🤩 🤯 This is truly a gem for fine dining enthusiasts, and my experience here was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s beautifully designed space, surrounded by a lush garden setting, you know you’re in for something special. 👏 The food? Absolutely exceptional. 🌟 Each dish was not only delicious but also an artistic masterpiece, meticulously plated with the freshest ingredients. The attention to detail is remarkable—every flavor, texture, and presentation element seemed thoughtfully crafted to tell a story. 👏 👏 The menu showcases the richness of southern flavors, elevated to a fine dining standard. I particularly loved how they incorporated locally sourced, sustainable ingredients into their dishes. The concept of zero waste adds a modern and responsible touch to the traditional essence of southern Thai cuisine. It is, without a doubt, an expensive experience, but for the level of care, creativity, and skill that goes into every aspect of the meal, it's worth every baht. Fine dining at its best. Special mention to the staff, who were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience with their seamless service. They considered my allergies and prepared alternative dishes just for me. 🙏 If you appreciate culinary artistry and want a dining experience that’s as thoughtful as it is flavorful, Rern is a must-visit. Most dished were good but some of dishes were too simple. But there were bugs inside the restaurant ( im told that there was a valentine party before and the bugs came with those flowers) However multiple bugs flying down into my 1k glass of champagne

Thai Southern restaurant. Good ingredients. Most dishes were ok. Deserts were good. Services were attentive. Someone in our group wanted to come back again.

The food is impressive. The ingredients are fresh. I love their presentation and the taste.

This restaurant proposes a degustation menu… Nothing a la carte (except the beverage). The menu is 3 dishes for appetizer, 5 dishes for sea part, 5 dishes for main course, and 5 dishes for dessert. The dishes are actually small bits but at the end, you feel full. The culinary experience was very good but… totally overpriced ! Around 6,xxx per person (I don’t remember exactly the price of the menu because we took a lot of beverage and wine) Even with this extraordinary menu, I will not go back due to the price. Service was perfect

เมื่อก่อนไม่เคยคิดว่าอาหารใต้จะถูกเล่าออกมาได้ลึกขนาดนี้ จนได้มากิน The Lost Taste ที่ RERN มันไม่ใช่อาหารใต้แบบที่ถูกปรับให้เบาลง แต่เป็นรสที่เรารู้สึกว่า “เคยกินมาก่อน” เปรี้ยว เผ็ด เค็ม ชัด แบบไม่ประนีประนอม เหมือนรสชาติที่หายไปตามเวลา แล้วถูกเรียกกลับมาอีกครั้ง มื้อเริ่มจากยำทะเลสดๆ คำแรกก็ตื่นเลย แล้วค่อยๆ ไหลไปเป็นสำรับที่กินด้วยกัน ทุกจานช่วยกันพยุงรส เข้มลึก อบอุ่น และรู้สึกถึงความตั้งใจของเชฟในทุกคำ ที่ชอบมากคือ ที่นี่ไม่ได้พยายามทำให้ “ทันสมัย” แต่ซื่อสัตย์กับรสชาติเดิมจริงๆ รสแรงได้ ขมได้ เผ็ดได้ แบบอาหารใต้แท้ๆ ถ้าใครชอบอาหารใต้ และอยากเข้าใจมันมากขึ้น อยากชวนให้มาลองเอง แล้วจะเข้าใจคำว่า รสชาติที่คิดถึง แบบไม่ต้องอธิบายเพิ่ม 🤍
