Juliana went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the location was perfect-everything we needed was close by. The only downside was the hotel parking lot, which lacked sufficient lighting at night. Aside from that, our stay was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back!

To start with we got there and got our room I had checked in ahead of time, difficult to find the entrance, then we got in and got keys to our room on 2nd floor, went up- elevator is painful and started to unpack, Now the closet door didnt open, after enough trying to work with it, went down and told the guy at reception, he gave me tips on how to fix it instead of saying he can come up and help. I did what he told me still no luck, now we call him and he offers to come up and then tries fixing it for a whole 20 minutes, so what makes him think it was a small fix and I have to fix this. Anyway other issue, air-conditioning in this room only works at 65 degrees clicks on so the cold draft right on face in the bed has left us with dry throat, eyes - itchy and red. Stuffed up every morning. ||Next is Breakfast, today day 4 I got some potatoes, last 3 days nothing is veggies except spinach leaves. hORRIBLE NO VEG options, only waffles in 2 places, 3 types of eggs, sausage, bacon and egg ham. Same clumpy oatmeal everyday, Like other hotels have pancakes, No potatoes or potato hash with onions, bell peppers, very minimalist breakfast, no milk cartons, more coffee and tea options, more yogurt options, more pancake machines, usual nonsense. ||Pillows sunk, Shower is half door all water on floor outside. We complaint about the people next door banging our wall and people upstairs running at all hours. Nothing was done. Cleaning crew is not great either. I had sent a message through expedia that we were coming to celebrate our high school graduate and attend utd freshman orientation but nothing.

Hard to find fault with this modern, comfortable, friendly Residence Inn right off the George Bush Turnpike in Plano, about half an hour from DFW. Two-bedroom suite hade a nice living room area and bedrooms with separate bathrooms, one being ensuite. The staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking. Not the same old breakfast, it was hot and varied every day we were there. Definitely recommend.

Google
Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, lots of options for continental breakfast, and great location. Originally had reservations with another prominent hotel chain, and after switching rooms we left and scrambled to find another suitable hotel during the holidays for our family of 5 (w/ 2 teenagers) and a dog. We chose this hotel b/c of the option of two queen beds and pull out couch at a reasonable price; the kitchenette, dining table, and full fridge was a bonus. The staff was super helpful getting us situated. The lobby, rooms, gym, and laundry room were very clean and operable. Lots of grass/open space to walk dogs & dog trash cans scattered around. WiFi was fast. Cleaning service was superb. Close to Walmart, restaurants, and other small shops. Lots of attention towards the breakfast with fresh items to include fruit. Next to the George Bush turnpike which is a game changer if you’re used to 635 as the main option to get around Dallas. If I had one complaint - the hot tub was inoperable for a period of time, but we hadn’t planned to use it. Overall, our family was very pleased and felt at home (as best one can in a hotel) during the holidays.

This is the best place to stay while in Dallas area. Came here because of good reviews and it far exceeded my expectations. Quiet and spacious room and extraordinary service. Very worthy of the price.

Yelp
They have Hospitality down to an art. We were in the area because nearby car dealerships had vehicles we wanted to checkout. From check in with Perla who helped me with my Spanish. To the house keeping staff that had smiles on their faces and prepped my room and smelling clean and fresh! Everything had me feeling valued and confident that I made the right choice of place to stay. My pillows request of down free (due to feather allergy in the family) was done and accurate. First I need to rave about my check in experience. My room was ready and accurate. My platinum Elite gift at check-in made the wife very happy and salivate at the same time. The pistachios and the chocolate in the room was a nice wow-me touch. The room was clean and in nice working order. Cool layout and nice amount of space. Breakfast had a nice variety of things to choose from. I really was pleasantly surprised. They clearly have the logistics down pat. All things were out fresh and appetizing. The pool and hot tub was a big hit for my daughters. We spent a lot of time here. Hot tub was spacious and the pool layout was inviting as well. The hotel was full and I never felt like I could tell. There wasn't a ton of noise that I could hear that was a disturbance. ( Highway nearby... Couldn't tell) Front desk staff definitely had our family feeling valued and appreciated. Thank you Genesis for turning a TV on to basketball as my girls love watching the Jayhawks. We had pizza in the commons area for dinner so we had some room to spread out. Genesis front desk got us plates and turned on some lights to assist us...can't ask for a better hospitality move by him. If all Marriott branded hotels had it like this... I think it would be hard to stay anywhere else! Thank you for being awesome. Your staff rocked. This is our hotel for future stays in the area... Unless the girls want an outdoor pool Questions or anything else.. just reach out! The area is very safe well lit and a lot of things in the area from my experience. Respectfully A very satisfied Platinum Elite member Bryan Yukon, Oklahoma

Yelp
Located off George HW Bush Expressway, it took me about 15-20 minutes to get to the places I wanted to go to. The Bedroom Suite with 2 Queen Beds and a Sofa Bed was so spacious. There was a dining table and kitchen. The living room had a TV. Plenty of outlets to charge your electronic devices. There was a TV in the bedroom too. The toiletries were basic, but the bath products had a nice scent- eucalyptus and lavender. I do love places that offer a complimentary breakfast and this one had everything you'd want to eat. Some places cook the meat and eggs poorly. This one was a pretty good job. I loved the small thick waffles too. Lots of options if you want to eat healthier too. Overall, it's a pretty clean place (not perfect), but I will definitely stay here the next time I visit.

Yelp
3.5 * Friendly at the front desk, immaculate housekeeping. Decent breakfast. Great location to get to and fro on the north side off the George HW Bush Expressway. Modern style furnishings throughout the building. The indoor pool looked nice but we had neither the time nor the bathing suits. Beds were of So-So comfort (little firm). Mind boggling that our two queen suite with separate sitting room had *no AC vents* on the bedroom side. Perhaps tread lightly in the summer months here. It was hard to get the room appropriately climated when we put our kids to bed earlier to watch television on the other side with the door closed.

Yelp
Excellent stay!! Loved it. Pool and jacuzzi was awesome! They have a stocked market for drinks and snacks. Modern furniture and decor. Our room was clean quiet and no issues. Staff was so nice. Definitely will stay again.

Yelp
I haven't stayed at a residence inn for about 15 years. I came across this one when looking for a pet friendly hotel. Truthfully I would rather stay here than spending money at something pricier. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are big. I witnessed the amount of sanitizing the cleaning ladies do to the rooms after a person check outs. I was so impressed she must have been in the room for an hour at least. They have a nice workout room and a fire pit. I will definitely stay here again when I visit again.

Yelp
My first stay and certainly not my last. Smeeta Patel and all her staff are amazing! The go above and beyond for their guest! I really enjoyed Herman who was very helpful no matter the task! Herman , Jasmine and Smeeta and staff made my stay amazing ! Thank you all for a first time visit.

Yelp
First time staying here. Good price with best customer service. The hotel is pretty new . So, very clean & looks modern. Good for family & a long stay since they have a complete kitchen.

Yelp
Traveler beware! If you are planning on using the pool - do NOT book here. They only allow one family at a time for 1 hour, and you have to book your "pool time". This information is not disclosed during booking (not on website, not in the booking email, not over the phone). I called the hotel before booking and asked if the pool was open, and they said that the pool was open. Not a word about pool being "by appointment only". I would have never booked this hotel if I they had disclosed their pool policy. Imagine that: you show up on Friday night, and you promised your kids to go to the pool, your kids are all excited and in their bathing suits, you try to get in the pool area, but the door is locked. You go to the front desk to ask them to open the pool area door, and then you are told that the pool is by appointment only (one hour per family), and Friday night is already fully booked. Now imagine how you explain that to your kids. The hotel claims that they have this policy because of covid, but for some reason this rule is for pool only. The breakfast area is packed in the morning, and most of people don't wear masks, and no one cares. The gym is wide open too at all times. By their logic, covid can't spread in the breakfast area or a gym, but only in the pool. Whoever invented this "pool policy" is not an intelligent person. Why aren't the breakfast and gym "by appointment only"? You should just close the whole hotel if you are so worried about the covid spreading. Residence Inn, you ruined it for us. Will never be back.

Yelp
We were about 22 people attending a wedding. We had close to 10 rooms. These people were simply superb to make sure we were staying next to one another, checking to see if we needed anything periodically and .... The place is brand new and impeccably clean... The breakfast is better than most places and there is plenty of parking. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for making it so special for us as the family reunion was great and it was thanks to you.

Yelp
One of the best RI I have stayed in. Staff was on point and very attentive. Everything was very clean and it looks new. Recommend if you are in the area and looking for a place. .
