This resort was beautiful! We came for our honeymoon. We loved the sea views, the nature aspect of the resort, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We usually aren’t ones to book a resort with dinner included as usually the food isn’t great, but we were shocked that the food here was delicious - like we were at a real restaurant! We’d recommend sticking to restaurants included with half board, buffets were delish and had a lot of options.

A beautiful place to be with excellent food and (for the most part) helpful, efficient, happy and friendly staff.||We loved the ambiance including the stunning beaches, luxurious and well-equipped accomodation (one of the Erica suites near the mini club) and superb food. ||Our stay was at the start of the season and unfortunately we had multiple problems with housekeeping staff ignoring 'do not disturb' signs and one who left our external door wide open for several hours while we were at dinner.|We paid €150 for late checkout at 3pm and at 1pm, as we tried to rest before a long journey home, a housekeeper tried to enter the room. I hope the managers will address these issues.||The standard of cleaning was excellent though!||The resort began life as a holiday camp and there's a slight holiday camp feel to the Erica area around the Nemo bar. La Licciola has more of a 5-star luxury vibe with a lovely terrace for cocktails adjacent to the Les Bouches restaurant.

This large resort is situated in a beautiful untouched nature reserve far away from everything. You definitely need a car. Check-in was slow and overall the hotel lacked the professionalism you’d expect from a 5 star. However, everyone was very friendly. Rooms are well sized with good quality beds and all have a beautiful sea view. Interiors are rather dark und functional. WIFI is very patchy and you need to relog everytime. Our room had a coffee machine with free coffee. Breakfast has a large choice but mediocre quality (unraw tomatoes, tasteless egg dishes) and while there were industrial fruit juices, you needed to pay 10 Euro extra for a freshly pressed fruit juice. Restaurants on site are not to recommend, you rather go to Santa Theresa, a 15 min car ride. The location offers untouched nature walks to many secluded small beaches offering lots of privacy.

We loved celebrating our honeymoon at this fabulous resort! From stunning views and beautiful rooms to impressive buffets and experiences/excursions, we enjoyed plenty of quiet and relaxation in this peaceful getaway. Additionally, everyone at the resort was deeply attentive to our requests and consistently thoughtful - especially Laura! She went above and beyond to be transparent about costs at the resort, secure various reservations on our behalf, and even surprise us with a little complimentary honeymoon gift at the end of our stay. Truly a gem of a resort with wonderful people!

Pure Relaxation with a View – and We’ll Be Back! We’re absolutely delighted with our stay at Valle dell’Erica. It’s not just a hotel, it’s an experience – one filled with peace, beauty, excellent food, and impeccable service. My husband is already a loyal fan – it’s his third time here – and I now completely understand why. It’s my first visit, but definitely not my last. We’ve already made a pact to return next year. That should tell you everything. From the breathtaking views and delicious cuisine to the warmth of the staff – everything is just perfect. You can truly feel that hospitality is lived here, not just offered. We absolutely love this place. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. See you next year

The Valle D’ Erica resort is made up of 2 hotels - La Licciola and Hotel Erica but facilities are shared. The resort is on a stunning stretch of coastline with multiple coves and beaches. We liked that there was plenty of space so we didn’t feel crowded.||The rooms in both resorts are single storey buildings. Ours was in Hotel Erica. It was well decorated and clean with a balcony that was not overlooked. The rooms do not have a coffee machine but you can request a kettle from reception. Noise was a problem on our first night because the hard surfaces make the rooms quite echoey but after the adjoining guests left we were fine. ||There are 6 restaurants and several bars. Three restaurants are included in the half board. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever come across. Even more jaw dropping was the selection of fine food on offer in Les Bouches evening buffet. I have never in all my travels seen so much outstanding vegetarian food. Even carnivores were queuing up. I ate too much. |We also want to call out Matteo and the team at Li Zini. Thank you for indulging my husband’s love of seafood and for instantly conjuring up dishes for his vege wife. The food, the view, the service were 5 stars.||All the staff were polite and helpful. There was however one team who did not do credit to the hotel and this was security team at the gate. They were officious and clearly do not like guests using local taxi companies rather than the ones contracted by the hotel. The prevarication in allowing our taxi in when we leaving caused us to almost miss our ferry.||That aside it’s a beautiful resort - very family friendly and I would return.
