Going to a farm-to-table restaurant you can expect the prices to be high and the plates to not be so big! This is well expected before you visit. You know that feeling you get after you eat, especially after eating out... that full stuff feeling that kind of makes you tired.. not here at Republic Tavern, the food tastes like it was picked right from the ground within moments before it was cooked for your dinner. Service was outstanding, item menu was exciting, all around fabulous place.
I do wish there was more onions in the brussel sprouts for proportion although that may just be my personal preference ;)
