This restaurant really impressed me. Located in the heart of Krakow, in the old town, we were greeted by the sommelier who explained in detail everything, from the wine choice, and told us the history behind the restaurant, the hotel, and the plates served. It was quite entertaining to eat in a place with so much historical background. He new well every ingredient origin, and proudly presented good quality Polish caviar, of certified origin. The service was impeccable. It was definitely a 5 star experience. I highly recommend it. Everything was delicious and very carefully presented. We also were served selected Polish vodka.
The experience was better than a Michelin star restaurant, I would say. I have been to Noma, and I was not impressed.
And the service, the experience and food taste here was better than Noma in my opinion.
