very clean. The dishes at the restaurant are „deftig“ but of great quality. The room and the beds are very comfortable. We liked our stay.

Absolutely amazing stay with very friendly staff, unique Interieur, delicious breakfast, lovely rooms, beautiful Spa and an excellent Restaurant. We loved and enjoyed every minute beeing here! We will return for sure . Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!!
