One of the best Michelin starred restaurants I’ve ever had so far. I’m not putting up too many pictures only to save you the surprises when you visit the place yourself. Fabulous food combined with impeccable service, I don’t know what better I can get from an early summer visit.

My wife and I had dinner here, and it was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. The food was so amazing, with great flavor and texture combinations. French food with Japanese ingredients worked incredibly well. Each dish brought out the best of each ingredient. The shrimp dish was so delicious with layers and layers of flavors complementing each other. There wasn't a single dish that I didn't like, but that dish stood out for me. The service was also perfectly executed, as the dishes came out at a great pace. Not only that, but the owner chef himself came out and greeted us as we left the restaurant. Amazing dedication to their guests. I also ordered the short wine pairing that came with 5 wines, which I also enjoyed. If you are looking for fine dining in Nagoya, I would definitely recommend coming here.

Overhyped. Food quality doesn’t live up to the price. 1. The shrimp in the appetizer is not sweet. I had a better quality of shrimp in a sushi restaurant. 2. The baby squid course is acceptable, however the onion box dominated the taste and freshness of the baby squid. The tastes don’t blend well. 3. This fish dish is great! 4. The soup is too bland. 5. The dessert is a big let down!

Enjoyable 3 hour meal with the wonderful cooking of Chef Kuzuhara especially the abalone, eel and beef course. Wine pairing was decent too. Excellent breads too, from Train Bleu of Gifu. Service was very attentive.

Delicious food and elegant dining environment, need to reservation in advance, the whole set meau is quite a lot for a girl. The only no good point is I felt like their service and price do not match, Although as a non-professional diners, we have been to many Michelin-recommended restaurants, but the service I feel here is the most ordinary, especially the wine experience. All the wines in the set meal are served to us after being poured elsewhere. Overall I think this is a good restaurant, but I will not come again

After all these 3 years of lock down, finally we are being able to travel and enjoy a bit of free air. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday and it not only did not disappoint us but surprised us a lot. First I would like to thank the crew for accommodating my request via email very promptly. We were able to get a table next to the window which made our dinner sooo pleasurable. We can tell the chef has been putting a lot of effort to source high quality local ingredients and surprised people with a combination of different texture. When you think thats all for the dish, there is always something more making it better than simply outstanding. The mix of west and east added a huge bonus in your taste buds. We love every single dish and even fell in love with the bread (how I want to buy those bread home). However, the desserts were most mind-blowing! The freshness of strawberry, the combination of blood orange with chocolate, jelly, sorbet was so good that we are still missing it a whole lot. Thank you for the team for making our dinner so memorable. As what is said in the prologue next to the menu "To live equals leading a rich life. A rich life is a life that is full of pleasant afterglow and warm memories that linger in our hearts." 💕 Hope to visit this restaurant next time we visit Nagoya! Gan-ba-dae!

Creative and delicious food, professional service, restaurant with good vibes … appreciate the sparkling juice recommendation from staff when they know that I don’t drink wine. Thank you!
