I like this area. Full of Potential. I keep telling all my Rich & Influential friends. About the endless possibilities of this place. I grew up in and around here. When I frequented the Tonbridge Club. (National College of Karate & Martial Arts) Which is now a National HQ for Yoga based in London(King's Cross). ....there's plenty more should be done with this whole Area. I'm a Big Fan. AndyG*

Argent LLP are the owners of my building and are adamant in showing the residents of our building their complete lack of attention in upholding any care, delivery of quality services or educated project management. Since they began works in my building, the building has leaked, flooded, extended delays in scaffolding resulting in balconies being completely unusable throughout the summer months and most important the turning off of any comfort cooling throughout the entirety of summer (actually more than 6 months), but yet charging a ‘comfort cooling maintenance fee’. The lower quartile for delay’s in any of the works is 8-10 weeks, the average is probably 12 weeks. They are just an absolutely horrible building management/lease holding company. It’s appalling, just expect the worse if they own/manage your building. Good Luck.

Avoid - promise and sell you one thing, and then hike up your costs though opaque deals and charges once you're bought in. They'll take every opportunity to profit at your expense.
