Yelp
Really huge facility that truly gives people a sense that Resorts World is more than just a casino.
Resorts World is located on Sentosa Island, which can be accessed a number of ways. On the day my wife and I went, we took the MRT to Harbourfront and got out of the Vivo City mall to transfer to the Sentosa bus, which we took for a grand total of $2! Not only was it the cheapest way to get to Sentosa, but after seeing the long lines at Resorts World for the Sentosa Express Monorail, it definitely seemed like the quickest and most efficient.
As for the Resorts World grounds, it's BIG. If you take the monorail or bus, they'll drop you right off at the atrium. For the people who love taking photos, there are plenty of photo opportunities everywhere, as well as places to eat or get snacks, including the food court. Our only gripe about the atrium was that it wasn't very well air-conditioned, although I guess you can consider it more of an outdoor area than indoor.
For the casino, if you're a tourist, make sure to bring your passport or else you won't be able to get in. Also, if you have a backpack or big bag, be prepared to have to check it into a locker for a small fee. For such a large complex, the casino was actually pretty small compared to other casinos globally. There weren't a whole lot of tables or machines, relatively speaking.
If you have a few days to spend in Singapore, Resorts World and Sentosa Island is definitely a nice spot to hit up for a half day trip, but honestly no more than a half day is needed to explore.
