Match Bar La Favorite Bistro coming to The Linq - Eater Vegas

"Earlier called The Bar at Linq and renamed Match Bar on new paperwork, the restaurant will replace the existing walls facing Las Vegas Boulevard with sliding glass doors. The remodel will create a large dining and drinking area with a shaded outdoor patio right on the Strip, a few steps from the pedestrian entrance to the Promenade." - Bradley Martin

I just got a couple of drinks here. The vibe was cool, and right on the strip so thats nice. Service sucks. Paid $15 for a stagnant warm bud light.

We came to watch the VGK game and the game sound was shut off for obnoxiously loud music. We left because can’t hear game or friends talking. Will not come back if you don’t want business. You have great bartender but your management needs to pay attention to an empty bar and what the real problem might be.

Love this bar, bartenders are great, they are quick to fill your drinks, and they have great conversations with the guests. Being located on the strip gives you great location to drink and people watch. This is a must drink place to me every time I come to vegas have a few drinks and enjoy the show walking by.

You would think a diamond player playing $5 a hand in video poker would get attention while playing at the bar, took 30 minutes to get a drink. Music legit bartenders sucked and paid attention to other side of bar.

i’m sitting at the bar and the bartender takes literally 20 min to serve one drink and when they do it comes with flys in it. and this is not mistake it happened twice.. i won’t even say to the bartender it took forever to grab his attention for the first redbull.. i probably won’t come back

Good location right on the strip, but terrible service and they try and rip you off. First, the bartenders pretend you're not there. Then, you know how your bill comes and there are suggested tip amounts? I had one drink for $9.75 and the suggested tip amount of '20%' was $5.18. Now I'm no genius, but I can tell you that $5.18 is over 50% of $9.75. I'm sure a lot of people, especially internationally, tip off that amount. It was at 0300 a.m., so maybe they thought I was drunk whereas I was stone cold sober.

Terrible service. We come here frequently bc the good dj on Thursdays. The Bartenders used to be very attentive. Now bartenders are slacking big time. Waiting over 20 mins for a drink at a casual bar is a joke.

I had family in town for the weekend and being a local the strip is not my usual place to hang out. For my family I went walking and we stop at REMATCH and I ordered a drink, the bartender came back and rudely told me that if the straw is not physically in my mouth that I need to keep my mask on. I told him if those are the rules I am more than happy to obliged, however it needed to be the rule for everyone at the bar. There were several people with no mask on, security proceeds to tell me that the bartender would like for me to leave the bar area. I understand that the strip is filled with rowdy and unruly people however you don't not have the authority to treat everyone as such. I will be contacting upper management with pictures.
