Although I’m the first to admit, I prefer the real thing if you know what I mean. The only medication that truly helps PTSD without addiction. I love RESTART! I stumbled upon it a few weeks ago and have been a happy customer ever since. There are two locations—both very close to me, YAY!—and they are very nice. They're very clean and well-organized, bright and airy. RESTART has a huge variety of products from flower to gummies, lollipops, brownies, banana bread, beverages of all sorts and items for pet anxiety. There are also beautiful glass pieces and lots of accessories. They threw a fun 420 party on 419 with giveaways and samples, which was fun. Parking is a non-issue at both locations. But the very best part? They call me by my name when I walk in! I highly recommend RESTART!

This store is absolutely awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable about all their highly effective medicinal products, and helped us to make the best decision for our needs. We felt completely taken care of. Can't recommend them enough! Look no further!

I finally made it to Restart and I had a wonderful experience. The team was very knowledgeable, they gave us advice, suggestions and tips and tricks on how to use the product. I will be back soon now that I've tried my sample packs and know which products I would like to take home with me!

First and last time coming here! I was so excited to shop at this store given it's women owned, but be VERY careful about purchasing anything from this store. Their return/refund policy is very much centered on them as a business and not on the customer. I was sold a product that the team told me would help with relaxation and sleep. Instead it made me feel like I drank 5 cups of coffee. They offered me a store credit or a partial refund and this was after them asking for the product back so they could do testing on it to make sure it wasn't a bad batch. I was also told to "do my research on hemp products", which was uncalled for and rude given what this business *should* be about which helping people relax, right?! Not a good look. There is a store called Happy Cactus in Austin that has much better products and better return policies if your product doesn't work for whatever reason! I will be taking my business there moving forward.

Very knowledgeable and nice staff. Beautiful settings with many good products to choose from. Also offering DoorDash delivery makes it convenient to shop with them. Definitely recommend them.

Best in town, hands down! Women-owned and truly committed to quality and research. They are strong advocates for sensible cannabis laws in Texas. Plus, they’ve got awesome Texas-themed goodies, such as sweet tea infused with THC (as a Texan and a tea enthusiast, this is the best edible in the planet 😄). Highly recommend!

I order sublingual oil 2.5 mg delta 9 thc. I been placing drops of this delta 9 under my tongue for sixty seconds then swallow.(like it saids). I started 2 hours ago and am done with the bottle. you guys got me. I feel nothing at all. remove the word delta 9, there's no thc in this whole bottle. this false advertisement .

I've been here a few times and the employees are always helpful. They have given great recommendations. I enjoy the pre-rolls and edibles.

They have an amazing selection with descriptions everywhere. This makes it really easy to find what you need. But if you can't, their staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They have plenty of size options so you can try things in sample size before buying a bunch. I really love this store and you really can't beat the prices.

I used to be a regular here, but then they had a special event around 7-4-24 and sold all their inventory and found themselves having to turn away loyal customers for weeks afterwards due to being sold out of everything . They do have good product though if it's in stock. As for me I found another shop around the corner in the opposite direction with consistent & reliable inventory.

First time using the delivery service. I usually go into the store, but couldn't make it before I ran out. As with everything these folks do, excellent service, my order was correct and delivered in a timely manner. Highly recommend, love this store.

Meh, their flower is dry and the products overpriced. The glass is nice but again overpriced. Please check online or in South Austin first. I noticed that staff wasn't very knowledgeable on the real cannabis culture either. Very imposterish type of vibe. The kids at the counter were great until their management comes in and it seems like the vibe changes and their comments, again, make it sound like they aren't really in the culture and only in for profit. It was strange and disappointing. If you are new to Austin and need it for medicinal purposes you can do better. This is one of those shops where oh look, a smoke shop for quick papers. But to actually say their products are amazing with great smell and good talk about terpenes, this is not it. Tbh I feel like it's trying too hard to be cool like it's Austin counterparts. Nothing that stands out or anything. Sorry. This ain't it.

The texture and flavor of their gummies are EVERYTHING. I enjoy the baked brownies they have and recently tried their Sunny's lemonade and it was SO GOOD. Sincerely love knowing I am supporting a women owned business in Austin and that the quality you get in their products are top notch to any other place in Austin. I hope they are able to expand and grow out their business even further because we need these all over Austin!!

my favorite shop ever! I order from here all the time. I've been to nevada and california shops but restart has the best quality and I LOVE that they are sister and woman owned. I've tried practically everything here and their strains are the best. My favorites at the moment are the delta 9 trio pack (pomegranate is so good right now as their new flavor addition) and the delta 8 capsules. They are so educational and have great product.

Restart CBD sets the bar for what all CBD dispensaries should be modeled after. Incredibly clean, inviting and knowledgeable. None of that combo tobacco store creepy vibes. Restart is here to change people minds and truly help people. This is the place that all those who are curious about the hemp industry/products should go to as well as those who are seasoned in hemp but need a reliable store. A large clean space with a helpful and enthusiastic staff. They have edibles and smokables. The gummies and mints were nice and I'll probably be back in the future.

My love for this place has been great. I use their topical cream for pain relief, their dark chocolate (dairy free!!) cbd, and now their pet cbd for my dog. All of these items have been super helpful in my life. They also have a way to earn rewards and I get a veteran discount. Score! I couldn't ask for a better cbd store.

Excellent place and GREAT quality. Got some CBD cigarettes, CBD&CBG capsules, and a CBD tincture for my cats. I've smoked regular cannabis for a long time and it's been over 10 years since I've gone a full week without smoking. As I've grown older my brain chemistry has changed and it seems that regular cannabis use has been contributing to my anxiety/depression and other basic neurological disorders. The hope was that switching it out with CBD and CBG would help with these symptoms while also giving me long-term support. And it actually did help! Their CBD cigarettes are really good actually and I can actually feel noticeable effects. Someone in previous comments mentioned that this place was expensive but I have to disagree. I felt that everything was very reasonably priced considering the quality of it all. It's not necessarily "cheap" but the quality isn't cheap either. If you're looking for gas station quality products for gas station quality prices then yeah it might be expensive to you. But if you're actually looking for quality from a reputable source that's also not overcharging you then RE-START is 100% the go-to in Austin. I've been to Colorado and Portland (they source their stuff from Oregon and Tennessee by the way!) and I can definitely say that this place is legit and trustworthy. I only have two complaints: 1. My capsules that contain the CBD and CBG are made with bovine gelatin :( I respectfully don't eat meat and probably wouldn't have gotten them had I known beforehand. I'm not disappointed with the purchase however and I'm still using them and still noticing benefits so still a happy customer. But really am not sure why you chose to go with bovine gelatin as opposed to vegetable capsules? 2. I got the "pet cbd" tincture which comes with a glass dropper. I administer these both directly into my cat's mouth and just wanted to mention that most vets use plastic droppers because if an animal bites down while administering it, it could break and get glass in their mouth. While I'm a big fan of glass and don't usually opt for plastic, it would be really nice to see this in the pet tinctures. I will definitely be back again, I think this place is great and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Edit: replied and addressed the two mild concerns I had. I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me. A company that's always open to suggestions and striving to improve from an already excellent standing point deserves 5 stars.

The current CBD/THC landscape is definitely Wild West territory. Scientific reports allude to the end product of extraction/refinement process as potentially "bathtub gin". That's why the lab-tested, up-front approach of RESTART is so critical. For all the benefits of hemp-derived cannabis, you don't want industrial-grade chemicals to be tagging along. This is a Mom-n-Pop (rather Sis-n-Sis!) operation that strives to educate customers as the gateway to a mutually beneficial transaction. I've had pretty good luck addressing sleep issues with their guidance, and will continue to patronize these guys up to and following the (when common sense prevails!) legalization of full-on recreational marijuana. Bonus points for friendly in-store staff and periodic informative videos!

Sadly, I have an update. Twice now I've received liquid gummies and a disgusting slab of melted edibles. It's hot. You would think, with the money they charge, they could use some hot weather packaging. I literally run to the mailbox the second I get notification, but this is a disgusting mess. Let me ask you this, if you bought a package of gummies from the grocery store, and they melted into one liquid blob, would you eat them? Now think about if they cost $35????? Do better, Restart.

Let me start by saying that, as a massage therapist, I'm pretty well versed in different types of products used for pain relief. I have been a big supporter of CBD for many years. Not only for it's usefulness as a pain reliever, but also for it's many other uses for things like anxiety, insomnia, and so much more. I have tried so many different CBD products from so many places and have always had mixed results. Until now that is. Restart is a locally owned so that is not only a woman owned business, but who also hires women exclusively and is inclusive of the LGBTQIA community. As I have clients from all walks in life, I always love to find business like this I can recommend and know that they will feel accepted when they go. Every single person I've met there is extremely friendly and helpful, and they all know their stuff! My wife suffers from severe endometritis, anxiety and boots of insomnia. We've tried so many different places, but now we are going to be exclusively using only Restart. D and Kirsten are the two we have interacted with most and they have been unbelievably amazing with helping her find products that help her specific issues. They offer everything from flower to vape juice to tinctures, gummies and even chocolates and brownies. They have pet friendly products as well to help out fur babies with depression anxiety and joint pain. The brownies are one of our top picks and they help more than anything else does for all the issues we need help with. If you have never tried CBD or if you are a connoisseur of the product, Restart is the place you need to be!

Not a fan. Sterile with snooty employees. Apparently they white label all of their products, meaning they buy other companies products and put their sticker on them. So inconsistency in their products. Bought a full spectrum and didn't feel jack. Waste of money.

This shop, the owners and the staff are absolutely incredible!! My husband was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners and we decided to stop in one day. The store is absolutely beautiful. It is laid out. Incredibly. Each section is clearly defined. Easy to read. Plenty of definitions and when I tell you these staff goes above and beyond. They have helped me, my husband and our pets for the last. Wow almost a year now!!

I just wanted to say that since posting my review, my opinion of this business has only improved. I came in recently STRUGGLING to sleep. I have terrible insomnia and had been awake for a couple of days. The girls there Krishna and Deandrea (I really hope I spelled their names right!) were SO HELPFUL. They got me a delta 8 brownie and some gummies with delta 8 and CBN, I took that, went home and ate it. Few hours later I was asleep, and I slept for a good 8 hours. I just love this place. Everyone is so knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly. Really positive vibes in the air and just generally a welcoming place to be. Please don't ever change, love y'all haha

By far one of the best CBD shops in Austin. This isn't one of those sketchy smoke shops you find in town. This shop is bright and cheerful. Everything is displayed well and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They offer an array of CBD products from topicals, edibles, tinctures, to hemp flower, and even CBD products for your pets. Everything is clearly labeled and packaged beautifully. A must visit if your looking for CBD products and it's female owned too.

Restart CBD is the place to go if you want to learn about all things cannabis. The staff is very well-informed about not only the products they sell but even products they don't sell. Alfonso recommended different products for my friend and I because we wanted to achieve different things. He talked knowingly about the different cannabinoids so that we understood why he was making certain recommendations. Restart CBD also has informational guidance posted above the different types of products so that you know what to expect from their products. The store is very clean and bright; there are no juvenile gag gifts and crude bumper stickers for sale here. As a 60 year-old woman, I appreciate going into a store where teaching about the benefits of cannabis is more important than making some quick money. Restart CBD is raising the bar for dispensaries.

I really enjoy , walking in, how the products are all related to medicinal use , and high strength pain killing type products. I'm relatively new to CBD and the staff here did an incredible job at answering all of my "newbie" questions. I have used CBD carbonated drinks (like Du Sol and Kill Cliff) regularly but I really wanted to start taking pure CBD on a more consistent basis to experience more of the anxiety relieving/muscle relaxing effects... I got started with 40mg of pure CBD oil and tried just one full dropper the first night, with only subtle results - the next night I did 2 full droppers (80mg) and WOW... not only did I experience DEEP relaxation (mental and physical) but I also slept harder than I've slept in months. I've taken this dose consistently for a couple weeks and have gotten the SAME wonderful results every time. I'm very pleased with the product! My doctor recommended taking CBD this morning for migraines with aura that I have been experiencing. I went into RESTART, all of the employees were immediately very welcoming and knowledgeable in CBD/THC products. They recommended trying different products to see what dosage and method work best for me. I left with 10ml of full-spectrum CBD oil, a gram of CBD Bubba Kush, and a 2-pack of full-spectrum CBD gummies for ~$40. Highly recommend!

I began my CBD journey only recently as a last resort for attempting to handle my anxiety. I didn't know much about it, and I wasn't really sure if it would work. I was looking around for a quality product, and someone I follow on Instagram mentioned they were trying Restart. I purchased the Relax dropper bottle, and began experimenting with dosage. This has made the biggest difference in my lifestyle where I thought nothing could. I can drink coffee now without worrying about the wrenching anxiety that comes with it. I can fall asleep and stay asleep easier now. I have an easier time in public, and it's even given me a bit more confidence since I'm....well, relaxed, lol.
