⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Perfect Couple’s Massage! My partner and I had a 90-minute couple’s massage at Renew Day Spa, and it was amazing! The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were professional, and both therapists made us feel completely relaxed. We left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Highly recommend for a relaxing date or special treat!

No frills clean massage salon on Bowery Street in Lower Manhattan/Chinatown that gets the job done! I struggle with stiffness of my upper back and when everything else fails, I turn to back massage at the Renew Day Spa 2. It runs me $55 per hour plus $11 tip and for $66 in cash I dance out like a swan with my back as straight and relaxed as can be and my blood circulation running like a Swiss watch. My favorite specialists are James and Lucas, but I think I've been lucky enough to have a great massage everytime I pop in. Thumbs up 👍

I came here with an appointment for a couple's massage at 4pm on a Sunday. It was super busy which is always a good sign. The staff were wonderful and very sweet! I loved that the massage therapists kept checking in with us to make sure that we were doing okay and that the pressure was right. They also ask if you want medium or hard pressure in the beginning and I said medium-hard. It was perfect for me. They really put in the work for that deep tissue massage and it was really a FULL BODY massage. I love that they massaged everywhere, where I feel as some places focus the majority on my upper back. We also got the reflexology add-on and I was so relaxed. That felt really amazing, although uncomfortable at times, I knew I was going to be feeling so great the next day. Not gonna lie this was probably one of the best massages I have ever gotten and I get a decent amount of massages from different places. The only thing I wish is that it was a bit more quiet, since only curtains separate some of these rooms you can hear everyone and it can be distracting at times. Honestly even with that I still give this place five out of five. Plus the price is so reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

Last month I visited Renew Day Spa after my acupuncture session on a relaxing Sunday. I had seen a lot of positive reviews and decided to ask for YoYo for a full body and foot massage. They also had some special deals that caught my attention, and what I really appreciated was that they were able to get me in within less than 30 minutes. YoYo was very patient and really paid attention to the details of what my body needed. I never felt like the massage was rushed, and by the end I left feeling much more zen, especially paired with the acupuncture I had beforehand. I’ve heard people say that at some spas they feel pressured to tip, but I honestly didn’t get that impression at all from the staff here or from YoYo. Overall it was a very relaxing experience, and even though I own a very expensive massage chair at home, I definitely plan to return. I highly recommend booking with YoYo.

Clean facility with plenty of space. They were able to take two of us for foot massage without an appointment, but an appointment would be recommended since they had others wait for other types of massage. Professional, good pressure, and worth the price!

I dropped by here recently for an evening foot massage after walking around in heels all day. It was cute for the first couple of hours, but by dinner my strut had turned into a graceless waddle. Luckily, they had a deal where you can get an hour long foot massage for only $45. One thing about me is that I love a foot massage for a few reasons: 1) You can fully relax and lay back if you'd like, but if you've got to catch up on emails or veg out on TikTok for a bit, a foot massage provides you with the ability to do either. 2) You don't have go undress and lay down somewhere. You simple just pull up, kick off your shoes and enjoy a little relief. 3) Reflexology (if done correctly) can provide relief in other parts of your body as well. On this visit, I had the most amazing massage therapist. He provided the perfect amount of pressure ensuring that the massage was more relaxing rather than painful. By the time he was done, I felt like I could go right back to my hotel and experience a great night sleep. I love that they take walk-ins and are very hospitable here. You can tell they really care that you enjoy yourself and feel comfortable. If I find myself back in this area, I'll definitely return in the future!

An unbeatable price for the services offered. I did a 60 min body + 30 min foot massage and the total cost before tip was only $80 (tip generously, people!!) I asked for hard pressure and my massage therapist did not mess around, but she checked in multiple times to make sure I was doing ok. I left feeling a little bruised up, but in a good way -- she did an amazing job tackling some knots I've been ignoring for too long. The only downside for me is that while there are individual rooms separated by curtains, you can hear any conversations or noises from the massage next to you. That was generally not much of a big deal, except for one louder neighbor toward the end of my massage who I think needed to ask for lighter pressure lol. I believe it's cash only, so I'm glad I stopped at the ATM beforehand just in case! I went in the wrong door at first next door, which was also 78, so follow the sign outside for the correct entrance.

I had a great, affordable massage here yesterday. In the past, I've sometimes had bad experiences at some of the Chinatown spas because I have a lot of back and leg stress and soreness. Some guys just don't understand what "soft" or "medium" means, and I'd end up in pain for weeks after the massage. Here, there were frequent check-ins for pain, and the massage was firm, worked out some knots, but also pleasant and relaxing, which was all I could have hoped for. If you're the type that does want a really hard massage, though, I'm sure they will accommodate. My masseuse (did not catch his name, unfortunately) was able to locate my trouble spots without me even having to say anything. I'll definitely be coming back!

Love it. The spot is easy to find and no rsvp necessary, but recommended if it's during the weekend. I strolled in on a Monday at 2pm and was able to easily snagged masseuse within 10 mins. A true definition of no frills; drop your clothes and get to the bed. I opt for the 60 mins body + 15 foot and it feels like forever; not complaining here! I had a pleasant time here as first timer and will def go back whenever im in the city

A foot massage is one of my fave treats! I exceeded my daily steps while visiting NYC recently, so I came across this place with top notch reviews and had to stop by! They were fully booked, but were able to squeeze me in for a 30 min foot massage. It was glorious!!!. Im so grateful for the wonderful staff that got me on the schedule, with an excellent masseuse. It was affordable, enjoyable, and just what i needed!

For the native New Yorkers, you know this is THE OG spot for budget friendly good massages. It's crazy how much this business has grown! Clearly they are doing something right. The challenge I'm finding because they have so many masseuses is the inconsistencies of skill level. It's one of those situations where you sort of just have to look through their Yelp page to see who has good reviews & giving it a shot until you find the best one that suits you. The last time I went, I forgot the names, but my bf and I went together and they were just OK below average didn't walk out feeling good. I went again this week and Emma was my masseuse, for the most part she did a great job!! At times I didn't love the elbowing , but overall it was good, and I did feel light when I left! If you're going, take the advice to pick someone that is highly reviewed on this page and go from there vs going in blindly (which you can also do bc maybe you'll get lucky!).

They have this many 5 star reviews for a reason! Anna was my masseuse and she was AMAZING. This is by far the best massage I have ever received anywhere. The pressure was intense, but I feel fixed. I came in with so much pain from traveling nonstop for a month and one massage fixed me right up. It's so good I am making my way back once more before I leave New York. 10/10 best massage ever!

I came here for my birthday since I was the pricing was cheaper than at another massage place I'd gone to before. The reason?? You pay in cash. Keep that in mind when coming here. They are definitely very thorough and professional in their work and while I wasn't used to getting as much massage work done, I definitely felt I got more than my money's worth. Once my financial position is better, I'd definitely come back though you will be going outside to get to a different building for the massage itself.

Love that this place takes online reservations! It makes finding time super easy. You get to choose your massusse's gender, and what sort of hardness you want. The receptionist is quick to welcome you, and your masseuse comes get you very quickly. There's a first and basement floor with many foot massage and body stations. I went for the full body with a CBD oil add on ($55 + $10). My masseuse, Winnie, was able to accomodate my problem areas and modify her strength based on my areas of concern. There was a bit of hot stone massage and scalp massage too at the end. Place seems very clean and smells good! Also, make sure you lay down on the paper thing and not under it! Easy mistake for newbies like me

My go to massage place for the last 2 years. As I grow older, my back pain is starting to kill me. I come here once a month. It's clean friendly and affordable. They open late, make sure to call for appointments on busy days like the weekends.

This is my 2nd time here. Amazing massage for the price. Beautiful & clean space. This time they took me outside, and then to the basement of the building next door (sketchy I know). But it was well worth it! The space is quiet and very peaceful, perfect atmosphere for relaxing. Only thing I don't like is paying an extra 10 bucks just for aroma therapy oil.

Clutch to be able to have a dependable and legit massage place in New York, though it can be a bit out of them way out in Chinatown. Equally recommended to visitor friends and longtime natives. They offer consistent good quality and thus are fairly popular, so do call for appointments ahead of time or prepare to put your name down & come back after an hour or so of moseying around in Chinatown (not a bad thing!). Arrive early if you need to use the restroom beforehand as there's only 1 single stall per floor. I hardly ever have to request more pressure or adjustments, so it seems all the masseuses are experts at what they're doing (tough spots to focus on, maintaining your preferred pressure). Take down the name of those you particularly like so you can see if they might be available for your next time. Note it on your frequent stamp card--after 10 hourlong sessions, get 1 free! Also if you think you might appreciate 90 minutes, just book the 90 minutes!

I come here once and month for a full body massage and DEMI is a life changer. She knows exactly where your knots are and makes you feel like a different person when you walk out. Make sure to make an appointment with her when you have a chance! $65 for 75 mins is such a steal.

Very reliable, a go-to place. Pricing is very fair and staff is responsive to requests. Keep in mind the foot rub included in some of the packages is just that--a foot rub. For reflexology, they offer separately.

Really great value! I came here with some girlfriends for galentines. The masseuse here are very thorough. It's surprisingly huge place and very modern considering the affordable price. There's a little lack of privacy in the sense that its just curtains/thin walls separating the clients but if you can look past that, you'll have yourself a very good massage, just focus on the music. Pro tip: bring cash for a discount, they have ATM inside but take credit card as well

I always make same day appointments and they will always have something that works around your schedule. Got 60min body with Nicole and she knew what was doing. Loved the pressure and how she communicated with me throughout my session. When you come, make sure to get their loyalty punch card as you'll get 11th massage for free :)

Came here as part of a girls' day with my bestie. Its located close to the B/D train and by many restaurants and shops. I got a one hour body massage by Vivi and she did a great job getting all my tense spots. The place is clean, spacious, and has great prices. I would recommend coming here!

Great experience for more of a budget spa in the area. They offer different combinations and I opted for 75 mins inclusive of body, head, and feet. They'll take you downstairs into the basement which is nice because you don't hear street noise. However, the people in the section beside me kept talking which was annoying. I would definitely come back and they offer punch cards for rewards.
