Mood - After my heart
Here is a fun fact about me and the valley. Did you know the valley once had a no kill animal sanctuary off of St.Rose/Bermuda that took in exotics, dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, farm animals, and bunnies? And if you were lucky enough you could hear the lions roar and the peacocks sing nightly. Well I was very honored to work there for years developing my love and technical care for animals on a level that is unimaginable. So whenever I see places that do a great thing by the fur babies it is always on my radar to check it out.
Cat cafes are starting to show up everywhere. It is a win/ win for the fur babies and the humans alike. You get the opportunity to spend time and possibly find your forever fur child. It is a great concept with such much emotional reward.
At this establishment, you make a reservation online and pay the fee in 1 hour increments. This money is cycled back into the animals for housing/ care/ need/ and facilities. You arrive 10 mins before your reservation time, verify all of your information has been filled out. And voile you get that time to decompress and spend some time.
There are a couple of rooms filled with cat houses/ beds/ and toys. Everything was very clean and there were cats everywhere. Sleeping, playing, and of course investigating. There is a small room before you enter with items for purchase should you choose.
Would def recommend- pricing is reasonable especially if you consider what the money is going towards. The staff are very courteous and ready to answer any questions you may have.
Location is Rancho/Craig - ample parking
