customer service is horrible & puts in zero effort. After a half dozen attempts to communicate to them, they responded in a generic way & when I requested further explanation because their response literally glossed over the issue I contacted them for in the first place they simply stopped replying. Edit: take note of their reply to my review. Literally 2 years have gone by. They have just now (10/6/23) responded asking me to "follow up" despite the fact that this review was originally made over 24 months ago.

I am grateful for this wonderful opportunity to invest at the ground start-up level. I appreciate the user-friendly navigation of their website. The company operates at a high level of integrity. I have found them to be sound; and appreciate the professioanl friendly patient service, knowledge base, and skill sets.

I tried :to invest in Republic Note and they send me an email saying: Garth, thank you for reserving interest in investing in the Republic Note. The available room for reservations of interest in the Republic Note is at capacity, and so your reservation is being held on a waitlist. If and when a Reg A+ offering is qualified by the SEC and if there is available investment room in the investment round we will notify you and allow you to make your investment. You will not be charged unless and until the Republic Note sale is qualified by the SEC and unless room opens up. Reservation waitlisted Republic Note Reserved amount $1,000 Reservation date July 27, 2020 Payment source Bank Transfer (ACH) ORANGE COUNTY'S CREDIT UNION checking account ending in xxxxx View reservation I sent letter to Republic asking that they refund my $1000 investment back to me. But they will not send refund my money and there is no phone number or contact number on their website to contact and talk to about getting my refund. I am now going to file a complaint with SEC to try and get my $1000 back.
