I love places that casually serve excellent matcha - they make it with just the right balance of earthy & sweet. The chicken pot pie is delicious, looks small but definitely has enough for two to share. It came out tasting oven-fresh, with a hearty amount of chicken & veggies in the filling. The staff is kind & the baristas are skilled! It’s a regular spot for me now.

This was my first time visiting this place & the awful experience we had. We were there on black Friday morning & ordered 2 coffees and breakfast sandwiches. The cashier was rude to my friend when he asked if they can cut the sandwich in half, she rudely replied NO & pointed at the plastic knives on the counter. How is it possible for a pie place to not have knives in the kitchen? Whatever happened to customer service? We also paid 1.50$ for refils on our tiny cups of coffee. Sandwich was mediocre for the price with 2 slices of cheap artificial american cheese. Come on guys, we don't need to be price gouging for processed cheap dollar tree cheese & ingredients & charge high level restaurant price. We waited atleast 30 minutes to get our food altho we were the first customer there. Small tiny piece of orange peel calling it side of fruit? Seems completely absurd for a simple place in Noho & music was too loud for 9am. Perhaps, its a staffing issue but I hope mgmt can train this employee or atleast get it together.

I've had many pies in Los Angeles. None have come close to the consistent quality of Republic of Pies. Love the atmosphere and chill vibes but the staff make everything truly wonderful here. I love most of their pies but I'll die on the chocolate peanut butter hill. It's divine.

Went here multiple times during my trip and would happily go again! Food was great, hot chocolate was yummy and overall great vibes Just look at the size of the croissant!

Had brunch there, their pesto wraps and sandwiches are amazing. I love studying there during Happy hour 3pm-5pm. Great pies! Loved the Dubai chocolate pie and Peace pie. The atmosphere is so calming and welcoming. The Nutella iced latte is AMAZING!

My sweet toothed visiting friend found this place on Google and fell in love with it. We ended up visiting it two days straight. To me the pies (banana cream and Dubai choco cream) were simple and elegant. I probably won't go out my way for a piece of pie but if you got a friend like mine you will be here daily.

Pies weren't too sweet! Apple pie - 4.25 stars The apple was on the crunchy side, which some of my friends didn't like as much, and the cinnamon and nutmeg were strong. Good pie crust. Peach pie - 4 stars Peaches were soft with the texture of canned peaches. Earl grey cream pie - 4 stars I don't even like earl grey flavoured desserts but it was delicious. Strawberry rhubarb pie - 3.75 stars Very tart/tangy.

This coffee shop is a must-visit for coffee and pie! Their Vienna coffee is truly exceptional - rich, velvety, and expertly balanced. The shop itself is cozy and intimate, with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The turkey Chili Pie is one of my favorites. After scaffing down the turkey chili pot pie, I like to finish my meal up with the coconut pie. The shop packs a big punch in terms of flavor and quality. If you're a coffee and dessert lover looking for a unique and delicious experience, look no further. The Vienna coffee, turkey chili pot pie, or the coconut pie is worth the visit.

I always crave their pies and they're one of the first places I think about when I want a sweet treat. I've gone here for their Vienna latte a couple of times and only the last time did I not think it was great. Still good, but those other three times were 10/10 while this last one was 7/10. I love their banana chocolate, their Dubai chocolate one, and banana creme pie slices. I have yet to try their food, but I wouldn't doubt that it's good too! There's always people dining in or working because they have an abundant amount of indoor and outdoor space.

Republic of Pie is such a cute little spot. There's plenty of seating, making it a great place to sit, work, eat, or just chat. The vibe is rustic, welcoming, and homey--the best way I can describe it. Even though the space is fairly large and busy, it's surprisingly quiet. Everyone seems to be in their own little world, talking in low voices, which makes it a really comfortable place to relax. The service was wonderful. The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly sweet and helpful when I was deciding on a pie flavor. He shared his personal recommendations, the team's favorites, and the most popular pies. I ended up choosing the coconut pie. Overall, I enjoyed it. The slice was generous, creamy, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. That said, I was hoping for a stronger coconut flavor--it was a bit more subtle than expected. The crust was buttery and crumbly, which I liked a lot. While the pie was good, it's not something I'd go out of my way for, but I did enjoy that it wasn't too sweet. I could really taste the cream and whipped topping without it being overwhelming. I didn't finish the slice and took half of it home for dessert later that night. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely stop by and try a different flavor--maybe the banana pudding next time. It's a nice spot, just not one I'd make a special trip for.

Nice place for some food and a good cuppa joe, in a "don't tell the staff it's not 1969 anymore and we're not in San Francisco" kinda joint. There's really terrific savory pot pies. Among our faves is the Thanksgiving pie. Figure it out. There's also good dessert pies. The coffee will make you happy. One bummer. The place is so popular, seating's at a premium. You be best off scoping out a seating sitch first and let someone hold that place while you go order for everyone. It's hard to eat a pot pie standing up.

The shop is large with mismatched tables and chairs sprawled throughout - even has a nice outdoor area. We were taken care of efficiently at the register and our food was ready quickly. We split a thoroughly disappointing Thanksgiving pot pie. It had pieces of smoked lunchmeat turkey in it (ick) along with mashed potatoes and a very few small pieces of carrots. No herbs or spices. No celery or other veggies. Overly sweet cranberry goo on top. Nothing good about this one at all. The blueberry peach pie, however, was out of this world delicious. Seriously. And the almond espresso slice was good. The flavor was great, but a bit more pudding and a bit less cool whip textured whipped cream would have made it so much better.

I have only had one pie... but I want more. Had some issues with our previous pie person. It was time to try something different. Republic of Pie kept coming up in my searches, and North Hollywood isn't ridiculously far away, so... what the heck. Then a buddy of mine mentions he knows the place. Done. Great selection and easy online ordering. Parking wasn't super easy, especially in the rains (???) but the space was warm and inviting. Pickup was organized and seamless. The glass case of other pie flavors... WOW. The pie we got was pecan. Truly packed with pecans (maybe a little too much, maybe I've just had average pecan pies in the past). I would say though, this is a pie to eat at room temperature. Heating it some didn't do it justice. I may not get a pecan pie again, but that's really because I want to try something more interesting and different.

I stopped by Republic of Pie in North Hollywood on the morning of Monday, October 27. I went in to grab a coffee, but I urgently needed to use the restroom (I had just driven a long distance that morning). When I asked for the restroom code,she told me I needed to make a purchase first. I said I was going to order but was really in a hurry, and asked if they could please give me the code first so I could run to the restroom. They were kind enough to give it to me. After that, I got in line to order, but there were a few people ahead of me, and the person ordering was taking a long time. I had a very important meeting that I absolutely could not be late for, so I decided to head to my meeting first and come back. About 30 minutes later, I returned and ordered an Americano. The Americano was excellent -- really flavorful and aromatic. All the pies looked good too, and I definitely want to come back to try them next time.

Charming place to chill out and grab a coffee, tea, sandwich, pie etc. Great vibe. They have a wonderful selection of fresh fruit and cream pies. We chose the banana cream and the chocolate cream. The banana cream was Dang good!!! The apple was delicious too, but I think I'd prefer it with some whip cream or vanilla ice cream! The service was wonderful. The lady was very nice and helped me with my selection. Looking forward to coming back!

I had the chocolate banana pie and it was very good, solid 4 stars. My horchata latte was also of solid 4 star value. It was iced, but only had about 3 cubes so ended up being room temp. The flavor was a good balance between coffee and milk. The service was good. The space is nice and big and had outdoor seating. The parking situation can be tough though so I'm assuming there's probably always somewhere to sit. I'll come back again and hopefully they still have cream top options so I can try a coffee with it.

Sadly, I was unable to eat at Republic of Pie because their restaurant seemed to have no AC. It was too hot!! I honestly feel badly for the workers. They have great patio, but when it's 90 degrees out, we were really hoping for a space inside that would be cool. They had live music when we went, but it was SO loud my friend and I couldn't even hear one another. Just some feedback. And I'm sorry to review without trying the food, but I do think these things are important for the customer experience.

Everything was fantastic. The service was good. They are very helpful in helping you to decide what you should get, but you can't possibly make a wrong choice anyway, cause all pies are good! The inside is spacious and clean. Easy to enjoy your food there. Definitely come try it!

Grabbed take out for lunch. The interior was super cute and inviting with lots of plants all around and even HSM 2 playing. Looked like there was a back patio too but I didn't get a chance to check it out. Chicken Pesto Sandwich - Overall bland. Looked like it would taste amazing but this one definitely fell short. There were barely any chicken pieces inside and the pesto was lacking flavor. Came with a salad too. The amount was appreciated but I didn't care for the dressing. Tasted too much like mustard for my liking. I ordered online and it was ready when I got there. The staff were helpful and friendly upon pickup. I really wanted to like this place as the staff and location were good, but the food itself was lackluster.

Came here when I was in the area and in desperate need of coffee! Thankfully the line wasn't long and the service was quick and prompt yet still friendly. I ordered the Nutella latte which I was assured was dairy free. No actual Nutella in it, just chocolate and hazelnut syrups! I opted for oat milk as my milk substitute. It came out pretty quickly and the quality was superb. I loved the richness and creaminess of the drink and both the chocolate and hazelnut flavors really came through! It was such a treat and really woke me up! The cafe is super cute with plenty of tables available. The seating was also comfortable! I felt very relaxed and at ease there. Parking was also easy at meters and free street parking in the neighborhood!

I drove from Woodland Hills to NoHo specifically for their Chocolate Banana Cream pie, a search I've been on for 20 years. While the atmosphere is quaint and the staff are wonderful, the pie was a massive letdown. For nearly $10 a slice, I expected a balanced dessert. Instead, it was almost entirely sliced bananas with a paper-thin layer of chocolate and whipped cream. It felt like eating a bowl of plain fruit rather than a decadent cream pie. I was so disappointed I only ate the topping and left the rest. Even more frustratingly, I mentioned my disappointment to the staff on the way out, and while they were polite, no effort was made to make it right or offer a refund. If you're looking for a true, rich chocolate banana cream pie, this isn't the place.

Such a cool space, you wouldn't expect it to be so large inside from the street view! There's a stage inside for open mic nights maybe? But I definitely came for the pies! I picked up a banana cream pie for a party I was attending and didn't even get a photo before it was devoured, so yummy! I also picked up a slice of earl grey pie and bacon cheddar quiche, which were both really delicious. The line was out the door when we got there and was out the door when we left. The only thing I will say, is that service was definitely a bit slow for how busy they were. I asked for everything to-go and didn't understand why it was taking so long, and had to ask about the quiche slice two times before it finally came out hot 20 minutes later. Other than that, everything was really great, and I'll definitely be going back to try more of the pie options. There is no parking except for metered street parking, but that's not a super big deal.

Food: 3.8/5 I really enjoyed my chicken pesto sandwich, I would get that again. We also ordered a slice of banana bread pudding and apple pie each, but they came out halfway warm, so we had to ask to reheat them, which is not a huge issue, but it the apple pie also wasn't that good. Tasted bland and the texture was mid. The banana bread pudding was amazing, just very rich and sweet. Service: 4/5 Service was fine. Nothing standout about it, but also no complaints. I did have to stand around for a few minutes before anyone could help me with the Wifi though. Ambiance: 5/5 The ambiance is amazing, I love the vibe. It has a covered outdoor area in the back, cool artwork, and a lot of seating. It was a cozy and comfortable environment to eat and get some work done.

The chai was soooo yummy! I loved how much open space, seating and outlets there are. They are also open late which makes it the perfect place to study and/or get work done if needed. Staff were also super friendly and helpful!

This is my new go to study spot on the weekends. I love how Republic of Pie is open until 9pm and has plenty of seating available. The atmosphere of the place just draws me in and I'm able to stay here for 5+ hours and study without feeling too bored! If i'm hungry, I can order food/pies. So far, I've tried the apple and earl grey pies. The earl grey pie was very thick and creamy so I'd only recommend this if your stomach can handle all the dairy. The apple pie on the other hand felt like a warm and cozy hug. The buttery crust really pairs well with the sweetness of the filling. All the workers here are kind and helpful and don't get upset if you need to stay a while. Just be aware that wifi is limited to two hours and there is only about 1-2 outlet plugs available.

A perfect after dinner dessert stop. I'm not familiar with the neighborhood at all but the sign out front just can't be missed! Parking can be tricky- street meter, no meter a block away, a parking garage across the way...can be somewhat of a challenge. A large space for a pie shop with AM outdoor space available in the rear. Great selection of pies to choose from and or was difficult to make a decision. I chose something that was uncommon at least to me which was the Earl grey cream pie. Great choice. A hint of Earl grey with that cream. It was like having tea in pie form. Coconut cream pie was just as good and expected. Enjoyed a small matcha latte with my pie which is somewhat of a weird combination. Regular coffee had a very roasted or burnt taste to it according to the hubs. Musical performance on certain nights it seems - music and pie! Clean space and friendly staff!

In-laws were in town from abroad and it was my father-in-law's birthday - he requested apple pie! After doing some research, they ended up going with another place and my order messed up. Since this was another contender, I took my chances and drove over when they opened on Saturday morning. Stupidly I did not pre-order a whole pie, so I was not surprised when Morgan the cashier warned me that a whole Apple pie may not be available. By some miracle, they were able to sell me a whole apple pie! It truly made all of our days! I was also able to purchase a small thing of ice cream on the side. The pie was beautiful, and it was the most apples I've ever seen in my life! Honestly, it was a little too "Apple forward" if that makes any sense, but it seemed healthier and more homemade than pies I've had in the past that have a bunch of gel in small pieces of apple. Looking forward to trying more of your delicious pies in the future! Thanks again for making this bday one to remember.

Ambience, pie, vibes, all immaculate! We popped in on a Sunday evening with some friends and were pleasantly surprised at the roomy and cozy vibes inside. They had live music and plenty of seating, and a glorious display with many pie flavors. We ended up with the cookies and cream and a berry slice--both were absolutely fantastic. I knew I would love the berry one but I was shocked at how delicious the cookies and cream slice was. Really tasty!

We've been longtime fans of Republic of Pie and usually their pies are at least good--sometimes truly great. This Thanksgiving, though, the pumpkin pie and the marionberry pie both missed the mark. The pumpkin was surprisingly light on flavor, and the marionberry was extremely tart and also lacking depth. At first I thought it was just me, but the day after Thanksgiving everyone who tried them agreed. Maybe it was the holiday rush and pies were getting cranked out fast. Not sure. Just wanted to share the feedback because we genuinely love this place and hope the pies return to their usual quality.

This is such a cute spot! My boyfriend wanted to take me here since he's spent some time here prior to us meeting and enjoyed it the live music and dessert. We ordered the Earl Grey cream pie, Marion Berry pie and pumpkin pie, both the pumpkin and Earl Grey cream pie, I'd give 3/5 stars. The Marion Berry pie: I didn't try but my boyfriend ordered and he sent it back. It was hard to identify what he didn't like about it, but he expressed that it was not as tasty as he preferred. He also ordered the Matcha cream Latte, and definitely gave it a 5/5 stars. The feel of Republic of pie is chill, vibey, and puts it in the mindset of being in a small town. This is such a great place to sit and talk and catch up with friends or just study because the ambience Isn't overwhelming or super busy. The service was appropriate and I'd definitely return.

I really loved their chicken pot pie (minus the soggy crust), so I thought I'd give them another try (ordered through UberEats). Pie was still good, but... I also got a slice of their strawberry rhubarb pie and a slice of spinach mushroom quiche. Both were so disappointing. The pie was clunky and dry. The cream in the quiche was overwhelming thick and icky. Oh, and the worst part is that they forgot to send the whipped cream that I paid extra for, for the pie!

BEST PIES!! I love this pie shop. They are sooo fresh and yummy. Our fave is chocolate cream pie, which isn't my personal go to because they always look too sweet.... but RoP makes it the perfect desert. I also love their blueberry peach and apple!! Please try this place, it's local and amazing!

If you're looking for a place to hangout in Noho District, I highly recommend Republic of Pie. But don't be misled by the business name cuz they offer items other than pies. They have salads, wraps and sandwiches. However, every time I visit, I opted for coffee or tea while enjoying a slice of pie. And where can you find, a place that offer select drinks (coffee and teas) at special prices during happy hours Monday-Friday, 3-5 pm. The place also highlights local artists which you can watch for free night times. Check k their website to see nightly schedule and which artists are performing.

So, what do you do when the fancy-schmancy store you pre-ordered a "fancy-schmancy" pie from does not deliver before Thanksgiving? First you panic, then you head to Republic of Pie. What a find! Not only extraordinary coffee that draws you in like Scheherazade's veil, but you encounter an astounding array of pastries and the best pie list you will see anywhere in Los Angeles. Trust me, I have tried all the others and there is no comparison. Ah, but, they didn't have any for you on such short notice? NO! They had exactly what I wanted and needed and for a third (yes, 1/3) of what I paid (and those aforementioned uppity other people are holding my money now and the pie I had ordered from them is ransom) for the pre-ordered fancy-schmancy pie. Never again. And, look how charming the store is! See the photo where they are labeling all their orders to be picked up or delivered? Ye old country store, straight out of Vermont, but here in SoCal, NoHo of all places. We are not worthy!

I'm usually not a fan of pies, not even around the holidays, but my favorite pie is their banana cream pie. We found this place after moving to the area a few years ago. Tonight I ran in exactly 8:29pm. The cashier was counting the coins at register, and I asked if I could just grab one slice of pie. She said sorry, she'd already closed the register. I tried to explain that I had moved away across the country and it's the last night I am here to visit, is there any way I could just grab one piece, and she said "sorry we close at 8:30." I understand that it's probably inconvenient for her, and I do wish I arrived earlier with plenty of time to spare. But since that was her comment, then technically I made it but she evidently closed the register early. I was sad because we'd been here many times before when we lived here. Their pie certainly tastes better than their experience. Just read their 1-star reviews, this seems to be recurring theme with this establishment...

So recently while visiting a good friend in North Hollywood, we walked to this nice little spot to grab some coffee and hang out. From outside the shop looks small, but once you walk in it's like it opens up to a different place. The decor is nice, makes you feel like a library. We got a couple of coffees, sat down at one of the tables and grabbed the Cards Against Humanity game, there a many games around including books to read. After several rounds we took off...there are so many little spots in the area but if you're looking for a nice coffee spot, some great ambience and good service I'd recommend it. The place is also known for their pie, where we didn't try it as we just had breakfast, I will say they looked really tasty. Highly recommend here.

I've been coming here for years! Always the best pies! The service is so great they always do their best to make sure you're doing well and they even give alternatives.

Came here tonight for pie for my spouse's birthday dessert. His favorite pie was the Earl Grey pie from pie hole (RIP), came here since they have it. Our group ordered the key lime ‍, chocolate peanut butter, and the blueberry peach pie slices. The key lime pie tasted well balance of sweet and citrusy. The blueberry peach pie was our favorite, perfectly balanced flavors, not too sweet and plenty of fruit. The chocolate peanut butter pie the first bite was the best, honestly it was way too sweet, it was a struggle to finish this one. It's a nice, inviting, and warm space. You order at the counter and then the slices are brought to your table. Overall I would recommend and will likely come back while in LA and craving some pie.

This is another one of my go to coffee/breakfast/lunch spots. They have a wide variety of dishes and of course, considering their name a wide variety of pies. I recommend their pumpkin pie and banana cream pile, but you really can't go wrong The best thing about this place is the ambience it beats sitting in a Starbucks by a long shot.

Pie? Live music? Excellent selection of hot beverages? Bring a friend and you'll want for nothing else to relax for a few hours. This is my favorite place for pie in the Los Angeles area. The fruit pies are quite delicious, but they also offer a great key lime pie and early grey. The slices are a bit more expensive than some other places, but the portions are generous and could easily be shared with 2 people. They also offer sandwiches, which are really just an excuse to come here for "lunch" to get pie! ;-) On summer evenings, the back patio can be quite nice.

We stopped in just for dessert and were pleasantly surprised. Although they offer a full menu, we went with the banana pie, which was really good. I was able to find metered street parking nearby. To top it off, they had live entertainment.

Friendly order taker. Lots of pie slices in their front case to see the pies which are also on their menus. Ordered coconut cream and decaf latte. Both delicious! Pie fresh, a little sweet but great coconut to cream and custard ratio. Latte very tasty too. The tables are rustic, but clean. Nothing fancy just good pie. I'd love to try breakfast or lunch here.

I went in on a Thursday afternoon to catch up with a friend. There were plenty of tables available, and it wasn't too loud - most people there were working on their laptops. We each ordered a slice of pie with the plan to share. I got the espresso almond, and she got the peach. I assumed the peach would be fresh and delicious since it was late summer, so peaches are in season. Sadly, they used canned peaches, so it wasn't as good as it could have been, but the crust was still really nice. The espresso almond pie was very decadent but really unique.

So many to choose from...how do you pick just one? I've got the solution for you! You can pick 6 different pie slices with the FRANKENPIE!! Talk about pie heaven!! There are 11 different kinds of pie to pick from. They also have some specialty pies, which I can't wait to try more!! We tried Apple (FAVE), Coconut Cream, Chocolate Cream, Key Lime, Cookies & Cream, Berry Cheesecake (FAVE). And, yes we had to try the Blueberry Peach as well! One of my comfort foods is a flaky, savory pie and they have a variety! We tried their Bacon Cheddar Quiche (FAVE), Spinach Mushroom Quiche, Chicken Pot Pie (FAVE) and Thanksgiving Pot Pie. Flaky crust!! Loved the NEW Vienna Latte, which tastes like melted ice cream with chocolate!! Love the vibes!! Plenty of seating areas with a tree and lemon tree. Great place to relax, read a book or study. They also have live performances from incredible local talented musicians at the North Hollywood location Tuesday-Sunday 6-8PM. Cheyenne had the most wonderful and helpful customer service!!

Republic of Pie's Key Lime Pie is one of the best Key Lime Pies I ever had. It was sweet & tangy. Also the atmosphere has a lot of personality and down to earth

I spent three hours at Republic of Pie yesterday, and honestly, it felt like time well-spent in a warm creative cocoon. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and homemade pie, but it's the atmosphere that truly hooks you, charming wood interiors, soft ambient music, and the low hum of people working, chatting, dreaming. They have live music a lot of the time and it's so great. I came here to write, and write I did. For like 3 hours. The place is filled with people tapping away on laptops, flipping through notebooks, or lost in thought. It's the kind of space that invites creativity without pressure. I sat by the big tree inside, and let the rustic vibe carry me through chapters of my draft. Staff were friendly but never intrusive, and even after a long stay, I never felt rushed or unwelcome. Their pies are, of course, incredible, comforting, not too sweet, and made with obvious care. Whether you're writing your next novel or just want a cozy place to think and snack, Republic of Pie is one of those rare gems that fuels both your body and your imagination. Highly recommend for fellow writers, artists, or anyone craving a soulful little spot to get lost in their work. You don't have to worry about going in alone, the space is inviting.

Great coworking/third space with an outside courtyard and unique nooks spread throughout. The prices are reasonable and I enjoyed how packed the chicken pesto wrap was. Side salad was well dressed also. I didn't get to try the acclaimed pie--next time!

really love the atmosphere and homey feel to this place. the wood, decorations, signs, and handwritten menu really makes it feel warm and cozy. the iced matcha was above average but not the best one i've ever had. my bf got the key lime pie which we both thought was really good, i got the cookies & cream pie but it tasted a little more like cheesecake than pie. i think it had a cream cheese base. the pie slices are a great size, good value for the price. overall i really enjoyed my experience and i would love to go back & try more items on the menu :) lovely coffee shop, im definitely going to come back with my laptop and do some work next time around. also- loved that they had so much space. so many coffee shops in LA only have a few tables and all of them are always filled up. but this place had both indoor and outdoor seating which was really great. the hours are 9am-9pm which is wonderful, they also have a large variety of food not just coffee & pie.

OMG!! Why am I barely finding this place?! I started craving a banana cream pie last night and during my lunch break I had to grab a slice. I yelped and republic of pie was just 15 mins away. I didn't realize how big the place was, they have a full menu, a patio, tons of coffee options and the main event, PIE!! My banana cream pie was perfect! The creme, the bananas, the crust was flaky and buttery. Their cherry oil was tart and sweet amd flaky, buttery crust, too. I enjoyed every bite amd cannot wait to go back to try some other pies and their breakfast I forgot to get the guys name that helped me but their service was on point, and the prices match the quality of the food. Next time I go, I'll take a pic so you can see for yourself the deliciousness!

In a city chock full of good coffee and baked goods this place stands out for its aggressive mediocrity - assuming you can find parking. Coffee is just bad and baked goods are meh at best. Last place in LA to have to formally create and account and pay for WiFi

I was hesitant to write this review because the service, vibe, and establishment are so great that it adds a much needed cozy atmosphere to the bustling neighborhood of NoHo. The selection is great, as well. However, I have been here twice and the pies are hit or miss. When they're tasty, they're great! The Key Lime did not disappoint. Other pies were okay but the banana cream pie was kind of baffling. My friend and I got one each, with mine being a chocolate banana cream pie. Maybe I should have looked at the pictures first because these bananas were not creamed! Mine looked like a chopped banana with some Hershey's syrup drizzle. It was pretty disappointing. I do want to reiterate what a fantastic establishment it is. They are very welcoming, there are a lot of events there, and the decoration has a homey feel that makes you want to chill out. This is a great socialization spot, for sure.

First time here. We came for breakfast. It's super cool inside, I never would have guessed from the outside. I didn't even know they served anything other than pie. That being said, I wasn't impressed. My omelet and potatoes were super oily and the toast was dry? My son got the pancakes and they seemed kinda rubbery, not fluffy like you'd expect. The coffee was good and the ambiance was nice. The pies all looked good. Not sure I'd come back for the breakfast food though.

Always a great spot to have breakfast, meet up with someone for a bite, work on your laptop with a coffee etc. They have board games and live music at times even. There's plenty indoor seating and a cute patio out back. Service is always friendly and they have an extensive drink menu which I enjoy. The inside is a nice relaxed vibe

Yippee PIE yay!! I was looking for a coffee shop and found this place. Not only did they have an abundance of pie options, but they had coffee. When I saw the long list of pies, I had to see for myself. Stopped by on a weekday in the morning, and it was difficult to find parking. The main road was pretty busy and only street parking available. We had to walk down the street, but no biggie, I was looking forward to trying this place out. There was indoor and outside seating, and the atmosphere was low key. There was no line when we arrived and we were able to order right away. However, while waiting, people trickled in, and they got busy. This place is a well-oiled machine and service was fast. The line seemed to move quickly, and orders were made without a long wait. I must say I had a tough time deciding on what pie to get with all the options. We ended up ordering a slice of the coconut and banana cream pie, and their horchata latte. The coffee was delicious and hit the spot. The temperature was perfect, and I was able to drink it right away without burning all my taste buds. Not too hot, but warm enough to sip. The slices of pie had good flavor, decent portion, and were fresh. A bit on the pricy side for a slice of pie, but not crazy. Service was good and prices were slightly above average but reasonable. Overall, pleasant experience and worth trying.
