Relais Villa Corallo

We are extremely disappointed. Our wedding was planned for June 2026, a three-day celebration that ultimately proved “too complex” for them. We first visited the venue in April 2025 and confirmed our booking in May, excited to move forward. Because of ongoing delays in finalizing our wedding contract, and despite having agreed on many details, repeated errors kept occurring. In early August, we had another call to review everything. We then decided to visit the venue again in September at our own expense while on a trip, planning to sign the contract on our way back. However, just one day before our return, they informed us that they could not meet the agreed terms, without offering any alternatives whatsoever. It feels as though we were strung along. If they had been transparent earlier about management problems and their inability to honor commitments, we could have chosen another venue. They admitted their mistakes, but offered no compensation, only apologies, leaving us to bear all the consequences. It is now two months since our last contact, during which we had hoped they might reach out, but they never did. This complete lack of follow-up demonstrates their total disinterest in our situation, despite the fact that our invitations and wedding website were already prepared. This process has caused significant emotional stress, wasted time, and financial loss. For Villa Corallo, it seems the focus is solely on mismanagement and money, rather than on the couples who entrust them with one of the most important events of their lives. We strongly advise future couples to avoid this venue entirely, we certainly will.

Relais Villa Corallo is a true gem! The entire property has been beautifully renovated – the rooms are modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail throughout. The heated pool is absolutely stunning. What makes it really special is that the hotel has only 11 rooms, so it’s wonderfully peaceful. Each pair of loungers at the pool is placed in its own private section, separated by tall grasses – perfect for full privacy and relaxation. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to do in the area. Breakfast was another highlight: a super friendly host served a delicious truffle omelet and avocado toast with salmon – both absolutely delicious. Of course, the hotel is located slightly outside the main towns, which is something to keep in mind. But if you’re looking for peace and a refined atmosphere, this is the place. One suggestion: offering EV charging would be a great addition, especially since there are no charging stations nearby – it would make arrivals and departures much more convenient for electric car drivers. All in all, a perfect stay – we’ll definitely be coming back!

Villa Corallo is a phenomenal place. We had the pleasure of staying here for two nights due to my sister-in-law's wedding. The hotel is stunning and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The gardens and pool provide a serene place to relax, while the restaurant serves delicious dishes that honor the local cuisine. The staff is kind and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. We will definitely be returning to enjoy this beautiful location and the warm hospitality once again.

This is a very beautiful hotel (history, architecture, land). We stayed in one of their best rooms which had its own shower room (I love a good shower). The breakfast was fantastic with the most delicious pastries, cakes and eggs to order. The restaurant which is open for dinner was fine dining and the food was delicious. We used their spa as well which can be reserved and it was such a nice experience - particularly having the jacuzzi to ourselves! The laundry service was super quick too. If you want a posh boutique hotel experience close to the mountains (or beach) this is a great place for it. It is a wedding hotel so just check if there is a wedding taking place during your stay so that you can plan accordingly (the restaurant is closed on wedding days for example).

This is a beautiful place with wonderful staff! Everything is clean and very nicely and tastefully decorated. The ambience is calm and inviting. The rooms are spacious and tasteful. The staff of both the restaurant and hotel are very friendly and try to make you to enjoy your stay as much as possible! Come here for a couple of relaxed and worry free days and you will feel refreshed. Next year there should also be a pool available.

We stumbled on this hotel as we were driving through on our way to Assisi from Matera. What a find. Gorgeous luxury hotel in every way. The grounds and building let alone the furnishings are just so impressive and stately but comfortable. The junior suite is amazing and everything you would want. Used the bath both nights as getting a tad cooler now. The breakfast was the win over to stay another night. I can’t begin to describe what this chef puts together but it is an experience you don’t want to miss. Not just what’s on the table but the menu 😋 A very passionate guy is the head chef Emmanuel. His food is 10+ rating. The staff are all great and Lorenzo who checked us in was so helpful. He recommended 2 great towns close by and both were amazing. Go visit the beautiful old town of Ascoli Piceno and also the amazing hill top town with its huge fortress “Civitella Del Tronto” We will be back here again next year. This place is a must 😍 Sadly both nights being Mo day & Tuesday the restaurant was closed but I can just imagine that menu 😄 It would be a taste explosion that’s for sure
