Jeanelle instantly makes you feel at ease with her warm smile, Liz — the esthetician — brings such a glowing, uplifting energy, and Nicky, the nurse practitioner, is simply wonderful. Her caring and gentle approach helped me build the trust I needed to finally prioritize taking care of myself. The facials are incredibly relaxing and luxurious, using only the highest-quality, natural products. And the VI Peels? Absolutely unbelievable. As a fairly young woman living in Miami, years of sun exposure combined with the effects of pregnancy had taken a toll on my skin. Reset Lab has truly worked miracles — my skin has never looked healthier or more radiant. Beyond skincare, they offer an impressive range of services including Botox, biostimulators, body sculpting, InBody composition analysis, microneedling, tox & fillers, vitamin injections, growth hormone peptides, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), weight loss programs, and so much more. I love this health clinic, specially the facials & IV hydration service. The best deep cleaning facial I’ve ever gotten was here. I also love the different IV hydration options. They have a menu which includes options for pregnant women or you can customize your own bag. The IV hydration is the best boost you’ll get & the nurses are super sweet. The space is clean, cozy & comfy. I recommend them to everyone - give them a try!

First time visit… Everyone was kind, courteous, and welcoming from start to finish. The PA who assisted me was incredibly thorough, took the time to listen, and made sure my IV was tailored exactly to what I needed. I felt well cared for throughout the entire experience. Very grateful!!

My first experience was very disappointing. I scheduled an early appointment at 9:00 a.m., which was confirmed, yet I was made to wait in a room for over 40 minutes while the specialist who was supposed to see me was treating another patient during my appointment time. When I decided to leave and addressed the issue, she did not apologize and appeared careless and dismissive. I found her behavior rude and disrespectful. Based on this experience, I would not return for treatment.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The office is immaculate, beautifully designed, and has such a calm, and fun atmosphere. The entire team is professional, warm, and knowledgeable — you can tell they genuinely care about each client’s experience and results. They take the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and customized my treatment to perfectly suit my needs. Facials, wood therapy, in body analysis, iv therapy, all of it is amazing. I can’t recommend this office enough — truly top-notch care, exceptional service, and results that speak for themselves. I’ll definitely be a loyal client for years to come, especially since they keep adding amazing services! Looking forward to their headspa soon!

I’m very particular about what I want, and I appreciate a more understated look. Nurse Nicki really took the time to meet with me and listen to exactly what I was looking for, and I’m so grateful for her attention to detail. I had an amazing experience at Reset Lab from the moment I walked in. The overall environment was very clean, inviting, and relaxing. Janelle, who was very friendly, greeted me and immediately helped me with my visit. I was then directed to Liz who oversaw my body sculpting. I cannot recommend her enough! We talked about my goals and expectations before the service started. She was very welcoming, walked me through every step of the process, and educated me on the benefits of body sculpting as well. I felt very taken care of and was able to fully relax and disconnect during my visit with Reset Lab. I found reset lab randomly on instagram a few months ago and recently went in to do a VI Peel with Yuliet. I was so nervous before arriving but Yuliet made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She was very professional and made sure I felt good while she was doing my VI peel. The peel was painless and quick. I will definitely coming back here and I highly recommend reset lab :)

I reached out to Nicky in January of this year to help me with my self care journey. I had already been in the process of losing weight but with that comes loss of collagen and overall my skin was looking dull. I thought I needed one thing, but Nicky knew better. A ViPeel and 3 microneedling sessions (with PRP) later my under eyes no longer appear sunken and my skin is so much brighter! I've loved every visit, every consult so much that I keep finding excuses to go back like monthly B12 and lipotropic injections to give me that extra boost. I'm a regular at reset lab and anyone who isn't is missing out!
