Las Vegas’ first cat cafe opens | Eater Vegas

"A new cat cafe operated in partnership with PALNV houses rescued kittens available for play and adoption and provides ongoing care until they find homes. Visitors can spend time with kittens—such as Opal (a calico), Peter and Benjamin (orange tabbies with white markings), Jewel (brown and orange tabby on white), and Diamond (black with a little orange)—while enjoying a beverage or snack; general admission is $10 for one hour or $14 for 90 minutes. Memberships are offered at tiers ranging from $10 a month (covering four sessions a year with a guest) up to $1,200 a year (covering 12 sessions with up to seven guests). The cafe is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m., and it hosts themed Wednesday evening bonding sessions (7–9 p.m., $15) that include a snack, free soda/coffee/tea/water, and WiFi—examples in August include crafts, a chess match, and a game night featuring titles like Battleship, checkers, poker, Jumanji, and Trivial Pursuit; a yoga session is scheduled on Aug. 28 at 7:30 p.m. for $30 (45 minutes)." - Susan Stapleton

Loved it! I brought. Y son and 10 year old niece to love on the kitties. Very clean, staff was amazing, wheelchair accessible . Highly recommend adopting from here.

A lovely place with pretty cat themed decor to buy. Inside the cat room there were plenty of comfy places for people and cats to sit, and lots of toys. The cats seemed comfortable and content in their temporary home and the staff were careful to let us know which cats were shy or spicy. There are signs on the walls that let you know which cat is which. They have a separate kitten room and a quiet room for cats who are new and still getting used to the place, and also a kitten room for the little ones. The staff were friendly and kind and they clearly love the cats.

We’ve found 3 beautiful and unique cats here! This is an amazing place to spend your time and donate for the saving of homeless cat’s lives. The whole stuff crew is really friendly and nice, they’ll provide you with everything you need within the short amount of time. You can also get a cup of coffee or tea with some snacks while you’re enjoying the company of cats and kittens. All cats are in great condition — you can see they’re well treated and taken care of. All of them are just so pretty and nice. We personally adopted three of their cats and now they’re best friends ever. I’m a big cat person and I was truly happy and pleased to find a place like this, and moreover to donate to help other cats to find their homes. You can also volunteer there as this Cat Cafe is non-profit. Please visit their website for more information. I hope you have a good day and enjoy your time here as much as I do!

Came to this cat cafe while visiting Vegas. I immediately saw and loved the cats painted on the windows! They have adorable cat-themed merchandise for sale (with proceeds all going to the cats!) as well. The entrance fee includes a drink and a snack which was nice. The owner was very friendly and personable. You could really see her dedication to the cats and ensuring they get the best homes. We came in during a time where the older cats were taking naps but still enjoyed petting and interacting with them all. There’s several adorable kittens but this cafe does a great job focusing on the seniors finding homes. Unfortunately they often get overlooked and I’m very happy they’re trying to promote their adoption! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. Thank you!

This place has helped me become the proud new owner of two of the most wonderful cats a girl could ever dream of. The facilities are clean. The people are nice in the adoption process is very simple. I would suggest to anyone who is looking to adopt a cat to go here. You have to move fast though, because the cats are so cute adorable and lovable if you see a cat that you like online and you don’t act on it, it may not be there the next day.

I cannot recommend Rescued Treasures Cat Café highly enough! My daughter and I absolutely love visiting this charming haven for feline friends. From the moment we step inside, we feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enriched by the love and dedication that fills the space. We've had the pleasure of getting to know the kitties by name and personality, each one more endearing than the last. It's truly heartwarming to see how the café not only provides a cozy environment for cat lovers but also plays a vital role in the community by rescuing and caring for so many cats in need. The staff's passion for their work shines through in every interaction, and their commitment to finding forever homes for these adorable furballs is inspiring. Every visit is a delightful experience, filled with cuddles, purrs, and the joy of knowing we're supporting such a noble cause. If you're looking for a place where you can connect with wonderful cats and support a fantastic mission, Rescued Treasures Cat Café is the perfect spot. We can't wait for our next visit!

Google
Amazing place to adopt, I went there a couple times before making my decision to adopt and the staff was amazing every single time, provided me with all the info I need it, adoption process was really easy and my cat was around 3 months old when I got him and he had all his vaccines and he was also neutered already which it was honestly a relief for me. The cats are adorable and you can see they are well taken care of . Archie changed my life forever and he is the sweetest

Mood - After my heart Here is a fun fact about me and the valley. Did you know the valley once had a no kill animal sanctuary off of St.Rose/Bermuda that took in exotics, dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, farm animals, and bunnies? And if you were lucky enough you could hear the lions roar and the peacocks sing nightly. Well I was very honored to work there for years developing my love and technical care for animals on a level that is unimaginable. So whenever I see places that do a great thing by the fur babies it is always on my radar to check it out. Cat cafes are starting to show up everywhere. It is a win/ win for the fur babies and the humans alike. You get the opportunity to spend time and possibly find your forever fur child. It is a great concept with such much emotional reward. At this establishment, you make a reservation online and pay the fee in 1 hour increments. This money is cycled back into the animals for housing/ care/ need/ and facilities. You arrive 10 mins before your reservation time, verify all of your information has been filled out. And voile you get that time to decompress and spend some time. There are a couple of rooms filled with cat houses/ beds/ and toys. Everything was very clean and there were cats everywhere. Sleeping, playing, and of course investigating. There is a small room before you enter with items for purchase should you choose. Would def recommend- pricing is reasonable especially if you consider what the money is going towards. The staff are very courteous and ready to answer any questions you may have. Location is Rancho/Craig - ample parking

Yelp
This place is such a gem! Not only do they make amazing snacks and drinks, but every visit helps foster kitties who are waiting for their forever homes. Our kids had the best time -- they got to play with the sweetest cats while enjoying treats, and it was such a calm, happy experience for all of us. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about both the animals and the guests. It's the kind of spot that just makes you smile from the moment you walk in. If you're in Vegas and want to do something fun, cozy, and meaningful, the Cat Café is a must-visit.

Yelp
Hello everyone!! This is the spot for ALL your furry friend needs. They have a cat cafe and they accept all donations... well most. Why buy brand new when you can save money and buy refurbished!? They have so much to offer. If you have a new cat or kittens, forget the megastores! Shop here. Come to the cafe and check out the cats. Everyone is so ambitious and willing to help you. It's a really chill spot with so much to offer!! Very thankful for the entire team.

Yelp
This is one of the best cat cafés I've ever been to! (And I have been to many!) It is so well-run. They have kittens, cats, and seniors. It has lots of things for cat enrichment, and the cats all seem to be in good spirits. I visit here every time I'm in the area!

Yelp
Rescued Treasures is an adorable cat cafe. There's a cute gift shop up front. There are several cat rooms, and only the kitten one has a closed door, but you can go into the room. I didn't find my forever friends there, but that's okay. I still had a fantastic time with the cats & kittens. They were all eager for attention and sweet. Every single cat looked healthy, well-fed, groomed, etc. Seeing so many happy, healthy felines made me feel so good! Plus, honestly just chilling and petting the cuties was relaxing!

Yelp
My family and I stopped by the Rescued Treasures Cat Café. The current hours are the following Thursday - Sunday: 12:00 - 6:00 P.M. Closed Monday - Wednesday. Pricing Sessions are $12.00 an hour per person. Booking fees online are non-refundable Rescued Treasures Cat Café is located at Rancho/Craig road, next to the UMC. There is plenty of parking available. We did not place a reservation online and got lucky that another family cancelled. We were able to walk-in during 4:00 P.M timeslot. It's an hour long café session which includes snacks and drinks. For 3, the total cost was $36.00 for one hour. Rescued Treasures Cat Café is dedicated to saving Las Vegas Community Cats. The Cafe provides a great experience with adoptable cats and kittens, snacks, beverages, and a gift shop. There is a waiver that you'll need to sign before entering. Make sure to read the rules before going into Rescued Treasures Cat Cafe. The team here are absolutely amazing! The adult cats are separated from the kittens. Hand sanitizers are situated in various locations throughout the Cat Café. There are multiple rooms for the adult cats with plenty of kitty trees and toys to play with! Some of the cats were playful and others were just content with sleeping. It was such a wonderful experience. Rescued Treasures also has a book club that meets every 3rd Friday of each month from 6-7 PM. The monthly book club package includes a cat-themed book of the month as well as a gift for yourself and kitties. The membership is $40.00 a month. Since Rescued Treasures Cat Café opened, the cat café has had over 1336 cat adoptions! All of their adoptable cats are FELV/FIV tested and are either spayed or neutered after 12 weeks. They're also dewormed, chipped, and up-to-date with vaccines. It's great to have PALNV cat adoption program for the Las Vegas community. PALNV helps to get our community cats off of the streets and out of shelters. PALNV also partners with rescue groups to help fulfill their mission and local businesses!

Yelp
There was a really nice young lady telling a group of us that showed up how things work. I gave a donation but did not plan on staying long, since I just wanted to look around. They have a wonderful array of young and older cats and I started falling in love with 5 of them. I'm bringing my husband back so he can meet them and hopefully he falls in love too! The last time i took him to a rescue we came home with our new cat the same day.

Yelp
Hi everybody, I am so upset and want to share this information. It is so disappointing when a so called "rescue clinic" shows their true colors. As you all know, I rescued one cat from an evicted apartment recently. And then a week later rescued a Momma Cat and her 6 kittens. But I went to this cat cafe PALNV for help & guidance, and I am so upset that they are so focused on making "adoptions" than actually helping others rescue cats. Especially one like me who rescue cats without a clue and just shows up with a big heart! I only got dry food and formula ONCE from them, got the foster documents and reviewed the fine print. And I wasn't comfortable with what it said, I didn't return to PALNV ever again. I currently have all rescued cats plus my own 2 cats. Shelters are full and stressed, I might just keep ones who doesn't have a home. The kitties will be rehomed about 10-12 weeks old. Not 8 weeks, per research. But I will never never never give them up back into the streets or to someone I don't know. Definitely will NEVER go back or recommend PALNV aka Rescued Treasure Cat Cafe.

Yelp
Went to a kitten baby shower and the cats were so sweet!! The kittens were adorable and I love that we get to help socialize these babies to be good feline companions! The only thing is that there is limited parking so just be aware! Kitten baby shower ticket was $30 but includes sandwiches, desserts, and bottled/canned beverages. We were invited to bring kitten supplies to get raffle tickets! All around a wholesome activity

Yelp
This is a great place to hang out if you are a cat lover. They have up to 25 cats at one time, and had kittens isolated in one room who were a little skittish. The drinks and snacks are self-service and consist of coffee, soft drinks, crackers and cookies. The girl who greeted me and my roommate on the Sunday afternoon we went was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I got scratched a little by one of the cats who I think had enough of people coming up and touching him or her, but that's sometimes what happens with cats. Some of them will come up to you and are very friendly but some of them are a little shy and take a little while to warm up to you. Two people were adopting cats while we were there. Some chill music was playing in the background and it was a very quiet environment to be in, very relaxing.

Yelp
I have been a patron of Rescued Treasures shortly after they opened back in 2019. My partner and I had a weekly date to visit the Cat Cafe to be able to hang around sweet cats and a welcoming atmosphere. They charge $10 for an hour of cafe time, which includes snacks and drinks. The cats there are so well behaved, and the staff will tell you ahead of time which cats to be wary of. Some are more on edge than others. It's very obvious the staff takes AMAZING care of each and every cat that comes through. They also do a great job providing a calm and relaxing place for anyone to visit. Eventually, when I was able to adopt a cat I was able to adopt my boy Kelso. He has been a dream. The best cat I've ever met, and he was only $150 to adopt. Included his neutering and all of his shots. I've returned to the cafe a few times after adopting Kelso, and the cafe has never and will never disappoint. Perfect for groups, as they provide Cat Yoga Saturday mornings. And perfect for a fun date during the daytime. Check their Instagram for updates!!

Yelp
My husband and i love cats so much and have some of our own, were looking for a third and decided to visit these cafes in the area. The cafe is very clean and spacious, there's a small store where you check in. They sell many little nick knacks to support the cafe. The cats are are all so cute and well taken care of, their bios are on the wall by the snacks. The staff really loves the cats and are very friendly. Even if you aren't looking to adopt its a nice way to spend an hour and support the foundation.

Yelp
I've been in Las Vegas for the last 2 months on a temporary work assignment. While life here has treated me well, I've been missing my cats at home. To help me out, my buddy invited me to this cat cafe. While neither of us were planning to adopt any cats, we did enjoy interacting with the cats and kittens here. He always likes going on Wednesdays at noon, since the cats are fresh from having 2 days off (the cafe is closed on Monday and Tuesdays). We arrived at the cafe a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork, then we were escorted into the cafe. One room is dedicated to the kittens, while the adult cats roam the other 3 rooms. Guests are welcome to wander from room to room, meeting the different cats. 2 of the cats are permanent residents, while all the others are available for adoption. Along with visiting the cats, guests are welcome to coffee, sodas, water and snacks (make sure to watch your drinks, as some of the cats are extra curious). And after the visit, there is a small gift shop where guests can purchase cat toys and decorations. Even though I don't go home for a few more weeks, I've been collecting toys for my cats during my 3 visits over the last 2 months.

Yelp
I had not known such a wonderful place existed near me! I was lucky enough to come across it with my sister in law and we immediately booked a session to come in. I had a beautiful black cat named Lilo for 16 years but after losing her, I needed a couple years to heal. Then I saw the most adorable black kitty under the couch at the cafe and fell in love instantly. She was a little shy but so am I. They would be closed the next 3 days so I started to plan to adopt her when they opened again on Thursday. The adoption form was easy to find on their website and the manager was kind enough to allow me time to get my lease in order to add on a kitty in time for Thursday. She was less shy when I came in and I was able to pet her for a good while and then I was ready to adopt her. We completed the interview and I did a little shopping in their cute store section & then she was mine! She is started to feel happy and comfy in our home and I couldn't be more excited. I love watching her explore the apartment, play with her toys and cuddle up to me. Thank you guys for bringing such a beautiful angel into my life. I love her so much.

Leah L.

Yelp
We went for kit-tea! It was so nice to get to hang out with the kitties and spend time with them. This is my dream to have my own non profit for cats and it was very inspiring to get to see everything first hand. I love how the cats have lots of cat trees and toys to keep busy and they seem really content and happy.

John S.

Yelp
Staff not friendly. Not very welcoming, large tv blaring was unexpected and unpleasant. Very sketchy part of Vegas. Place smelled like cat piss. Would never go again.

Yelp
I found Rescued Treasures online after losing my cat unexpectedly. My remaining cat has never been alone and wasn't coping well with it. I went in to the cafe and found a great atmosphere for the cats and kittens to be themselves and socialize with each other and those who come to visit. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I soon met Daisy who was a tiny little cat with a whole lot of love to give. She and I went home, and it looked like many other people were ready to take kitties home to give them a great life. If you are looking for a cat, this is a great way to find one.

Yelp
Friendly staff. Adorable kittens and cats for adoption. For $10 an hour, you can enjoy the company of adoptable cats and kittens. Some have been part of the TNR program. This place is a bit difficult to get to. Past between the Pep Boys and the Springs Church buildings and Treasures Cat Cafe is behind these buildings with large painted letters on their windows. They also sell merchandise which is awesome! Feel free to donate in addition to your $10 as you can as well! Please note, it's not much of a cafe as the coffee comes from a Keurig machine and they have a small selection of coffee pods. One of the staff members is vegan so bless her heart for bringing in almond milk creamer as an alternative to milk. Regardless, this is mostly for the cats that need help so it was well-worth the drive and visit. We absolutely loved it and what they are doing. Great concept. Oh, we were also given two cat food jars to take home which was nice of them.

Yelp
I was so confused the first time I came here. LOL I had no idea what a cat cafe was. I thought I was just going to a rescue place with cats in cages. I was a little irritated that they were charging me to see rescue cats in cages...so I thought! Turns out cat cafes are the funnest things ever! Now we LOVE cat cafes. LOL We ended up falling in love with a cat while we were there the first time and we adopted it. We love going back to hang out with all the cats. So fun!

Yelp
Let me start by saying this is a RESCUE first which means they are "Non profit" this is not a cafe for fancy drinks and "entertainment". Read the rules on the site and understand what you're getting. They have snacks and a decent chunk of kitties to love on but again it isn't gourmet cat cafes like you may see on travel blogs. It's self serve and really good for the cats to have you there to socialize. You're able to adopt but if you are going with that intention be sure to again look at the website and get the right appointment. The staff was super friendly so I am sure they can also answer any questions to send them a note. Now for my experience I took my Mon & kids and met up with a friend so that we could socially distance see one another and get some cute kitty time. I have a cat but she's anti other cats so I had a blast. My friends daughter fell in love with a one eyed new addition to their rescue but I spent most of my time in the kitten room. They have some really handsome adult cats Oscar and Ghost are both awesome! This is such a fun little place to go get some quality cuddles especially during covid. Just know the best option is to get yourself tickets online and reserve your spot due to social distancing rules and just to guarantee you are able to get to have fun with the cats. It is $10 a ticket but that goes to pay their rent and help the cats and again this isn't like some hot tourist spot it's just a kid friendly experience around town that also was featured on 90day fiancé which I got a kick out of. I hope to be back soon but especially if you're local even if you can't go visit consider a donation. Due to covid they really need it!
google avatar

Dee M.

Yelp
Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about this rescue. I called them for information and possibly to get their help; the girl that answered the phone was very nice listening to why I was calling. Then, she asked for my name and number and said I should get a call back from Kathy. I never got a call from Kathy or from anyone else for that matter. I also sent them 3 e-mails...I haven't gotten a reply to any of those either...it's been 6 days since my 1st email. I'm surprised that I got no response at all. I'm also a little more than disappointed too.

Yelp
It's about time Las Vegas opened a cat cafe! I have four cats of my own and I love all things cats. I've been to a few other cat cafes across the country, so when I heard about Rescued Treasures, I knew I had to recruit a fellow cat lady and give it a go. As other reviews have mentioned, this is more of a cat cuddle spot as opposed to a formal cafe, as the food and drink component is more so packaged snacks and Keurig coffee/tea. However, if you're seeking out a cat cafe, are your intentions *really* to have a proper meal? Of course not, you're just wanting time with cats. The cats are obviously the stars here. We cuddled and pet and complimented about a dozen or so cats. One thing I really liked about Rescued Treasures was that there were a few different rooms for the cats (and their admirers) to lounge in, as opposed to having them all in one room. This is good for the cats since they can mosey off to another room if they become overwhelmed or want somewhere else to lounge. There was also a specialized kitten room, which just seems like a good idea. Overall, I'm excited to see what Rescued Treasures becomes, since its only been open for six months or so. It's certainly a great idea from a very dedicated team.

Yelp
This is a wonderful little cat cafe! We were visiting from Arizona and had to stop in became we love cats! The cats here were lovely and seemed very well cared for. We had a wonderful time hanging out with the kitties. Freda and Silas, in particular were very friendly. Glad to see more and more places like this popping up across the US!

Yelp
I've been to three cat cafes and each have had their own unique feel. Rescued Treasures Cafe is located in an industrial office park. We were quickly assisted, handed waivers to sign and instructed to enter the cat room upon completion of our forms. It was there where we paid our $10 for an hour with the cats. The cost also included unlimited drinks and snacks. This cafe didn't have a barista, but a Keurig machine and electric tea kettle were a nice self serve alternative. Water bottles and soda cans were stocked in the mini fridge. The assortment of sweet snacks ranged from packaged cookies to fun size M&Ms. The manager of the cafe was friendly and it was clear just how dedicated she was to the kitties. Kudos to all the volunteers and foster parents because these were the most playful, well socialized group of kittens I have ever seen. It was especially impressively because most of these kittens hailed from feral cat colonies. The first time I visited, one of the workers told us a heartbreaking/heartwarming story of Juliet and the kittens she adopted and nursed. And how hard she took it when one of her new kittens didn't make it. He expressed how of all the cats in the cafe, that she deserved to find a loving home the most. Make no mistake about it, Rescued Treasures care deeply about their rescue cats.

Yelp
When I adopted a cat from here last August, she gave my strictly indoor cat Calicivirus and he got ulcers in his mouth and couldn't eat or drink and was very lethargic and looked like he was dying. I've had over $1000 in vet bills because of this and once they get Calicivirus they have it FOREVER. And my poor baby, now he has flare ups of ulcers in his mouth and I had to take him to the emergency vet again. He has to deal with this for the rest of his life and it's all because the cat I adopted was "asymptomatic" so they never even knew she had it. I had to blend up my other cats food for over six week and give him like five different kinds of medicine. In the process of trying to find out what it was, he had to go under anesthesia and go through dental procedures and everything to figure out what it was. So I have put a lot of money into this and now they both have it forever. I still have the cat that I adopted and I love her very much, that is the only reason this post is even getting two stars because something did come out of it. I definitely feel like they should be responsible for at least some of the cost that has incurred because of their lack of testing and carefulness.

Yelp
This place is awesome if you love cats! I am personally allergic to cats, but wore a mask to help with breathing. The experience was great, we mostly played with the kittens, but also saw many different cats roaming around. I would definitely suggest coming by if you want to play with cats or learn more about the animals.

Yelp
Rescued Treasures definitely lives up to its name! The kitties are adorable and seem very well cared for! I would definitely come back!

Yelp
Finally a cat cafe in Las Vegas! However, as the previous reviewer mentioned, it is less of a cafe (no barista or menu like other cat cafes I've been to) and it is more of an adoption center where you can play with the cats while having beverages and snacks included in the $10 fee (for an hour). It's still a great concept to help cats in the community. The first time I came here it was a bit difficult to find because the addresses on the buildings were difficult to locate. I was only able to see the suite number and I was at the wrong building. It ended up being the next building over. I've been here 3 times and have enjoyed each experience. There is a common area where the drinks and snacks are and merchandise for sale. There are 2-3 additional rooms where you can play with cats. The staff/volunteers and foster parents are friendly and helpful. They take good care of the cats and it's evident by the cats' behaviors. The problem is every time I go, I want to walk away with a new addition to my family! If you're looking for a guaranteed fun time while helping out a great organization, stop by Rescued Treasures!

Yelp
Amazingly cozy cat adoption cafe. Lots of gifts and you can hang out with the cats or buy gifts that are incredible. You can also donate food and toys to the organization. Really nice owner Kathy and Rossy, the volunteer. Named my newly adopted kitten after Rossy.

Yelp
One of the best adoption organization we've come across. Future families are given the chance to spend time with the cats before adoption. The place is well organized, friendly, calm, and clean. For a small donation, anyone can spend fun and happy hour with the kitties even if they don't have the intention to take home one.

Yelp
I'm very disappointed in the staff at this cafe. Going in and falling in love with a cat, all to be rejected in the adoption process as we live out of town. Reading and re-reading the disclaimer, no where was it stipulated you had to be a local resident. It was so disappointing and the interviewer was so very cold and rude. It's a shame one of these sweet cats has been denied a good loving home, and a forever family.

Yelp
My daughter loved this place. You get to hang out with kittens and cats. You pay a little donation fee. There's optional snacks if you want to snack. Will go back.

Yelp
We adopted Porridge now named Felix last weekend and the process was easy and Kali was so helpful in giving us information and making sure we got the knowledge of taking care of a cat. Porridge/Felix has been amazing and our dogs are getting along with him!! Last night Felix slept in our bed with our 2 bullies and everyone was fine!! This rescue is amazing and you can see that they really care about their cats!! Amazing job team and we are already thinking about another because Porridge/Felix has been so amazing!! We are truly grateful and happy!!

Yelp
This is the place for cat lovers and for people who don't realize they love cats yet. My group and I easily made a reservation online and printed out the waiver. It only cost us $10 a person to spend an hour with the cats. All of the cats were very friendly and sweet; some of them were sleeping so we didn't disturb those kitties. The cafe was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable about the cats. All of the cats are friendly, rescued cats and are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and available for adoption. The cafe offers complimentary snacks (chips, crackers, etc.) and drinks (coffee, soda, iced green tea, etc.) to enjoy while you are there. I highly recommend this as a place to relax and pay attention to some very sweet cats. We will return soon, for sure! The cafe is tucked back in a business park so look for the signs that say "PAL" and you'll find it.

Yelp
NOT a cafe! If you are going expecting a "call me cat" experience stay away. They don't even have coffee.

Yelp
Anyone that reviewed this place with low reviews are not looking at the bigger picture here. Snacks and beverages are an after thought the important thing is if the cats are healthy and happy, which they are. It should be all about the cats. Coming here is a great way to relax and play with a large amount of cats and also socialize them and hopefully get them adopted. All the cats were active and loving. I was also able to buy catnip toys for my babies at home. The staff here were super friendly and they have a solid amount of regulars come to visit.

Yelp
They are absolutely wonderful. I got my new kitten there. It's a very clean place and the people are wonderful. I would recommend this place highly. They have a variety of cats and it's just a great place.

Yelp
I donated to the group after they had 11 cats left on there door step. I AM glad there are kind people that rescue these little loves. I hope the best for all of them. THANK YOU TO YOUR TEAM.

Yelp
$12 entrance fee and you don't have the kittens pictured on your website in the cafe available for adoption. When asked I was told they haven't been there for weeks. Feels like a blatant scam and bait and switch. Complete rip off.

Yelp
OMG what a terrific find! I can't wait to go back and play with all of the amazing cats and kittens. The staff was super sweet and caring. The facility was very clean and the cats all seemed so happy!! We stayed for an hour (make an appointment online it's only $12 for the hour and it's SUCH a great cause) and I wanted to stay longer. You can also volunteer. I even went online and donated after we visited. The "kitten" room was cuteness and fun overload. The kittens were so sweet, clean, and playful! They loved being played with and held. I wanted all of them. Adoption is $150 and they are fixed/vaccinated. I love places like this and the good hearted people that take care of them. I also loved the older cats, they need love also! They were very friendly as well. I have two cats, one is 15, so I know where I will go from here on out, I'll rescue one of them! Please view the photo I uploaded of how to contribute through shopping at Smith's or on Amazon! And of course the loving sleeping kitten on my lap! They also have water/coffee/tea and snacks available for free!

Yelp
Giving 5 stars only because it's a good idea. However I drove 30 minutes today to be here w my 2 little girls only to be turned away. There is no age limits on the website. And I really think therapeutic playing and hanging out w kitties should be for all ages. Really wish I hadn't wasted my time and my 6 year old was really disappointed started crying because weren't turned away until being led into the cat cafe and she saw all the kitties. My daughter is almost 2 and very sweet and gentle and cant have cats at home because her dad is allergic. An age limit would be useful. Very sad and disappointing time at the cat cafe. Shuffled around. Not great communication or customer service. Maybe an off day?

Yelp
Palnv is a fraud non-profit. Been trying for 2 years to get approved. Today Mark called and said he took Ricardo's place. Mark rambled on the phone for hour about nothing while trying to steal my personal financial information. He said my application was denied and the program is for low income and since I have no income then Kathy denied me and let my dogs go hungry, then he slammed the phone in my face. It's also a federal crime for Kathy to deny people her form 990 to view. This non profit earns over $600k a year, but they cry poor. Just another fake non-profit that lets dogs starve.

Yelp
At first, my partner and I were obsessed with this place. They're doing a good deed and rescuing these cats. All the employees/volunteers there are very kind. In addition, we adopted our baby whom we are so in love with. For this reason we give them 3 stars. However, at adoption, we asked right away if something was wrong with our kitten's eye because she was squinting and it was slightly watering. They constantly assured us that she had been checked and it was nothing, that she "does it when she wants attention." So we were relieved and took our baby home. Fast forward a few weeks now, we are at the vet because her eye is still squinting. We found out she has a respiratory infection with severe conjunctivitis. We need further testing to see if she has pneumonia which is, of course, over $500. (Side note, we are at a low cost clinic.) She is now on a ton of medications. We, as well as her vet, feel so horrible knowing that she's been suffering, all while the cafe assured us that she was fine. She's our baby now. Whatever means or cost necessary we will care for her. It's just upsetting that the rescue misinformed us.

Yelp
Concept is great and way to meet your new fur baby to make sure you get along. And since we are moving out of state and can't really get one right now it's a way to play and cuddle with the cats. Well taken care of and nice atmosphere.

Yelp
If I could lower the rating I would! My fiance and I went to this cafe to potentially look for another animal to adopt. The experience was very awesome and we had put complete trust in this place. I thought it was such a breath of fresh air not having to see cats in cages like at the shelters. We ended up unexpectedly adopting a young cat and everything seemed fine for the first week. This cat drools a lot and we did not think anything of it. I have two other cats already at home so we kept them separate for that whole week except when they were playing underneath the door with their paws. One of my other strictly indoor cats became VERY sick and they diagnosed him with Calicivirus (FCV). I received a "vet record" stating that the new cat had previously been treated for an upper respiratory infection but he was off of hi antibiotics and supposedly he was fine during the payment process at this cafe. This is not the case! This cat had FCV as well and this place still adopted him out! My sick cat has NEVER gotten sick as he does not go outside or around any animals that do. I had to take him to the emergency vet in the middle of the night because he had his tongue sticking all the way out with mouth ulcers from the virus! THEN, I found out a few days later that the new cat had Mange which is highly contagious among cats and even sometimes humans as well. I have had to spend a TON of money on vet bills and medications for both of the cats and it is ridiculous. It might look and sound like a great idea, but I DO NOT recommend adopting from this place. They adopt out sick cats!

Yelp
Love this place!! Workers are all very friendly, play rooms are nice and clean and there's a special kitten room! All the cats look clean and taken care of. Love that they are all up for adoption, this place is such a great idea!

Yelp
As a birthday gift to myself, I booked a one hour session to play with the cats, and it was the best hour of my day. The cats were out to play, the kittens especially, despite the fact that it isn't even kitten season. I paid at the time of my appointment. I spent a total of $10 for me and my dad, and I think an additional person was allowed within that $10. My dad was hesitant to go and ended up loving it! Will definitely be adopting soon from them as opposed to my original plan of a pet store.
